The necessity of developing and promoting an updated model of worldview in culture and education, which opens up the potential for overcoming social ill health and global transformations in the system of planetary existence of mankind, which began with the spread of coronavirus infection, is substantiated. The role of ecophilosophy as a life-preserving and human-developing direction is shown, in the content of which the relativization of the worldview dominant in the leading philosophical directions of Western philosophy is excluded, and the ideas of normativity and the boundaries of truth and falsehood, good and evil, beauty and ugliness are restored. The problem under investigation is determined by the fact that enterprises consist of separate economic agents that play an increasingly important role in production processes and their management. The channels of such management provide the transfer of positive experience of the totality of economic agents to the global environment. Due to the permanent process of transformations in the world caused by this influence, the probability of being on the sidelines is a problem for most business entities. Their competitiveness and integration into the world economic networks depend on high-quality management and wide application of innovative technologies, including nanotechnologies. The conducted study revealed that: –nano-economy consists of baby economy, human economy, and the economy of nanotechnologies; –the human economy is the central link and the main leader of the impact of nano-economy on global markets. The main components of its management are self-management, self-marketing, and innovative management of the organization personnel; –nanotechnologies, the economics of nanotechnologies, and transfer of nano-knowledge are at the initial stage of their development; –the impact of nano-economy on the development of the global environment is carried out through the functions of nanomanagement; –the management channels of the nano-economy do not affect the entry of countries with transition economies into the global environment due to the fact that they lack the system of nano-economy. This is proved by multifactor analysis of the impact of nano-economy on exports. The obtained indicators, such as exports of USD 57 billion (by the exchange rate of 2021), 281 universities, 1,941,701 business entities, and 135 thousand scientific and technical institutions, do not correlate and determine low direct and inverse indicators of dependence. The results of the study can be used: –at separate enterprises – by using innovative personnel management, including motivating and training of personnel in self-management and self-marketing; –at the state and regional levels – by creating favorable conditions for the development of baby economy in countries with transition economies and by promoting optimal solutions of separate economic agents

Global transformations provide a categorical framework for capturing synchronous rewriting systems, generalizing cellular automata to dynamical systems over dynamic spaces. Originally developed for addressing deterministic dynamical systems, the presented work raises the question of non-determinism. While a usual approach is to develop a general non-deterministic setting where deterministic systems can be retrieved as a specific case, we show here that by choosing the right parametrization, global transformations can already be used to handle non-determinism. Context-free Lindenmayer systems, already shown to be captured by global transformation in the deterministic case, are used to illustrate the approach. The authors of the book have come to the conclusion that to improve the efficiency of managing economic systems in the context of global transformations it is necessary to use modern methods of strategic management and marketing, information technologies. The hardware base of such technologies is computers, networks, etc. The scientific and methodological base has been developed since the 1940s. To date, the quantity turned into quality. Accumulated scientific and practical results led to an explosion of innovations in management. Former management technologies are a thing of the past. The basic economic theory is the solidary information economy (the original name is the informal information economy of the future). Following Aristotle, we believe that economics is the science of how to manage an economy. We develop ideas of V.M. Glushkov (Project of the National Automated System), A. St. Beer (Cybersin system), W. Paul Cockshott and Allin F. Cottrell (demonstrated the possibility of organizing production in order to directly meet the needs of the country or humanity as a whole). The solidary information economy is intended to replace the market economy as a basic economic theory.

The article is devoted to the problem of actualization of ethnic identity in the modern world. The author emphasizes that in the context of ambiguous global transformations, the process of ethnic revival is a way to resist social innovation. In a period of social uncertainty, ethnic identity has a resource potential that allows preserving and reproducing the cultural code of a local community.

The article is devoted to the problem of economic security of the nation state in conditions of the growing integration processes and globalization of the economy. On the example of the differences in the models of economic development of the West and Russia, the strengths and weaknesses of national and transnational structures in ensuring the economic security of the state were revealed. The article focuses on measures to ensure the economic security of the state, which has become the object of sanctions policy on the part of the leaders of economic globalization.

In this paper I seek to accomplish two main objectives. Firstly, to review and reiterate the theory of a ‘new individualism’ which I have detailed in recent writings in social theory. My argument is that we witness today the conditions and consequences of a new individualism sweeping the globe, especially evident in the new economy of high finance, media and technology industries. I then want to ask how the theory of new individualism differs from other influential standpoints in recent social theory. For my purposes in this chapter, the conceptual points of comparison with the theory of new individualism will be (a) the theory of ‘technologies of the self’ as elaborated by Michel Foucault and various neo-Foucauldians; and (b) the notion of ‘reflexive individualization’ outlined by Anthony Giddens. Secondly, I will discuss the wider sociological ramifications of the new individualist thesis. New individualism, I shall argue, is not merely about individuals or their psychological dispositions; rather it penetrates to the very core of core of culture and institutional life. New individualism is thus a kind of shorthand for the variety of modalities shaping, and shaped by, global social transformations. The key institutional drivers of new individualism which I shall elaborate are (a) continual reinvention, (b) instant change, (c) speed and (d) short-termism or episodicity. I conclude the chapter with a consideration of the likely future sociological consequences of live lived in the new individualist fast lane., Neste artigo busco atingir dois objetivos principais: primeiro, examinar e reiterar a teoria de um “novo individualismo” que detalhei em escritos recentes de teoria social. Afirmo que hoje presenciamos as condições e consequências de um novo individualismo que varre o mundo e que se evidencia especialmente na nova economia financista das indústrias de mídia e comunicação. Então pergunto: como a teoria do novo individualismo difere de outros pontos de vista influentes na teoria social recente? Para os propósitos deste artigo, os pontos conceituais de comparação com a teoria do novo individualismo serão (a) a teoria das “tecnologias do eu”, conforme elaborada por Michel Foucault e vários neofoucaultianos; e (b) a noção de “individualização reflexiva” delineada por Anthony Giddens. Em segundo lugar, discutirei ramificações sociológicas mais amplas da nova tese sobre o individualismo. O novo individualismo, argumentarei, não se refere meramente a indivíduos ou a suas disposições psicológicas; em vez disso, penetra até o cerne do núcleo da cultura e da vida institucional. This scientific monograph provides a reader with theoretical and methodological foundations that represent prerquisities for doing social research of the geospatial industry sector. The book analyses the transformative impacts of the digital revolution that have caused all pervasive global environmental changes, the military- technological revolution (MTR) of the late 20th century and the multinational corporations' (MNCs) restructuring. All these processes have triggered the geospatial revolution of the beginning of the 3rd millenium with enormous social and political consequences all around the world. Hence, in the 21st century the spatial data industry is to be a rapidly developing sector which enables their professionals to enter the prosperous career paths. A fact that the geospatial industry keeps spreading constantly through its convergence with other industrial sectors represents a big opportunity for the profession but also brings numerous challenges concerning the civil society. As Andrew Barry (2007) from ULC Department of Geography puts it: „But perhaps more than ever before technology is expected to carry the promise, or the threat, of radical social and political change in the future“ (A. Berry, 2007: 297). Despite its huge social, economic and political implications, the geospatial industry is an under researched sector because high confidentiality hinders data collection about its stakeholders. United Nations Committee of Experts on Global geospatial Information Management (UN-GGIM) in the document titled „Future trends in geospatial information management: the five to ten year vision“ that was produced by James Norris (Ordnance Survey, 2015) identifies the space as a key resource of the third millennium, and emphasizes an importance of understanding the sociala architecture and social behaviors connected to its design in order to implement technical projects successfully: „As well as being constructed using technical architecture, spatial data infrastructures need to be underpinned by a 'social infrastructure', that is conscious design of an environment that encourages a desired range of social behaviours leading towards a desired aim or set of aims. There is a recognition that analysis of both within and across organizational boundaries provides a new way of understanding and developing collaborations beyond typical formal, hierarchical, organizational structures in which work is usually organized. Social architecture provides a menas of understanding and implementation of information infrastructures“ (Norris et al, 2005: 39). The IDC's Report on Main ICT trends 2020 produced for the European Commission highlights that the technology development in the next ten years will be characterized by „the confluence of social, mobile and cloud technologies, the rise of Big data and new kinds of analytics needed to create value in this environment“ (IDC, 2014: 6). The report foresees that „Social technologies are becoming a core part of the next growth platform for IT“ (IDC, 2014: 45). Since a number of intelligent devices situated at the network keeps increasing rapidly, and out numbers a number of human users, a way in which people perceive their interactions with the non-humans changes, too. The subtitle of the present volume is Global Transformations and Global Future. We become more and more accustomed to think globally and to see global processes. And our future can all means be global. However, is this statement justified? Indeed, in recent years, many have begun to claim that globalization has stalled, that we are rather dealing with the process of anti-globalization. Will not we find ourselves at some point again in an edifice spanning across the globe, but divided into national apartments, separated by walls of high tariffs and mutual suspicion? Of course, some setbacks are always possible, because the process of globalization cannot develop smoothly. It is a process which is itself emerging from contradictions and is shaped by a new contradiction. They often go much further than underlying systemic changes allow. They break forward, as the vanguard of a victorious army, and then often meet resistance of various social and political forces and may suddenly start to roll back just at the moment when everyone expects their further offensive. We believe that this is what is happening with globalization at present. The yearbook will be interesting to a wide range of researchers, teachers, students and all those who are concerned about global issues.

This article presents a formulation for identifying signs of contemporary global transformations in which system-based uncertainty have been shown. From the compositional point of view, research on this topic has revealed two main directions: (1) a wide range of urgent problems concerning construction of the geostrategic matrix of global-development divergence has been shown, and (2) a direction that focuses on the profound study of Ukrainian geo-economic positioning problems in the global space. On the basis of integrated indicators, rating assessments have been conducted and the problems of Ukrainian geo-strategic positioning in the polycentric geo-space have been shown as well. Prospects for state geostrategic choice considering national interests, global challenges, and transformations have been outlined. The hypothesis concerning Ukraine making the European civilization has been made. It has been reasoned that by utilizing the form of European integration known as "European Concentric Circles" Ukraine will have new prospects for the deepening of European integration policy on an equal basis with a possibility of achieving European living standards and socioeconomic development, the establishment of European principles for sociopolitical progress, a deepening of social democratization, and a monolithic political nation consolidation., В статье осуществлена постановка проблемы и приведены идентификационные признаки системной неопределенности современных глобальных трансформаций. In July, 2010 the field research was conducted on the territory of Turukhansk district of Krasnoyarsk Krai by the postgraduate and undergraduate students of Siberian Federal University within the framework of realization of the project “Krasnoyarsk Krai as multicultural space, native land of the indigenous and small-numbered peoples of the North” and “Culture of the indigenous and small-numbered peoples of the North under conditions of global transformations”. The aim of the field research was to collect the material on the traditional culture of the indigenous small numbered peoples, living in settlements Turukhansk and Farkovo, in particular – the Selkups, the Kets and the Evenks. The tasks of the research included studying the peculiarities of modern conditions of housekeeping, material and spiritual culture, customs and ceremonies. The following methods were used: interrogations, observations, interviews, photographic fixation of material things, architecture, and photographs from family archives. Настоящая статья написана по материалам экспедиции, осуществленной в 2010 году в Туруханский район Красноярского края с целью исследования традиционной культуры коренных малочисленных народов, проживающих в Туруханске и Фарково. Экспедиция показала, что разные составляющие традиционного жизненного уклада КМНС обладают разной степенью стойкости к трансформациям. Также при сравнительно более хороших для жизни условиях в Туруханске население этого поселка большей частью не против переехать на другое место жительства, где условия были бы более комфортными. Жители Фарково, напротив, не хотят покидать исконное место обитания. В настоящей статье приводится как оценка степени их подверженности/устойчивости к изменениям различных составляющих жизненного уклада коренных малочисленных народов, так и делается попытка объяснить причины доминирующих среди населения поселков настроений: остаться или сменить место жительства.

Este artigo é resultado de pesquisa cujo objetivo foi entender o desafio dos gestores de trabalhadores remotos, amplamente utilizado pelas organizações, principalmente pelas empresas de alta tecnologia. Atualmente, as organizações estão inseridas em um ambiente onde as transformações globais acontecem com grande velocidade em decorrência dos avanços tecnológicos. Tais transformações trazem diversas mudanças para o trabalho, que aderindo à flexibilização tem se apresentado de diversas formas: o trabalho em domicílio, os centros compartilhados, os centros satélites, os trabalhadores autônomos ou terceirizados etc. Nessas novas modalidades de trabalho podem-se encontrar gestores que precisam realizar suas atividades no processo de gestão de pessoas de maneira remota. Sob o aspecto dos processos de gestão, tais como o de seleção e treinamento, o controle de atingimento das metas, avaliação de desempenho, motivação e planos de cargos e salários, esse cenário traz diversos desafios aos gestores. A comunicação remota é a base da construção da relação de trabalho entre funcionário e gerente, e permite ao gestor avaliar o desempenho, dar feedbacks e até traçar estratégias para o desenvolvimento profissional tanto de si mesmo como dos trabalhadores que estão sob sua responsabilidade. O fato é que o trabalho remoto pode trazer benefícios, mas também desafios às organizações, aos gestores, aos trabalhadores e a sociedade de um modo geral. This article is the result of research whose goal was to understand the challenge of managers of remote workers, widely used by organisations, mainly by high-tech companies. Currently, organizations are inserted into an environment where global transformations happen with great speed as a result of technological advances. Such transformations bring several changes to the work, that adhering to flexibility has appeared in a number of ways: the remote work, home work, shared facilities, satellite centres, autonomous workers or outsourced etc. In these new forms of work, managers of people need to perform their activities of management, coordination and control remotely. Under the aspect of management processes, such as selection, training, development, achievement of goals, performance evaluation, motivation and plans for jobs and salaries among other things, the condition of the working relationship in remote mode brings several challenges for managers. Remote communication is the foundation of construction of this employment relationship between employee and Manager, and allows the Manager to assess the performance, give feedback, and even plot strategies for professional development, both from yourself, as workers who are under its responsibility. The fact is that the remote desktop can bring benefits, but also challenges to organizations, managers, workers and society in General.

Records of the Expert Seminar Modern humanities knowledge and the position of a researcher as a factor of the Krasnoyarsk Krai universities integration into global academic space that was held on November 2, 2010, at the Department of Arts and Culture Studies of the Institute for Humanities, Siberian Federal University (Krasnoyarsk), present a discussion on the relevant problems of modern humanistic studies in Russia. The experts expressed their opinions on the relevance of the research problems defined both within specific fields of the humanities and those at the junction of philosophy, culture, psychology, philology, economics, etc. They also made proposals on future development directions of the modern humanities on the basis of universities in the Krasnoyarsk Krai and the opportunities of integrating science of Krasnoyarsk universities into global academic space. Протокол экспертного семинара «Современное гуманитарное знание и позиция исследователя как фактор интеграции вузов Красноярского края в мировое академическое пространство», который состоялся 2 ноября 2010 года на Факультете искусствоведения и культурологии Гуманитарного института Сибирского федерального университета (Красноярск), представляет обсуждение актуальных проблем современных исследований гуманитарных наук в России. Эксперты высказали свое мнение об актуальности проблемы исследования как в конкретных областях гуманитарных наук, так и тех, которые находятся на стыке философии, культурологии, психологии, филологии, экономики и т.д. Они также выдвинули некоторые предложения по дальнейшему развитию современных гуманитарных наук на базе университетов Красноярского края и обсудили возможность интеграции науки красноярских вузов в мировое академическое пространство.

The materials of the fifth session of educational, scientific and methodological seminar «Theory and practice of applied culture studies» on the basis of Art History and Theory and Culture Studies Department, Institute for the Humanities, Siberian Federal University, Krasnoyarsk, held on the 17th of June, 2010, represent a discussion of a topic of current interest concerning the small groups of indigenous peoples living in the North of Krasnoyarsk region. The methods and approaches of cultural and anthropological study are suggested taking into consideration the modern ideas of practical purposes of culture studies and basing on the classic methods of cultural and anthropological studies carried out in Russia and abroad. The problem of existence and changes of the ethnic groups in the situation of global transformations is raised. This book argues that the current renegotiation of the postwar social contract concerning the welfare state in Europe is being accompanied by the renegotiation of a smaller-scale modern social pact between the university and the nation-state. Current transformations to the state under the pressures of globalization will not leave the university unaffected, and consequently it is useful to discuss the university and its future in the context of the state. In the new global order, against the odds, universities are striving to maintain their pivotal role in society. Their role as engines of economic growth and contributors to economic competitiveness between increasingly knowledge-driven economies is being widely acknowledged. But it is a radical reformulation of their traditional social roles. The main reasons for current transformations of the university include globalization pressures on nation-states and their public services, the end of the «Golden age» of the Keynesian welfare state, and the emergence of knowledge-based societies and knowledge-driven economies. Therefore the university can no longer be discussed solely in traditional, relatively self-contained disciplinary contexts. Here the university is seen from a variety of perspectives and through the lens of a wide range of disciplines (mainly educational sciences, political economy, sociology, political sciences, and philosophy).
