Education is an indicator of global transformations taking place in the world and a source of social progress. The relevance of the research is due to the emerging scientific contradiction, which requires resolution, between the active process of digitalization of all spheres of human life and the potential capabilities of the educational institution to effectively implement digital services in the educational process. The problem of the research is to find an answer to the question: what are the main vectors of digitalization of education in modern conditions as a cultural value? The goal of the research is to reveal key directions of digitalization of education as basic guidelines for its quality in modern conditions. The research methods used are analysis, deduction, generalization, survey.The Research results: the dominant directions of the digitalization process of modern education have been revealed and the key trends in the digital transformation of education have been identified; the range of ICT within the framework of academic disciplines in universities in physical education and sports has been argued; factors that impede the spread of digital educational technologies have been systematized.Key conclusions: the dominant directions of the process of digitalization of education are introduction of digital programs for monitoring student progress, transfer of information, development of online learning, systems for universal student identification, design of digital models of educational institutions. ICT used in physical education and sports classes are an interactive whiteboard, a multimedia projector, electronic textbooks, preparation and demonstration of videos of the training process, etc. Factors hindering the spread of digital educational technologies are the demand for the development of special teaching materials for methodological support of the use of digital resources in the educational process; teachers’ conservatism towards digital innovations, etc.

Optimization of skilled personnel in conditions of global informatization is the main focus of the article. The matter concerns training of IT-related specialists for solving the applied ITproblems in particular professional sphere. The training system for bachelor of applied information technology should include the algorithms and logic training and should take into account the new FSES and the requirements of information society.

Informatization of the education system is the most reliable and promising innovation opportunity for the 21st century school. It can and should become the foundation for the process of global informatization of the entire community, as information and communication technologies (ICTs) place learners of all types and levels of school facing new intellectual challenges and make the learning process more flexible and effective, space and access to information. Informatization of the educational system, as a process, must go beyond that of other superstructural phenomena in society, since the social, psychological, general cultural, moral and ethical and professional prerequisites for informatization of the whole society are built up at the school and the university. Only a person trained in the skills and desires for the realization of humanistic social ideas, possessing the spirit of new technologies, with innovative thinking, will be able to change society through its activity in material and spiritual production. The study of the ideology of the information society is of great importance, because the information society we live in evolves into a global information society. The purpose of the article is to conceptualize the structural components of the ideology of the information society based on informatiologization, which is considered to be the main line of socio–economic, scientific and technological progress. Informatiologization of the world community is governed by the laws of informatiology and based on information resources and technologies. Informatiologization of the problem implies studying its information and scientific basis or providing its information and practical implementation. The information society individual becomes an informatiological personality, which will give a boost to their creativity and promote merging of the society with the universe. The author analyzes the ideology of informatiology, a new science that has been poorly covered in modern social philosophy. As a science of sciences (like philosophy), informatiology is considered as the ideology of unity and the development of nature and society, the basis of space exploration and search of interplanetary and intergalactic communities. Informatiology is a fundamental basis of the scientific development of the world community in the third millennium, the only science that studies all informational states, phenomena and micro– and macro–dynamic processes of nature and society. Under today's global development of civilization, informatiologization of political, economic and social aspects of life takes place. The development of the informatiological society promotes transformation of an individual into an informatiological personality. The result of the study is the conceptualization of informatiology as an ideology of the information society in the context of the global informatization of the third millennium.
