Objetivos: Verificar a distribuição geográfica dos beneficiários idosos do Sistema de Saúde da Aeronáutica dentro do território brasileiro. Métodos: O universo delimitado para a pesquisa foi composto pelos atuais beneficiários do Sistema, de ambos os sexos, com idade igual ou superior a 60 anos e com domicílio no território brasileiro. Para a coleta de dados foi utilizado o Sistema de Gerenciamento de Pessoal da Aeronáutica, obtendo-se, de maneira regionalizada, a distribuição da população idosa. Resultados: Observou-se o total de 60.402 idosos vinculados ao Sistema de Saúde da Aeronáutica, representando 21% do total de assistidos. Por região do território nacional, obteve-se a seguinte distribuição: região sudeste com 36.287 idosos (60,0%); região nordeste com 9.786 (16,2%); região sul com 5.574 (9,2%); região centro-oeste com 5.010 (8,3%) e região norte com 3.702 (6,3%). Do total de idosos, 45.842 (75%) estão concentrados em apenas cinco estados: Rio de Janeiro (24.993), São Paulo (8.811), Pernambuco (4.723), Distrito Federal (4.204) e Rio Grande do Sul (3.111). Conclusões: O número de beneficiários idosos assistidos pelo Sistema de Saúde da Aeronáutica encontra-se bem acima da média de outras operadoras de saúde do mercado nacional, assim como apresenta distribuição geográfica diferente da população geral brasileira. RESUMO Não são poucos os problemas econômicos, políticos, sociais afeitos aos transportes e mobilidade urbana que estarão à espera do próximo prefeito eleito da cidade de São Paulo, e vão exigir coragem para inovar. O escolhido não poderá se furtar a ter em sua agenda a transição da mobilidade, que implica adotar formas mais justas e sustentáveis para a mobilidade urbana, como também ter disposição para enfrentar arranjos interfederativos de governança e de gestão democrática. Para tanto, há de assumir uma abordagem alternativa ao planejamento de transportes tradicional, buscar soluções heterodoxas, em que os processos de apropriação da mobilidade pela comunidade levassem a mudança de lógicas e percepções e a práticas de governança e gestão mais democráticas, recuperando o protagonismo da gestão pública a favor da transição para a mobilidade justa e sustentável.

A classificação da perturbação neurológica funcional (PNF) tem evoluído ao longo da História, desde fenómenos sobrenaturais até à mais recente síndrome conversiva. Não estão disponíveis dados nacionais, mas de acordo com a literatura estima-se uma incidência em Neuropediatria de cerca de 23%. O diagnóstico, anteriormente considerado de exclusão, hoje é afirmativo, exigindo por isso uma avaliação neurológica cuidadosa e sobretudo uma comunicação eficaz no sentido de desmistificar estigmas e promover a aceitação da doença. Uma abordagem biopsicossocial é essencial, permitindo identificar fatores desencadeantes e que perpetuam os sintomas. As estratégias terapêuticas incluem: avaliação multidisciplinar, comunicação empática do diagnóstico, plano de tratamento personalizado e envolvimento familiar. Por fim, a comunicação eficaz e a intervenção precoce são cruciais na gestão da PNF em adolescentes. Embora a literatura apresente estratégias promissoras, a implementação prática pode variar sendo necessárias normas de orientação e dados estatísticos nacionais para otimizar os cuidados.

This article presents voices of those who participated in one of the conversations framed in the II Cycle of Conferences Webinars and Education: "Dilemmas of educational management and current emergencies", held in 2021 (UNQui- UNICEN).It is assumed that the cycle was an opportunity to analyze, in the context of the pandemic, the experiences lived from the stories of researchers and managers. The resonances allow identifying coordinates that can be taken by management, representing a possibility to review positions in the post-pandemic. The focus of the meeting was "Dilemmas of educational management at the initial level and current emerging ones", around which the perspectives of two provincial education managers and a researcher in the field converged. Updating views on the experiences in the territory allows us to raise the challenges that arise for the management of education in current times and propose new perspectives for the management of our educational systems. The process of globalization, which acts through its webs, permeates world trends, demanding new forms and alternatives of the organization from societies. The reality of the market and its economic and educational links also present new perspectives, potentialities and challenges, which require the effective participation of people in the search for viable economic and environmentally correct alternatives. In this context, family farming cooperatives present forms of mutual help in solving common concerns, creating opportunities from influencing their activities with cooperative members. Thus, this article aims to analyze the impacts of the actions of family farming cooperatives on the sustainability of rural producers in the municipalities of Umuarama and Dois Vizinhos, in Paraná state. To meet the aims, exploratory-descriptive research was used in the Web of Science database. The results move between four main focuses in the analyzed articles: farmers' perception, cooperative practices, quality of life, and management and satisfaction, which directly impact the sustainability of its members. According to the perception of the cooperative members of the two municipalities, cooperative practices are indifferent to their sustainability. Regarding the quality of life and management, cooperatives contribute to social involvement, interaction, integration, and solidarity among members, improve the quality of life and well-being of farmers, and involve members in decisionmaking in meetings and assemblies, generating sustainability over the quality of life and management. As for the indicator of the satisfaction of its members, the actions of cooperatives have a direct impact on sustainability since these actions are generating profitability and partnership with their members. This study sought to understand and diagnose the management of water resources in the state of Amazonas. To achieve this objective, a strategic analysis was performed using two tools: SWOT and PESTEL. To build the SWOT and PESTEL tables, a search was carried out of dissertations posted in institutional repositories of the Amazonas State University and the Federal University of Amazonas. Non-participant observation was also performed at the meetings of the State Water Resources Council in order to gain a better understanding of management. The results achieved showed that the diagnosis is of a water resources management that is still in the initial phase, and which requires improvements in planning to achieve its goals. It was noted that the main bottleneck of management is the non-execution of the instruments of the state water resources policy, since they are the essential elements for it to function fully and strategically. In addition, political management has not prioritized water resources, which generates discontinuity of projects. Finally, it was noticed that the water resources management system has few people that are active in the cause, since little participation by the people who compose it was noted in the meetings of the State Water Resources Council. It is clear then that the system must be strengthened and restructured so that management can achieve its principles and objectives, in addition to seeking to train more people to do so. This work aims to express the extension actions of the Support Center for Management in Social Entities (NAGES), developed in the period from 2022 to 2023. This report highlights the growing importance of sustainability, addressing the global commitment to the Development Objectives Sustainable. In the postredemocratization Brazilian context, the third sector emerges as a hybrid approach to promoting social wellbeing. In this sense, the NAGES Extension Project, linked to the Dean of Extension at the Federal University of Cariri, seeks to train third sector organizations and municipal councils, focusing on budgetary and financial management and sustainable practices aiming at a cultural transformation based on efficiency, efficiency and effectiveness in the use of human and financial resources. An exploratory research in public schools reveals challenges in financial-budgetary execution and knowledge about sustainability. The project contributes not only to the sustainable development of social organizations, but also to the academic and professional growth of the students involved, promoting critical awareness about efficient and sustainable management in the third sector. A obra reúne nove artigos sobre a região nordeste e quatro sobre a região sudeste, produções decorrentes de uma pesquisa nacional, desenvolvida por pesquisadores da Unicamp, que pretendeu analisar a incidência de atores privados em todas as redes estaduais de educação e do Distrito Federal, nas três dimensões da política educativa – oferta, gestão e currículo – de modo a identificar possíveis desdobramentos para a efetivação da educação como direito humano. Neste volume foram analisadas a educação nos estados do Nordeste e Sudeste. O recorte temporal estabelecido na pesquisa foi de 2005-2018.

O CNE (Corpo Nacional de Escutas) é a maior Associação de juventude do País, motivo pelo qual a movimentação dos seus elementos nas respetivas atividades (acampamentos, acantonamentos e caminhadas) e a respetiva segurança são fatores de preocupação. O uso dos SIG (Sistemas de Informação Geográfica), com a plataforma denominada GEO SCOUTS, com as ferramentas da ESRI (Environmental Systems Research Institute), permitiu a uniformização e simplificação das comunicações de atividades escutistas a nível nacional, quer a nível interno (cada núcleo, região da Associação, campos e centros escutistas e atividades fora do país) como também a nível externo (Câmaras Municipais, os Comandos Sub-regionais de Emergência e Proteção Civil, Instituto da Conservação da Natureza e Florestas, Unidade de Emergência, Proteção e Socorro da Guarda Nacional Republicana, Guarda Nacional Republicana, Polícia de Segurança Pública, Polícia Marítima e Agrupamentos de Centros de Saúde), sendo uma ferramenta de mapeamento e análise que possibilita uma tomada de decisão mais ponderada e rápida, simplificando todo o processo que a atual legislação e regulamentação interna exige. Deste modo todas as entidades competentes sabem de antemão onde cada atividade se irá realizar e o que irão fazer, facilitando a interação e segurança entre as diversas associações e instituições.

O princípio da legalidade, expresso na Constituição Federal, é um dos grandes norteadores da atividade do gestor público. Dentro deste contexto, está a Lei Nº 14.133/2021, que traz regramentos para aquisição de mercadorias e para contratação de serviços. Um destes regramentos é a responsabilidade de fiscalizar o bom andamento dos serviços contínuos com mão de obra de dedicação exclusiva, bem como tutelar os direitos dos colaboradores terceirizados que desempenham estes serviços. A referida lei incumbe grande responsabilidade ao servidor público na condução desta atividade, que deverá ao mesmo tempo cumprir os ditames da Administração e do Direito Administrativo. Por meio de Revisão Sistemática da Literatura, este estudo investigou a existência de ferramentas de apoio para fiscalização de serviços contínuos com cessão de mão de obra. A pesquisa identificou poucos estudos que tratam sobre ferramentas de apoio, além do mais, mapeou os principais instrumentos utilizados na atividade de fiscalização; e identificou carências inerentes à atividade e à formação dos fiscais.

Introdução O processo de gestão nas organizações na contemporaneidade revela-se demasiadamente desafiador, sobretudo, instituições públicas de serviços de saúde, dentre elas- Hospitais Universitários- pois realizam a gestão assistencial, administrativa e formativa. Em 2011 foi criada a Empresa Brasileira de Serviços Hospitalares (Ebserh), vinculada ao Ministério da Educação, com o objetivo de gerir os hospitais universitários através modernização do modelo de gestão- atuação em rede e planejamento estratégico. O Hospital Universitário da Universidade Federal do Vale do São Francisco (UNIVASF) desde 2014 está sob a gestão da Ebserh, cujo modelo de gestão envolve, para além de outros instrumentos, o uso de indicadores de monitoramento/produção. O referido trabalho tem por objetivo analisar a experiência de construção dos indicadores de monitoramento do NATS HU-UNIVASF. Métodos Enquanto método, o trabalho é de natureza qualitativa, realizado por meio de pesquisa exploratória, tendo como procedimento a pesquisa documental e instrumento de coleta um roteiro de coleta de dados (check list), no NATS HU-UNIVASF e na Ebserh no período de 12 meses, especificamente trajetória implementação dos indicadores de monitoramento. Resultados A Ebserh apresenta Mapa Estratégico e Cadeia de Valores definidas para o período de 2018 a 2023, no qual o NATS apresenta apenas um indicador- Número de Parecer Técnico Científico- e um Manual de Organização dos NATS na rede. Além disso, foi observado que o NATS HU-UNIVASF por meio de processo de gestão participativa, entendendo, que o compartilhamento faz-se inerente no âmbito da ATS- “a intersubjetividade de saberes”, o “fazer parte, tomar parte e ser parte do processo”, uma prerrogativa da sua natureza sócio política, definiu coletivamente sete indicadores que envolviam não somente a elaboração de documentos, mas o monitoramento de ações de divulgação, capacitação e mobilização relacionados a construção da cultura em ATS. Discussão e conclusões A implementação coletiva de indicadores para o NATS HU-UNIVASF favoreceu maior conhecimento sobre a atuação em ATS, oportunidade de aprendizagem em ATS e social. Além disso, o reconhecimento sobre a visão reducionista da Empresa, definição apenas de um indicador, aspecto que revela pouco da atuação do NATS. O mesmo indica para um direcionamento exclusivamente quantitativo, reiterando “produtivismo”, na produção de documentos técnicos, sendo como único elaborado o PTC, de grande densidade científica e técnica, contraditório a essa lógica, cuja dimensão temporal é determinante. Destarte que, esse aspecto pode apontar como elemento de desvalorização ou de não reconhecimento da importância da ATS, uma que vez o modelo de gestão tem como base a produtividade, mas não necessariamente a capilaridade de atuação, bem como relevância no que tange a sustentabilidade institucional, a equidade e a segurança. Outro aspecto percebido foi a necessidade de investimento no próximo Planejamento Estratégico da Ebserh para melhor delineamento da ATS. Assim sendo, a definição dos indicadores do NATS HU- UNIVASF oportunizou a ampliação do número de indicadores, a possibilidade de construção identitária e de pertencimento do NATS uma vez que revelou uma perspectiva mais amplificada de suas atribuições, conforme preconização da Política em ATS no Brasil, ressignificando assim outros dados quantitativos relevantes, sobretudo na construção da cultura em ATS na instituição e incorporação nos processos para além da gestão, mas assistencial e de ensino.

Objetivo: Apresentar a alocação de recursos em saúde pública no Estado do Rio de Janeiro no período de 2015 a 2018, advindos do Fundo Nacional de Saúde, e demonstrar a importância da compreensão da gestão dos recursos públicos em saúde. Métodos: Estudo quantitativo descritivo, a partir da extração de dados do período de 2015 a 2018 disponíveis no portal do Fundo Nacional de Saúde (FNS), bem como alguns instrumentos regulatórios como o Plano Plurianual (2016-2019), disponibilizados no Portal da Transparência do Estado. Resultados: Mediante os dados extraídos do FNS, constatou-se um total executado de R$22.002.986.283,17 com a saúde, sendo destes R$480.758.737,56 alocados na Assistência Farmacêutica e R$4.428.294.397,74 na Atenção Básica, equivalente a 2,18% e 20,13%, respectivamente. No cenário da Assistência Farmacêutica, o valor previsto para o quadriênio foi de R$621.551.730,00, porém executou-se R$571.802.443,20, o que correspondeu a 92%. Destaca-se que o programa Farmácia Popular apresentou diminuição no orçamento de R$5 milhões em 2015 para R$2,8 milhões em 2017. Conclusões: O estudo reforça a relevância do debate em torno do financiamento do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) e a importância de compreender os desafios na alocação de recursos públicos em saúde, visando uma gestão ativa e a consolidação de um SUS universal e integral.

Este estudo analisa a gamificação como estratégia de ensino para Teorias Organizacionais, com ênfase na gestão. Utilizando revisões bibliográficas exploratórias e descritivas, a pesquisa visa compreender a eficácia da gamificação. A coleta de dados envolveu uma busca em fontes acadêmicas nos últimos cinco anos. A abordagem exploratória busca identificar novas perspectivas, enquanto a descritiva detalha características, estratégias, benefícios e desafios da gamificação. Os resultados indicam melhorias notáveis na produtividade e aprendizagem organizacional. Recomenda-se a exploração cuidadosa dessa estratégia, com planejamento específico. Sugere-se a realização de futuras pesquisas para aprofundar o entendimento das vantagens e limitações da gamificação em Teorias Organizacionais.

RESUMO Os objetivos do artigo são distinguir e aproximar duas abordagens de(s)coloniais recentes, que têm contribuído para discussões e práticas de gestão e organizações, nomeadamente as abordagens Decoloniais Latino-Americanas e as Epistemologias do Sul; e analisar artigos científicos sobre gestão e organizações que têm utilizado essas abordagens nos últimos dez anos, com o intuito de destacar como as aproximações entre elas tem contribuído para o campo da gestão e organizações, utilizando uma revisão sistemática da literatura (RSL). Cinco temas se destacaram nos artigos analisados: gestão ambiental; ensino de gestão; gestão em organizações não empresariais; pesquisa relativa à gestão e às organizações; e gestão internacional. Para cada tema, foram destacados conteúdos referentes aos conceitos de transmodernidade pluriversal, ecologia dos saberes e sociologia das ausências e das emergências. A partir dessa análise, foi possível observar contribuições importantes, como a busca por compreensões sobre naturezas alternativas às ocidentais; questionamento de pressupostos modernos, como a noção de sustentabilidade; possibilidades de diálogo entre variados conhecimentos; ênfase em diferentes modelos organizacionais e de gestão; construção de vínculos de solidariedade entre países; e promoção de ensino e pesquisa conectados às histórias e aos conhecimentos locais.

The present work presents as a research problem the importance of efficiency, planning, and principles of good management aiming at capillarity and equity to generate greater access and quality of services. The objective of this article was to identify the expansion of the Family Health Strategy in Brazil between 2007 and 2020, and which variables may explain this evolution. This is a descriptive, ecological research, developed between 2007 and 2020 in Brazil; its variable of interest was the estimated population coverage of this strategy (%). An increase in the coverage of the Family Health Strategy was observed in all regions of Brazil between 2007 and 2020, especially in the Northeast region. At the state level, this coverage showed a significant positive relationship with the following variables: towns with fewer than 40,000 inhabitants and monthly income inferior to half a minimum salary. The Brazilian version of the Family Health Strategy seeks inspiration from the best and most successful health models to achieve high performance and efficiency to provide equity and access to health services. In the area of business management, a set of tools are harmonized in terms of the integral management of the economic, social and environmental dimensions that support Corporate Social Responsibility and allow for an evaluation of the company in terms of the fulfillment of its objectives in an integral manner. As part of the process of updating the Cuban economic and social development model, this topic acquires special importance due to its impact on local development with emphasis on the social and environmental aspects. The objective of this research is to design a procedure for the management of social responsibility in the Minas Tobacco Collection and Processing Company, Pinar del Río, valid for other similar companies. The dialectical-materialist method was used, which according to its contributions allowed discovering the dialectic of the development of the process to be studied. Empirical methods were used to obtain primary and secondary information. Surveys and interviews were conducted with workers and managers of the company, their families and other local actors. A diagnosis was made of the current state of the social responsibility management process in the company, where a series of limitations were found, which refer as a central element to the lack of a methodological tool oriented to improve the decision-making scheme, linked to the social actions of the entity. The main subsystems of the corporate social responsibility program are presented, as well as the social actions that have been implemented as part of the municipal development strategy. At present, it is increasingly necessary to process accounting information with greater speed, quality, reliability of the information and proper functioning of the system, guaranteeing correct decision making to achieve the fulfillment of the goals and objectives set in each entity. The characterization of the entity allowed to verify the organizational deficiencies presented with the accounting information that hinder the aspects related to the informative problems, the organization of the management processes and the realization of activities that have an impact on the decision-making process. The objective of this article is: to show a procedure for the management of accounting information, based on the Cascade Methodology. The proposed procedure is structured in five stages, and its implementation contributed to the improvement of the different processes and sub-processes of each subsystem in correspondence with the updating of the economic model, improving the decision-making process. Its application was developed in the Commerce Enterprise of Pinar del Río. Theoretical and empirical methods were applied, which allowed the collection and credibility of the information presented. In the complex context in which Cuba's tourism activity is developing, it is necessary to adjust the sector's management to international trends in order to increase the country's competitiveness as a destination. In recent years, it has been pointed out that there is a lack, at the country level, of studies linked to the strategic and integrated planning of the sector. In this scenario, and as part of the project: Development and Competitiveness of the Cuban tourist product, the present research is developed with the objective of designing strategic guidelines for the management of Cuban tourist destinations. In the same, a previous stage linked to the theoretical-conceptual study and the description of the elements linked to tourism in the destination was developed. Subsequently, three stages were developed using methods and techniques such as bibliographic analysis, surveys to experts and discussion groups. This made it possible to present the situational analysis of Cuba in terms of the management of its destinations, future perspectives, good practices of two of the countries that constitute direct competition, as well as to formulate a total of five strategic objectives and 30 guidelines to be taken into account for the design of strategies. This study aims to reflect on the practice of self-assessment at the Salesian School, as an innovation, in view of the quality of teaching. Through bibliographical research, with the review of the ideas of several renowned theorists, it is concluded that, traditionally, evaluation processes are understood, almost exclusively, as itineraries for verification, selection and classification of students. However, reflections on self-assessment discuss such itineraries as integrated processes that aim to develop learning, not being static, but procedural, cyclical and continuous. In this scenario, it is worth thinking about how to improve these itineraries with the aim of developing student autonomy and meaningful learning, especially when it is an ally to school management, which aims to achieve successful learning as a service to society. Stock comprises materials, at different stages of processing, that are not currently in use in the company, but are maintained to meet future demands. Represents the set of resources used in the company's production process. To remain in the market, the company must have good inventory management and avoid excessive stocking or lack of materials for direct sales to the customer. The general objective of this article is to identify the importance of inventory management activities in the corporate logistics context. The work in question was carried out in a qualitative manner, through bibliographical research, having as its theoretical basis works by several renowned authors, including Chiavenato (2006); Ballou (2015); Fernandes (2012); Trigueiro (2016); Jardim (2014). As a result, we found that inventory management is a crucial element for the success of any business, whether small or large, regardless of the sector in which it operates. Therefore, we conclude that inventory management as a logistical activity is of paramount importance in the corporate world, given its complexity and marketing dynamism and contribution to achieving organizational objectives.
