Teleworking’s popularity as a flexible working arrangement has been on the rise. Today, it is a hot topic of discussion among employees and employers alike. The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the popularity of this trend and has convinced many that teleworking is here to stay. This review article aims to describe the characteristics of teleworking pre- and post-pandemic and shed light on future challenges and opportunities. Empirical evidence promotes a favourable association between teleworking and benefits to employers’ profitability and employees’ health and well-being. Nevertheless, some employees have experienced a negative impact on their health due to teleworking, primarily due to ergonomics, and higher levels of stress, anxiety and loneliness. The overall conclusion shows that with proper job design, leadership and organisational support and adequate information communication technology (ICT), teleworking will be central to the future of jobs.

The modern world actively discusses the challenges that will lead to the Fourth Industrial Revolution. As the specialists assume, part of the jobs will be replaced by artificial intelligence. In addition, creation of completely new jobs is expected. As for the jobs that might be maintained in future, skills upgrading will be particularly important. In such a turbulent environment of economic development, universities, and in particular entrepreneurial universities, play a significant role. We think so as these universities have special structures that promote form a university-industry-government triple helix, reskilling and commercialization of new ideas, etc. Due to the above-mentioned factors, they will neutralize the expected fluctuations in the best way. Later we will discuss the systemic links between the mutual influence of entrepreneurial universities and economy. We consider that continuous connection with such universities will enable business to adapt to the inevitable changes with minimal loss.

Robotics has been redefining the production process across manufacturing industries, raising serious concern about the future of jobs, and the garment sector is not isolated. The recent innovations such as 'Sewbot' along with other computer numerical control machines have increased the risk of technology-induced displacement of labour in the garment sector. This paper examines the technical and economic feasibility of automation in the Indian garment sector and it's likely impact on jobs. Based on secondary data analysis and key informant interviews, the paper argues that though technically robotics can displace 80% labour employed in the Indian garment sector, the actual displacement is going to be much lower as, owing to the economic feasibility, automation is going to be restricted to a few garment production processes only. The paper further argues that despite the automation of the certain production processes, Indian garment sector will register healthy employment growth as expansion in domestic garment demand will be more than sufficient to offset the labour-saving effect of technology. INDUSTRIAL revolution ,SUSTAINABLE development ,LABOR market ,GLOBALIZATION ,NONPROFIT organizations ,DEMOGRAPHIC change - Abstract
The far reaching changes we have been witnessing in today's labor market originate in its ever new structure and characteristics. They stem from technological developments, demographic changes, globalization and a new world of work. The Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0) is the term which mirrors these changes. The article aims to reach a deeper understanding of the phenomenon, and examine the way in which different sectors are dealing with the implications of the industrial revolution on the labor market. We consulted and compared 16 reports of institutes and Non-profit Organizations (between the years 2016-2019) and interviewed 5 people who work in the field in Israel in order to understand what is the role of different sectors and what are today and tomorrow's workforce skills needed to cope with the changes brought by Industry 4.0. We will sum up current approaches and effects of Industry 4.0 on the labor market in general and in Israel in particular. The conclusion will stress the expected role of governments, businesses, workers and Non-profit Organizations in the implementation of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in Israel. While utilization of AI during COVID-19 was considered as dependent variable. The findings of the study claimed that the AI encompasses potential impact over the sustainability, human resource, and future of jobs. However, no impact has been found over the customer of governmental organization. Conclusion: From the research findings it can be concluded that AI encompasses significant influence over the future of jobs. This impact can be seen in the form of organization sustainability and better operation of Human resource.

Public awareness regarding high-tech importance in improving economic growth is becoming more and more crucial in analysing an evolving labour market with greater impact on the future global economy. High-tech sectors have been essential for achieving the sustainable development of both advanced and emerging economies, hence our paper has as main objective to study the most significant trends in tech-based development emphasizing the role of technological adjustment in promoting the major changes in the future of jobs. Taking into account the spillover effects of high technologies for boosting economic growth, our research aims to provide a comparative analysis regarding the leading countries in the field. The present paper takes into consideration selected relevant technology indicators and World Development Indicators in order to evaluate the countries' potential regarding their high-tech advancement and adaptation of the labour market to the market requirements. Using a quantitative analysis and a qualitative approach (based on the most relevant theories in the literature such as the "triple helix" model for tech-based development), the present paper shows that a cutting-edge technology also requires new skill sets for working in certain circumstances. Will robotization lead to unemployment? What will be the society-wide impact of automation? Will it affect the economy? And what is the general macroeconomic and microeconomic context of such developments? These and many other questions are asked throughout this thesis. On the next 60 or so pages, a detailed overview of changes connected with robotics revolution is provided, while the primary topic is the issue of technological unemployment. Based on the study of historical evidence, there is a proposition pronounced on a qualitative difference between current technology and earlier technological milestones consiting in the ability of the machines to substitute not only routine manual work but the non-routine cognitive tasks as well. This hypothesis is then being developed and analyzed through a more detailed examination of the fundamental differences of robotics and the current technological foundation of industry and services. Viewpoint of other authors is also included as the objective of this thesis's author is not to be rediscovering well-known facts but to enrich the stint of knowledge in general. Thanks to this, it is possible to present some impressive results such as a list of probabilities of computerization of a wide spectrum of jobs for the next decades based on an extrapolation of the current...
