В работе освещены итоги проведенного анализа динамики пойменных орнитокомплексов, по материалам весенне-летних натурных исследований 2019—2022 гг. и литературных источников. Осуществлена современная оценка их трансформации на территории зарегулированных участков малых рек Ивановской и Тульской областей, по выявленным диагностическим показателям (видовое разнообразие, обилие) с применением разработанной и усовершенствованной методики для искусственных водных объектов равнинного типа, находящихся в интразональных условиях. Дан анализ пойменных орнитокомплексов смежных природных зон зона (смешанных лесов и лесостепи) с целью их сравнения при изменении природных факторов — фонового климата и водности рек, в условиях усиливающегося антропогенного пресса. Дана экологическая характеристика (состав, структура и зональные особенности) и приведены рекомендации по сохранению и поддержанию популяций редких и уязвимых видов птиц водно-болотных угодий зарегулированных участков рек Вязьма и Птань., The paper highlights the results of the analysis of the dynamics of floodplain ornithological complexes, based on the materials of spring-summer field studies in 2019—2022 and literature sources. The modern assessment of their transformation on the territory of regulated sites of small rivers in Ivanovo and Tula regions, according to the revealed diagnostic indicators (species diversity, abundance) using developed and improved methodology for artificial water bodies of plain type located in intrazonal conditions is carried out. The analysis of floodplain ornithological complexes of adjacent natural zones (mixed forests and forest-steppe) is given for the purpose of their comparison under the change of natural factors — the background climate and water content of the rivers, under the increasing anthropogenic pressure. Ecological characteristics (composition, structure and zonal features) and recommendations on preservation and maintenance of rare and vulnerable bird species populations in wetlands of the Vyazma and Ptani rivers are given.

During the work implementation, the ornithocomplexes of adjacent natural zones were studied, their composition, structure and zonal features were determined in the territory of wetlands in the valleys of the Vyazma and the Ptan, the forecast of their condition for the next 5 years has been made. The paper analyzes the materials of literary sources and uses the data from springsummer ornithological surveys for 2020���2021. Ecological characteristics and modern assessment of the state of coastal ornithocomplexes (species diversity, the number and abundance of birds of the swamp-near-water complex) under anthropogenic impact are given. The leading environmental factors influencing the change of avifauna in the valleys of small rivers have been identified.

The One Health concept assumes that human, animal and environmental health are interconnected. It promotes a holistic and transdisciplinary approach to public health issues. Infectious risks and antibiotic resistance are key issues of the One Health concept. The environment is often neglected when implementing One Health approaches. This research work aims to fill the lack of knowledge about the diffusion of commensal and pathogenic Gram-negative bacteria (CP-GNB) in the environment. Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa are three bacterial species associated with humans that readily acquire antibiotic resistance determinants. These CP-GNB contaminate the environment, mainly via wastewater and agricultural activities. In this work, we studied the fate of CP-GNB in aquatic ecosystems of floodplains. E. coli, K. pneumoniae and P. aeruginosa are widely dispersed in hydrosystems. Their survival, influenced by abiotic and biotic parameters, is generally low in the environment. However, specific factors favour their survival, and even their thrive in specific ecosystems. Some wetlands can be environmental reservoirs of CP-GNB. The environment plays a minor role in the human contamination with CP-GNB in high-income countries, where human-to-human transmission predominates. In contrast, the situation could be much more complex in low- and middle-income countries, where the human and environment reservoirs are more connected. Although the environment is thought to play a limited role in the retro contamination of human by CP-GNB in high-income countries, its consideration is essential in the One Health approach since changes induced by the Anthropocene could increase health risk for human populations., Le concept One Health suppose que les santés humaine, animale et environnementale sont interconnectées. Il promeut une approche holistique et transdisciplinaire pour appréhender les problèmes de santé publique. Les risques infectieux et la résistance aux antibiotiques sont des préoccupations majeures du concept One Health. L'environnement est souvent relégué au second plan lors de la mise en place d'approches One Health. Ce travail de recherche vise à combler le manque de connaissances quant à la diffusion des bacilles à Gram négatif commensaux et pathogènes (BGN-CP) dans l'environnement. Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae et Pseudomonas aeruginosa sont trois espèces bactériennes associées à l'Homme qui acquièrent facilement des déterminants de résistance aux antibiotiques. Ces BGN-CP contaminent l'environnement, principalement via les eaux usées et les activités agricoles. Dans ce travail, nous avons étudié le devenir des BGN-CP dans les écosystèmes aquatiques des plaines alluviales. E. coli, K. pneumoniae et P. aeruginosa sont largement dispersées dans les hydrosystèmes. Leur survie, influencée par les facteurs abiotiques et biotiques, est généralement faible dans l'environnement. Toutefois, certaines conditions favorisent leur survie, voire leur prolifération dans des écosystèmes spécifiques. Certaines zones humides peuvent constituer des réservoirs environnementaux de BGN-CP. L’environnement joue un rôle mineur dans la contamination par les BGN-CP dans les pays à revenus élevés, où la transmission interhumaine prédomine. En revanche, la situation peut être beaucoup plus complexe dans les pays à revenus faibles et intermédiaires où les compartiments humain et environnement sont plus connectés. Bien que l'environnement est supposé jouer un rôle limité dans la rétro contamination de l'Homme par les BGN-CP dans les pays à revenus élevés, sa prise en compte dans l'approche One Health est indispensable car les changements induits par l'Anthropocène pourraient accroître le risque sanitaire pour les populations humaines.

Вязьма (левый приток Уводи), а также в лесо-болотных угодьях северной части зоны смешанных и широколиственных лесов на югозападе Тейковского района, Ивановской области. Цель исследований - изучение состояния орнитокомплексов пойменных экосистем в условиях усиливающегося антропогенного воздействия и климатических изменений. В ходе проведенных работ были изучены физикогеографические особенности района территории, проведены геоботанические и почвенные исследований долины р. Вязьма и водно-болотных угодий, по которым были охарактеризованы состав и структура отдельных компонентов экосистем (почвы, растительность). В работе проанализированы материалы литературных источников и использованы данные осенних и весенне-летних орнитологических учетов за 2020-2021 гг. Дана экологическая характеристика и современная оценка состояния прибрежных и лесо-болотных орнитокомплексов при антропогенном воздействии (видовое разнообразие, численность и обилие птиц). Most of the bogs and bogged lands of the Moscow Region have been fully transformed with agricultural activities that reached their highest point the 1920-1980s. It heavily impacted the river valleys, where the river beds were regulated to ensure an effective discharge of the excess water from the drainage systems. Due to the problems of ecosystems degradation in the drained peat bogs and the adjacent territories that are affected by this drainage, the flooding and further ecological rehabilitation shall be performed in this territory. This task is important for fire control in the reeds and peat bogs and for the preservation of biodiversity in the specially protected nature territories and the surrounding drained peat bogs that are subjects to these fires. Our studies were carried out in the Taldom Urban District of the Moscow Region in 2001-2020 in the Dubna bog massif. During this period the projects to keep water in the disturbed areas of the Dubna floodplain were implemented there. The projects were financed by the Manfred Hermsen Foundation (Germany). The common crane is one of the indicator species of the state of wetland ecosystems, because it nests depending on the hydrological conditions. During 2020 in the Dubna floodplain we registered an increase in the number of its breeding population due to the climate changes that cause an increased bogging in the valley territories and the growth and stabilization of the free-flow groundwater level. The occurrences of territorial pairs of the common crane during their nesting period and roosting stations during autumn period in the flooded area of the floodplain bogs, where these birds have not been registered before, indicates that building of the dams to keep water in the oxbow lakes of the Dubna River was an effective measure. By studying the distribution dynamics of the common crane’s territorial pairs throughout the wetland landscapes, we can make conclusions about environmental changes and predict changes in the species composition of animal population to solve management problems of wetland ecosystems for preservation of their biodiversity.

В работе изложены материалы исследований по изучению состояния лесостепных пойменных экосистем (в том числе орнитокомплексов) в условиях усиливающегося антропогенного воздействия (пресса) и климатических изменений. В ходе проведенных работ были уточнены физико-географические особенности района исследований (рельеф, климатические условия), проведены повторные геоботанические и почвенные исследования территории и прибрежных орнитокомплексов поймы средней части р. Птань, расположенной в Куркинском районе на юго-востоке Тульской области. Были уточнены состав и структура компонентов, проанализированы материалы литературных источников и использованы данные весенне-летних орнитологических учетов за 2019-2020 год. Дана количественная оценка изменений отдельных компонентов наземной экосистемы речной поймы на севере лесостепной зоны (в том числе орнитокомплексов), а также экологических последствий для поймы, долины реки и водораздельных территорий вследствие воздействия природных и антропогенных факторов изменения водного режима территории. В пойменных орнитокомплексах была выявлена динамика обилия у популяций отдельных видов птиц под влиянием водного и антропогенного факторов, Они были определены в качестве наиболее чувствительного компонента наземных экосистем и выделены в группу индикаторных видов.

Вработе проанализированы материалы литературных источников и использованы данные весенне-летних орнитологических учетов за 2019 год. Выявлены основные особенности трансформации среды, играющие роль ведущих факторов, оказывающих воздействие на изменение авиафауны долины реки Птань., This article presents the results of analysis of materials, obtained during reconnaissance researches which were carried out in spring and summer of 2019 in the middle course of the Ptan river in the north of forest-steppe zone of Kurkinsky district, south-east of Tula region. The studies were aimed to evaluate the state of the floodplain ecosystems under conditions of increasing anthropogenic influence and climatic changes. During the researches the physical and geographical features of the region were studied, the geobotanical and soil studies were carried out to characterize composition and structure of separate ecosystem components, such as soil and vegetation of the river floodplain. The materials of literary sources were also analyzed, and the data of ornithological inventories of spring and summer of 2019 was used. The ecological characterization was made along with the current evaluation of the riverside ornithocomplexes condition (species diversity, population and richness of the wetlands birds) under the influence of anthropogenic pressure. The main features of environmental transformation were revealed; they are the main factors that cause an influence on the floodplain avifauna of the Ptan river floodplain.

From a hydrological point of view, the characteristic of the water behaviour in catchments so depressed as the Azul creek basin (centre of Buenos Aires province, Argentina) is water accumulation above the land surface. Thus, water on the ground does not have a single runoff direction, but moves in a disorderly, indefinite and unpredictable way. Considering that periodic floods are a typical disturbance of the region, the objective of this study is to analyse, under field conditions, the transformative effect of prolonged flooding on floristic composition, taking into account the different vegetation patches and their relative position over the relief, the chemical characteristics and the groundwater fluctuation, and some edaphic properties in each site. Vegetation samplings were performed during three consecutive springs, when the grassland was on different hydrological conditions due to very different rainfall precedent histories. A digital terrain model of the study area was built and a flow accumulation map was created from it. Pits were dug to describe edaphic variables and shallow wells were drilled for monitoring the groundwater characteristics. Flooding, in relation with surface and groundwater dynamics and soil characteristics, is the factor that determines and promotes the differentiation among sites that are relatively close, contiguous and even topographically in almost identical positions. So, some patches of vegetation get their differentiation through the limiting conditions of their soils, while others receive greater influence from the hydrodynamics to which they are subject. Thus, in this study it becomes evident how certain stands are floristically homogenised or differentiated over time according to their flooding conditions and, hence, according to the area from which they receive surface and groundwater flow. Also, results corroborate the way the water regime determines the structure and heterogeneity of plant communities in such environments. Fil: Entraigas, Ilda. Groundwater discharge can be an important determinant of the functioning of aquatic environments and their associated biological communities. However, the presence and the importance of groundwater have not been considered in the Parana River floodplain owing to the large quantity of surface water. The present study aimed to identify groundwater discharge conditions in a sector of the middle of the floodplain of the Parana River by studying groundwater flow systems. Eight piezometers were installed to record groundwater movement in the vertical plane weekly for 2years. Water samples were collected in piezometers, domestic wells, the river and other water bodies to study the groundwater flow systems. Rising of the water level during piezometer installation and recording suggested that the study zone represents groundwater discharge conditions. Residence time proxy allowed identification of local flows and intermediate flows. Local rainfall (in Santa Fe) showed an isotopic signature (δD and δ18O) similar to some local flows detected in the study zone, and this suggested local recharge. The chemical characteristics of an intermediate flow suggest that water would have travelled from a recharge area ~30km from the study zone. Local rainfall and the intermediate flow have different isotopic signature. Results suggest that the willow forest is associated with the recharge area of a local flow, which plurispecific-canopy forest is related to a transit area of a semi-intermediate flow, and that tall grassland and marshy community colonize discharge areas of local and intermediate flows, respectively. The Loire, often qualified as the " last wild river of Europe ", was fitted out from the Antiquity. This river, unlike numerous big rivers, little benefited only from researches in ecology. The alluvial vegetation is an excellent integrator of the physical, biological and human conditions of floodplain ecosystems. The plant communities was characterized by phytosociological methods, completed by a quantification of the abiotic parameters structuring the functioning of floodplain ecosystems (hydrology, energy streams, soil parameters). The study of successions in alluvial forests was the object of a structural approach. These investigations were led on seven sites distributed on 500 km of the middle Loire. The statistical analyses allowed to confirm the correlations which existed between ecological conditions and the associated flora ; they also allowed to put in evidence and to organize into a hierarchy the site factors which structured best the spatial distribution of plant communities. So, flood frequency, texture of the substrate and location with regard to the energy streams are excellent integrating parameters. Acquired knowledge makes it possible to establish ecological and phytosociological typologies and of the vegetation, and an elaboration of diagrams of organization and evolution of plant communities in the time. For alluvial forests, the architectural method demonstrated its efficiency on the Loire in the understanding of sylvigenesis processes. Finally, the confrontation of these results authorizes the implementation of a predictive model of evolution of the vegetation. This model will allow to test various scenarios of management of floodplain ecosystems with a care of dynamic conservation of biodiversity.; La Loire, souvent qualifiée de " dernier fleuve sauvage d'Europe ", a été aménagée dès l'Antiquité. A la différence de nombreux grands fleuves, elle n'a que peu bénéficiée de recherches en écologie. La végétation alluviale constitue un excellent intégrateur des conditions physiques, biologiques et anthropiques de l'hydrosystème. La caractérisation des communautés végétales a été réalisée grâce aux méthodes phytosociologiques, complétées par une quantification des paramètres abiotiques structurant le fonctionnement de l'hydrosystème (hydrologie, flux énergétiques, caractères édaphiques). L'étude des successions dans les forêts alluviales a fait l'objet d'une approche structurale. Ces investigations ont été menées sur sept sites répartis sur 500 km du cours moyen de la Loire. Les analyses statistiques ont permis de confirmer les corrélations qui existaient entre les conditions stationnelles et la flore associée ; elles ont également permis de mettre en évidence et de hiérarchiser les facteurs abiotiques qui structuraient le mieux la distribution spatiale des communautés végétales. Ainsi, l'inondabilité, la texture du substrat et le positionnement par rapport aux flux énergétiques sont d'excellents paramètres intégrateurs. Les connaissances acquises permettent d'établir une typologie écologique et phytosociologique complète de la végétation, ainsi que l'élaboration de schémas d'organisation et d'évolution des communautés végétales dans le temps. Pour les forêts alluviales, la méthode architecturale a démontré son efficience sur la Loire dans la compréhension des processus sylvigénétiques. Enfin, la confrontation de ces résultats autorise la mise en place d'un modèle prédictif d'évolution de la végétation. Ce modèle permettra de tester différents scénarios de gestion ou d'aménagement de l'hydrosystème dans un souci de conservation dynamique de la biodiversité.

The Loire, often qualified as the " last wild river of Europe ", was fitted out from the Antiquity. This river, unlike numerous big rivers, little benefited only from researches in ecology. The alluvial vegetation is an excellent integrator of the physical, biological and human conditions of floodplain ecosystems. The plant communities was characterized by phytosociological methods, completed by a quantification of the abiotic parameters structuring the functioning of floodplain ecosystems (hydrology, energy streams, soil parameters). The study of successions in alluvial forests was the object of a structural approach. These investigations were led on seven sites distributed on 500 km of the middle Loire. The statistical analyses allowed to confirm the correlations which existed between ecological conditions and the associated flora ; they also allowed to put in evidence and to organize into a hierarchy the site factors which structured best the spatial distribution of plant communities. So, flood frequency, texture of the substrate and location with regard to the energy streams are excellent integrating parameters. Acquired knowledge makes it possible to establish ecological and phytosociological typologies and of the vegetation, and an elaboration of diagrams of organization and evolution of plant communities in the time. For alluvial forests, the architectural method demonstrated its efficiency on the Loire in the understanding of sylvigenesis processes. Finally, the confrontation of these results authorizes the implementation of a predictive model of evolution of the vegetation. This model will allow to test various scenarios of management of floodplain ecosystems with a care of dynamic conservation of biodiversity.; La Loire, souvent qualifiée de " dernier fleuve sauvage d'Europe ", a été aménagée dès l'Antiquité.
