Gene expression at the phenotypic level varies due to a number of influences from the environment in which the animals are reared. Ignoring this reality or due to insufficient knowledge, farmers are often disappointed when choosing a population of sheep when they do not get the production results that the breed achieves where they bought it. The investigation of the reproductive and production characteristics of parent herds of Sjenica sheep was conducted on four farms. In the research, it included a total of 921 lambs and 474 sheep. The influence of sheep body weight on the weight of lambs at birth within a farm was analyzed. Based on the research conducted on the sheep population and after the obtained and processed data, we can state the following: certain differences were found in the fertility of sheep depending on the farm and body weight. We also perceived that certain differences in the body weight of the lambs are evident depending on the weight group of the sheep and the farm where the sheep were raised. All of the above leads us to the general conclusion that management is extremely important in sheep farming. If the selection of the breeding population is carried out correctly and adequate measures of keeping, nutrition and reproduction are applied, success is guaranteed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Biosigurnost, doborbit, dobra proizvođačka praksa i analiza rizika u kritičnom kontrolnim tačkama su veoma značajni elementi za intenzivnu proizvodnju svinja. Planska primena biosigurnosnih mera presudna je u zaštiti zdravlja svinja i uspeha same proizvodnje. U ovom predavanju koji je deo bilaterlanog projekta, dat je prikaz rešenja i rutinski postupci u zaštiti od biološke kontaminacije, kao i odnos proizvođača prema potrebi da zaštite zdravlje svojih životinja i obezbede opstanak i isplativost proizvodnje, na primerima kontrolisanih farmi različitog kapaciteta. Svest zaposlenih o stvarnoj potrebi zaštite proizvodnje u celini, aktivan odnos prema postojećim opasnostima i preduzete mere predstavljaju ključ uspeha u osmišljavanju i pripremi planova biosigurnosti za svaku konkretnu situaciju,odnosno farmu svinja.

The equivalence of continuous-/discrete-time autoregressive-moving average (ARMA) systems is considered in this paper. For the integer-order cases, the interrelations between systems defined by continuous-time (CT) differential and discrete-time (DT) difference equations are found, leading to formulae relating partial fractions of the continuous and discrete transfer functions. Simple transformations are presented to allow interconversions between both systems, recovering formulae obtained with the impulse invariant method. These transformations are also used to formulate a covariance equivalence. The spectral correspondence implied by the bilinear (Tustin) transformation is used to study the equivalence between the two types of systems. The general fractional CT/DT ARMA systems are also studied by considering two DT differential fractional autoregressive-moving average (FARMA) systems based on the nabla/delta and bilinear derivatives. 6. INFLUENCE OF SOME FACTORS ON FERTILITY AND WEIGHT IF SHEEP AND BODY WEIGHT DEVELOPMENT OF LAMBS.

The research included a total of 921 lambs, 474 ewes and 8 sjenicke sheep rams from 4 different farms. The aim of the research was to examine the influence of the farm, cultivation technology and the influence of rams within the farm on production indicators. Statistical analysis showed that the body weight of lambs at birth ranged from 3.37 to 4.03 kg (average 3.68 kg), at 30 days from 11.51 to 12.41 kg (average 12.07 kg) and from 90 days from 27.82 to 29 kg (average 28.65 kg). A statistically highly significant influence of the farm was determined (P<0.01) on the body weight of lambs in all three control periods, as well as on the body weight of sheep and on the fertility of sheep. The influence of the ram on the body weight of the lambs at birth was statistically very significant within the farm (P<0.01). When it comes to the percentage share of birth type by farm, farm 1 had the most singletons (59.13%) both within the farm and in comparison between other farms, while there were fewer twins (40.87%), and triplets were not identified. On the other farms, the percentage of twins was the highest, and triplets were also present, while on farm 4 there were also quadruplets, lambs born as quadruplets (3.28%). [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Nesse artigo discutimos as respostas a um questionário envolvendo conceitos básicos de Geometria, o qual foi aplicado a estudantes do nono ano do Ensino Fundamental, antes e depois dos mesmos interagirem com uma ferramenta denominada FARMA (Ferramenta de Autoria para Remediação de Erros com Mobilidade na Aprendizagem). A análise das respostas se deu a partir de uma estratégia de categorização e determinação de categorias substantivas e categorias teóricas. Observamos que antes da interação com a ferramenta os conceitos apresentados pelos estudantes estavam mais próximos de ideias do cotidiano. Após a interação houve significativo deslocamento das respostas na direção do conceito correto, principalmente no caso do conceito de ponto. Isso demonstra o potencial da ferramenta FARMA no ensino e aprendizagem de Matemática, em especial da Geometria.

The body weight of calves in the earliest period of their life (age from 0 to 7 days) is under the greatest influence of the farm and the season of birth. The farm manifests its influence most often through the conditions of nutrition and housing and the organization of the technological production process, while the influence of the birth season is manifested through microclimatic and nutritional conditions, as well. The most common deficiencies related to the nutrition of newborn calves are related to: inadequate colostrum supply in terms of quality, quantity and time of colostrum intake, which is closely related to the organization of the technological production process on the farm. Dietary deficiencies affect the body weight of calves at birth and at 8 days of age. In a study conducted over a year (4 seasons), the colostrum diet of newborn calves of the HF breed on two farms (A and B) with a tied housing system was analyzed. Calves were fed colostrum on both farms at intervals, usually up to 2 hours, less often up to 4 hours after birth. The colostrum consumed came from the mother, most often, and less often from the other cow, while on one of the farms it was also used frozen. However, the amount of colostrum consumed was deficient, it was 1-2 l on farm A, and 2.5 to 3 l on farm B. The occurence of a deficient diet or other deficiencies in the diet of calves was indicated by the average body weight, measured at birth and at the age of 8 days. On farm A, a lower average body weight of calves (37.95 and 39.68 kg) was recorded than on farm B (40.00 and 41.80 kg) by age categories, respectively. The average body weight of calves was statistically significantly (p <0.01) influenced by the farm and the season of birth, as well as their mutual interaction, but the effect of the farm was more pronounced. 15. Praktično sprovođenje biosigurnosnih mera – dezinfekcija, na farmama

- Abstract
Postupak kojim se deluje na mikroorganizme, sa ciljem uništavanja određenih mikroorganizama, ili onih mikroorganizama na koje to dezinfekciono sredstvo deluje, naziva se dezinfekcija. Uspeh izvedene dezinfekcije zavisi od pravilno sprovedenih faza dezinfekcije: mehaničko čišćenje, sanitarno pranje, dezinfekcija u užem smislu, kontrola izvršene dezinfekcije, ispiranje dezinfikovanih površina, kao i kontrola dezinfikovanih površina posle ispiranja. Samo pod uslovom da su pravilno sprovedene navedene faze dezinfekcije, može se očekivati efekat primenjenog dezinfekcionog sredstva. Po završenom mehaničkom čišćenju, pristupa se sanitarnom pranju kojim se uklanja ostatak nečistoća. Infektivni materijal može često da prodre duboko u različite predmete i na površine, odnosno može da bude prekriven raznom nečistoćom, naročito organskog porekla, u kojoj se nalazi veliki broj mikroorganizama. Primena bilo kakavog hemijskog dezinfekcionog sredstva na takvom mestu teško može dovesti do nekog rezultata, zato što dezificijens, neće prodreti do samog mikroorganizama. Na taj način, dezificijens gubi veliki deo svoje dezinfekcione sposobnosti, odnosno do mikrorganizma dopire samo njegov neznatni deo. Zato odstranjivanje nečistoća sa površina koje se dezinfikuju predstavlja važnu meru i. uslov za uspešnu dezinfekciju. Kada je reč o prevoznim sredstvima, kojima se prevoze životinje, ona se moraju mehanički očistiti i izvršiti temeljno sanitarno pranje, a zatim dezinfikovati. Vozilo koje ulazi na farmu mora imati potvrdu o obavljenoj dezinfekciji od ovlašćene veterinarske organizacije i ukoliko stanje vozila odgovara potvrdi o obavljenoj dezinfekciji, dozvoljava se ulazak vozila na farmu. U praktičnoj svakodnevnoj dezinfekciji najviše se koriste hemijska dezinfekciona sredstva. Među njima postoji veliki broj preparata, čija se primena preporučuje za određene vidove dezinfekcije.

- Abstract
This article discusses some of the results of a Masters research that proposes and applies a method of pedagogical experimentation based on retroaction of errors and successes with regard to the use of learning objects in student learning FARMA tool. This work was conducted by performing theoretical and practical research. On theoretical research was proposed one evaluation method of the teaching-learning process, using concepts of retroaction, mobile learning, authoring tools in IA, and learning objects. The research practice understood the application of the method, based on diagnosis, pretest, post-test and interaction, and analysis. This application was conducted in two schools in the State of Paraná, with 260 ninth grade students of the elementary school and first year of high school. Learning objects were developed in FARMA covering math content to the stage of interaction. The analysis of the data was statistical. The methods highlighted that all participants have achieved some kind of gain. When comparing the pedagogical experimentation based on retroaction of mistakes and successes, there was statistically significant difference for the students of the first year of high school. Telesna masa teladi u najranijem periodu života teladi (uzrast od 0 do 7 dana) je pod najvećim uticajem farme i sezone rođenja. Farma svoj uticaj ispoljava najčešće kroz uslove ishrane i držanja i organizaciju tehnološkog procesa proizvodnje, dok se uticaj sezone rođenja ispoljava kroz mikroklimatske i uslove ishrane, takođe. Najčešći nedostaci vezani za ishranu novorođene teladi odnose se na: neadekvatno napajanje kolostrumom u smislu kvaliteta, količine i vremena uzimanja kolostruma, što je u tesnoj vezi sa organizacijom tehnološkog procesa proizodnje na farmi. Nedostaci u ishrani odražavaju se na telesnu masu teladi na rođenju i sa 8 dana života. U ispitivanju sprovedenom tokom 2013-2014 godine (4 sezone) analizirana je ishrana kolostrumom novorođenimh teladi HF rase na dve farme (A i B) sa vezanim sistemom držanja. Telad su napajana kolostrumom na obe farme u intervalu, najčešće do 2 sata, ređe do 4 sata nakon rođenja. Konzumirani kolostrum je poticao od majke, najčešće, a ređe od druge krave, dok se na jednoj od farmi koristio i zamrznut. Međutim, količina konzumiranog kolostruma bila je deficitarna, iznosila je 1-2 l na farmi A, a 2,5 do 3 l na farmi B. Na postojanje deficitarne ishrane ili drugih propusta u ishrani teladi ukazivala je prosečna telesna masa, merena na rođenju i u uzrastu od 8 dana života. Na farmi A je zabeležena manja prosečna telesna masa teladi (37,95 i 39,68kg) nego na farmi B (40,00 i 41,80kg) po starosnim kategorijama, redom. Na prosečnu telesnu masu teladi statistički veoma značajno (p lt 0,01) su uticali farma i sezona rođenja, kao i njihova međusobna interakcija, ali je efekat farme bio izraženiji.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the current state of the selected agricul-tural farm (family business Mikolášek) and to suggest the possibilities of its ex-pansion. The work is divided into 3 main parts: theoretical part, own work and ap-pendices. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the analysis of the business environment and acquaints the reader with the basic concepts and information that are needed to know and understand business and its forms. The current state of the agricultural farm and the actual implementation of the business plan based on com-pany analyzes and investments are presented in the thesis. The conclusion contains an evaluation of the entire business plan.

- Abstract
Biosigurnost, dobrobit, dobra proizvođačka praksa i analiza rizika u kritičnim kontrolim tačkama su veoma značajni elementi u intenzivnoj govedarskoj proizvodnji. U zaštiti zdravlja goveda i uspehu same proizvodnje, presudna je planska primena biosigurnosnih mera. Cilj ovog rada je da se iznese procena biosigurnosnih mera na farmama visokomlečnih krava i da se ukaže na moguće propuste. Takođe je diskutovano i o mogućim biosigurnosnom rešenjima na farmi krava, kao i o rutinskim postupcima u zaštiti od potencijalne biološke kontaminacije i preporukama koje se odnose na sprovođenje biosigurnosnih mera.

- Abstract
Kako izgleda situacija kada za jednu bolest ne postoje specifična terapija i vakcina, mogli smo se uveriti na početku pandemije KOVID 19. Lek je tražen u izolaciji, ograničavanju kretanja, sprečavanju kontakata zdravih i obolelih, dezinfekciji, kako u smislu lične, tako i u smislu dekontaminacije površina i prostora. Jednom rečju, oslonili smo se na biosigurnosne mere. Sa pojavom vakcine, borba protiv ove bolesti poprimila je drugi oblik i značajno je pojednostavljena. Afrička kuga svinja je bolest za koju, još uvek, ne postoji specifična terapija, niti vakcina i “osuđeni” smo na biosigurnosne mere. Prvi slučaj pojave afričke kuge svinja u Srbiji je zabeležen u julu 2019. godine, u naseljenom mestu Rabrovac, opština Mladenovac. Bolest je registrovana u individualnom domaćinstvu, u populaciji domaćih svinja, što je bilo za očekivati obzirom na nivo biobezbednosnih mera u ekstenzivnom načinu držanja. Iako je prvi slučaj, za “iznenađenje”, registrovan u dubini teritorije zemlje, širenje bolesti na prostoru istočne i jugoistočne Srbije, imajući u vidu epizootiološku situaciju afričke kuge svinja u Bugarskoj i Rumuniji, deluje sasvim logično. Kako u ovom delu zemlje preovladava ekstenzivni način držanja svinja, sa svim svojim specifičnostima i već pomenutim niskim nivoom biosurnosnih mera, stvoreni su uslovi za širenje bolesti u dužem vremenskom peridu. Jedan od povoljnih elemenata je i činjenica da u ovom delu zemlje nema, u većem broju, velikih aglomeracija svinja, odnosno farmi, koje bi se mogle naći “na udaru”. No, ipak, bolest se pojavila na jedinoj velikoj farmi na ovom području, u naseljenom mestu Halovo, opština Zaječar, u populaciji od oko 20 000 svinja. Nakon laboratorijske potvrde prisustva uzročnika AKS na farmi, naložene su mere u cilju suzbijanja bolesti koje su podrazumevale, pre svega, hitnu depopulaciju životinja, neškodljivo uklanjanje leševa i dezinfekciju objekata i prostora. - Abstract
We report a pilot study on the feasibility of determinations of circulating levels of paraoxonase-1 (PON1) and compounds related to energy metabolism as biomarkers for the evaluation of patients with rectal cancer (RC), and the effects produced by neoadjuvant radiochemotherapy (NRCT). We studied 32 patients treated with radiotherapy plus capecitabine concomitant chemotherapy and 48 control subjects. We identified pre-NRCT PON1 and alpha-ketoglutarate as the parameters that best discriminated between RC patients and the control group. Receiver operating characteristics analysis of the combination of the two parameters showed an area under the curve (AUC) of 0.918. Moreover, patients who presented a pathological complete response (pCR) to treatment had lower plasma pre-NRCT valine concentrations (AUC of 0.826). Patients who had a relapse had lower concentrations of succinate (AUC of 0.833). The results of the present study illustrate the usefulness of investigating alterations in oxidative stress and metabolism in RC. Due to the small number of patients studied, our results must be considered preliminary, but they suggest that the determination of circulating levels of PON1 and alpha-ketoglutarate might be a valuable tool for the early diagnosis of RC, while the determination of valine and succinate might effectively predict pCR and the appearance of relapse.

Nesse artigo discutimos as respostas a um questionário envolvendo conceitos básicos de Geometria, o qual foi aplicado a estudantes do nono ano do Ensino Fundamental, antes e depois dos mesmos interagirem com uma ferramenta denominada FARMA (Ferramenta de Autoria para Remediação de Erros com Mobilidade na Aprendizagem). A análise das respostas se deu a partir de uma estratégia de categorização e determinação de categorias substantivas e categorias teóricas. Observamos que antes da interação com a ferramenta os conceitos apresentados pelos estudantes estavam mais próximos de ideias do cotidiano. Após a interação houve significativo deslocamento das respostas na direção do conceito correto, principalmente no caso do conceito de ponto. Isso demonstra o potencial da ferramenta FARMA no ensino e aprendizagem de Matemática, em especial da Geometria. In this paper, we discuss the answers to a questionnaire involving basic concepts of geometry, which was applied to students of the ninth grade of Elementary School, before and after they interact with a tool called FARMA (Learning Tool for Remediation of Errors with Learning Mobility). The analysis of the answers came from a strategy of determination of substantive categories and theoretical categories. We observed that before the interaction with the tool the concepts presented by the students were closer to everyday ideas. After the interaction, there was a significant displacement of the answers in the direction of the correct concept, especially in the case of the point concept. This demonstrates the potential of the FARMA tool in teaching and learning Mathematics, especially Geometry.

- Abstract
The impact of disease on poultry production is one of the major limiting factors of successful performance in the poultry industry. Biosecurity can be defined as a way to assure safety from the transmission of infectious diseases, parasites and verbs. At the primary production level (broiler breeding) on a farm, the main problem is inconsistent implementation of biosecurity measures, as defined in the biosecurity protocol. Adequate implementation of biosecurity measures on farm depends from the least paid and educated workers and is subject to errors during everyday working practice. Therefore daily monitoring of employees 'performance is necessary, with continual education, whereby each detected non-compliance serves to improve the existing biosecurity protocol. Since the prevalence of Salmonella spp. on broiler meat at the slaughterhouse, among other factors, depends on Salmonella spp. prevalence on farm, in cases where technological operations are standardized at the slauhterhouse and when the hygiene level is equable, the data on Salmonella spp. prevalence can help us indirectly to assess adequate implementation o f biosecurity measures on farm. In our research, after strict and consistent implementation of biosecurity measures on farm, Salmonella spp. prevalence at the slaughterhouse was reduced from 24% to 10%. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Práce se zabývá vývojovými potřebami a vzděláním dětí v období od 12 do 18 let podle metodiky Marie Motessori. Zahrnuje tedy období druhého stupně základních škol a střední školy s tím, že praktické příklady výuky jsou rozebrány spíše pro základní školu. Na střední škole by výuka probíhala podobně jako na druhém stupni základních škol, střední školou rozumíme školu poskytující všeobecné vzdělání jako například gymnázium. Toto období vývoje dítěte 12-18 let však nelze vzít takto samostatně, je potřeba vidět souvislosti, proto je v práci zahrnuto také období vývoje a vzdělání dětí od narození do šesti let, to znamená předškolní vzdělání, dále od sedmi to 12 let, to je první stupeň základních škol, a následně je zde také uveden výhled, jak má vzdělání pokračovat na univerzitách a vysokých školách. Vzdělání a výchova dítěte je ucelený komplex., The thesis deals with the developmental needs and education od children aged 12 to 18 accroding to the methodology od Marie Montessori. The work therefore includes the period of the second level of elementary schools and secondary school. In secondary school, teaching would take place similarly to the second stage of elementary schools; secondary schools means a school providing general education such as a grammar school. However, this development period of a child 12-18 years cannot be taken as such, it is necessary to see the context, therefore the work also includes the development and education of children from birth to six years, in preschool education, further from seven to 12 years, primary school. The thesis provides an outlooko on how education should continue at universities. Child education is a complete concept.

This bachelor thesis is focused on water management on two different farms. It deals with general information about animal farming and their need of water, water management and its legislation. The practical part of this thesis is devoted to characteristic of two selected farms and to a place where the farms are located. The farms were chosen with different numbers of animals to show different philosophies and different ways of thinking about water management. The comparison of differences between farms is demostrated from the obtained data. These data are the basis for the discussion about possible measures for better usage of water on farms.

The bachelor's thesis deals with non-agricultural production of the homestead Kvítkův Dvůr in Český Krumlov. The area of the Kvítkův Dvůr homestead was originally a part of the Český Krumlov chateau and supplied the chateau and its surroundings with agricultural products. It has always been an important landscape element around Český Krumlov. It is currently in a neglected state and there is a vision for the future of the restoration of the homestead with its own specific production. The aim of this work is to evaluate the potential of the area of the historic homestead Kvítkův Dvůr in Český Krumlov in terms of the basic dimensions of the principle of sustainability. To evaluate the potential, an extensive data collection was performed, on the basis of which an opportunity study was performed using SWOT and SMART analysis tools. The results show specific possibilities of non-production use, which are discussed in the work from the position of the author. The results also show there are several fundamental problems in the project that will not be so easy to solve. It is mainly a matter of changing and stabilizing property relations between the complex and its surroundings, as well as great financial demands and the right choice of financing. Given the above results, the option of buying the monument and financing its reconstruction and further development by the state with the help of subsidy and foundation forms of financing seems to be one of the good solutions.

Agroforestry has made tremendous strides in recent years, but many challenges remain in-terms of its application. The objective of this study was to describe the existing agroforestry practices in relation to species richness and ecological significance, to know farmer's perception, techniques of management of woody trees and to assess socio-economic potential and constraints of agroforestry in North-western Ethiopia. The study was carried out at farm-landscape, homestead levels, woodlot and grazing areas. At farm level, 20 plots of 100 m x 100 m each and at homestead level, 20 plots each having an area of 10 m x 10 m each were selected using simple random sampling technique. Result indicates that on-farm tree density ranged from 21-127 trees ha-1 and the existing fragmented landholding possession affects the intensification of agroforestry while around homesteads there is a mix of animals, woody trees, food crops and fruit trees which composes an incredible amount of biodiversity. Agroforestry technologies should be widely distributed and promoted through farmers' participation to provide more options for livelihood improvement. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is "The Consumer Market with Organic Food in the South Bohemian Region" and it deals with the current market situation. The goal of this thesis is to analyse customer's approach to shopping of organic food, also looking for the weakest side of customer-organic food relationship and to define the direction how the customers think of the purchase. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts such as organic farming, defines legislation in labelling requirements and certification of organic food, the functions of organic farming control companies and production and processing of organic food. The results in the practical part were achieved by evaluation of a questionnaire survey and data analysis from the respondent's survey. Finally, the author suggests recommendations based on data analysis from the obtained information.

Примена менаџмента у пољу узгоја млечних крава, односно, производњи млека је од стратешког значаја за одрживи развој сточарства, млекарства и уопште производњи млечних производа на домаћем и међународном тржишту. Развој менаџмента као и глобалне друштвене промене су под утицајем низа фактора. Основни фактор са израженим интензитетом, поред природног, јесте развој свих научних дисциплина, технике и технологије као и информационих система. Узимајући у обзир наведени низ фактора од којих достигнути степен развоја науке покрива све, може се закључити да је дошло и до промена у стварању и одабиру расе млечних говеда као и финалној производњи млека. Наведени степен је допринео идентификацији и мерењу степена стреса као и одговору на стрес и утицај на статус код крава током лактације. Менаџмент, односно одређивање профила липида у крви и оксидативног статуса представља користан алат за приказ утицаја страних хемијских супстанци на производњу млечних крава. Предмет истраживања је примена менаџмента у постизању одрживости производних и здравствених резултата млечних крава у периоду лактације. Ставља се акценат на анализу теоријских и аналитичких информација, фарм менаџмента, принципе, правила и законитости узгоја млечних говеда, максимизацију производње ослањајући се на етику као и примарни циљ сваког производног, односно пословног субјекта, максимизацију профита. Максимизација перформанси менаџмента млечних крава, у овом случају се базира на три постулата и њихову комплементарност, односно синтезу производних, економских и социјалних критеријума. Последњи критеријум обухвата и добробит млечних крава што подразумева утицај свих фактора, природних, људских, хемијских итд., као и њихов стајски смештај. Најзначајнији фактори који утичу на потрошњу млека и млечних производа представља доходак потрошача и финална цена. Да би се тај фактор превазишао и предупредио потребно је превазићи проблем количине производње млека. У предиспозиције успешног одговора спада превасходно избор за, Primena menadžmenta u polju uzgoja mlečnih krava, odnosno, proizvodnji mleka je od strateškog značaja za održivi razvoj stočarstva, mlekarstva i uopšte proizvodnji mlečnih proizvoda na domaćem i međunarodnom tržištu. Razvoj menadžmenta kao i globalne društvene promene su pod uticajem niza faktora. Osnovni faktor sa izraženim intenzitetom, pored prirodnog, jeste razvoj svih naučnih disciplina, tehnike i tehnologije kao i informacionih sistema. Uzimajući u obzir navedeni niz faktora od kojih dostignuti stepen razvoja nauke pokriva sve, može se zaključiti da je došlo i do promena u stvaranju i odabiru rase mlečnih goveda kao i finalnoj proizvodnji mleka. Navedeni stepen je doprineo identifikaciji i merenju stepena stresa kao i odgovoru na stres i uticaj na status kod krava tokom laktacije. Menadžment, odnosno određivanje profila lipida u krvi i oksidativnog statusa predstavlja koristan alat za prikaz uticaja stranih hemijskih supstanci na proizvodnju mlečnih krava. Predmet istraživanja je primena menadžmenta u postizanju održivosti proizvodnih i zdravstvenih rezultata mlečnih krava u periodu laktacije. Stavlja se akcenat na analizu teorijskih i analitičkih informacija, farm menadžmenta, principe, pravila i zakonitosti uzgoja mlečnih goveda, maksimizaciju proizvodnje oslanjajući se na etiku kao i primarni cilj svakog proizvodnog, odnosno poslovnog subjekta, maksimizaciju profita. Maksimizacija performansi menadžmenta mlečnih krava, u ovom slučaju se bazira na tri postulata i njihovu komplementarnost, odnosno sintezu proizvodnih, ekonomskih i socijalnih kriterijuma. Poslednji kriterijum obuhvata i dobrobit mlečnih krava što podrazumeva uticaj svih faktora, prirodnih, ljudskih, hemijskih itd., kao i njihov stajski smeštaj. Najznačajniji faktori koji utiču na potrošnju mleka i mlečnih proizvoda predstavlja dohodak potrošača i finalna cena. Da bi se taj faktor prevazišao i predupredio potrebno je prevazići problem količine proizvodnje mleka. Taking into consideration the stated set of factors from which the achieved level of development of science covers everything, one can conclude that there has been a change in the creation and selection of breeds of dairy cattle, as well as the final production of milk. This degree contributed to the identification and measurement of stress levels as well as the response to stress and the impact on cow status during lactation. Management, that is, determining the lipid profile in the blood and oxidative status, is a useful tool to show the influence of foreign chemicals on dairy cows production. The subject of the research is the application of management in achieving the sustainability of production and health results of dairy cows in the period of lactation. The emphasis is placed on the analysis of theoretical and analytical information, farm management, principles, rules and legality of breeding cattle breeding, maximization of production based on ethics as well as the primary goal of each production or business entity, maximization of profit. The aim of this paper is to identify the motives of the decisions to join the agritourism business in the Czech Republic and the degree of fulfilment of these input motives. The research also identified the differences in motives for the entry of farmers into agritourism in the Czech Republic as compared to the results of a study on agritourism in the USA. In order to achieve the aims, descriptive statistic methods and non-parameterized testing through Wilcoxon test were used. It was found out that unlike the USA, in the Czech Republic the most dominant motives for joining agritourism are economic motives. The results also included a comparison of the approaches reflecting the impact of existing experience with agritourism with the change of approaches to the input motives. Примена менаџмента у пољу узгоја млечних крава, односно, производњи млека је од стратешког значаја за одрживи развој сточарства, млекарства и уопште производњи млечних производа на домаћем и међународном тржишту. Развој менаџмента као и глобалне друштвене промене су под утицајем низа фактора. Основни фактор са израженим интензитетом, поред природног, јесте развој свих научних дисциплина, технике и технологије као и информационих система. Узимајући у обзир наведени низ фактора од којих достигнути степен развоја науке покрива све, може се закључити да је дошло и до промена у стварању и одабиру расе млечних говеда као и финалној производњи млека. Наведени степен је допринео идентификацији и мерењу степена стреса као и одговору на стрес и утицај на статус код крава током лактације. Менаџмент, односно одређивање профила липида у крви и оксидативног статуса представља користан алат за приказ утицаја страних хемијских супстанци на производњу млечних крава. Предмет истраживања је примена менаџмента у постизању одрживости производних и здравствених резултата млечних крава у периоду лактације. Ставља се акценат на анализу теоријских и аналитичких информација, фарм менаџмента, принципе, правила и законитости узгоја млечних говеда, максимизацију производње ослањајући се на етику као и примарни циљ сваког производног, односно пословног субјекта, максимизацију профита. Максимизација перформанси менаџмента млечних крава, у овом случају се базира на три постулата и њихову комплементарност, односно синтезу производних, економских и социјалних критеријума. Последњи критеријум обухвата и добробит млечних крава што подразумева утицај свих фактора, природних, људских, хемијских итд., као и њихов стајски смештај. Најзначајнији фактори који утичу на потрошњу млека и млечних производа представља доходак потрошача и финална цена. Да би се тај фактор превазишао и предупредио потребно је превазићи проблем количине производње млека. У предиспозиције успешног одговора спада превасходно избор за узгој и производњу, првенствено у овом случају, Холштајн Фризијске или Сименталске расе говеда. Правилан избор условљен је економским и осталим факторима. Избор доводи до профитабилног корака, односно узрочно последичног модела са позитивним економским резултатима. Прихватањем решавања опште познатог проблема код нас, мора се приступити мултидисциплинарно, применом више дисциплина: Менаџмента, агрономије, економије, технологије, инжењерског менаџмента, као и савремене биотехнологије. Резултат таквог приступа је развој производње млека и млечних производа, говедарства и сточарства у целини, прехрамбена стабилност, елиминација социјалних питања, максимизација профита и развој привреде Републике Србије. Прегледом доступне научне и стручне литературе у области производних и здравствених аспеката млечних крава у периоду лактације указано је на то да је проблематика актуелна и отворена. У пракси није довољно примењен мултидисциплинарни прилаз иако је ниво науке свих дисциплина изражен. Наиме, развој свих дисциплина је подржан универзалном применом функција менаџмента. Последњих година, дошло је до развоја фарм менаџмента, односно, управљања пољопривредним газдинством као предиспозиције одговора на садашње услове пословања и уопште пословног опстанка. Ослањајући се на тренутну слику стања пољопривреде и сточарства на територији Републике Србије, да се закључити да је потребно планирати, организовати, спровести и контролисати све пословне промене и подухвате са што нижим степеном инвестиција. Таква пословна политика је изазвана падом популарности (економске) села и смањеном понудом радне снаге, између осталог. Није више као пре, популарна сарадња и удруживање на нивоу задруга или других правних субјеката што, такође прилично угрожава опстанак уситњених пољопривредних газдинстава. Такође, у последњој деценији, цена млека у продавницама је повећана а реални доходак по становнику смањен. Прихватање менаџмента као пратеће, комплементарне дисциплине у примени и развоју целокупних достигнућа омогућава проширење реално постигнутих резултата као и потенцијалних могућности његовом применом. Фарм менаџментом се добија оправдана слика узрочно последичних веза као и достизање најефикаснијег модела производње млека који обухвата количину и квалитет заснован на принципима добробити крава. Управљање и одређивање липидног профила крви и оксидативног статуса је веома корисно средство за показивање утицаја хемијских супстанци на производњу млечних крава. Истраживање различитих биомаркера оксидативног стреса повезаног с различитим проблемима у производњи млечних крава представљају врло важно питање. Даље, циљ истраживања је био да се испитају различити биолошки маркери код две расе крава Холштајн Фризијске и Сименталске, у различитим фазама лактације. Укупно 60 крава Холштајн Фризијске и Сименталске расе подељено је у два третмана (HF и S) који су даље подељени у три групе. Групе сваке расе крава биле су подељене у три фазе у раној лактацији од 32-75 дана (HF1 и S1), максимална лактација 80-165 дана (HF2 и S2) и ниска лактација од 175 дана надаље (HF3 и S3). Током огледа утврђена је укупна производња млека и проценат млечне масти и протеина. Узорци крви су узети из југуларне вене сваке краве, док је серум сакупљен без антикоагуланта и складиштен на -20 °C у малим аликвотима за даље анализе. Серум је затим анализиран на триглицериде, холестерол, HDL, LDL, AST, ALT, GGT, укупни антиоксидативни статус (TAS), укупни оксидативни статус (TOS), MDA, SOD, каталазе и параоксоназе (PON1). U istraživanju koje je provedeno na Farmi Tomislavgrad d.o.o. korišteni su podatci o konstrukciji izmuzišta, načinu mužnje i kvaliteti mlijeka. Rezultati koji su prikazani u radu pokazuju da je kvaliteta mlijeka na toj farmi na zavidnoj razini. To se, uz organiziran rad na farmi i kvalitetnu ishranu stoke, zasigurno može pripisati i vrlo učinkovitoj mužnji. Konstrukcija izmuzišta tipa riblja kost omoguduje muzačima da lako manipuliraju muznim jedinicama, lako se kredu kroz muzni hodnik i u prirodnom položaju obavljaju mužnju. Muzne krave imaju nesmetanu cirkulaciju kroz izmuzište i ne doživljavaju stres prilikom mužnje, što se odražava i na kvalitetu i količinu mlijeka. In the research conducted on Farma Tomislavgrad d.o.o., data of the milking parlour design, milking method and milk quality were used. The results presented in this study show that the milk quality on this farm is on an enviable level. This, along with organized work on farm and quality cattle feeding, can certainly be attributed to a very efficient milking. The design of milking parlour type herringbone enables milkers easy manipulation with milking units, easy moving through milkers pit and working in the natural position. Milking cows can circulate smoothly through the parlour and don’t experience stress during the milking, which can also be easily reflected on the quality and the amount of milk.

The aim of the thesis is to describe and to establish the current state of organic agri-culture in the Czech Republic and Ukraine, The work is focused on the identification of the number of organic businesses and their equilibrium in the Czech Republic as well as in Ukraine. The theoretical part of the thesis defines organic farming, conditions and princi-ples of production, organic food and others. In the practical part of the thesis are found the states of ecological agriculture and bioproduction in the Czech Republic and Ukraine. It also includes the economic evaluation of selected organic products or organ-ic food, as well as the analysis of the quality and quality of organic food. Furthermore, an example of a particular organic farm in Ukraine is demonstrated, which suggests possible measures for the further development of organic farming.

This thesis looks at the legal framework of the sale and processing of farm- produced goods. Especially, it concerns hygienic requirements for this type of production. The operation of an agriculture farm which grocery production connects the agricultural and grocery legislation. At the moment, it's a very actual topic because of the growing interest for local products of small farmers. Also, in this area, there were recent legislative changes to facilitate the process for small businesses. The objective of this research Is to provide a complex look at the legislation in the area of the farm processing and sale and to use critical analysis to chosen systematic elements and to particular provisions. In the first part of this work, the reader is presented with the introduction to this problematic, including the definition of the position of the grocery production done directly on farms in Czech agriculture and food industry. There are also fundamental concepts for this area defined. In the second part, the historical excursion of the sale and processing of products on farms is provided. 38. Učestalost pojave supkliničkih mastitisa krava na farmi-prikaz slučaja

- Abstract
Učestalost pojave mastitisa zavisi od načina držanja, eksploatacije muznih grla i higijene postupka dobijanja mleka. U tehnologiji držanja muznih životinja svi faktori imaju podjednak značaj. Loša nega, neizbalansirana, nepravilna ishrana i nepravilna muža, tehnički neispravna oprema za mužu deluju kao stres i utiču na učestalost pojavljivanja i trajanja mastitisa. Odnos kliničkih i subkliničkih mastitisa je 1:4, odnosno 2-3%, što ukazuje na značaj subkliničkih mastitisa. Najčešći uzročnici subkliničkih mastitisa (u 90% slučajeva) su: Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus agalactiae, Streptococcus dysgalactiae i Streptococcus uberis. Subklinički mastitisi se ne manifestuju vidljivim kliničkim simptomima što otežava dijagnostiku. Dijagnoza subkliničkog mastitisa se postavlja bakteriološkim pregledom mleka na uzročnike mastitisa i određivanjem broja somatskih ćelija. Cilj ovog rada je bio da se ispita učestalost pojave subkliničkih mastitisa na jednoj farmi u Vojvodini gde se krave drže u vezanom sistemu, a muža izvodi mašinski. Materjal je predstavljalo 100 uzoraka mleka iz pojedinačnih četvrti od 25 krava. Uzorci mleka su uzeti aseptično posle indirektnog određivanja broja somatskih ćelija Kalifornija mastitis testom(CMT). Za izolaciju uzročnika mastitisa je korišćena tehnika zasejavanja na krvni agara, a identifikacija izvršena ispitivanjem makromorfoloških, mikromorfoloških i biohemijskih osobina izolata. Rezltati su pokazali da je od 25 krava kod 5 (20%) krava izolovan Staphylococcus aureus iz mleka jedne,ili 2 četvrti, kod 1 (4%) krave Streptococcus agalactiae iz jedne četvrti i kod 1 (4%) krave dokazana je Candida spp. u 1 četvrti. Nalaz Enterococcus spp. u mleku 1, odnosno 2 četvrti kod 2 (8%) krave ukazuje na lošu higijenu, jer se ovi mikroorganizmi mogu naći u organskoj materiji, prostirci, silaži i biljkama, kojom se hrane muzne životinje. Mestrado em Ciências Empresariais O licensing ou contrato de licenciamento, representa uma das estratégias contratuais para a entrada em novos mercados utilizada pelas empresas que visam iniciar o seu processo de internacionalização. Devido a um deficit de produtividade em investigação e desenvolvimento, associado aos elevados custos dos mesmos e às recentes crises económicas, a actividade de licensing nas suas diferentes formas na indústria farmacêutica adquiriu particular importância. No entanto, e apesar da sua ampla utilização e escrutínio, subsistem percentagens consideráveis de resolução nestas parcerias. A presente pesquisa tem por objectivo identificar, relevar e mesmo confirmar quais os factores de risco e prováveis fontes de conflito para a resolução e cessação prematura dos contratos de licenciamento de produtos na fase pós-lançamento e comercialização, (co-marketing, co-promoção), entre empresas do sector bio-farmacêutico. A abordagem metodológica de pesquisa a utilizar será a de estudo de caso múltiplo por entender-se que é a mais adequada à investigação de um fenómeno que é real e dentro do seu próprio contexto (Yin 2009), tendo como base a nível de dados a pesquisa na literatura existente e a implementação de protocolo de entrevistas semi-estruturadas (Roos & Roos 1997, Saunders et al. 2008, Yin 2014). Nos resultados finais podem observar-se os aspectos considerados fulcrais para a existência de risco, como: erros de avaliação do verdadeiro potencial dos segmentos de mercado, falhas importantes nos canais de comunicação entre empresas, a inexistência de equipas de acompanhamento mútuo dos projectos entre empresas e a sub-alocação dos meios devidos para o sucesso das parcerias. Licensing represents one of the contractual strategies for entering new markets used by companies that intend to start their internationalization process. Due to a lack of productivity in research and development, associated with high costs and the recent economic downturns, the licensing activity in its different forms in the pharmaceutical industry has become particularly important. However, despite their wide use and scrutiny, considerable percentages of resolution remain in these partnerships. The present research aims at identifying, highlighting and even confirming the risk factors and probable sources of conflict for the resolution and premature termination of product licensing agreements in the post-launch and marketing phase (co-marketing, co-promotion ), among companies in the bio-pharmaceutical sector. The methodological research approach to be used will be that of a multiple case study because it is understood to be the most adequate for the investigation of a phenomenon that is real and within its own context (Yin 2009), based on the research data in the existing literature and the implementation of semi-structured interviews protocol (Roos & Roos 1997, Saunders et al., 2008, Yin 2014). Purpose of this diploma thesis is to evaluate actual state of selected farm specialized in llama breeding. Thesis starts with a written review, describing species of llamas, their versatility and breeding requirements. Bachelor thesis with the subject of development of agritourism opportunities in the Moravian karst presents a literary overview related to rural tourism and tourism in the Moravian Karst in the first part. Furthermore, the Moravian karst is characterized as a unit based on assumptions and factors of agritourism development. Factors include karst features, climate, hydrology, geology, flora and fauna. There was outlined environment of selected villages, provided services and surrounding attractions. The provided services were compared with services of other European countries. At the end, there were conducted interviews with owners of local farms and proposed a solution for the development of agritourism.

Povećanje svjetskog stanovništva povećalo je potrebu za hranom i energijom. Ljudske djelatnosti unose hranjiva u okoliš dvostruko brže nego u predindustrijskom razdoblju. Nužno je uspostaviti ravnotežu između razvojnih procesa u poljoprivredi i zaštite okoliša, ali isto tako osigurati dovoljno hrane za sve brojnije svjetsko stanovništvo. Zaštita okoliša mora postati razvojni dio poljoprivrede ukoliko želimo uspostaviti takvu ravnotežu. Na svakome imanju odnosno farmi valja težiti sustavu gospodarenja u kojem će vladati skladan odnos između članova agroekosustava. Onečišćenja zraka, vode i tla jedan su od glavnih problema današnjice. Veliki ekološki problem predstavlja nepravilno gospodarenje i primjena stajskog gnoja, ne pridržavanje smjernica dobre poljoprivredne prakse i ne poštivanje propisanih zakona. Dušik je u poljoprivredi ključ visokih prinosa ali i glavni onečišćivač vode, od velike važnosti je problem procjeđivanja nitrata čime se direktno utječe na kvalitetu površinske i podzemne vode. Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je procijeniti utjecaj onečišćenja farme mliječnih krava Mitrović na okoliš. Metodologija opisana u nastavku ovoga rada odnosi se na bruto bilancu dušika temeljenu prema OECD metodi (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development). Izračunom po OECD Metodologiji na primjeru farme OPG Mitrović utvrđen je unos dušika u iznosu od 39618, 4 kg N/140 ha i iznos dušika od 38305 kg N/140 ha što dovodi do pozitivne bilanca dušika u iznosu od 1313, 4 kg N/140 ha, odnosno 9, 38 kg N/ha.

The goal of this thesis is to develop a sustainable and realistic business plan for the development of a tourist attraction based around the contact between visitors and farm animals. The thesis consists of the evaluation of tourism and agrotourism in Slovakia and in the region of Liptov, followed by the secondary research on agrotourism attractions. The selection of target groups, followed by primary market research and its evaluation, analysis of strategic partners and location, as well as the operations, marketing, and financials are presented in this thesis. The data presented prove that the business idea of creating a tourist attraction featuring farm animals is a viable tourist platform to build a business upon. The contingencies and risks are also analyzed resulting in a complete and viable business plan.

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of animal rights in environmentally-ethical approach, focusing on animal cruelty. The aim was to document the current situation of the animals, including legislative support in the Czech Republic, the European Union and the world. The comparative method was used to evaluate advantages and disadvan-tages of selected facilities, especially private farm and pig farming cooperative. The results show that the situation of animal rights in the Czech Republic is adequate in comparison with other states regarding to standard and legislative security. It was also assessed that the private farm is more friendly to animals from an ethical point of view, as it provides more space in stabling and sensitive approach from keepers. Despite the mass animal husbandry is growing, it is necessary to pay close attention to the welfare.

Agricultural activities produce a number of dangerous wastes affecting the environment. One is powder produced in livestock production, in particular in stables factory farms. Particulate emissions from livestock buildings are particularly important for the closest neighborhood stables. It is the subject of conflicts between farmers and their neighbors. The source of dust in livestock buildings are mainly food (fine particles modified cereals and dried plants) renegade animal skin particles, urine crystals and particles of feces. The aim of this work is to determine the concentration of dust in the factory farming of chickens for meat. Secondly, the aim is to compare BAT (Best Available Technique - Best Available Technology) technology used in stables with the reference document BREF (Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control - Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control). Measurements were carried out on a Farma U lesa in Sudoměřice u Bechyně on a poultry farm in Horní Miletín.

The project involves the implementation of an ERP (here SAP) covering the main processes of a company in the pharmaceutical sector. This project required the participation of a team of over 50 professionals combined between the company and the consulting company and offers a unique opportunity to change the history of a company. We explain what is an ERP, what are the advantages of SAP and a summary of what has been the SAP implementation project in a pharmaceutical company. Finally, we include a summary of lessons learned and conclusions of the SAP implementation., El proyecto consiste en la implantación de un ERP (en este caso SAP) cubriendo los principales procesos de una compañía del sector farmacéutico. Este proyecto requirió de la participación de un equipo de más de 50 profesionales combinados entre la compañía y la empresa de consultoría y ofrece una oportunidad de cambio única en la historia de una empresa. Explicamos qué es un ERP, cuáles son las ventajas de SAP y un resumen de lo que ha sido el proyecto de implantación de SAP en una empresa del sector farmacéutico. Tema ovog diplomskog rada je Prijedlog idejnog rješenja za izgradnju obiteljske farme kapaciteta 60 muznih krava na temelju kojega su se istražili svi tehnološki činitelji te identificirale glavne skupina troškova proizvodnje mlijeka. Buduća farma će se nalaziti u mjestu Grabovac. Najveći dio novčanih ulaganja za izgradnju i opremanje farme bio bi iz europskih fondova. Osim što se farma Baranjka bavi proizvodnjom mlijeka, bavi se i uzgojem junadi do četiristo kilograma. Pasmina koja se koristi na farmi je simentalac. Hranidba se većinom obavlja iz vlastite proizvodnje, a djelomično kupovnom. Vlastita mehanizacija koristi se samo na farmi dok je mehanizacija za obradu zemlje unajmljena. Na temelju analiziranih podataka vidljivo je da su u prvoj godini proizvodnje najveće troškove uključuje izgradnja farme, kupovina osnovnog stada i proizvodnja hrane. Najveći prihodi dobiveni su od prodaje proizvedenog mlijeka, dok su manji prihodi dobiveni od prodaje junadi te stajnjaka.

The bachelor's thesis is focused on domesticated llamas on the South Moravian region. Its main focus is on possibilities of their usage in agritourism. The introduction contains a definiton of agritourism. The thesis describes breeding and animotherapy usage of llamas. Moreover, thesis is also dealing with their taxonomy and morphology. The next chapter splits South Americans llamas, into two group according to its domestication and further species. In addition there is also explanation of technique of breeding and their nutrition. Thesis also contains description of llama farms on the South Moravian region that are Lamacentrum Hády, a little farm with alpacas at Brno location, and Farma u Lamáka, which is breeding llamas at territory of Blansko. This thesis also includes economic evaluation of mentioned farms.

- Abstract
The impact of disease on poultry production is one of the major limiting factors of successful performance in the poultry industry. Biosecurity can be defined as a way to assure safety from the transmission of infectious diseases, parasites and verbs. At the primary production level (broiler breeding) on a farm, the main problem is inconsistent implementation of biosecurity measures, as defined in the biosecurity protocol. Adequate implementation of biosecurity measures on farm depends from the least paid and educated workers and is subject to errors during everyday working practice. Therefore daily monitoring of employees' performance is necessary, with continual education, whereby each detected non-compliance serves to improve the existing biosecurity protocol. Since the prevalence of Salmonella spp. on broiler meat at the slaughterhouse, among other factors, depends on Salmonella spp. prevalence on farm, in cases where technological operations are standardized at the slaughterhouse and when the hygiene level is equable, the data on Salmonella spp. prevalence can help us indirectly to assess adequate implementation of biosecurity measures on farm. In our research, after strict and consistent implementation of biosecurity measures on farm, Salmonella spp. prevalence at the slaughterhouse was reduced from 24% to 10%., Glavni ograničavajući faktor uspešnosti proizvodnje mesa brojlera je negativni uticaj potencijalnih bolesti. Biosigurnosne mere predstavljaju način osiguranja bezbednosti od prenosa infektivnih bolesti, parazita i ostalih uzročnika oboljenja. Na nivou primarne proizvodnje (tov brojlera) na farmi, problem predstavlja nedosledna primena biosigurnosnih mera koje su definisane u biosigurnosnom protokolu. Adekvatna primena biosigurnosnih mera na farmi zavisi od najmanje plaćenih i edukovanih radnika i podložna je greškama tokom obavljanja svakodnevne radne prakse. Stoga je potrebno svakodnevno praćenje izvršenja radnih obaveza zaposlenih, uz kontinuiranu edukaciju, pri čemu svaka otkrivena neusaglašenost služi za unapređenje postojećeg biosigurnosnog protokola. Prevalencija Salmonella spp., na mesu brojlera u klanici, između ostalih faktora zavisi i od nalaza Salmonella spp. na farmi. U slučaju kada su tehnološke operacije na liniji klanja standardizovane i postupak sprovođenja higijene ujednačen, podatak o prisustvu Salmonella spp., može poslužiti za procenu da li su primenjene adekvatne biosigurnosne mere na farmi. U našem radu, nakon striktnog i doslednog preduzimanja biosigurnosnih mera na farmi, prevalencija Salmonella spp. na koži vrata brojlera na klanici, smanjena je sa 24% na 10%.
