This paper investigates the complex factors hindering entrepreneurial aspirations in Lebanon, focusing on the absence of a functional financial system and its impact on entrepreneurial intentions. Drawing on surveys conducted with 325 Lebanese participants across three generations, using ordinal regression, the research reveals crucial determinants of entrepreneurial intentions, emphasizing the roles of entrepreneurial attitude, the absence of banking sector services, optimism, risk propensity, and age. Positive attitudes and optimism correlate with stronger intentions; however, the weakened economic situation and lack of a functional financial system diminish this positive correlation. Demographic factors like gender and education do not significantly influence intentions. In addition, the study reveals differences in entrepreneurial intentions determinants across the three generations of X, Y, and Z. This study underscores the urgent need for financial system reforms in Lebanon to enhance stability while advocating for financial literacy programs and private sector initiatives to empower entrepreneurs and expand their businesses. Developing an effective entrepreneurial ecosystem is viewed as a regional economic development approach that focuses on developing supportive circumstances that encourage the startup's success. This study aims to investigate the impact of the entrepreneurial ecosystem on startups’ success and the variables that could play a mediating role in the relationship between entrepreneurial ecosystem and startups’ success. The research is based on face-to-face and online semi-structured interviews (the interview guide consisted of 9 open-ended questions) from second quarter of 2023 until the end of the third quarter of 2023 (the data collection phase was closed after meeting the criteria of data saturation). The participants were selected via purposeful sampling technique (20 owners or managers of startup companies including IT, customer service, food, transportation, etc. in Egypt). Thematic and content analysis is done by using NVivo software. From the analysis of the interviews, four themes are developed, and each theme consists of several codes. The first theme is the entrepreneurial ecosystem, with codes: competence development, education and training, enterprising culture and leadership, financial support, government policies and regulations, market openness, and intermediary services. The second theme is entrepreneurial characteristics, with codes: self-efficacy, entrepreneurial attitude, entrepreneurial intention, and entrepreneurial innovation. The third theme is entrepreneurial challenges, with codes: fierce competition, failure to plan and unrealistic expectations, knowledge and skills gaps, and ineffective marketing. The fourth theme is startup success, with codes: productivity, financial performance, and competitive advantage. This study found, that some elements are unimportant for startup’s ecosystem: government programs and support, commercial and professional infrastructure for entrepreneurs, and access to physical infrastructure for entrepreneurship. At the same time, the study confirmed that education and training, enterprising culture and leadership, financial support, government policies and regulations, and market openness are unimportant for startup’s ecosystem. Moreover, it is found that such elements as competence development and intermediate services should be additionally included in the ecosystem. From this study, the model that investigates the relationship between the entrepreneurial ecosystem and startup success was developed. Finally, some recommendations provided to decision-makers and current and future research.

Purpose – Unemployment is the biggest issue for all the developing countries, especially India, where millions of educated people are passed out every year from different educational institutes, but against this, the jobs are not being generated. This situation will only be addressed effectively when the government/authorities make more efforts to identify/create potential entrepreneurs. The present study investigates the relationship of entrepreneurial characteristics on entrepreneurial attitude and intention among engineering undergraduates engaged in various technical institutions in Chhattisgarh state. Design/methodology/approach – Stratified random sampling was used to collect sample of 1,000 engineering undergraduates enrolled in third and fourth year at different technical institutions of Chhattisgarh state. Findings – Structural equation modelling and hierarchal multiple regression analysis were incorporated, and the analysis revealed that the entrepreneurial characteristic was found to be a significant predictor of entrepreneurial attitude and intention of engineering undergraduates. The study also discusses managerial implications, limitations and avenues for future research. Originality/value – Looking at the current scenario, the present study discusses with several factors influencing entrepreneurial attitude and intention of engineering undergraduates, which might be the only solution to a significant issue, i.e. unemployment. In addition, there is a huge lack of research in addressing unemployment issue through entrepreneurship in the state of Chhattisgarh.

Background: During the Covid-19 pandemic, traditional education in Indonesian juvenile prisons faces challenges, hindering inmates' reintegration. Discrimination against ex-convicts seeking employment exacerbates their difficulties post-release. While some organizations offer entrepreneurial training, the lack of standardized programs necessitates further examination of their effectiveness. The pandemic worsens educational deficiencies within prisons, impeding inmates' ability to pursue self-employment upon release. More research is crucial to evaluate the impact of entrepreneurship education, aiding rehabilitation efforts and fostering inmates' business intentions. Purpose: The research presents the impact of entrepreneurship education during Covid-19 era on juvenile prisoners' entrepreneurial intentions at 6 juvenile prisons located in 6 provinces in Indonesia (Riau, Bangka Belitung, Bengkulu, Lampung, North Sumatera, and Jambi). Design/methodology/approach: Utilising PLS, this quantitative study also analyses prisoners' entrepreneurial attitude which mediates the impact on prisoners' intention to be selfemployed. The analysis of this study was conducted in January 2023 from 62 questionnaires and found that entrepreneurship education in the 6 juvenile prisons significantly impacts on juvenile prisoners' entrepreneurial intentions via the essential role of entrepreneurial attitude. Findings/Result: This research discovered that at Indonesian juvenile prisons, prisoners' entrepreneurial attitude partially mediated the impact of entrepreneurship education on their entrepreneurial intentions. These findings also suggest that Indonesian government should design policy and produce the first national guidelines to set up the standard of entrepreneurship education delivery to the entire juvenile prisons population. The standard education should initially develop the prisoners' entrepreneurial attitude and other factors which will ultimately improve the entrepreneurial intentions of juvenile prisoners in Indonesia. Conclusion: The research highlights the pivotal role of entrepreneurship education in shaping the entrepreneurial mindset of juvenile prisoners. It stresses the importance of perceiving selfemployment as a viable and fulfilling career path, empowering inmates with decision-making capabilities. Abstract The issues of employment, social inequality, and resource scarcity can be effectively addressed through social entrepreneurship, contributing to the growing research interest on the formation of social entrepreneurial intention. Using the theory of planned behaviour, the current study examined the influence of selected key factors on social entrepreneurial intention among university students. Based on the cross-sectional quantitative research design, online survey was conducted, which involved 684 students and graduates from five universities in Southern China. The obtained results demonstrated the significant and positive influence of perceived values on sustainability, opportunity recognition competency, attitude towards entrepreneurship, subjective norms, and perceived behavioural control on social entrepreneurial intention. Additionally, attitude towards entrepreneurship partially mediated the relationships of risk-taking propensity, self-efficacy, and need for achievement on social entrepreneurial intention. The multi-group analysis results also showed that need for achievement and social entrepreneurial intention differed significantly between genders, which provides new ideas for future investigations into the impact of gender on social entrepreneurial intentions. Based on the findings of this study, it is crucial that university students are exposed to relevant courses or training to develop social entrepreneurship competencies and promote sustainable values. The findings of this study will provide policymakers with relevant policy guidelines and more effective theoretical support to achieve the goal of promoting social entrepreneurship among university students in a more resource-efficient and effective manner.

This study investigated the influence of experiential learning (EL) on entrepreneurial intention (EI) of the students through the lens of perceived behavioural control (PBC). To present a comprehensive perspective, we have explored the direct influence of the antecedents associated with the theory of planned behavior (TPB). The data for were collected via a structured questionnaire from 1,250 final-year management science students. The study employed the partial least squares structural equation modelling method approach for data analysis. The results confirm positive relationships between EL and EI (β = 0.266). In addition, PBC mediates and enhances the relationship between EL and EI (β = 0.30). The result also showed that the TPB antecedents, namely entrepreneurial attitude, subjective norms, and PBC, significantly and positively influence students’ EIs. The proposed model explains a 64% variance in EIs. Moreover, the influence of EL on EI gets stronger when PBC acts as a mediator. Therefore, it is necessary to concentrate on PBC and EL.The study has valuable insights and practical and theoretical implications forhigher education institutions, and policymakers on making more informed resource allocations and fostering an environment conducive to entrepreneurship.

AbstractIn recent years, some localities in Tunisia that are among the most amenable to agritourism have focused on the development of agritourism houses with a focus on rural women through agritourism entrepreneurial training. In this regard, the current study examines the influential determinants of entrepreneurial behavior using an agritourism method with rural Tunisian women. 167 of the study’s 235 rural Tunisian women participants were chosen using the Cochran algorithm. The findings suggest that rural women will have a strong desire to establish agritourism residence through a gradual process of changing norms towards the acceptance of rural women entrepreneurs as well as the acceptance of agritourism culture through the establishment of local and regional institutions and organizations in a context of family support with strong bonds of commitment, solidarity, environmental, and infrastructural foundations.

This study seeks to examine the impact of curriculum support (CS) and extracurricular support (ECS) on students’ entrepreneurial intentions (EI) along with the mediating impact of entrepreneurial attitude (EA) and entrepreneurial self-efficacy (ESE) on the relationship. An electronic questionnaire was used to collect data from 561 final year engineering students, and Partial Least Square-Structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) was used to analyse the collected data. The findings revealed that CS has no direct influence on EI; however, it has an indirect influence through EA and ESE, whereas ECS has a stronger impact, i.e. both direct and indirect connections with EI. This study offers considerable insights to policymakers, entrepreneurship educators and actors regarding the architecture of EE frameworks that can build the inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem within HEIs. The aim of the present study is to examine the link between proactive personality (PP) and entrepreneurial intention (EI) and to investigate the mediating role of entrepreneurial attitude (EA) and the moderating role of perceived educational support (PES). A total of 764 university students were recruited using a stratified cluster sampling from two Chinese universities. Participants completed a battery of self-reported online questionnaires, including the proactive personality scale, entrepreneurial attitude scale, perceived educational support scale, and entrepreneurial intention scale. Descriptive and correlation analysis was conducted by SPSS 21.0. SPSS macro program PROCESS (Model 4) was used to test the mediating effect and PROCESS (Model 7) to verify the moderated mediation effect. The results showed that PP had a positive effect on EI (B = 0.842, SE = 0.042, p\.001). EA exerted a partial mediating effect between PP and EI (the indirect effect was 0.633, which accounted for 75.27% of the total effect). Moderated mediation analysis suggested that PES moderated the indirect effect of PP on students' EI via their EA. The present study is the first attempt to provide a single model to decipher the interlink of PP, EA, PES, and EI simultaneously. The findings could contribute to the current literature on entrepreneurship by focusing on "how" and "when" university students' PP may enhance their EIs. More specifically, the mediating role of EA, the stronger effect of EA, and the moderating role of PES in predicting university students' EIs were reported. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Experiential learning has gained significance among student community in the recent past. Research on influence of experiential learning on entrepreneurial intention among management students is scarce. The current research was focused to examine factors influence entrepreneurial intention among management students. A five-factor research model was developed based on literature review. Data were collected from 152 students using a structured questionnaire which was analyzed with the support of SPSS software. Multiple regression analysis results revealed that experiential learning, self-efficacy and personal innovativeness proved to exhibit a positive effect on entrepreneurial attitude. In turn, entrepreneurial attitude has shown a positive effect on students' entrepreneurial intention. The study contributes to area of experiential learning and entrepreneurship. Colleges and universities play a pivotal role in nurturing students' entrepreneurial aspirations, as evidenced by a significant increase in entrepreneurial education. Improving its quality and igniting students' motivation are crucial. This study, grounded in established theoretical frameworks, introduces variables such as entrepreneurial intention, attitude, and self-efficacy, forming a moderated mediation model. An analysis of 347 questionnaires using Mplus 8.0 reveals the following insights: (1) Collegiate-level entrepreneurship education is positively correlated with students' entrepreneurial intentions; (2) Entrepreneurial attitude and self-efficacy mediate the relationship between entrepreneurship education and students' entrepreneurial intentions; (3) Entrepreneurial social support moderates the link between entrepreneurship education and students' entrepreneurial intentions. These findings contribute to the body of knowledge in entrepreneurship education and provide valuable guidance for enhancing its effectiveness and fostering students’ entrepreneurial aspirations.

Abstract Fars province, as one of the most susceptible ecotourism regions of Iran, has paid attention to the establishment of ecotourism residences with the priority of rural women through ecotourism entrepreneurial training in recent years. In this regard, the present study investigates the effective factors on entrepreneurial behavior with Fars rural women ecotourism approach in Iran. The participants of the study were 431 of rural women in Fars and 205 were decided by Cochran formula. It is inferred from the results that step-by-step procedure of changing norms towards the acceptance of rural women entrepreneurs as well as the acceptance of ecotourism culture through the establishment of local and regional institutions and organizations in a context of family support with strong bonds of commitment, solidarity, environmental and infrastructural foundations will lead to a strong desire to constitute ecotourism residence by rural women.

This research examines the impact of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial attitude and intention among students majoring in economic management in higher vocational colleges. The study reveals that entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant effect on both entrepreneurial attitude and intention. Furthermore, it finds that entrepreneurial attitude serves as a mediating factor in the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intention. The research also highlights significant gender differences, indicating that male students exhibit higher average levels of entrepreneurial intention compared to female students. However, there were no discernible gender variations in entrepreneurial tendencies. Those with and without business experience demonstrate distinct disparities in entrepreneurial ambition, with those with business experience exhibiting stronger entrepreneurial intention. This study explores how entrepreneurial firms responded to - and displayed resilience in - coping with the uncertainty generated by an unexpected crisis. We examine how entrepreneurs leveraged slack resources to build organizational resilience and, thanks to their entrepreneurial attitude, could eventually turn adversities into opportunities. Through a multiple case study, four key entrepreneurial responses emerge about the type of slack resources (business or family) and extent of entrepreneurial attitude (favourable or unfavourable) leveraged: "waiting while seeding", "keeping business as usual", "striving to resist" and "surfing the pandemic". Slack resources, both business and family, can enable the absorption of a shock, contributing to building absorptive resilience, or the adaptation to the shock, contributing to building adaptive resilience. Yet, they are not sufficient to turn adversities into opportunities because firms also require a favourable entrepreneurial attitude to activate slack. Plain English Summary How entrepreneurial firms respond to - and display resilience in - coping with a crisis's uncertainty varies according to the entrepreneurial attitude of the entrepreneur and the typology of slack resource leveraged. We find that these firms responded to the Covid 19 crisis either through: "waiting while seeding", "keeping business as usual", "striving to resist" or "surfing the pandemic". The four responses differ in the type of slack resources — business or family — and extent of entrepreneurial attitude — favourable or unfavourable — leveraged. Slack resources, both business and family, are not sufficient to turn adversities into opportunities because firms require a favourable entrepreneurial attitude to activate slack. The study contributes to business practice by showing that both family and non-family businesses to thrive in the "new normal" era will have to develop the entrepreneurial resources of the team. Purpose: Knowledge and information science specialists can succeed in creating and providing entrepreneurial services by using knowledge of the society, the needs of the audience and having an entrepreneurial attitude. In the field of knowledge and information science, entrepreneurship is a type of social or value entrepreneurship service. Accordingly, the purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of entrepreneurship education in changing the entrepreneurial attitude of public library librarians in Birjand city. Method: The present study is a type of applied research. In terms of data collection, it is a quasi- experimental study with a control group, a pre-test and a follow-up test to determine the duration over times. The statistical population of the study included 30 librarians of public libraries affiliated to the library of the city of Birjand; Data collection was done by Entrepreneurship Attitude questionnaire (Robinson et al., 1991) and SPSS software was used to analyze the information collected through the questionnaire. Findings: The results of the tests showed that entrepreneurial training has led to a shift in the attitudes of librarians in the test group, and entrepreneurial training has led to a shift in the orientation of self-esteem, Succession, innovation and personal entrepreneurial control of the group librarians and the post-test scores of the two control and experimental groups were reported differently (F = 5/568, P > 0/05). The average of librarians’ desire for success in the post-test stage (M = 4/528) has changed compared to the pre-test stages (M = 4/313). Also, the test of the repeated measurement design, which included librarians in the experimental group in the follow-up stage, showed that that the change in the orientation of personal entrepreneurial control of librarians has become significant, which has caused stability and stability in them. Self-esteem components such as confidence in one’s ability, confidence in work results, ability to solve personal problems, ambition and self-belief can be influenced to a large extent by changing librarians’ views due to the increase in the level of advertisements and their knowledge about entrepreneurship. Originality/value: The current research considers entrepreneurship in public libraries as a great opportunity for managers and librarians. Considering that entrepreneurship can be acquired in libraries, librarians can use the benefits of entrepreneurial training to raise their level of work and provide entrepreneurial services to users. According to the goals and social roles of public libraries, entrepreneurship training in the society of librarians and users should be considered and implemented as one of the special requirements based on the goals and functions of these types of libraries because entrepreneurship training causes a change in the direction of personal entrepreneurial control of people and increase the amount of their personal control.

Purpose – The current study assesses the contribution of entrepreneurship education (EE) in strengthening entrepreneurial attitudes (EAs) and entrepreneurial intentions (EIs) among engineering graduates in India. Design/methodology/approach – Cross-sectional data were collected through an electronic questionnaire from 340 engineering students. Structural equation modeling was performed for hypothesis testing through SmartPLS4 software. Findings – The findings demonstrated that EE, EA and EI are positively and significantly correlated. However, the moderation effect of gender on EE–EI linkage was found to be insignificant. Research limitations/implications – The study provides comprehensive insights to understand EE effectiveness on students' EI and further opens the path for future researchers to investigate how the inclusion of other constructs in theory of planned behavior and human capital theory can raise the EI among students. Future research should target a larger sample size comprising students from diverse educational streams. Practical implications – The findings of this research offer various practical contributions for educational establishments, policymakers and the government in formulating constructive educational interventions that fully trigger the student's EIs. Originality/value – This study adds to the scarce theoretical examination of EE–EI using the human capital approach in developing countries. In addition, this study is highly relevant to the scarce theoretical and empirical support for investigating the contribution of EE in HEIs in India.

The number of unemployed college graduates is increasing because they generally expect to be employees and are not interested in entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study was to analyze (1) the formation of students' entrepreneurial attitudes through the independent entrepreneurial program and (2) the opportunities and challenges faced by students in the program. The research method used is qualitative, with a case study approach. The object of the research is the Muhammadiyah University of Makassar as the only organizer of the independent entrepreneurial program in eastern Indonesia, which was selected and beat the leading universities. The informants in this study were purposively selected committee members and students participating in the independent entrepreneurial program. The results showed the formation of students' entrepreneurial attitudes through workshops, business partner onboarding, entrepreneurial experience, and the expo. This program provides opportunities for students to acquire entrepreneurial knowledge, create their own businesses, and build networks with entrepreneurs. The challenge faced by students is convincing business partners of their product ideas and deadlines for preparing products for the expo.

Entrepreneurship plays a vital role in the process of wealth creation and improving the standard of living of the people through large-scale employment generation. So this study aims to identify the critical factors among the entrepreneurial framework conditions (EFC) and entrepreneurial behaviour and attitudes (EBAA) in enhancing the entrepreneurship climate in the United States of America (USA), China and India. The data for the study is collected from GEM (Global Entrepreneurship Monitor) on EBAA and EFC. Exploratory factor analysis was attempted initially to reduce the EBAA and EFC data into manageable factors. Further, confirmatory factor analysis was attempted to cross-validate the results. Key Points: • The results unveil that the Public conditions and Business Promotions (EFC) in the USA are superior to India and China. At the same time, India lags behind both the USA and China. • Indian entrepreneurs are more optimistic and audacious than their Chinese counterparts. • The future of entrepreneurship in India depends on what measures the Government adopts today to strengthen the entrepreneurship framework conditions.

AbstractEntrepreneurship is a driving force in finding a source of income for an unemployed group. Entrepreneurs should design their products/services by emotionally connecting to their customers. This study attempts to develop a model by making use of structural equation modeling techniques for integrating the design thinking approach and emotional intelligence (EI) to enhance entrepreneurial attitudes among existing and budding entrepreneurs who are in the student community which will lead to sustainable performance. The model considered the five steps of the design thinking approach empathizing, designing, ideating, prototyping, and testing. The model enables the connection between the five design thinking stages and the components of EI. Both design thinking and EI will help attain an entrepreneurial attitude, which includes components like attitude towards business startup, marketing, recording of finance, good communication, effective leadership, and problem-solving ability. The findings of the study clearly show that EI positively influences the design-thinking process among students. Design thinking mediates EI’s influence on students’ entrepreneurial attitudes. The research study has suggested a model which will be helpful for those students who have an inner calling to become emotionally strong entrepreneurs who can be the pillars for the sustainable wellness of society.

Entrepreneurship plays a vital role in the process of wealth creation and improving the standard of living of the people through large-scale employment generation. So this study aims to identify the critical factors among the entrepreneurial framework conditions (EFC) and entrepreneurial behaviour and attitudes (EBAA) in enhancing the entrepreneurship climate in the United States of America (USA), China and India. The data for the study is collected from GEM (Global Entrepreneurship Monitor) on EBAA and EFC. Exploratory factor analysis was attempted initially to reduce the EBAA and EFC data into manageable factors. Further, confirmatory factor analysis was attempted to cross-validate the results. This study aims to explain the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial orientation, attitude towards entrepreneurship, and entrepreneurial intention. The population of this research is active students at universities in Bali. The sample size used was 200 people with the purposive sampling method. The analytical technique used is Path Analysis using SEM-PLS. The results show that entrepreneurship education positively and significantly affected entrepreneurial intentions. Entrepreneurship education also has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial attitude. Likewise, the entrepreneurial orientation and attitude of students have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions; entrepreneurial orientation and attitude can partially mediate the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions. Purpose: Knowledge and information science specialists can succeed in creating and providing entrepreneurial services by using knowledge of the society, the needs of the audience and having an entrepreneurial attitude. In the field of knowledge and information science, entrepreneurship is a type of social or value entrepreneurship service. Accordingly, the purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of entrepreneurship education in changing the entrepreneurial attitude of public library librarians in Birjand city. Method: The present study is a type of applied research. In terms of data collection, it is a quasi- experimental study with a control group, a pre-test and a follow-up test to determine the duration over times. The statistical population of the study included 30 librarians of public libraries affiliated to the library of the city of Birjand; Data collection was done by Entrepreneurship Attitude questionnaire (Robinson et al., 1991) and SPSS software was used to analyze the information collected through the questionnaire. Findings: The results of the tests showed that entrepreneurial training has led to a shift in the attitudes of librarians in the test group, and entrepreneurial training has led to a shift in the orientation of self-esteem, Succession, innovation and personal entrepreneurial control of the group librarians and the post-test scores of the two control and experimental groups were reported differently (F = 5/568, P > 0/05). The average of librarians’ desire for success in the post-test stage (M = 4/528) has changed compared to the pre-test stages (M = 4/313). Also, the test of the repeated measurement design, which included librarians in the experimental group in the follow-up stage, showed that that the change in the orientation of personal entrepreneurial control of librarians has become significant, which has caused stability and stability in them. Self-esteem components such as confidence in one’s ability, confidence in work results, ability to solve personal problems, ambition and self-belief can be influenced to a large extent by changing librarians’ views due to the increase in the level of advertisements and their knowledge about entrepreneurship. Originality/value: The current research considers entrepreneurship in public libraries as a great opportunity for managers and librarians. Considering that entrepreneurship can be acquired in libraries, librarians can use the benefits of entrepreneurial training to raise their level of work and provide entrepreneurial services to users. According to the goals and social roles of public libraries, entrepreneurship training in the society of librarians and users should be considered and implemented as one of the special requirements based on the goals and functions of these types of libraries because entrepreneurship training causes a change in the direction of personal entrepreneurial control of people and increase the amount of their personal control. In implementing an innovation-driven development strategy, it is important to promote the sustainable development capacity of the new generation. Entrepreneurial learning can enhance college students' skills and entrepreneurial competence in facing the uncertain challenges of the future. In order to clarify the mechanism by which entrepreneurial learning influences college students' entrepreneurial intention, a mediating moderation model was constructed, based on the theory of planned behavior, to explore the mediating role of entrepreneurial attitude, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and perceived behavioral control. Furthermore, the moderating effect of important peers and teachers' support on campus was combined, initially to assess the entrepreneurial intention of college students. This study adopted a quantitative research approach with a questionnaire survey, taking 704 college students in the Yangtze River Delta region as subjects. The research results showed that entrepreneurial learning has a significant positive predictive effect on the entrepreneurial intention of college students; entrepreneurial attitude and perceived behavioral control play a mediating role between the entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial intention of college students; and important peers and teachers' support on campus can adjust the impact of entrepreneurial learning on entrepreneurial intention. The proposed framework provides a more concrete understanding of entrepreneurial intention. This study investigates the impact of entrepreneurial education, entrepreneurial attitude, and entrepreneurial skills on the development of biotechnology firms in the UK. In this regard, this study has validated the impact of entrepreneurial activities like attitude and education and explored how these factors are necessary for the growth of biotechnology firms. The data was organized and collected through surveys provided to the employees of biotech firms in the UK. Two hundred eighty employees responded to the survey. The findings of this study suggest that all three factors - entrepreneurial education, entrepreneurial attitude, and entrepreneurial skills - are important for the development of successful biotechnology firms in the UK. The findings of this research study suggest that entrepreneurial attitude has a significant impact on the development of biotechnology firms, whereas the impact of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial skills is not as significant. These findings underscore the need for policies and programs that support and encourage these activities in order to promote the growth of this important sector of the economy. This research aims to study the impact of entrepreneurship education on the tourism and hotel students' entrepreneurial attitude in Egypt after graduation and study the mediating role of the entrepreneurial attitude between entrepreneurship education and self-employment intention. In addition to, study the mediating role of entrepreneurial attitude between entrepreneurship education and green entrepreneurship intention. A questionnaire was designed and distributed to a random sample of students in faculties and institutes of tourism and hotels in Egypt to achieve the study objectives. 434 valid responses for statistical analysis were analyzed using AMOS V.24 program to extract the study results. The results of the study concluded that there is a positive effect of entrepreneurship education on self-employment intention as well as on green entrepreneurship intention. The results also demonstrated that entrepreneurial attitude plays a mediating role in the relationship between entrepreneurship education and self-employment intention, as well as in the relationship between entrepreneurship education and green entrepreneurship intention. The study revealed that tourism and hotel graduates in Egypt without an entrepreneurial attitude tend to self-employment. In contrast, tourism and hotel graduates who have an entrepreneurial attitude tend more to green entrepreneurship. This study seeks to understand the main factors predicting the future entrepreneurial attitude and intention of higher education students. To do so, a questionnaire was sent to a sample of 508 students at a higher education institution (HEI) in the central region of Portugal. From a structural equation model, the results show that students' entrepreneurial attitude is influenced positively, and with statistical significance, by Entrepreneurial Benefits, Entrepreneurial Passion, Psychological Cognition Factors and Religion Beliefs. On the other hand, the factors/dimensions of Self-Confidence and Creativity are found not to have a statistically significant influence on the Entrepreneurial Attitude of the students studied. In turn, entrepreneurial attitude was a direct and mediated predictor of students' entrepreneurial intention. The results of the study can explain the influence of important factors on students' entrepreneurial attitude and intention, presenting relevant challenges for HEIs to develop and provide more courses and programmes aimed at entrepreneurship. Such initiatives are a way to motivate students to be future entrepreneurs, raising business development and growth in the economy in general, and the country in particular. This study also makes an important contribution to the literature on higher education students' attitude towards entrepreneurship and its influence on their future entrepreneurial intention. People with a strong entrepreneurial attitude and intention are needed to allow development, growth and innovation in the business sector. Objective of the study: Analyze the entrepreneurial attitude and culture in university entrepreneurs in the Victoria de Durango municipality, Mexico. Methodology/approach: The unit of analysis was 152 university entrepreneurs, they were studied using a mixed approach: quantitative through a questionnaire and through a statistical analysis with a structural and qualitative equation model through interviews. Main results: The main findings show that the entrepreneurial attitude and the entrepreneurial culture are significantly related, influencing the development of university entrepreneurship; where the most significant factors are "Opportunity" and "Innovation", which shows that they are entrepreneurs with initiative to identify opportunities in the market, but not only that, but the innovation component is added, which shows that they are professionals who seek to break with a traditional scheme and have a more proactive vision to offer products with greater added value that could ensure their permanence in the market. Theoretical/methodological contributions: This work is relevant because it allows us to know the motivations that graduates of public Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) have to create entrepreneurships and what are the main elements that influence the decision to undertake. Relevance/originality: The results offer information on the motivations, needs and obstacles faced by entrepreneurs and that could be used to outline selective public policies to encourage the growth of university entrepreneurship as a strategy to promote qualified employment.
