A methodology (hereinafter MetodCGEI) is presented for application of Science and Technological Innovation in areas dedicated to key production processes in sustainable foot security and adaptation to change climatic, dependent on the behavior of natural and man-made resources: geology, soils, water resources, vegetation cover, relief, climate, hydraulic infrastructure, land tenure, land use, road infrastructure and population. The analysis of these resources under a systemic approach is key today and is facilitated by the development achieved advanced information technologies, such as: Global Positioning System (GPS); Remote Sensing (TD); Automated Cartography (CAD) and Geographical Information System (GIS), associated with programs for advanced statically analysis (R) and auxiliary programs. Are technologies have been applied, but with very diverse criteria, disperse results and e very low integration, which aims to overcome this work with a comprehensive geospatial conception (CGEI), which requires a methodology based on an integrative model. From this it follows that thee main result is specified in methodology indications (Metod) to apply comprehensive geospatial conception (CGEI) in the confrontation with the mentioned problems and is expressed as MetodCGEI, which is executed through a integrate model (ModInteg).
