The concept of the »green legal culture« has become an increasingly important approach when analysing and adopting modern normative acts both at the global and national level. In this paper, particular attention is given to the relationship between the ethical aspects of the ecological crisis and the challenges it brings about, on the one hand, and on the other hand, the positive legal norms as a means employed by the human society for providing an adequate ethical and value response. The article focuses on the necessity of building ethical ideas, attitudes, values, and beliefs within the framework of the legal system as a whole, and especially within the concept of legal culture, which would contribute to the construction of sustainable policies in environmental protection and the development of ethical awareness that the environmental protection is actually a fundamental human survival issue. In the opening remarks, the author outlines the reasons why the Church, that is, Christian spirituality, which he identifies with Christian culture in the broadest sense, must be permanently in crisis, as it stems from the very nature of the Church and her mission. The author then provides a brief account of the development of the crisis of spirituality in the West, concluding that the time of neo-paganism in the form of cosmic pantheism, i.e., ecology as the new religion of modern Western man, has come. Neopaganism has entered legislation and has become present in all spheres of Western social life. The author proceeds to describe some of the features of a society in which paganism reigns again: individualism, relativism, environmentalism, moral and spiritual disorientation, fear of death, profit above all, etc. In the last part of the article, the author presents the answers offered by some theologians to the existing crisis (J. B. Metz and J. Ratzinger) and then argues that in practice there are three answers that Christianity offers to the current crisis: escape, fight, cooperation. The author offers a fourth possible answer: conversion and return to Jesus Christ and the clarity of his message, that is, a call to once again place God at the centre of Christianity and the message it offers to the world. U uvodnim napomenama autor donosi razloge zbog kojih se Crkva, odnosno kršćanska duhovnost koju on u najširem smislu poistovjećuje s kršćanskom kulturom, mora trajno nalaziti u krizi, jer to proizlazi iz same naravi Crkve i njezina poslanja. Autor potom donosi kratak prikaz razvoja krize duhovnosti na Zapadu, zaključujući kako je nastupilo vrijeme neopoganstva u obliku kozmičkog panteizma, odnosno ekologije kao nove religije suvremenog zapadnog čovjeka. Neopoganstvo ulazi u zakonodavstvo te postaje prisutno u svim sferama zapadnoga društvenog života. Autor potom navodi i opisuje neke od značajki društva u kojem je iznova zavladalo poganstvo: individualizam, relativizam, ekologizam, moralna i duhovna dezorijentacija, strah od smrti, profit iznad svega itd. U zadnjem dijelu članka autor izlaže odgovore koje su na postojeću krizu ponudili neki teolozi (J. B. Metz i J. Ratzinger) te potom navodi kako u praksi postoje tri odgovora koje kršćanstvo nudi na aktualnu krizu: bijeg, borba, suradnja. Autor potom nudi i četvrti mogući odgovor: obraćenje i povratak Isusu Kristu i jasnoći njegove poruke, odnosno poziv da se u središte kršćanstva i poruke koju ono nudi svijetu iznova stavi Boga.

Koncept »zelene pravne kulture« postaje sve važniji pristup pri analizi i donošenju suvremenih normativnih akata kako na globalnoj tako i na nacionalnoj razini. U ovom radu osobitu pozornost posvećujemo, s jedne strane, odnosu između etičkih aspekata ekološke krize i izazovima koje ona donosi te, s druge strane, pozitivno pravnim normama kojima ljudsko društvo želi pružiti adekvatan etičko-vrijednosni odgovor na tu krizu. U središtu zanimanja rada nalazi se nužnost izgradnje etičkih ideja, stavova, vrijednosti i uvjerenja u okvirima pravnog sustava u cjelini, a osobito unutar koncepta pravne kulture koji bi pridonijeli izgradnji održivih politika u smjeru zaštite okoliša i razvijanja etičke svijesti da je zaštita okoliša zapravo temeljno pitanje čovjekova opstanka.

Ektomikorizne simbioze između gljiva i višegodišnjih biljka prirodno su prisutne u gotovo svim kopnenim ekosustavima. Ektomikoriznom zajednicom biljke osiguravaju organske tvari za ishranu gljiva, a zauzvrat dobivaj povećanu apsorptivnu površinu korijenovog sustava te brojne druge dobrobiti kao što su poboljšana ishrana bilja, povećana tolerantnost na štetočinje, toksicitet teških metala te uvjete suše i zaslanjenosti, povećan rast i prinosi. Budući da se staništa gljiva u ovom slučaj tartufa u Hrvatskoj sve više iscrpljuju, kao alternativa nudi se plantažni uzgoj tartufa. U radu su prikazane mogućnosti proizvodnje presadnica za uzgoj tartufa. Ovaj rad dat će doprinos spoznajama o mogućnostima proizvodnje kvalitetnog sadnog materijala za uspješnu proizvodnju tartufa

Mikoriza predstavlja simbiozu između gljive i biljke pri čemu gljiva od biljke dobiva organske tvari sintetizirane putem fotosinteze, a biljka uz pomoć hifa gljiva lakše absorbira vodu i hraniva. Primjena mikorize u poljoprivredi ima brojne prednosti – omogućava uzgoj bilja u tlima nepovoljnih karakteristika, poboljšava ishranu bilja, mineralizaciju organske tvari, efikasnije iskorištavanje fosfora i dušika, povećava otpornost kultura na stres presadnje, suše i soli, teške metale u tlu i patogene te povećava prinos i kvalitetu. Primjena mikorize u ekološkom uzgoju je sve više zastupljena u praksi, osobito u proizvodnji plodovitog povrća, u maslinarstvu i vinogradarstvu. Arbuskularno-mikorizne gljive za koje se smatra da mogu zamijeniti gnojiva i biocide koji nisu dopušteni u ekološkim sustavima proizvodnje imaju veliku mogućnost primjene u ekološkoj poljoprivredi. Osim što se upotrebom gljiva kao biofertilizatora postiže održavanje ili poboljšavanje plodnosti tla, promiče se ekološka proizvodnja hrane koja predstavlja cjeloviti sustavan pristup poljoprivredi, koji potiče kontinuirane inovacije na gospodarstvima, a u svrhu okolišnog, društvenog i ekonomskog boljitka. Primjena mikoriznih gljiva u svim segmentima ekološke proizvodnje ima veliki potencijal u budućnosti u Republici Hrvatskoj i u svijetu.

Fitoncidais vadinami lakūs junginiai, kuriuos išskiria kvepiantys augalai. Todėl vaistiniai augalai, skleidžiantys stiprų aromatą, dar yra vadinami fitoncidiniais augalais. Manoma, kad tokių augalų skleidžiamas aromatas gali atbaidyti skraidančius ir ropojančius daržo augalų kenkėjus bei turėti įtakos jų populiacijų reguliavimui, o tuo pačiu – gerinti produkcijos kokybę daržininkystės ūkiuose. Naudojant cheminius preparatus, ilgainiui kenkėjai adaptuojasi prie jų, dalis tokių medžiagų lieka augaluose. Be to, cheminių pesticidų naudojimas tiesiogiai susijęs ir su biologinės įvairovės mažėjimu. Lietuvoje dėl įvairių nuomonių skeptiškai žiūrėta į fitoncidinių augalų praktinį taikymą daržo augalų kenkėjų kontrolei. Ypač tai aktualu būtų ekologiniams, biodinaminiams ir kitiems ūkiams, suinteresuotiems gaminti sveikesnę produkciją. Todėl šio tyrimo tikslas – vertinti labiau paplitusių daugiamečių žolinių vaistinių augalų, turinčių fitoncidinių savybių, galimybes panaudoti ir daržovių apsaugai nuo kenkėjų. Straipsnyje pateikiami rezultatai apie vaistinės balzamitos, paprastojo raudonėlio, pipirmėtės ir paprastojo čiobrelio panaudojimo efektyvumą svogūnų, morkų ir kopūstų apsaugai nuo kenkėjiškų vabzdžių.

The springs west of Črnomelj, in SE Slovenia, are the habitat of the black (Proteus anguinus parkelj) and the white olm (Proteus anguinus anguinus). Some of these springs are also the only known habitat in the world of endemic species of black olm. A steady decline in olm populations has been observed in this area over the past decades. Owing to the rapid runoff and groundwater f low high-resolution monitoring is essential in providing better insight into the hydrogeological characterization of the catchment area of springs. Specific factors and critical parameters of water behind said olm degradation have not yet been defined. Because the olm’s environment is largely aquatic, one potential critical parameter could be the higher water temperatures (>12 °C) or higher nitrate concentration (>9.2 mg/l). The six-month observation of the springs (July – December 2021) point to water temperature as a potential critical parameter since the water temperature of the springs exceeded 12 °C in months July and August. Nitrate concentrations could also be a second critical parameter in the degradation of the olm’s habitat. Maximum nitrate concentrations above 9.2 mg/l throughout much of the observation period (except for Dobličica spring). Due to less agricultural activity in December in the spring catchment area and a higher dilution rate due to reduced evapotranspiration and increased effective precipitation during this time of the year, the nitrate concentrations are decreased. The results of the measured parameters of groundwater could show the hydrogeological connection between the Otovski and Pački breg springs and between Šotor, Jamnice and Dobličica. The Obršec spring has an independent catchment area. A detailed estimation of the springs catchment area is possible due to a detailed geologic map. It is necessary to determine the origin of the nitrate (nitrate isotope analysis), to quantify the threshold values of the critical parameters, to define precisely all the causes of the olm deterioration, and to make proposals for appropriate measures to limit or even stop the decline of the olm population. Knjiga Postanka ističe da je Bog stvorio čovjeka na svoju sliku i povjerio mu brigu za svijet da nastavi njegovo djelo stvaranja. Međutim, grijehom je čovjek iznevjerio povjerenu mu zadaću i u svojoj oholosti narušio svoj odnos prema Bogu, bližnjemu i prirodi. Paradoksalno je da je čovjek tim činom zapravo ponajviše naštetio samom sebi jer grijeh u sebi uvijek ima razarajuću snagu i po naravi narušava cjelokupne čovjekove odnose. Polazeći od antropologije grijeha, a u svjetlu enciklike Laudato si', u ovom radu želimo pobliže prikazati konkretne grijehe i njihove razorne posljedice. One se očituju u grešnim postupcima prema Bogu, bližnjemu i prirodi, a očituju se, prije svega, kao ekocid, kulturocid, grijeh protiv pravednosti i međugeneracijske solidarnosti, odnosno, općenito kao grijeh protiv ljudske ekologije koji je izravno usmjeren protiv dostojanstva ljudske osobe. Grijesi protiv prirode nisu, naime, ništa manje teški od grijeha protiv Boga i čovjeka. Naprotiv, čine jednu nerazdvojnu cjelinu te se u zadnjem djelu rada posebno ističe važnost ekološkog obraćenja, budući da ga papa Franjo predlaže kao jedini put izlaska iz nastale krize i put kojim se čovjek može izliječiti od slijepe oholosti te na taj način ponovno preuzeti odgovornost za svijet koji mu je Bog povjerio na čuvanje.

For many people, fashion is a way of life that has been going on for centuries. The modern fashion manufacturing industry is expanding, and competition is increasing, with more and more new brands emerging. The fashion industry controls life in the modern community far more than many realize, which affects not only clothing but almost every aspect of daily life. As consumer spending on fashion products increases, higher sales increase production demand, which in turn maximizes the negative impact on the environment. According to McKinsey (2016), clothing typically uses a lot of water and chemicals and emits a lot of greenhouse gases. There is more and more talk in modern society about the expression of eco-friendly and sustainable fashion in the fashion manufacturing industry. The essence of sustainable fashion production is to take into account the fact that it is important to produce only to the extent that the consumer needs, so that surplus is not the most important aspect. The main methods aimed at analyzing the development of sustainable fashion in Lithuania are the analysis of the scientific literature, quantitative research: survey, and qualitative research: in-depth interviews. The founders of the brands „LeMuse“ and „LeaF“ were interviewed, and after analyzing the answers received during the interviews, it is learned that the main direction of the business is sustainable production processes. It is revealed that „LeaF“ branded products are born from obsolete leather products, and the use of natural fabrics is at the heart of „LeMuse“. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Papa Franjo 2015. godine izdao je encikliku Laudato si’ – O brizi za zajednički dom koja je pobudila veliko zanimanje među vjernicima Katoličke Crkve i u akademskoj zajednici. Kako bi se enciklika mogla što bolje razumjeti, u radu se opisuju njezina tri glavna obilježja: dijalog razuma i vjere, sveopće zajedništvo te nerazdvojiva povezanost ekonomije, ekologije i siromaštva. Prvo obilježje enciklike tiče se suradnje s eminentnim znanstvenicima koja je rezultirala tekstom prvoga poglavlja enciklike. Drugo obilježje odnosi se na povezanost svih stvorenja na svijetu koja proizlazi iz Božjega čina stvaranja, a treće na nerazdvojivu povezanost ekonomije, ekologije i siromaštva. Sva su tri obilježja enciklike u funkciji promicanja cjelovite ekologije kao jedine alternative dominantnoj paradigmi tržišne ekonomije i odnosu prema okolišu.

Iako pravoslavna teologija ima dugu i bogatu tradiciju, u njezinoj daljoj povijesti nije zabilježen značajniji interes za ekološku problematiku. Naime ekološku zauzetost nalazimo u promišljanjima nekolicine pravoslavnih filozofa i teologa tek posljednjih nekoliko desetljeća. Njihova nastojanja temelje se na teologiji stvaranja, asketskoj praksi i bogatoj istočnoj liturgiji. U pravoslavnoj teologiji posebno mjesto zauzima Ioannis Zizioulas, dok je nemali doprinos i Amvrosija Ermakova te Elizabeth Theokritoff i drugih. Ipak, zamah u širenju ekološko-teološkoga horizonta radi suzbijanja daljnjih ekoloških ugroza i problema dogodio se, u novije vrijeme, i zbog dijaloške otvorenosti ekumenskoga patrijarha Bartolomeja i pape Franje, koji su u ekologiji prepoznali velik izazov za ekumenizam.

Kulinarinis turizmas pastaruoju metu pasauliniu mastu auga taip stipriai ir greitai, kad pradėjęs gyvavimą kaip nišinė turizmo verslo šaka, pastaruoju laikotarpiu pereina į atskirą turizmo šaką, kuri šaliai neša ne tik jos išskirtinumą, žinomumą, ekonominę naudą, bet ir ekologinių problemų. Tyrimo problema formuluojama klausimu: koks maitinimo verslo atstovų požiūris ir kaip jis pasireiškia ekologiškumo klausimu? Tyrimo tikslas – išanalizuoti maitinimo verslo atstovų požiūrį į ekologiškumą. Tyrimo uždaviniai: išanalizuoti kulinarinio turizmo atsiradimo veiksnius ir raidą; išanalizuoti kulinarinio turizmo ekologiškumo aspektą ir pateikti ekologiškumo apibrėžimą; atlikti Šiaulių apskrities kulinarinio turizmo atstovų požiūrio į ekologiškumą kokybinį tyrimą. Tyrimo metodai: mokslinės literatūros analizė ir sintezė; anketinė apklausa, stebėjimas, turinio analizė. Išvados: kulinarinio turizmo iškilimo kaip atskiros turizmo šakos pradžia buvo siejama su turistų maitinimu naudojant vietinių ūkių teikiamą produkciją, kaip būdą ne tik įtraukti vietinius gamintojus, bet ir tausoti gamtą, mažiau transportuojant maisto produktų, tačiau kulinarinio turizmo raidos apžvalga rodo, kad ši turizmo šaka labiau vystoma šalies kultūrinio identiteto, autentiškumo, ekonominės naudos bet ne ekologiškumo aspektu. Atsižvelgiant į ekologiškumo aspektą sudarančias dedamąsias, darbe formuluojamas ekologiškumo apibrėžimas, kuris apima vietinės produkcijos naudojimą maisto gamybai, energijos taupymą, aplinkos taršos mažinimą, siūlant didesnį nemėsiškų patiekalų asortimentą, mažinant metano dujų kiekio emisiją, taip pat šviečiant žmones ekologiškumo klausimu. Tyrimo rezultatai parodė, kad nors didžiausia maitinimo įmonių dalis bendrais bruožais domisi ekologija, tačiau ne visos įmonės tinkamai rūšiuoja maisto gamybos atliekas, iš dalies taupoma energija, ne visose įmonėse maistas išsinešti pakuojamas į gamtą tausojančias pakuotes, siūlomas siauras nemėsiškų patiekalų asortimentas. Tai rodo nepakankamą dėmesį šiai sričiai.

The article examines the concepts and practices of ecology in the construction of the contemporary individual house, which is considered to be one of the most polluting. The paper presents an emic perspective on the owners of houses and architects. This work continues the studies of environmental anthropologists in seeking solutions to environmental problems. An analysis of the emic and etic perspectives could contribute to broadening the concept of ecology and help to select more environmentally friendly practices in construction. Autor ovog rada je, oslanjajući se na savremenu backcasting methodology namenjenu planerima razvoja, izradio originalan softver Energovizija MB za istraživanje mogućih razvojnih scenarija u energetskom sektoru i održivom razvoju, i testirao ga na više primera dobre prakse. Uz pomoć tog softvera, autor je napravio tri moguća scenarija energetske budućnosti Republike Srbije, u zavisnosti od kvaliteta i masovnosti primene programa energetske efikasnosti. Dobijeni rezultati pokazuju da ako nadležne institucije Republika Srbija ne započnu sa ozbiljnom primenom postojećih razvojnih alata za unapređenje energetske efikasniosti u svim sektorima privrede i društva, Republika Srbija će se za 50-60 godina suočiti sa energetskim i ekološkim kolapsom.

Rad uz uvod i nekoliko zaključnih misli ima dva poglavlja. U prvom poglavlju pod naslovom Ukratko o nastanku i radu Ekumenskog vijeća crkava u nekoliko poteza donosimo nastanak ovog važnog Vijeća na globalnoj razini te donosimo i popis svih deset svjetskih konferencija koje su održavane od 1948. do 2013. godine. Drugo poglavlje rada ima naslov Tematika odnosa prema stvorenome na svjetskim konferencijama Ekumenskog vijeća crkava. U njemu se govori o glavnim ekološkim temama, naglascima, poticajima i upozorenjima na pojedinim svjetskim konferencijama Ekumenskog vijeća crkava. Svjetska ekumenska asembleja u Seulu 1990. godine dala je odlučujući poticaj za bavljenje ekološkom tematikom, a prvi put Ekumensko vijeće crkava izravno o stvorenom svijetu i ekologiji govori na Sedmoj svjetskoj skupštini u Canberri 1991. godine. Naravno, i Osma svjetska skupština u Harareu 1998. godine, Deveta u Porto Alegreu 2006. te, naposljetku, Deseta svjetska skupština u Busanu 2013. godine bave se u jednom dijelu više ili manje istom tematikom. Pri kraju rada donijeli smo i Izjavu o klimatskoj pravdi Izvršnog odbora Ekumenskog vijeća crkava iz 2016. godine.

Konstantnim razvojem suvremenoga društva čovjek se sve više brine oko napretka i usavršavanja raznih tehničkih, tehnoloških i drugih disciplina, pritom ne mareći što iscrpljuje prirodne resurse, uništava prirodu i zagađuje okoliš. Katolička Crkva svojom ekopedagogijom već desetljećima, na razne načine, pokušava razvijati ekološku svijest svih svojih vjernika, posebno srednjoškolaca, kako bismo vjerskim odgojem i obrazovanjem postali svjesni opasnosti koja bi nas jednog dana mogla zadesiti zbog neodgovornog ponašanja prema prirodi, koja je osnovno i jedino stanište ljudskog roda. Autor u radu prikazuje mogućnosti ekološkog osvješćivanja srednjoškolaca preko teološkoga i pedagoškog vida vjeronaučne nastave. Referirajući se na društveno-humanistički pristup odgoja i obrazovanja, prema dokumentu Nacionalni okvirni kurikulum za predškolski odgoj i obrazovanje te opće obvezno i srednjoškolsko obrazovanje, autor proučava sadržaj katoličkog vjerskog odgoja u dokumentu Plan i program katoličkog vjeronauka za četverogodišnje srednje škole, te razmatra mogućnosti i utjecaj vjeronaučne nastave pri razvijanju senzibilnosti srednjoškolaca za ekološke teme i odgovoran odnos prema očuvanju prirode, njezinih resursa i čistoće okoliša. Autor predlaže nove pedagoške principe u tumačenju uloge katoličke ekopedagogije i izbora njezinih sadržaja, ciljeva i metoda odgoja u vjeronaučnoj nastavi.

Nakana nam je prikazati problem ekologije u novoj religioznosti u razmišljanju sociologa religije Željka Mardešića. Polazeći od fenomenološke i antropološke analize svetoga u postmodernitetu, Mardešić analizira pojavu nove religioznosti i njezine društvene učinke. U tom kontekstu panoramski i sintetički obrađuje pojavu ekoloških tema u novim religijskim pokretima: od adventista i apokaliptičkih zajednica, preko skupina Eko života, Bhagwan Shree Rajneesha, Hare Krišna, Sai Babe do francuskih aumista Mandaron i velike duhovne struje New Agea. Mardešić zaključuje kako svako bavljenje društvenim učincima religije mora uključiti i religijsko otkriće ekologije u posmodernitetu. I nova religioznost i ekologija nastupaju kao kritika i ispravak pogubnih učinaka moderniteta te se zalažu za holističku antropologiju i panteistički svjetonazor.
