The study aimed to reveal the effectiveness of a mentoring programme in reducing early mishandling and trauma in abused adolescent girls. The sample of the study consisted of 6 adolescent girls in the pilot group and 6 adolescent girls in the control group between the ages of 15-17 years. The study used Young Scheme Question Short 2, YSQ-S2, prepared by Young & Brown, 1999, and the Self-Reporting Measure on Adolescent Abuse (CASRS). Between (12-17) years old, preparation: Mohammed Khani et al. (Mohammadkhani et al., 2003), and a measure of adolescent trauma symptoms >Trauma Symptom Checklist for Children (TSCC), prepared by Briere (Briere, 2019), and a mentoring programme in reducing early maladaptation schemes and trauma perception in evening adolescent girls treated, prepared by: Researchers. The mentoring sessions were applied individually by 15 sessions averaging 40 minutes per session, using Jvri Young's blueprint modification techniques. The results of the study found statistically significant differences between the two-group grade averages: experimental and control on the scale of Early Mishandling and Shock Perception (TSCC) schemes after the application of the mentoring sessions towards the pilot group. The results of the study also indicated that there were statistically significant differences between the average grades of the two applications: Tribal and post-experimental cluster on the scale of early maladaptation and shock perception schemes (TSCC) towards remote application. The results of the study also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences between the two application grade averages: Dimensional and tracking of the pilot group - after completion (8) weeks - on the scale of early maladaptation and shock perception schemes.
