This research is to design and build a wireless sensor network system to monitor the performance of the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) smart solar module on the network server using the DS18B20 temperature sensor and the INA219 sensor. Of course, the use of solar panels also greatly reduces costs for consumers, so the design of this tool is a combination of switching methods between solar panels, batteries, and the State Electricity Company (PLN). There are still many obstacles to using solar panels such as: how effectively they absorb solar energy, and this can contribute to or reduce damage to digital meters not working. The working principle of this tool uses the Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) method so that the designed tool is placed on several solar panel modules on the Smart PDAM so that the sensor sends data to the network and technicians can control it in real-time. Data collection techniques use observation techniques and documentation to obtain test data. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis techniques that are inductive, objective, and scientific, with data obtained in the form of numbers or statements that are evaluated and analyzed. The results of this study with the PDAM PCB board testing scenario with an average of 320.2 measurements with a multimeter showed an average result of 322.8 with a relative error of 2.6%. The test results with Smart PDAM components showed an average power consumption of 1789.2 mW. The observations of the two panels gave an average result of 887.1 on panel 1 and an average result of 908.7 on panel 2. The results of the DS18B20 temperature sensor comparison test showed an average error of 0.5%. The result of a switching scenario with 20 experiments, resulted in 9 switching operations to the battery and 11 switching operations to the solar panel. Monitoring the solar module with the INA219 sensor, 277 voltage, current, and power data were determined with an average of 17.1 V, 513.9 mA, and 481.5 mW. The calculation results use the exponential moving average formula to predict the 278th data with an exponential moving average of 20 based on sensor data showing a value of 294.7 mA while using a simple moving average is 590.1 mA. Setiap produk makanan pasti akan mengalami proses kimiawi disebabkan oleh aksi penuaan, bakteri, dan jamur yang menghasilkan panas respirasi dan pembusukan. Usaha untuk memperlambat proses tersebut adalah dengan menurunkan suhu ruangan penyimpanan produk makanan. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dirancanglah ruangan penyimpanan yang dapat menjaga suhu stabil dan akurat. Untuk menggapainya, diperlukan suatu komponen utama dimana input berupa sensor suhu DS18B20 dan potensiometer, output berupa Peltier dan kipas pendingin serta Arduino Mega sebagai pusat kendali. Untuk interface menggunakan LCD 16x2 dan dapat juga dengan Visual Basic sebagai antarmuka yang mampu memonitoring dan mengendalikan suhu ruang dengan menggunakan koneksi serial USB. Sistem yang digunakan untuk menjaga kestabilan suhu adalah menggunakan logika fuzzy model Mamdani dengan bantuan Matlab. Untuk input fuzzy berupa beda suhu ruang yang didapat dari sensor suhu dan suhu referensi dari potentiometer. Untuk output fuzzy berupa nilai PWM peltier dan kipas pendingin. Dari hasil pengujian, error ripple sebesar 0.93 % yang mampu mencapai suhu terendah 18.16°C dari suhu lingkungan 24.7 °C dengan ΔT maksimal 6.54 °C dalam waktu 11 menit. Dengan daya total dua buah peltier 65.5 W dan volume ruang 28x28x38 cm menghasilkan nilai COP 3.54. Namun pada pengujian pembebanan 750 gr cokelat membutuhkan waktu hingga 18 menit dengan error 0.95% dan ΔT 5.5 °C, tetapi alat ini bekerja dengan baik dan efisien.

Dalam budidaya ikan lele ada beberapa faktor yang harus diperhatikan seperti suhu air dan kadar pH. Pengecekan kondisi air biasanya dilakukan secara tradisional secara rutin dengan memperhatikan warna air dan bau, tetapi pada metode tersebut masih terdapat kekurangan untuk akurasi dan efisien waktu. Perkembangan teknologi sekarang juga sudah semakin meningkat, salah satunya yaitu teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) yang sudah banyak diimplementasikan dikehidupan sehari-hari. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini akan merancang sebuah alat yang berfungsi untuk memantau dan mengontrol kualitas suhu dan pH air kolam ikan lele. Sistem ini menggunakan sebuah alat monitoring, aplikasi android dan database menggunakan Google Firebase. Beberapa fitur yang dapat digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sensor pendeteksi suhu, sensor pendeteksi pH, pengontrolan heater dan pompa air. Akurasi sensor DS18B20 pada air es sebesar 99,36%, pada air kran sebesar 97,29% dan pada air panas sebesar 97,29%. Lalu akurasi pada sensor pH larutan buffer 4,00 sebesar 95,50% dan larutan buffer 6,86 sebesar 96,50%. Selain fitur sensor suhu dan sensor pH terdapat pompa air dan heater yang berfungsi untuk mengontrol kondisi air secara otomatis apabila nilai kondisi air melewati batas wajar bagi pertumbuhan lele tersebut, air dapat dikuras dan diganti air secara otomatis apabila kondisi air melewati batas wajar, dan heater akan menyala secara otomatis jika kondisi air melewati batas wajar bagi pertumbuhan lele. Tingkat keberhasilan yang didapatkan pada pengujian keseluruhan ini yaitu mendapatkan waktu yang cukup baik untuk kembali normal dengan kondisi lele yang cukup baik, karena pada kolam yang memiliki ukuran 60cm x 42cm x 34cm membutuhkan waktu tidak lebih dari 1 jam untuk kembali normal dan Firebase sebesar 100%.

The progress in communication and information technology has contributed to the creation of the Internet of Thing (IoT). Internet of Things today plays a crucial role in tracking, documenting, storing, presentation and communication in variety of fields like healthcare, smart cities, engineering, and others. Using an IoT-based monitoring system, the critical parameters of health are tracked and data transmitted via network. Data will be accessed for the benefit of the patient's current condition. This research paper focused on remote monitoring of body temperature (DS18B20), heart rate and SPO2(MAX30100), additionally the position of patient can be obtained on demand using SIM7600E GSM and GNSS HAT (Hardware attached on top) Module. Raspberry Pi 4B used as microcontroller to gather data from health parameter sensors. The data from sensors transmitted into cloud storage through a network. The proposed system uses last version of IoT microcontroller and devices were used which significantly affected the precision and speed of the whole system. A GUI cross platform mobile application was developed for presenting real-time data to both doctors and patients. ABSTRAK Besaran fisika dapat berpengaruh baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap keberlangsungan hidup makhluk hidup baik di darat maupun di air, termasuk pada budidaya ikan lele. Jika kualitas air selalu berubah-ubah atau tidak stabil, maka dapat berpengaruh buruk terhadap kondisi ikan seperti stres, sakit atau kematian jika tidak dapat beradaptasi terhadap perubahan yang terjadi. Suhu dan pH air merupakan dasar selain dari beberapa parameter lainnya yang digunakan untuk menjaga kualitas air kolam agar tetap sehat. Termometer dan pH meter dalam penggunaannya harus melakukan pengukuran langsung ke lokasi untuk mengetahui nilai pH dan suhu dari air kolam. Sehingga diperlukan alat monitoring pH dan suhu dengan pemanfaatan IoT yang dapat memberikan efisiensi waktu dalam melakukan pemantauan kualitas air kolam secara real time tanpa harus datang langsung ke lokasi untuk mengefisiensi waktu. Sensor yang digunakan adalah sensor pH dan sensor DS18B20. Serta menggunakan NodeMCU ESP8266 yang merupakan mikrokontroler yang telah dilengkapi oleh module WiFi ESP8266 di dalamnya. Hasil pengujian sensor pH dengan besar nilai R square = 0,909, sedangkan pada sensor suhu menghasilkan nilai R square = 0,911. Ini menunjukkan bahwa kedua sensor memiliki tingkat kevalidan alat adalah sangat valid. Unstable water quality change can impact the fish condition, such as being sick, stressed or died. Those conditions happen when the fishes can not adopt with the condition change. Water’s temperature and pH are the basic part is used to keep catfish pool water quality. Thermometer and pH meter had to be tested in the real location to analyse the pool’s water pH and termperature condition. pH and temperature monitoring tool based on IoT is needed to give efficient time in controlling water quality. Sensors used is pH and DS18B20 sensors. NodeMCU ESP8266 is used as microcontroller by WiFi ESP8266 module help. The R squere of pH sensors testing result is for 0,909. Kesehatan tubuh mencakup kesehatan fisik dan mental. Salah satu faktor penentu kesehatan mental adalah stres. Selama ini, telah tersedia alat pendeteksi stres dengan memanfaatkan indikator fisiologis akibat reaksi yang muncul dari symphatetic nervous system, namun alat cenderung mahal dan masih bekerja secara terpisah. Dalam penelitian ini, dibuat dua buah prototipe pendeteksi tingkat stres menggunakan Galvanic Skin Response, DS18B20, dan Raspberry Pi. Skenario sistem dirancang untuk dua orang pasien dari dua rumah sakit berbeda yang ditangani oleh satu orang tenaga medis. Untuk memastikan reliabilitas jaringan dalam transmisi data, mempertimbangkan pengolahan database dan visualisasi pengguna, implementasi Elastic Stack dilakukan pada sistem. Data dikirimkan dari Raspberry Pi sebagai client menggunakan Beat dan ditampung ke dalam Logstash sebelum dimasukkan ke dalam database (Elasticsearch). Hasil pengolahan data divisualisasikan menggunakan Kibana dashboard. Dalam penelitian, kalibrasi sensor GSR menunjukkan percentage difference sebesar 0,79% dan sensor DS18B20 sebesar 0,095%. Rata-rata delay dalam proses transmisi data berlangsung sekitar 3-4 detik. Hal ini terjadi karena Filebeat akan menyesuaikan kecepatan pengiriman data agar tidak membebani server. Mekanisme harvester dan prospector pada Filebeat juga memastikan semua data terkirim dan tersimpan dalam registry file, sehingga sistem akan melakukan pengiriman kembali sekalipun server down. Secara kesuluruhan, hasil pengujian QoS menggunakan standar TIPHON menunjukkan bahwa transmisi data dari Beat menuju Logstash berkategori memuaskan

У статті приведено дослідження та порівняльний аналіз пропускної здатності малопотужних безпроводових ІоТ-пристроїв у ролі безпроводових комутаторів. На прикладі досліджувалися такі ІоТ-пристрої: Raspberry Pi 3 Model B та Raspberry Pi Zero W. За допомогою датчиків DS18B20 та INA219 було досліджено та проаналізовано залежність швидкості передачі мультимедійних даних по FTP в безпровідній Wi-Fi мережі від впливу температури процесора комутатора, температури зовнішнього середовища та споживаних комутатором струму і напруги. Виявлено переваги датчиків з GPIO інтерфейсом над аналоговими вимірювачами для даного досліду. Значну частину роботи присвячено на розробку автоматизації отримання результатів з GPIO-інтерфейсів, що дало змогу усунути помилки людського фактору та отримати більш точні показники вимірювань. Автоматизація вимірювань була розроблена за допомогою мови програмування Python 3.7. За допомогою бібліотеки ina219 вдалося отримати показники струму та напруги з плати INA219. Для того, щоб отримати показники температури достатньо вбудованої у Python бібліотеки для зчитування файлів з температурою у операційній системі Raspbian. У роботі приділено увагу щодо синхронності записів результатів вимірювань для більш точного аналізу. Тому був розроблений FTP-клієнт, який замірює швидкість завантаження файлу з FTP-сервера і записує результати одночасно з вимірюванням температури, струму та напруги. Для цього приділено увагу до багатопоточності у мові програмування Python та передачі команд за допомогою TCP-сокетів даною мовою. Як результатом було розраховано залежність вимірюваних факторів за допомогою формули кореляції Пірсона. Дані фактори вимірювання впливають на автономність і споживання енергії, що для ІоТ-пристроїв дуже важливо, тому серед досліджуваних пристроїв були наведені рекомендації щодо їх вибору при використанні в залежності від умов.

In order to realise the real-time gathering and transmission of temperature, in this paper, we present a distributed wireless temperature detection system based on Zigbee system-on-chip CC2530F256 and digital temperature sensor DS18B20. On this basis, the detailed descriptions of component selection, hardware design and software design of this system are introduced. The system is tested by constructing actual circuit. It is found that this system exhibits good stability and precision for the measurement of temperature, and also exhibits strong anti-interference ability. Machine tool operations and processing can cause temperature changes in various components because of internal and external thermal effects. Thermal deformations caused by thermal effect in machine tools can result in errors in processing size or shape and decrease processing precision. Thus, this paper focuses on the analysis of heating during machine tool spindle's high speed operation, which is the heat source that causes component and structural deformation. In this paper, thermal monitoring was used to build a thermal error prediction model. Temperature change around the spindle was measured with a DS18B20, then multiple regression analysis was used to establish the relationship between thermal deformation quantity and temperature fields at specific points. Finally, finite element analysis was used to build the thermal error model. A solution for the correlation coefficient was obtained using the least squares method. The result of this study verified that finite element analysis can predict front bearing and rear bearing temperature rise, and is consistent with laboratory results. The error in thermal steady-state deformation prediction was less than 2 μ m. This information can be used by the controller to effectively compensate the processing and improve processing precision. For problems of complex wiring and high cost of wired data transmission mode of traditional temperature detection system, a wireless temperature detection system was designed based on AT89S51 microcontroller, digital temperature sensor DS18B20 and radio frequency transceiver chip nRF905. The system uses DS18B20 for site temperature measurement, completes wireless data transmission by nRF905, and uses AT89S51 for data processing as well as communication with the computer, which achieves multipoint temperature acquisition and long-distance wireless transmission.

The traditional temperature monitoring system generally adopt some analog sensors for collecting data and a microcontroller for processing data for the purpose of temperature monitoring. However, this back-fore ground system has the disadvantages that the system has poor real-time property and single function, the amount of sensors is not easy to expand, and the software system has a difficulty in upgrading. Aiming at these disadvantages, the system designed in this paper adopts brand-new hardware and software structures: a digitaltemperature sensor array is connected to 1-wire bus and communicated with a control core through 1-wire bus protocol, thus a great convenience is provided for the expansion of the sensor; a real-time operating system is introduced into the software, an application program capable of realizing various functions runs on the real-time kernel μC/OS-II platform. The application of the real-time kernel also provides a good lower layer interface for the late-stage software upgrading.

In order to solve problems of disorderly wiring and inconvenient install and maintenance of sensors caused by single-parameter measurement of exsiting sensors used in safety monitoring and control system of coal(mine,) a design scheme of(mine-used multi-parameter) sensor was(proposed.) The(multi-)parameter sensor is designed by use of MSP430F149 single-chip microcomputer.It can transmit collected signals of gas concentration,CO concentration,O_2 concentration and temperature to LED for displaying after data processing and output alarming signal.Some testing results showed that the multi-parameter sensor has high precision,good stability,and strong anti-interference ability.

The temperature acquisition system is an important system of an intelligent greenhouse, because the temperature determines the working of shutter system, fan system, fill light systems and so on. The accurate temperature acquisition system also determines the growth of plants. In order to accurately capture the greenhouse temperature, this paper designs a greenhouse multi-point acquisition system which includes a microcontroller based on an embedded microcontroller as a PC and the programmable resolution 1-Wire digital temperature DS18B20 sensor made by DALLAS. This multi-point temperature measurement system has characterized by high precision temperature acquisition, low cost, lower power consumption. Abstract: A submarine pipeline system is a major asset. Scour monitoring under submarine pipelines is a tough problem and lacks research, especially for nearshore and landfill sections. While these sections are critical for the viability of the pipeline system, they are also the most vulnerable to scour. In this study, a three-index estimator (TIE 1 [1] Three-index estimator. ) based on active thermometry was developed for solving this problem and thereby a novel scour monitoring system was designed for nearshore and landfill sections. Heat dissipates in different ways between in-water and in-sediment scenarios. TIE, consisting of three indices obtained through time history analysis of temperature change during heating and cooling, can well characterize the distinction of heat transfer behaviors between in liquids and solids. By calculating TIE, it is possible to identify whether a location along a pipe is surrounded by water or soil. Considering this, the system utilizes a thermal cable to generate heat with a heating belt and concurrently measure temperature with DS18B20s. The thermal cable was deployed parallel to the pipeline. Analyzing the acquired data by TIE, identification of free spans is achieved. Several experimental tests were conducted using the system. Abstract: This design with TMS320 series DSP and the new digital sensor DS18B20 as the core component temperature measurement and control system. The system USES TMS320 series TMS320LF2407 DSP as control chip, complete temperature receiving, conversion, display management; DALLAS produced by the new single serial digital temperature sensor DS18B20, complete temperature measurement and analysis capabilities. The whole system has the high level of integration, reliability and anti-interference is strong, extensible, available recognition serial number composition multi-point measurement, small volume, low power dissipation characteristics.
