Cytochrome P450 enzymes are hemoproteins showing extraordinary di- versity in the reactions they catalyze. We developed a database containing all the needed data to provide a comprehensive data source on reactions cat- alyzed by cytochrome P450 enzymes. This data mainly includes information about the substrates, products of characterized reactions, and the sequence of these enzymes. The database was developed by collecting data from reliable protein and reaction databases like UniProt and RHEA. The work presents an in-depth analysis of the created database of reactions catalyzed by cy- tochrome P450 enzymes. This database can be utilized for future machine learning approaches to predict the function of uncharacterized cytochrome P450s.

These determine the performance values of waiting lines, such as queue length, occupancy rate, waiting time, arrival, and service rates. Estimation or detection of these issues provide benefits for problems, such as, the design of road structures, length of turn lanes, number of lanes at intersections, number of box offices and traffic signal timing. Queueing models are created with some determinations or assumptions, such as arrival patterns, departure characteristics and service discipline of the vehicles coming to the system. In this study, firstly a queuing model was created with some assumptions, then the arrival and departure distributions of the data were examined, and a new queue model was determined based on the results. According to the distribution of the data collected from signalized intersection, the model was renewed, and the performance of the queuing was obtained. The results according to M/M/1, M/G/1 and G/G/1 models are compared. © 2020 IEEE.

XML (Extended Markup Language) Data Schemas as the format for information exchange in graphical SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) format is presented. SVG format is a language for two‐dimensional graphics and is based on XML. It is the advanced version of previous data exchange format TGX (Tide Gauge Independent Exchange Format), which contains the plain ASCII data. SVG graphics are formatted from sea level observations data at ESEAS station KLPD. Comparing with similar CGM (Computer Graphics Metafile) format, SVG has its advantages of being based on XML. XML Data Schemas, in addition, add a header information about the marine measurements site, sensors and any additional necessary information. The correct header formation and the advantages of such data exchange format are analysed. Header is important for an exchange between different sites from different countries so as it would be information standardisation. Visual appearance of the SVG file, the source, headers and formation of the file in script are described too.

The evolution of digital technology has caused exponential increase in the amount of gathered and processed data, which implies also an evolution in customer relationship management through individualization and personalization. Since information superiority is turning into a major competitiveness factor, establishment of quality CMR systems has been gaining in importance as a means of retaining customers. Large infrastructural projects, such as corridor Vc, can bring about synergy of efforts of potential resource users in creating a global strategy for its permanent utilization. It is therefore essential for Croatia to formulate a national strategy for corridor Vc utilization. Such a strategy needs to include a conceptual model of customer relationship management (customers being the users of the corridor) in order to provide the conditions for optimum economic use of the available resource. Such a model would be specific in terms of the need for mobile data gathering and communication with clients, using mobile digital technology. All this is the result of predefined mobility of corridor Vc users. Although each economic branch, even each company, creates its own CRM system, the standardization of data exchange and the usage of global infrastructure are a more economical and more reasonable approach. Starting from the defined need to standardize the global CRM system, our research has established the necessary data scope and the way of its distribution, resulting in the conceptual standardized model of data base, as well as general protocols of mobile gathering, digital exchange and distribution of data, as these are key elements of conceptual global model of customer relationship management regarding corridor Ve users.
