Odbojka je sport kompleksnih polistrukturalnih gibanja u kojima postoji čitav niz različitih kretnji, skokova, bacanja i padova, a karakterizira je opterećenje srednjeg i submaksimalnog opterećenja. Neki odbojkaški elementi zahtijevaju jednostrano opterećenje tijela koje može dovesti do nastanka mišićnih disbalansa i asimetrije. Na ove kompenzacije treba utjecati što prije jer predstavljaju rizik za nastanak ozljeda. Funkcionalna procjena pokreta (FMS) jest dijagnostička metoda za procjenu učinkovitosti lokomotornog sustava, a najviše se odnosi na procjenjivanje stabilnosti i mobilnosti različitih dijelova tijela. Cilj funkcionalne procjene pokreta je prikupljanje objektivnih podataka o ispitanikovim kvalitetama obrazaca najosnovnijih kretanja kako bi se identificirale slabije karike u ljudskom tijelu. Cilj završnog rada je na uzorku Hrvatske muške odbojkaške reprezentacije istražiti postoje li razlike u rezultatima bilateralnih FMS testova na temelju kojih se može zaključiti postojanost asimetrije te razlika u lijevoj i desnoj strani kod profesionalnih odbojkaša. Prikupljeni podaci opisani su deskriptivnom statistikom, a razlike u lijevoj i desnoj strani su uspoređene Wilcoxon signed-rank testom. Rezultati istraživanja pokazali su da statistički značajna razlika bilateralnih testova ne postoji što implicira da je trenažni proces u odbojci na profesionalnoj razini usmjeren na postizanje što kvalitetnijeg balansa između mobilnosti i stabilnosti tijela. Volleyball is a sport with complex, polystructural motions including jumps, throws and falls which are caracterized by medium and submaximal load. Some volleyball elements require one-sided body load, which can lead to muscle imbalance and asymmetry. These compensations should be affected as soon as possible because they present risk for injury occurence. Functional movement screen (FMS) is a diagnostic method for the assessment of the locomotor system effectiveness, primarly the assessment of different body parts' stability and mobility. The aim od funcional movement screen is to collect objective data about examinee's pattern quality of basic movements to identify the parts of the human body. The aim of this bachleor thesis is to investigate if there's any differences in bilateral FMS test results within the Croatian Men's Volleyball National team to see if there's any existence of asymmetry and differences between the left and the right side of the professional volleyball players' body. The collected data is described by descriptive statistics, while the differences between the left and the right side are compared by the Wilcoxon signed-rank test. The research results' show that there is no statistical significance among bilateral FMS tests, which implicates that the training process on a professional volleyball level is directed towards achieving the optimal balance between body stability and mobility.

Title of the thesis: Selected diagnostic procedures during the annual macrocycle of the floorball season which are used to demonstrate a specific asymmetry in floorball players Aims of the thesis: The aim of this work is to identify and analyze the specific time period during the floorball season, which is characteristic with the biggest muscle asymmetry caused due to a specific exercise load that floorball demands. Methods: The research was conducted among elite floorball teams of the top men's floorball competition in the Czech Republic and the tested research group included only male professional athletes. The probands (n = 18 input measurements, n = 10 output measurements) took a total of four complex measurements. Testing was held once before the pre-conditioning period, once during the main course and twice before the playoff. Missing data was supplemented and approximated by the method of multiple imputations in Mplus software. Selected body composition parameters were evaluated, tested and measured on various measuring instruments and machines such as Tanita MC-980MA. The excise tax from retail of tobacco articles takes an important place among additional tax proceeds of societies. This tax allows to fill up the profitable part of local budgets fast and may be directed to the needs of societies. The important component of country’s budgetary system are local budgets. The cause of disbalance in the budgetary system may be the change in the conditions of formation and fulfilment of local budgets. The financial basis for of local budgets are profits. The fair distribution of resources among the budgets of local government has to be provided. It is very significant to increase the tax culture of taxpayers. The present factor also influences filling up local budgets. It is also necessary to avoid the illegal circulation of excisable goods and help controlling bodies timely disclose such facts. To increase the amounts of receipts to local budgets and ensure the competitive environment for tobacco market it is necessary to improve the administration of excise tax from retail of tobacco articles. The author analyzes the impact of excise tax from retail of tobacco articles on the formation of the profitable part of local budgets and the situation with its possible cancellation. The paper proposes the recommendations about the improvement of conditions in the administration of excise tax from retail of tobacco articles, and also the ways of prevention from illegal selling these products to provide the control for timely payment of this tax: to improve the payment order of the excise tax from retail of tobacco articles to local budgets, to take measures concerning the introduction of the automated system «Electronic excise mark», to accept the measures on implementing the Strategy directed to the counteraction of illegal production and circulation of tobacco articles till 2021., Акцизний податок з роздрібної реалізації тютюнових виробів займає важливе місце в складі додаткових податкових надходжень громад. Цей податок дозволяє швидко наповнювати дохідну частину місцевих бюджетів та може бути направлений на потреби громад. Важливою складовою бюджетної системи країни є місцеві бюджети. Причиною розбалансованості бюджетної системи може бути зміна умов формування і виконання місцевих бюджетів. Фінансова основа місцевих бюджетів – доходи. Має бути забезпечено справедливий розподіл ресурсів між бюджетами місцевого самоврядування. Дуже важливо підвищувати податкову культуру платників податків. Цей чинник також впливає на наповнення місцевих бюджетів. Також необхідно запобігати незаконному обігу підакцизних товарів та допомагати контролюючим органам у своєчасному виявленні таких фактів. Для збільшення обсягів надходження до місцевих бюджетів та забезпечення конкурентного середовища тютюнового ринку необхідним є удосконалення адміністрування акцизного податку з роздрібної реалізації тютюнових виробів. Проаналізовано вплив акцизного податку з роздрібної реалізації тютюнових виробів на формування дохідної частини місцевих бюджетів та ситуацію з його можливою відміною. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо покращення умов адміністрування акцизного податку з роздрібної реалізації тютюнових виробів, а також шляхи боротьби з нелегальною реалізацією цієї продукції для забезпечення контролю за своєчасною сплатою цього податку: удосконалити порядок сплати акцизного податку з роздрібної торгівлі тютюнових виробів до місцевих бюджетів, вжити заходів щодо запуску автоматизованої системи «Електронна акцизна марка», ухвалити план заходів з реалізації Стратегії у сфері протидії незаконному виробництву та обігу тютюнових виробів на період до 2021 року.

Для плоских моделей ротора на анізотропних і ізотропних в’язко-пружних опорах, за допомогою інженерного критерію настання автобалансування досліджений вплив сил в’язкого опору в опорах на критичні швидкості системи ротор-автобалансир (при переході через які настає, чи втрачається автобалансування). Для різних плоских моделей ротора з приєднаними тілами (коригувальними вантажами, дисбалансом, корпусом), за допомогою інженерного критерію стійкості основних рухів, знайдені критичні швидкості. Встановлено правило, яке дозволяє для визначення критичних швидкостей у випадку ротора з приєднаними тілами використовувати аналогічні формули для ротора без приєднаних тіл.
