Hybrid learning technologies are increasingly being integrated into modern educational practices, eliciting both public concerns about the quality of education and positive feedback regarding the potential of digital learning environments in hybrid classrooms. This learning format acts as a catalyst for enhancing the quality of education and broadening access to educational programs. However, challenges such as student motivation in online settings and teachers’ readiness to use modern learning technologies persist. This research aims to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of hybrid learning. The study employs both theoretical and empirical methods. The theoretical component includes a comprehensive literature review on the topic. The empirical component involves (1) surveying higher education teachers and students about their perceptions of hybrid learning, (2) conducting classes in a hybrid format, and (3) comparing this format with traditional in-person and fully remote learning. The findings reveal that hybrid learning offers distinct advantages, particularly in organizing panel discussions, engaging students who cannot attend in person, and facilitating online programs, minor programs, and employee training. However, these benefits are more pronounced for administrative purposes than for teaching staff, many of whom express skepticism about the long-term effectiveness of hybrid technologies. Identified drawbacks include increased resistance from faculty during the adoption of new technologies, limited access to hybrid learning methodologies and resources, and the need for continuous technical support. Additionally, the study highlights specific challenges in using hybrid classrooms for foreign language instruction, which could be mitigated by increased investment in resolving technical issues.

Education is an indicator of global transformations taking place in the world and a source of social progress. The relevance of the research is due to the emerging scientific contradiction, which requires resolution, between the active process of digitalization of all spheres of human life and the potential capabilities of the educational institution to effectively implement digital services in the educational process. The problem of the research is to find an answer to the question: what are the main vectors of digitalization of education in modern conditions as a cultural value? The goal of the research is to reveal key directions of digitalization of education as basic guidelines for its quality in modern conditions. The research methods used are analysis, deduction, generalization, survey.The Research results: the dominant directions of the digitalization process of modern education have been revealed and the key trends in the digital transformation of education have been identified; the range of ICT within the framework of academic disciplines in universities in physical education and sports has been argued; factors that impede the spread of digital educational technologies have been systematized.Key conclusions: the dominant directions of the process of digitalization of education are introduction of digital programs for monitoring student progress, transfer of information, development of online learning, systems for universal student identification, design of digital models of educational institutions. ICT used in physical education and sports classes are an interactive whiteboard, a multimedia projector, electronic textbooks, preparation and demonstration of videos of the training process, etc. Factors hindering the spread of digital educational technologies are the demand for the development of special teaching materials for methodological support of the use of digital resources in the educational process; teachers’ conservatism towards digital innovations, etc.

Introduction. The online format is becoming the most popular and in-demand way of getting an education in the modern world every day. This trend is due to the rapid pace of technology development and the availability of the Internet, as well as a number of other advantages of online education. The analysis and study of trends in the development of online education allows us to identify key areas of its development, problems faced by stu-dents and teachers, as well as ways to improve the quality and effectiveness of online education. Methods and materials. The research methods were such as analysis, synthesis, monographic, system analysis, generalization. Results. The analysis of trends in the development of online education is carried out. A system of factors for the development of online education is proposed. Discussion. Online education is becoming more relevant and popular, due to many factors. Online education is the next stage in the development of traditional education. The development of online education is largely due to modern tools and methods of work. Conclusion. Online education in Russia is under active development, adapting to modern educational require-ments. The development of online education is supported by both educational organizations and students, as well as the state.

Abstract Background The study aimed to examine the impact of using the MOODLE e-learning platform in ideological and political education on Chinese students’ motivation and academic performance. Methods The study involved 447 students from China-based universities (the experimental group − 232 students who studied using electronic educational platforms, and the control group − 215 students who used no digital technologies in their learning). The following methods were used: Measuring the need to achieve success among students; T. I. Ilyina’s method for studying motivation to study at university; Method for studying student success motivation; Method for studying the motives of students’ educational activities; Method for determining the main motives for choosing a profession (E. M. Pavlyutenkov); Motivation of learning activities: Levels and types (I. S. Dombrovskaya). Students’ academic performance was assessed by testing in the studied disciplines at the beginning and end of the study. Results As a result, the significance of the motivational component in achieving the success of ideological and political education and the impact on students’ motivation to use e-learning platforms is theoretically substantiated. Conclusions It has been confirmed that using e-learning platforms in ideological and political education helps increase student motivation and academic performance.

Digitalization affects business processes in service organizations and manifests itself through the introduction of digital technologies to improve their efficiency. This leads to changes in business processes and, in some cases, to a complete transformation of the company's business model. Economists and experts predict that such changes will affect all companies in the future. The purpose of this study is to improve and implement methods of digitalization of business processes in educational centers to optimize their work, increase productivity and improve interaction with customers. The article analyzes the nature of digitalization in education and considers the application of digitalization in the business processes of educational institutions. The study identified key modern tools for effective modeling of business processes that help improve the efficiency and competitiveness of business processes, as well as the overall performance of the company against the background of digitalization. Under the influence of digital transformation, which consists in the digitalization of various spheres of human life, a new technological phenomenon is emerging – a digital platform. In the context of economic development, rapid changes in information technology and a new quality of society, modern education is based on high-tech educational tools, i. e. mobile and universal digital platforms. The authors of the article analyze the concept of «digital platform» in the context of its use in the digital educational environment in the context of digitalization of education. The current approaches to the interpretation of digital platforms, proposed by various scientists, are considered. It is determined that the digital platform should be considered as one of the digital learning tools in the course of the educational process in the context of digitalization of education. Also, a digital platform is a virtual spot, an information and communication environment that provides academic content, productive activities, communication and interactive interaction of participants in the process, also a software and hardware tool that provides access to the digital educational environment of all participants at any time from anywhere in the world and ensures the educational process in distance learning. The problems, advantages and disadvantages associated with the functioning of digital platforms are identified. It is also noted that the digital educational environment, thanks to the capabilities of digital platforms, should be a center for various information flows due to the active information interaction of all participants in the educational process. Hence, digital platforms are one of the most important tools in the digitalization process and are considered perspective for the digitalization of education. They are made up of technological, productive and communicative elements. This allows for the effective development of such a form of education as distance learning, which has become especially relevant in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic and the full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

The article presents the results of the analysis of the communicative portrait of an online-teacher, conducted as part of the study of distance learning discourse. The authors analyzed more than 30 recordings of practical classes in various disciplines related to the study of the English language in the distant format. As a result, four types of digital communicative portraits of a teacher were identified: virtual communicative portrait, non-verbal communicative portrait, emotive and cognitive communicative portrait, and professional and competent communicative portrait, their main characteristics are considered and the strategies underlying the creation of each type of portrait are explored. The current study was carried out in the context of studying the discourse of distance learning. Under distance learning discourse the authors mean a special form of interaction between a teacher and a student, occurring remotely, organized with the help of information technologies (the use of which can transform the emotional, mental and motivational components of the human personality), which also has a multimodal nature, making education more inclusive and accessible, and carried out with the direct methodological and program support of the educational institution in which the teacher works and the student studies. Speaking about the methodological support of an educational institution, the authors take into account the trend towards glocalization of academic course programs, aimed at creating meaningful connections between the global context and local culture, making education relevant and meaningful for students. The analysis made it possible not only to form a holistic idea of the digital communicative portrait of a teacher, but also to record modern requirements for a teacher working in the era of digitalization, glocalization and the development of distance learning.

Background. In Russian psychology, there is a shortage of psychodiagnostic tools for measuring the university students’ attitudes towards digital educational technologies (DETs), which is important for the optimal digitalization of educational process. Objectives. The study had its purpose to define the concept of “attitude towards DETs”, develop the scale for diagnostics of attitudes towards DETs among university students, and reveal gender differences in their attitudes towards DETs. Study Participants. The study involved 317 Russian university students (157 male and 160 female) aged 17 to 35 years. Methods. Review of scientific literature on the research problem; the “Attitudes towards DETs Scale for University Students” (ATDETS-US) developed by the authors; survey to identify socio-demographic characteristics and opinions of respondents; methods of mathematical and statistical data processing (Cronbach's Alpha and McDonald's Omega coefficients, confirmatory factor analysis, Mann — Whitney U test, Shapiro — Wilk test). Results. The concept of “attitude towards DETs” was defined based on the integration of the main provisions of Myasishchev’s Personality Attitudes Theory and the Tripartite Model of Attitude “ACB”. The authors have developed and validated the “Scale for diagnostics of university students’ attitudes towards DETs” including emotional, cognitive, and behavioral components. The data obtained by means of the developed Scale allowed to establish a predominance of positive attitudes towards DETs among the majority of students in the study, which was more pronounced among girls than among boys. Conclusions. The scale developed in the study for diagnostics of the university students’ attitudes towards DETs is based on the theoretical concepts of attitudes that consist of cognitive, emotional, and behavioral components. The scale has a three-factor structure, exhibits good reliability and is suitable for implementation in the research and practical developments to enhance the unavoidable processes of digitalization in higher education. Gender differences revealed female students to have a more favorable attitude towards digital technologies in education.

Everyday, artificial intelligence (AI) is being increasingly integrated into the teaching and learning process at Russian universities. The high level of quality of feedback from AI tools leads to the spread of AI plagiarism – unauthorized borrowing of generative AI materials – among students. The purpose of this study is to: a) highlight aspects that determine students’ understanding of the issues of compliance with author’s ethics and the problem of plagiarism when interacting with generative AI; b) develop a questionnaire to determine students’ understanding of the issues of compliance with author’s ethics and the problem of AI plagiarism; c) conduct an online survey of university students, analyze and discuss the results obtained. The paper highlights five aspects that determine students’ understanding of the issues of compliance with author’s ethics and the problem of AI plagiarism when completing educational assignments and preparing research texts: a) students’ general understanding of the issues of compliance with author’s ethics and the problem of plagiarism in an academic environment; b) students’ experience of AI tools for educational purposes; c) students’ understanding of the problem of AI plagiarism and attitude towards borrowing materials from generative AI; d) teachers’ actions to prevent AI plagiarism among students; e) the policy of educational organizations regarding student compliance with ethics and AI plagiarism. An online questionnaire was developed to determine the degree to which students understand the issues of compliance with copyright ethics and the problem of AI plagiarism. 1,599 students from 29 universities of the Russian Federation took part in the survey. The results showed that in general, in the Russian student community, plagiarism is a widespread social phenomenon, many types of which are perceived by young people as a norm of academic behavior. Despite the relatively high awareness of students in the field of AI technologies, the extremely rare use by teachers of specialized subject disciplines of AI tools in the educational process I’d the reason for the current low level of spread of AI plagiarism in the academic environment. At the same time, it is necessary to state that students lack a systematic understanding of exactly how they can “legally” use generative AI materials and what exactly will be considered AI plagiarism. According to students, the importance of understanding the issues of compliance with author ethics and the problem of AI plagiarism will depend, on the one hand, on the actions of teachers to explain to students the rules for using generative AI materials, and on the other hand, the presence in universities of a regulatory framework regulating the field and the extent to which students use AI in the educational process.

The increasingly widespread use of software solutions to digitize training and administrative processes in educational institutions of all levels increases the interest in offering models and software tools for measuring the level of digitalization of educational institutions. The article presents a formal model for evaluating the digital level of educational institutions and a developed prototype of a software tool. The DIGEdu tool enables external evaluators to assess the digital level of educational institutions, automatically calculates their digital levels and generates evaluation and comparative reports. Using the tool, evaluators assessed the digital level of 50 education institutions in Bulgaria. The results from the conducted experiment prove the applicability of the DIGEdu tool for evaluating the digital level of schools. It calculated the digital level of all assessed institutions. Findings showed that most institutions have high digital levels and highlighted a need for measures at the national level to encourage the digitalisation of student admission and administrative processes. The relevance of this study is predetermined by the lack of models and algorithms for managing the formation of IT competencies in children of senior preschool age in the information and educational environment of a preschool organization. The object of the study is the process of managing the formation of IT competencies in children of senior preschool age. The problem under study is the need to build an effective system for assessing and managing the level of IT competencies, taking into account the uncertainty and subjectivity of assessments, as well as ensuring flexibility and adaptability of the process of developing competencies. The constructed model based on fuzzy logic takes into account the uncertainty of assessments and decomposes competencies into indicators of achievement (low, medium, high levels). The production model of knowledge representation based on fuzzy inference rules enables control adaptability. As a result, recommendations were compiled for assessing and developing competencies taking into account the individual characteristics of children and the educational environment. The approaches and tools proposed in this study help improve the quality of preschool education by providing teachers with effective tools for managing the educational process in the context of digitalization. The essence of the results is to build a model that makes it possible to integrate uncertain and subjective data into the process of assessing IT competencies, providing more accurate and objective assessments. The paper provides insights on the transformation process in education triggered by the COVID-19 pandemic, and suggests a new theoretical concept of shock innovation. Based on interviews with school administrators and teachers (N = 15), we conceptualized the transition to distance learning as an innovation, and compared its characteristics with the typical spread of innovations. We use Rogers’ diffusion of innovations theory to construct a three-tiered model that describes the universal spread of innovations in education. The analysis suggests that the transition to emergency remote teaching is not a ‘diffusion spread’ but a ‘shock spread’ as: (1) awareness was synchronized with implementation, removing the persuasion and decision steps; (2) the boundaries between ‘innovators’ and ‘laggards’ were erased; (3) schools made the transition on an equal basis with other industries. Improving teachers' digital competence is a critical component in promoting the digitalization of education in China. This study designs a digital competence level system for teachers at primary schools, based on the Teachers' Digital Competence issued by the Ministry of Education, and uses it to conduct research on 225 primary school teachers. The results show that digital competence of primary school teachers is at the middle level, who can master the basic skill of using digital tools, but younger teachers with lower professional titles yet higher academic degrees tend to show much higher digital competence; meanwhile, teaching years and training hours are the main factors that influence the digital competence of primary school teachers. The study suggests that we should cultivate teachers with the capability of using digital technologies in an integrated and creative manner, establish an adverse mechanism to pass on experience among different generations of teachers, and give full play to the digital technology community among teachers to effectively enhance the digital competence of primary school teachers. Переход к Индустрии 4.0 является одной из центральных задач экономического и социального развития России. Новый уклад экономики, расширяя поле деятельности человека, отражается на требованиях к компетентности специалиста. Адаптируясь к новым требованиям рынка труда, университеты уже сегодня начинают осуществлять преобразования по разным направлениям своей деятельности. Целью настоящего исследования является выявление основных направлений деятельности университетов Сибирского федерального округа (СФО) в области трансформации университета в Университет 4.0. Для достижения цели проведен теоретический анализ работ российских и зарубежных ученых, посвященных содержанию трансформации университета в Университет 4.0. Кроме того, рассмотрены данные открытых информационных ресурсов ведущих университетов Сибирского федерального округа для установления основных направлений деятельности по трансформации университета в Университет 4.0. В ходе теоретического анализа выявлена сущность и характерные черты Университета 4.0. Идеей Университета 4.0 является трансформация образования с учетом потребностей и вызовов цифрового общества. Такая трансформация подразумевает введение и развитие индивидуализированного гибридного обучения, не ограниченного пространственно-временными рамками, при котором студент обладает достаточной степенью автономности и принимает участие в формировании плана своего обучения. Отмечается важность проектного подхода в обучении, развития наставничества и открытой образовательной среды. Анализ направлений деятельности университетов СФО позволил установить, что в настоящее время в сибирских университетах активно развиваются научно-исследовательские проекты, связанные с решением актуальных глобальных и региональных проблем, цифровизацией, информатизацией, вовлечением студентов в научно-исследовательскую деятельность в рамках данных проектов. Деятельность по данным проектам осуществляется в том числе с участием индустриальных партнеров, государственных органов и в рамках международного сотрудничества. Университеты развивают цифровую среду, позволяющую получать доступ к научно-образовательным и инфраструктурным ресурсам, а также разрабатывают цифровые инструменты для освоения профессиональных компетенций. Несмотря на то, что Университет 4.0 в научных исследованиях считается проектом будущего, уже сегодня мы можем видеть серьезные изменения в деятельности университетов, которые позволяют сделать вывод о том, что трансформация происходит ускоренными темпами.

Рассматривается разработка технологии оптимизации ресурсной составляющей профессионально-личностного развития специалиста по физическому воспитанию, которая актуализировалась в связи с трендами цифровизации образовательной системы. Дана характеристика дидактической коммуникации в виде передачи и приема информации между субъектами учебно-тренировочного процесса, усвоения знаний, двигательных умений, навыков и формирования здорового образа жизни. Раскрыта специфика коммуникации на занятиях физической культурой и спортом в условиях цифровой трансформации, приносящая изменения у субъектов обучения в личностном, профессионально-групповом и социокультурном уровнях. Со стороны преподавателя физической культуры это проявляется в постоянном обновлении своих знаний, отслеживании изменений в образовательных запросах студентов во времени, овладении навыками убеждения, демонстрации своего отношения к здоровому образу жизни и двигательной активности как фактору эффективного жизнеобеспечения современного члена общества. Описаны эффективные инструменты онлайн- и офлайн-взаимодействия, дидактическое наполнение учебно-тренировочного процесса, способствующие повышению уровня физического развития и физической подготовленности, отношения студентов к физической активности и интереса к занятиям как компонента культурного развития студентов.

In the introduction it is stated that forming graduate students’ readiness for pedagogical activity is based on the methodology of the post-non-classical science, which allows to use qualitative research methods aimed at interpreting opinions, standpoints, values of the actors as legitimate “data” and to define understanding of pedagogical activity’s specifics and the key trends in the development of higher education. Theoretical analysisis dedicated to understanding the purpose and meaning of pedagogical activity of a university professor from the standpoint of holistic approach. The article analyses valuable, theoretical and technological components of activity. It is pointed out that pedagogical activity can be logically analysed as a type of activity aimed at certain pedagogical problems. Empirical analysis is built around describing research results within the framework of solving academic pedagogical tasks by graduate students of Saratov State National Research University within the framework of the course named “University-level Pedagogics”. The article presents the results of academic tasks performed by graduate students. Conclusion Graduate students working as teaching assistants and instructors showed greater psychological readiness to carry out teaching activities at university. On the one hand, a significant fraction of graduate students has virtually no experience in teaching and, due to this, has certain expectations of teaching practice; on the other hand, the empirical study results indicate that it is this category that is interested in working under conditions of changes in the digital environment and mastering new educational technologies.

The article examines the issues of STEM education development in the context of the strategy for the development of higher education in Ukraine for 2022-2032. In particular, the emphasis is on the importance of reorienting the educational process to the training of specialists in engineering and pedagogical specialties with practical skills and up-to-date knowledge. It is necessary to strategically rethink educational approaches, giving priority to the training of specialists in engineering and pedagogical specialties who possess not only theoretical knowledge, but also specific practical skills that meet the requirements of the labor market. Special attention is paid to STEM education, which is defined as a key tool in the formation of competencies for future specialists in the field of engineering and pedagogy. This approach involves not only the transfer of theoretical knowledge, but also emphasizes practical aspects, contributing to the development of specific skills and abilities that are necessary in practice. Dedication to STEM education in the context of engineering and pedagogical fields allows future specialists to be ready for the challenges and tasks presented to them by modern labor markets, and to meet the current requirements and standards in these fields. The technical orientation of STEM projects contributes to the implementation of practical tasks and the formation of skills in demand on the labor market. The purpose of the article is to present the algorithm for building a lighting control system prototype using the example of the STEM project “Lighting control system in the library”. For building a logical model, to justify the structure of the system, the NCC is used. The development of the STEM project “Lighting control system in the library” is presented, which involves the creation of a fuzzy cognitive map in the Mental Modeler environment. An algorithm for building a logical model for a STEM project under conditions of uncertainty has been developed and described. The basis of the built model is a cognitive map. A cognitive map is a symbolic directed graph, at the vertices of which the key factors of the object of modeling (concepts) connected by cause-and-effect relationships are placed. A cognitive map is a type of mathematical modeling used to formalize a complex system in the form of a set of concepts that reflect system factors and causal relationships between them, taking into account the nature of their interaction. Based on the analysis of the logical model of the system, it was determined that for each concept it is necessary to set the level of communication on the visual form of the Mental Modeler map, which allows you to set the level of assessment of its dependence. The paper presents a logical model on the example of a prototype of a computer lighting control system in a library using fuzzy logical derivation. Fuzzy cognitive maps were used to justify the structure of the management system. The sequence of building a prototype of the lighting control system in the library and the analysis of the parameters of such a system can be used by students of engineering and pedagogical specialties for the educational purpose of building various STEM projects. Cognitive modeling methodology is used for analysis and decision-making in conditions of uncertainty. It is developing in the direction of improving the situation analysis and modeling apparatus. Therefore, to implement a STEM project in ill-defined situations, it is advisable to build a logical model. It defines the structure of the modeled system. The basis for building this model is a fuzzy cognitive map.

Problem statement . Effective organization of extracurricular work for future bachelors involves the construction of individual learning trajectories, based, among other things, on the level of motivation to study specialized disciplines. The expediency of using intelligent information technologies in classifying the composition and forms of independent work of bachelors of applied mathematics is substantiated. Methodology. Applying the developed mobile application, multi-parameter motivational characteristics of students were identified. The resulting motivational profiles are clustered into five motivational groups, similar in sign values. The construction and analysis of multi-parameter classification were carried out via cluster analysis and neural network technologies. Clustering of motivational groups and the application of appropriate strategies for organizing independent work were realized at the Faculty of Computer Technologies and Applied Mathematics of Kuban State University. Results. The constructed neural network classifies the bachelor's motivational profile, assigns him a strategy for independent work, defining the specific values of the variable elements of the strategy. Strategies for organizing independent work have been established for clustered motivational groups. Conclusion. Construction and clustering of motivational profiles allows you to adjust individual strategies for independent learning of bachelors of applied mathematics, determine the values of variable elements and, as a result, not only develop professional skills, but also develop skills in organizing your own work process, resource allocation, and identifying work stages.

Background. The relevance of the study is determined by the need to significantly increase the percentage of the introduction of digital technologies in the educational process. Purpose. The authors of the article aim to form a model for the implementation of the process of andragogical support of teachers, developed in the context of the digitalization of modern society and aimed at mastering the elements of the digital educational environment by teachers, taking into account new tools and services. Materials and methods. The achievement of the goals set in the work was carried out on the basis of general scientific research methods within the framework of comparative, theoretical analysis of scientific literature and normative documents on the methodological foundations of the organization of the processes of andragogical support of teachers within the digital educational environment. In the empirical part of the study, the authors visualized the process of organizing additional education for teachers on the basis of the Orenburg State Pedagogical University through the method of practical modeling. Results. The analysis of scientific literature and normative documents in the field of andragogical support of a teacher allowed the authors to identify and characterize three key components of digitalization of the teacher support process in modern society. The assessment of the content component of these components and the practical experience of broadcasting the digital educational environment in the context of the implementation of andragogical support of teachers allowed the authors to develop a model for organizing additional teacher education. Using the example of this model, the possibilities of using the advantages of digital technologies in the additional education of a teacher are shown. Practical implications. The results obtained can be applied in the system of additional education of teachers.

The Russian-Ukrainian war has had a devastating impact on human life and undermined economies around the world, dealing a serious blow to Ukraine's education system. The Russian-Ukrainian war quickly led to the closure of universities and colleges, schools, and preschools, which should help reduce the total number of deaths from war. The most important war precaution, called "social distance," was to keep children alive. Closing educational institutions to keep children alive during the war entailed changing face-to-face classes to online learning, which necessitated the search for e-learning platforms for effective teacher-student interaction. The Russian-Ukrainian war revealed shortcomings in the management of educational institutions under conditions of war and the need to improve the training of teachers in the perspective of digital technology to adapt to digital education. After the war, distance learning and virtual-digital education may become an integral part of the higher education system. Higher education institutions are already planning educational and experiential strategies to ensure student learning outcomes in the future. Purpose of research. The higher education system is undergoing changes under the influence of an increasing number of IT solutions used. Transformation changes take place at the organizational, technological, legal, and regulatory levels of management. Each of the directions affects the features of the functioning and development of the higher education system. In the process of their implementation, there are also deviations, risks that need to be, if not eliminated, then at least minimized. The article describes four main directions of development: technical, technological, instrumental, and educational. The types of risks associated with each of the described areas are also highlighted.Materials and methods. A set of methods was used in the paper: bibliographic (selection of articles by keywords); bibliometric (quantitative characteristics by time parameters); content analysis (method of studying the content of articles); evaluation of keyword queries using Internet services.Results. An analysis of queries by keywords showed that interest in the issues of digitalization and digital transformation of higher education arose later than in the system of general secondary education. There is a tendency to adapt successful models of digitalization of secondary education and business areas to the activities of the higher education system. Without considering the peculiarities of the functioning and development of the higher education system, we can get negative consequences expressed in different types of risks. The paper highlights financial, form-major, technological, operational, strategic, cognitive, and social risks.Conclusion. One of the key problems highlighted in the process of analyzing developments in the field of digital transformation of the education system is the consideration of digitalization as means, and not as a catalyst for systemic changes in all areas of activity. Point solutions will not allow you to fully realize the potential of digital solutions. When considering the problems of digitalization and digital transformation, higher education systems are often guided by successful models in the field of secondary general education and / or business environment, which can contribute to the formation of negative consequences when adapting approaches without considering their own specifics.

The article analyzes the methodological foundations of international trade in educational services and current trends in the development of the global education market. It was revealed that one of the key areas of development is the digitalization of the global education market. Digital academic mobility has been gaining popularity in recent years, especially in the conditions created by the Covid-19 pandemic. At the end of 2019 – beginning 2020, the education sector was shocked due to a sharp transition to the online format: neither teachers, nor students, nor schoolchildren in most countries of the world were ready for this. At present it can be concluded that the world has experienced the pandemic and people have adapted to the digital educational environment, but in many regions there is no Internet connection and not everyone has access to a computer, therefore there is a digital divide. According to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, by 2030 it is planned to provide all the inhabitants of the planet with quality education throughout their lives. In recent years a large number of EdTech companies have emerged competing for a leading position in the global online education market. Distance learning platforms allow people from all over the world to receive training in areas of interest to them. But in the era of digital transformation the issue of the problems and prospects for the development of the online education market is relevant.

The purpose of this paper is to design a psychological-pedagogical construct of the implementation of information technologies in the process of teaching students for developing their personal potential. The rapid digitalization of higher education has caused the need to ensure the didactically correct information-communicative technology (ICT) introduction in education, which must organically comply with the structure and logic of the learning process, as well as the task of personal development. Solving these tasks, the authors propose not direct, but mediated use of different ICTs through the development of a system of various educational communications that are built and supported by the teacher. This is the novelty of the study and its dissimilarity to most of the current projects of forced, technocratic digitalization of students study, which do not sufficiently take into account the laws and principles of a holistic educational process and the becoming of personality in it.Based on psychological and didactic approaches and methods, the authors reconstruct the pedagogically controlled process of ICT introducing into education through the implementation by the teacher of interrelated mechanisms – environment-forming and trigger mechanisms. The environment-forming mechanism unfolds the logic of the phased introduction of ICT – from the principles of their use through the construction of educational communications to the methods for activating of students personal potential in the form of trigger mechanisms. These activators are modes for the practical inclusion of ICT in education and are set by the mechanism for personalizing educational communications. Assuming the attunement of ICT to the personality of the student, this mechanism brings the teacher to the fore in the process of digitalization of learning. Being the initiator and organizer of educational communications, the teacher can adequately and fully ensure this attunement and targeting of ICT use by implementing a set of conjugated mechanisms: responsive, polycontact, contemporal, meaning-centric, project-constructing, cultural-mediating, consolidating, inclusive, comparative and the mechanism of problematization.Approbation of the proposed mechanisms in the practice of online-learning has shown their sufficient effectiveness, students have an increase in indicators of self-realization and self-regulation, as well as the significance of values of self-development in education.

Daily artificial intelligence (AI) technologies are being implemented deeper and deeper in all spheres of human life, including education. At the same time, the degree of integration of AI tools into the pedagogical process largely depends on the awareness, readiness and practice of using the entire AI arsenal by teachers in their professional activities. The purpose of this study is to identify the awareness of university faculty in the use of AI tools in teaching activities, as well as to determine the degree of their readiness and practice of using AI technology in the educational process. The survey participants were 426 teachers from 18 universities of the Russian Federation. The results of the survey showed that the integration of AI tools in education is currently at an early stage. In general, university faculty lack a systematic understanding of the organizational, teaching and learning potential of AI tools. Many educators have segmental knowledge, related to a greater extent directly to their professional activities in teaching specific disciplines, and are not able to create a complete picture of the possibilities of AI in education. At the same time, most university professors express a neutral attitude or readiness to use AI tools in teaching activities. The experience of practical application of AI tools in the pedagogical process is limited to a few cases of using specific technologies in teaching specific aspects of disciplines.

At present the importance of digital educational resources in the context of the digital economy is great. Digital educational technologies play the role of a serious driver leading to constructive changes in the field of the institution of education in the direction of its qualitative modernization.The digital restructuring of the education sector determined the emergence and promotion of relevant educational technologies as a means of adapting educational institutions to changing environmental conditions. The problem of the research is relevant and consists in the disclosure of relevant educational technologies in a digital educational environment.The purpose of the research is to analyze scientific data, as well as our own experience, to reveal relevant educational technologies in a digital educational environment. The research methods used are analysis of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical observation, generalization. The results are the following: the problem of application of digital technologies in Physical culture and sports has been considered; the main trends in the field of educational technologies in the field of physical culture and sports indicated; functions of EdTech as relevant digital tools in educational activities described. The conclusion has been made that the development of Physical culture and sports is inextricably linked with the development of digital industry; digital educational technologies partly contribute to solving a number of problems: they motivate people to go in for Physical culture and sports and competitive sports; raise awareness among athletes with a wide range of digital decision support systems; allow you to organize the day regimen and individual trainings; monitor the training process, etc.

Introduction. The discussion of the challenges and consequences of permanent crises for university life from the point of view of students is centered around the problem of quality of higher education. The author proposes to measure it in the context of the transition of Russian universities to the model of blended learning through the indicator of perception of learning formats. The aim of the article is to determine the parameters of positive and negative attitudes of potential students to higher education with online elements, to highlight its advantages and disadvantages. Materials and Methods. The answers to these questions are based on empirical research data: the results of an online survey conducted in 2021–2022 among full-time undergraduate and graduate applicants to one of the largest Russian universities; additional surveys conducted by the authors in 2015 (using a similar methodology); semi-structured interviews conducted at the end of the academic year with first-year students from among those surveyed in the quantitative study in 2021, university graduates (using a similar methodology); semi-structured interviews conducted at the end of the academic year with first-year students from among those surveyed in the quantitative research in 2021, university graduates working in the digital sphere in 2021. Results. The results of the study showed that studentsʼ positive attitudes towards blended and online learning are constantly increasing, with this result being characteristic of undergraduate students. Flexible learning is gradually becoming a more natural process of higher education in studentsʼ perception. The interviews provide insights into studentsʼ greater engagement in a blended learning educational environment. Such experiences increase their adaptability to changing work content. The limitations of the blended learning model are related to the fact that conservative students (“pro” traditional education) have more stable orientations for self-realization in the specialty. Discussion and Conclusion. The conclusions made by the author contribute to the development of scientific ideas about the relationship between the labor market and higher education, where the preparation of young people for unstable employment and social life becomes a key task. An important role in blended learning is the development of elements of studentsʼ agency through mastering digital skills, ability to plan in response to the challenges of instability of future work and social life.
