Resulta novedosa la implementaci��n de estrategias did��cticas de la Educaci��n Superior como la que se propone de Aula Invertida que integra las tendencias pedag��gicas contempor��neas m��s actuales como el constructivismo vinculado al uso de las did��cticas particulares y el desarrollo de las TIC, m��todo de ense��anza que ha cambiado el modelo tradicional de aprendizaje y aporta mayor ��nfasis a la pr��ctica. Un enfoque pedag��gico en el que la instrucci��n directa se mueve desde un espacio de aprendizaje colectivo a un espacio de aprendizaje individual que se transforma en un ambiente de aprendizaje din��mico e interactivo, donde el docente gu��a a los estudiantes a medida que ��l aplica los conceptos y participa creativamente en el tema. Se trata entonces de aprovechar las posibilidades que ofrece el modelo h��brido y con ello el aula invertida o volteada, desde la asignatura de filosof��a y sociedad en la modalidad a distancia en el Centro Universitario Municipal de Florida y que debido a la contingencia sanitaria por Covid 19 se han tenido que modificar el accionar de los procesos sustantivos entre ellos el curricular. Su objetivo es: Dise��ar una estrategia did��ctica de aprendizaje de la asignatura Filosof��a y Sociedad sustentada en el m��todo de aula invertida en periodo de Covid 19 para fortalecer la modalidad a distancia. Con este m��todo se logra el desarrollo de habilidades inform��ticas en profesores y estudiantes con el uso de los diferentes soportes digitales y aplicaciones para la efectividad del aprendizaje a distancia.

En el presente trabajo, sin tratar de alejarme de la realidad en mención, pues Ios casos que se han estudiado se encontraban marcados bajo el denominador común de tuberculosis. He procedido de acuerdo con el método terapéutico preconizado por Neuman y que desde el trabajo de tesis del Dr. Areas (1939) se ha venido utilizando sistemáticamente en el Dispensario Antitubetculoso de esta ciudad. &nbsp

The main destination of barley grown in Argentina is malt production. The main standard quality parameter for the malting industry is to maintain at least 98% germination percentage (GP). A typical operation is to harvest dry barley (around 12%) and store it in hermetic plastic bags, a temporary storage system of modified atmosphere, until end use in the malting industry. The objective of this study was to determine whether the typical Argentinean storage condition of malting barley in hermetic plastic bags produces a deleterious effect in its commercial and industrial quality. Two plastic bags filled each with 180 tonnes of malting barley were used for this experiment, one with 11% moisture content (m.c.) and the other with a range between 11 and 11.5% m.c. The experiment began immediately after harvest on December 27th (early summer) and lasted for five months. Carbon dioxide (CO₂) concentration, grain temperature, m.c., protein and GP were evaluated every 2 wk. GP did not substantially decrease during the entire storage period for both bags, but samples with higher m.c. had the lowest GP. The protein percentage remained stable throughout the entire evaluation period for both bags. The maximum value of CO₂ in the bag with 11% m.c. was 4.4%. The bag with the higher range of m.c. had a maximum CO₂ value of 13%, and this high concentration was associated to a small portion of spoiled grain, presumably due to rain water entering the bag through perforations in the plastic cover at the bottom of the bag. It was concluded that it is safe to store quality malting barley with 12% m.c. or less in hermetic plastic bags for five months.

Due to the small size of the seed, canola (Brassica napus or Brassica campestris) offers different challenges in the harvest and the subsequent post-harvest operations. Often, in Argentina, farmers do not have enough permanent storage capacity so they overcome this deficit with the use of hermetic plastic bags (silobags). The objectives of this work were: 1) Determine the feasibility of the bagging and extraction processes of canola. 2) Monitoring the condition of canola by periodic measurement of carbon dioxide (CO₂), temperature, moisture content (m.c.) and quality of the grain. Thirty tonnes of canola with initial m.c. of 6 % were stored in a silobag in the southeast of the Buenos Aires province, Argentina. The storage period was extended from November 2008 to November 2009. The variables measured every two weeks were CO₂ concentration, m.c. and grain quality parameters, such as foreign matters, fat acidity and fat content. The temperature and relative humidity (r.h.) of the interstitial air inside the bag and of the ambient air were also recorded with a frequency of one hour. It was observed that, even the size and characteristics of the canola seeds, it was possible to perform the bagging and extraction operations of canola seeds without problems. The r.h. in the interstitial air remained below 50% along the entire storage period. The temperature of the grain inside the bag followed the monthly average ambient temperature. The CO₂ concentration ranged from 1 to 8 %, indicating low to moderate biological activity in the grain mass. The m.c., foreign matters and fat values remained unchanged throughout the storage period. The fat acidity increased during storage in 0.7 % points, reaching a final value of 1.4 %, but did not represent a commercial quality loss. It was concluded that under the conditions of temperature and m.c. evaluated in this study it is possible to store canola in hermetic plastic bags without commercial quality deterioration.

Fluorescence spectroscopy is the most common non-radioactive technique used to study GPCR interactions with their ligands. Raster image correlation spectroscopy (RICS) exploits spatio-temporal correlation functions rather than the simple temporal correlations of conventional fluorescence correlation spectroscopy. In this paper we describe the use of RICS and the number and brightness method to determine the diffusion of a construct of endothelin ETA receptor with EGFP and the aggregation state in the cytoplasm. Our construct seems to locate mainly in the cytoplasm where it undergoes diffusion and it appears to be monomeric. Although our construct could not fully represent the native protein, we believe that the methodology we describe in this paper could be used by anyone in this field.

The Small Mars System is a proposed mission to Mars. Funded by the European Space Agency, the project has successfully completed Phase 0. The contractor is ALI S.c.a.r.l., and the study team includes the University of Naples “Federico II”, the Astronomical Observatory of Capodimonte and the Space Studies Institute of Catalonia. The objectives of the mission are both technological and scientific, and will be achieved by delivering a small Mars lander carrying a dust particle analyser and an aerial drone. The former shall perform in situ measurements of the size distribution and abundance of dust particles suspended in the Martian atmosphere, whereas the latter shall demonstrate low-altitude flight in the rarefied planetary environment. The mission-enabling technology is an innovative umbrella-like heat shield, known as IRENE, developed and patented by ALI. The mission is also a technological demonstration of the shield in the upper atmosphere of Mars. The core characteristics of SMS are the low cost (120 M€) and the small size (320 kg of wet mass at launch, 110 kg at landing), features which stand out with respect to previous Mars landers. To comply with them is extremely challenging at all levels, and sets strict requirements on the choice of the materials, the sizing of payloads and subsystems, their arrangement inside the spacecraft and the launcher's selection. In this contribution, the mission and system concept and design are illustrated and discussed. Special emphasis is given to the innovative features and to the challenges faced in the development of the work.
