We share the literature review of the thesis NETWORK CITIZENSHIP: transparency and accountability in access to information, defended in the Graduate Program in Information Science at the Federal University of Paraíba, in 2021. Its objective was to identify the extent to which the transparency portals of Brazilian capitals and the Federal District meet the characteristics that allow accountability.
