Ovaj rad se bavi istraživanjem urbanog zelenila u gradu Zadru kroz analizu medijskog diskursa. Cilj istraživanja je razumijevanje lokalnog medijskog diskursa o javnim zelenim površinama te detektiranje vrijednosti i značenja površina koje se generiraju unutar tog diskursa, kao i mehanizme diskursa koji to omogućavaju. Kao jedan od najdominantnijih mehanizama ispostavlja se "nova zelena politika“ lokalne vlasti koju medijski diskurs reproducira te ona čini središte istraživanja, ali i interpretacije. Kako bi što dublje razumjeli na koji način nova lokalna politika utječe na oblikovanje vrijednosti zelenih prostora, ali i same fizičke prostore kao teorijski okvir poslužio je pristup prostoru kao prostoru natjecanja u kojem prostorne politike imaju velik/odlučujući utjecaj. This paper deals with the research of urban greenery in the city of Zadar through the analysis of media discourse. The goal of the research is to understand the local media discourse on public green spaces and to detect the value and meaning of the spaces that are generated within that discourse, as well as the discourse mechanisms that make this possible. One of the most dominant mechanisms is the "new green policy" of the local government, which the media discourse reproduces and which forms the centre of research, but also of interpretation. In order to understand as deeply as possible how the new local policy influences the shaping of the value of green spaces, but also the physical spaces themselves, an approach to space as a space of competition in which spatial policies have a large/decisive influence will serve as a theoretical framework. more...

Ovaj rad predstavlja analizu moguće solarizacija grada Zadra. Proveden je matematički proračun investiranja u solarne elektrane, ispitana je njihova isplativost i izveden je model trgovanja električnom energijom. U okviru ovog rada je veliki značaj pridodan investicijskim energetskim zadruga, njihovom osnivanju i pogodnostima koje njihovo članstvo donosi. U uvodnom dijelu analiziran je trend iskorištavanja obnovljivih izvora energije te je dan pregled zakonodavnog paketa Europske komisije „Fit for 55“ i novog paketa mjera „REPowerEU“ koji je nastupio zbog novih geopolitičkih odnosa na istoku Europe. Nakon uvodnog dijela, definirane su energetske zadruge te su izneseni poslovni modeli energetskih zadruga. U drugom dijelu rada iznesene su pretpostavke i podaci korišteni u matematičkom proračunu. Objašnjene su formule za računanje isplativosti projekta i način trgovanja električnom energijom. Proračun je proveden za tri različite karakteristične skupine potrošača: kućanstvo, poduzetništvo i javnu rasvjetu. Na kraju su predstavljeni rezultati proračuna popraćeni odgovarajućim dijagramima. Pokazano je da se isplati investirati u izgradnju solarne elektrane za sve tri skupine potrošača te su predstavljeni novčani tokovi kao ušteda zbog smanjenog korištenja električne energije iz mreže i kao zarada zbog prodaje viškova proizvedene električne energije u mrežu. Usporedno je proveden isti proračun s pretpostavkom članstva u investicijskoj energetskoj zadruzi te je pokazano da članstvo donosi veće profite i veću isplativost projekta, odnosno kraće vrijeme povrata investicije. This paper represents an analysis of possible solarization of the city of Zadar. The mathematical calculation of investments in solar power plants was carried out, their cost-effectiveness was examined, and the electricity trading model was created. Within this work, great importance is added to investment energy cooperatives, to their establishment and to the benefits that their membership brings. In the introduction the trend of exploitation of renewable energy sources is analyzed and an overview of the European Commission's legislative package "Fit for 55" is given. There is also an overview of the new package of measures "REPowerEU" which came due to new geopolitical relations in eastern Europe. After the introductory part, energy cooperatives were defined and business models of energy cooperatives were presented. In the second part of this paper, assumptions and data used in the mathematical calculation were presented. Formulas for calculating the cost-effectiveness of the project and how electricity is traded are explained. Mathematical calculation was carried out for three different characteristic groups of consumers: household, entrepreneurship and public lighting. Finally, the results are presented, accompanied by appropriate diagrams. It has been shown that it is worth investing in the construction of a solar power plant for all three groups of consumers. Cash flows have been presented as savings, due to the reduced use of electricity from the grid, and as profits, due to the sale of surplus electricity generated into the grid. At the same time, the same mathematical calculation was carried out with the assumption of membership in the investment energy cooperative. It has shown that membership brings greater profits and greater cost-effectiveness of the project, that is, a shorter time of return on investment. more...

Turizam je kompleksan i složen fenomen sačinjen od mnogobrojnih djelatnosti koje se međusobno isprepliću i nadopunjuju. Suvremeni su turistički trendovi modernog doba, koji se javljaju na turističkom tržištu, doveli do odmicanja od masovnog turizma, kao i do razvoja i rasta popularnosti novih specifičnih vidova i oblika turizma. Jedan od tih specifičnih oblika turizma je i manifestacijski turizam. Iz perspektive turističke destinacije manifestacijski turizam grada jest razvoj i marketing planiranih manifestacija kao turističkih atrakcija, katalizatora, animatora, kreatora imidža i marketinga mjesta. Danas turistički potrošači od turističkih destinacija zahtijevaju mnogo više nego li prije – zahtijevaju jedinstveno životno iskustvo. Jedinstvena iskustva stvaraju posebnu povezanost posjetitelja s turističkom destinacijom koju posjećuju, a očituju se kroz neprestan razvoj, nadograđivanje ponude i usavršavanje manifestacijska i samog turističkog proizvoda destinacije. Naravno, manifestacijski turizam ima pozitivne i negativne učinke na sve svoje dionike, posebice na domicilno stanovništvo. Lokalno stanovništvo je srž i kamen temeljac autohtonosti grada Zadra kao turističke destinacije. Pomoću lokalnog stanovništva opstaju kultura, tradicije i zadarski običaji te ostaju očuvani generacijama, a susretljivost i gostoprimstvo Zadrana predstavljaju najvažnije elemente turističke ponude Grada. Fenomen simbioze turističke destinacije i njezina lokalnog stanovništva zaista je fascinantan. Cilj je ovoga rada kroz intervjuiranje interesnih skupina (lokalni stanovnici, predstavnici turističke zajednice i ostali dionici u turizmu) prikazati glavne prednosti i nedostatke manifestacijskog turizma, razloge zbog kojih je došlo do povećanja potražnje za manifestacijama, stavove i zadovoljstvo lokalnog stanovništva prema manifestacijama i manifestacijskom turizmu, utvrditi sve učinke manifestacijskog turizma na lokalnu zajednicu te odrediti potencijale prilike u manifestacijskom turizmu koje bi potpomogle u pozicioniranju i razvoju grada Zadra kao destinacije manifestacijskog turizma na turističkom tržištu. Tourism is a complex phenomenon made of various activities that interwoven each other and complement each other. Contemporary trends of today that are appearing on the tourist market have led to the removal of mass tourism, as well as to the development of new specific forms of tourism. One of these specific forms of tourism is also manifestation tourism. From the destination perspective, the city's event tourism is the development and marketing of planned events as tourist attractions, catalysts, animators, image creators, and marketing sites. Today, consumers require much more from the destination than before, they require a unique life experience from tourist destinations. Unique experiences create a special link between tourists and tourist destination, and they are manifested through the constant improvement of the event tourism of tourist destinations. Of course, event tourism has positive and negative effects on the stakeholders, especially on the domicile population. The local population is the core and the fundamental precondition of Zadar's fundamental values as a tourist destination - through the local population, culture, tradition, and old Zadar customs remain preserved for generations, and the hospitality of locals in Zadar is the representation of the most crucial elements of the tourist offer of the city. The phenomenon of the symbiosis of tourist destinations and its local population is really fascinating. Biciklistički promet smatra se brzim i učinkovitim načinom kretanja u urbanim sredinama. Da bi to bilo tako, potrebno je osigurati niz infrastrukturnih uvjeta. Ovaj rad temelji se na rezultatima kvantitativnog istraživanja koje je za cilj imalo ispitati stavove studenata Sveučilišta u Zadru o korištenju bicikla kao prijevoznog sredstva tijekom dnevnih cirkulacija. Analizom stručne i znanstvene literature prikazano je stanje prometne i biciklističke infrastrukture u gradu Zadru. Primarni podaci su prikupljeni online anketiranjem studenata Sveučilišta u Zadru pri čemu je prikupljeno 211 odgovora: 119 biciklista i 92 nebiciklista. Rezultati istraživanja pokazali su da nebiciklisti od mjesta stanovanja pretežno pješače i/ili koriste javni prijevoz dok biciklisti koriste bicikl, a zatim ili pješače i u manjoj mjeri koriste javni prijevoz. Obje skupine ispitanika nezadovoljne su prometnom i biciklističkom infrastrukturom te smatraju da je nedovoljno razvijena i umrežena. Uz to, rezultati ukazuju da ispitanici imaju nizak osjećaj sigurnosti te naglašavaju nedovoljno razvijenu kulturu poštivanja biciklista. Ispitanike bi na korištenje bicikla potaknule i različite radionice i edukativni programi, češće vožnje s prijateljima i subvencioniranje kupovine bicikla. Rezultati istraživanja ukazuju na potrebu uvođenja sustavnih promjena u urbano-prometnoj infrastrukturi grada Zadra temeljenih na strategijama razvoja održivog prometa što će pridonijeti unaprjeđenju kvalitete i funkcionalnosti prometa i svakodnevnog života lokalnog stanovništva. Bicycle commuting is considered as one of the faster and more convenient ways of daily commuting within urban areas. To achieve higher level of bicycle commuting, it is necessary to fulfil certain infrastructural conditions. This thesis is based on data collected with the quantitative methodology aiming to examine opinions and attitudes of students of University of Zadar on bike usage and bike commuting. Based on scientific literature, this thesis presents current state of transport and cycling infrastructure in the City of Zadar. Primary data has been collected using online questionnaire with total number of 211 answers: 119 cyclists and 92 non-cyclists. Results have shown that non-cyclists are usually walking or using public transport on their way from home to university campuses on daily basis, while cyclists are primarily using bicycle in combination with walking or they eventually use public transport. Both cyclists and non-cyclists are not satisfied with transport and cycling infrastructure and they think that whole transport network is not developed nor interconnected. More to that, results have shown that students have lower feeling of transport safety and emphasize undeveloped transport culture and respective approach toward cyclists. Students would cycle more if there were more workshops and educational projects on cycling or if they could cycle more often with friends and/or other students. Also they would like to be granted subsidies for buying new bikes. In the City of Zadar there is a necessity of implementing systematic changes in urban and transport environment primarily based on strategies of sustainable development which will contribute to various functional and quality aspects of daily commuting for all, not only students. more...

Tema završnog rada su Kulturno-povijesni spomenici grada Zadra. Ovaj rad opisuje grad Zadar i njegovu dugu i zanimljivu povijest. Grad Zadar ima mnogo kulturno-povijesnih spomenika. U radu se najprije opisuju sakralni objekti kao što su crkve i katedrala. Najpoznatija crkva je crkva sv. Donata koja je simbol grada. Zatim se prelazi na kulturno-povijesne spomenike grada od kojih je većina smještena na poluotoku. Neki od njih su Kopnena vrata, Morska vrata, Gradska loža, Gradska straža, Kapetanova kula, Trg pet bunara, Sfinga i svjetionik Oštri rat. Najzanimljiviji dio završnog rada je posljednje poglavlje koje opisuje atrakcije. Najposjećenije i najzanimljivije atrakcije posjetiteljima su Kalelarga, Zadarska riva, Morske orgulje i Pozdrav Suncu. The topic of the final paper is The cultural and historical monuments of the city of Zadar. This paper describes the city of Zadar and its long and interesting history. The city of Zadar has many cultural and historical monuments. The paper firstly describes sacral objects such as churches and the cathedral. The most famous church is the Church of St. Donat which is the symbol of the city. Then the paper moves on to the cultural and historical monuments of the city where the majority are located on the peninsula. Some of them are: the Land Gate, the Sea Gate, the Captain's Tower, Five Wells Square, Zadar Sphinx and Ostri rat lighthouse. The most interesting part of the final paper is the last chapter which describes attractions. The most visited and interesting attractions for visitors are Kalelarga Street, Riva, the Sea Organ and the Greeting to the Sun. more...
