Objective To explore the effect of risk assessment hierarchical management model on peri- natal blood pressure levels and psychological status of patients with gestational hypertension(PIH). Methods Using prospective study method. 89 PIH patients admitted to Putian Hanjiang Hospital from April 2022 to July 2023 were selected and divided into the control group (45 cases) and the study group (44 cases) according to ran- domized numerical table method. The control group was given routine management, and the study group was combined with risk assessment and graded management on the basis of routine management. Perinatal blood pressure level, psychological condition and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups. Results After delivery and on the day of discharge, the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure levels of the two groups were lower than those before management, and the study group was lower than the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The Hamilton Anxiety Inventory and Hamil- ton Depression Inventory scores on the day of discharge of the two groups were lower than those before man- agement, and the study group was lower than the control group, with statistically significant difference(P< 0.05). The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was lower in the study group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of risk assessment graded management in patients with PIH reduces blood pressure levels, alleviates psychological conditions. and im- proves pregnancy outcomes.
