With the popularization and development of communication technology, the resource allocation problem of satellites has become a hot research topic. This study proposes a model for satellite resource allocation through the development of a beam mobilization system model and problem modeling. Then, on the basis of the linear stochastic gradient descent method, the classification accuracy of the algorithm is improved by adjusting the algorithm-solving method. Then its weight assignment method is improved to get the improved weighted linear stochastic gradient descent method. Using the optimized weighted linear stochastic gradient descent method to solve the satellite resource allocation problem from the perspective of the original problem, a model based on IWLSGD is designed and tested for performance. Through simulation experiments, the beam allocation service value of the satellite resource allocation model in this paper is 193, which is 4.32% and 3.21% higher than that of LSGD and WLSGD, respectively, and iterative convergence is faster, and its operation time and service value performs the best under different numbers of communication time slots. The system revenue, system access success rate, and system satisfaction under the interference environment between LEO and GEO are maintained at 15208, 0.8~1.0, and 85%, and keep around 7500, 1, and 75% under 5G base station interference. The satellite resource allocation model in this paper can effectively improve the utilization efficiency of communication resources and better adapt to dynamically changing interference scenarios.

This study investigates the resource management problem for millimeter-wave-based switched beam (SWB) full-duplex small cell networks with the consideration of user equipment’s (UE’s) quality of experience (QoE) requirement and time-varying wireless channels. An optimization problem is formulated to maximize the long-term QoE by implementing beam assignment (BA) and rate control (RC) under short-term beam and long-term energy efficiency constraints. By leveraging the Lyapunov optimization technique, the original problem is converted into a series of BA and RC problems in each time slot. To solve the converted problem with affordable complexity, novel closed-form solutions for BA and RC are first derived by considering beam constraints in SWB systems. A decomposition-based BA and RC (DBR) algorithm with only polynomial computational complexity is then proposed based on the derived closed-form solutions. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed DBR method can effectively[‘effectively’ appears to be a more suitable word in this case.] balance the performance and complexity because the DBR scheme outperforms the benchmark scheme and achieves nearly optimal performance in terms of system delay and QoE.

This letter focuses on the resource management problem for uplink (UL) of millimeter wave based full-duplex small cell networks with consideration of user equipments’ (UEs’) queue backlog and time-varying channels. The original problem aims to maximize UL UEs’ long-term quality of experience (QoE) under queue stability constraint. To solve the intractability caused by the long-term functions, the considered problem is converted into a series of beam assignment (BA) and rate control (RC) problems in each time slot by leveraging Lyapunov method. Furthermore, novel closed-form solutions (CFSs) for BA and RC policies are derived by considering beam usage constraints; whereas an iterative algorithm is proposed based on the CFSs. In this paper, we study the beam-based training design jointly with the transmission design for hybrid massive antenna single-user (SU) and multiple-user (MU) systems where outage probability is adopted as the performance measure. For SU systems, we propose an interleaved training design to concatenate the feedback and training procedures, thus making the training length adaptive to the channel realization. Exact analytical expressions are derived for the average training length and the outage probability of the proposed interleaved training. For MU systems, we propose a joint design for the beam-based interleaved training, beam assignment, and MU data transmissions. Two solutions for the beam assignment are provided with different complexity-performance tradeoff. Analytical results and simulations show that for both SU and MU systems, the proposed joint training and transmission designs achieve the same outage performance as the traditional full-training scheme but with significant saving in the training overhead.
