El estudio de construcciones históricas no constituye sólo un gran desafío para profesionales especializados, sino que también una gran responsabilidad para nuestra sociedad. Este tipo de estructuras habitualmente experimentan daño, por lo que es esencial conocer un enfoque apropiado para abordar estas problemáticas y así contribuir con su preservación. De esta forma, la identificación de las fuentes que ocasionan patologías estructurales es una de las labores claves en la evaluación de edificios antiguos. El estudio llevado a cabo en este documento pretende investigar los efectos de asentamientos de terreno en las bóvedas que componen la iglesia de Santa María de Vilabertran. La construcción corresponde a una iglesia de estilo románico construida durante el siglo XII, compuesta principalmente por albañilería de piedra y ubicada en la región de Cataluña. La condición actual de la estructura presenta numerosas grietas en el sector cercano a la fachada, las cuales se extienden principalmente por la bóveda central. Con el fin de cumplir el objetivo de esta tesis, un modelo numérico fue preparado para reproducir la condición actual de la estructura. Hence, the identification of the sources causing structural pathologies is one of the key-tasks in the assessment of ancient buildings. The study carried out in this report aims to investigate the effects of soil settlements on the vaults comprising the church of Santa Maria of Vilabertran. The construction corresponds to a Romanesque church built during the 12th century, composed mainly by stone masonry and located in the region of Catalonia. The current condition of the structure exhibits several cracks close to the front façade, which extend eminently through the central vaults of the building. In order to fulfill the objective of this thesis, a numerical model was prepared to reproduce the actual condition of the building. Soil settlement actions were simulated in the model and the numerical results (principal crack-width) were compared with the existing damage (cracking pattern).

This paper gives an overview of the fusée Ceramique vaults and domes constructed in The Netherlands just after World War II and describes the technique of construction as well as the advantages and disadvantages. Using only a minimum of concrete and steel, the environmental load of the vaults is quite small. Especially the creep and shrinkage of concrete will change the distribution of the loads acting on a Fusée Ceramique vault considerately. Just after World War II many barrel vaults and domes were built with a structural system, known as Fusée Ceramique. This paper analyses the load bearing capacity of these vaults. Schemes, theories, idealizations and assumptions are analysed, validated and discussed. Bakalářská práce zpracovává projektovou dokumentaci pro provedení stavby na stavební úpravy bytového domu na ulici Křenová 76 v Brně. Objekt je členěn na dvě obytná nadzemní podlaží a neobytný suterén a podkroví. V obou nadzemních podlažích se nachází dvě bytové jednotky, které jsou v dnešní době nevyužívány. Základy jsou provedeny z cihel plných pálených, svislé nosné i nenosné zdivo je taktéž z cihel plných pálených, vodorovné konstrukce jsou v suterénu valené klenby a v nadzemních podlažích dřevěné trámové s rákosníky. Střešní krov je zhotoven z vaznicové soustavy se stojatou stolicí, zastřešení z keramických pálených tašek. Stavebními úpravami vznikne sedm nových bytů a kavárna v 1.NP s venkovní terasou v zahradní části. Tématem ateliérové práce bylo zamyšlení se nad vhodným využitím památkově chráněného objektu v historickém jádru obce Malé Svatoňovice a vytvoření architektonické studie. Navrhl jsem následující koncepci. Stavba by měla sloužit jako obecní dům, proto jsem zde soustředil funkce tomu odpovídající: obecní úřad, obřadní síň, muzeum, lékařské ordinace, kosmetika, lékárna, a nakonec i lázně, které zde měly dlouholetou tradici. Při obnově objektu postupuji synteticky. Zkoumám kvalitu a zachovalost jednotlivých vrstev. To nejlepší z každé vrstvy vyzdvihuji. Pokud se některá nezachovala, ale přesto měla své kvality, připomínám ji novým jazykem. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zhotovení dokumentace pro stavební povolení a části dokumentace pro provádění stavby na základě architektonické studie, která byla vypracována v předmětu AG35 – Ateliér obnovy památek. Tématem ateliérové práce bylo zamyšlení se nad vhodným využitím památkově chráněného objektu v historickém jádru obce Malé Svatoňovice a vytvoření architektonické studie. Navrhl jsem následující koncepci. Stavba by měla sloužit jako obecní dům, proto jsem zde soustředil funkce tomu odpovídající: obecní úřad, obřadní síň, muzeum, lékařské ordinace, kosmetika, lékárna, a nakonec i lázně, které zde měly dlouholetou tradici. Při obnově objektu postupuji synteticky. Zkoumám kvalitu a zachovalost jednotlivých vrstev. To nejlepší z každé vrstvy vyzdvihuji. Pokud se některá nezachovala, ale přesto měla své kvality, připomínám ji novým jazykem. When restoring an object, I proceed synthetically. I examine the quality and preservation of individual layers. Then I highlight the best of each one. Diplomová práce zpracovává projektovou dokumentaci ve stupni provedení stavby na modernizaci bytového domu v blízkosti centra na ulici Vlhká 22 v Brně. Stavební objekt je dělen na čtyři obytná podlaží a neobytný suterén a podkroví. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází dvě bytové jednotky a dalším již bytové jednotky čtyři. Základové konstrukce jsou provedeny z cihel plných pálených. Svislé nosné a nenosné konstrukce jsou také z cihel plných pálených. Výjimečně sádrokartonové příčky. V suterénu jsou stropní konstrukce provedeny z cihelných valených kleneb, nad nadzemními podlažími již dřevěné trámové stropy. Střešní konstrukce stavby je zhotovena z vaznicové soustavy se stojatou stolicí a krytinou z keramických střešních tašek. Stavebními úpravami vzniknou v podkroví tři další bytové jednotky. V suterénu bude provedeno podřezání zdiva řetězovou pilou, částečně tlaková injektáž a částečně nové souvrství s hydroizolační vrstvou. Všechny dřevěné trámové stropy budou vyměněny za montované stropní nosníky s pórobetonovými vložkami bez nadbetonávky. Zahradní část objektu bude zateplena minerální vatou. The roof structure will be constructed from the street side as a shed roof and in the garden part a flat roof with a gradient layer of expanded polystyrene thermal insulation and a waterproofing layer of thermoplastic poleolefin.
