Under the "Digital China" strategy, enterprises have generally started to improve management efficiency through information and intelligent means. Among them, the construction and development of enterprise information systems generally face the problems of low development efficiency, long cycle and high cost. Based on the key technologies of the rapid and agile development model, a Jet Low-code Rapid Development Platform is designed to meet the core requirements of enterprise information system development and construction with multiple functions, short development cycle, high operation stability, and high overall security. Furthermore, taking Shaanxi Coal Industry Co., Ltd. (SCIL) as an example for verification, starting from the actual management of the enterprise, based on the proposed Jet Low-code Rapid Development Platform, the whole process of demand investigation, system design, software development and testing of "SCIL Science and Technology Management Information System" was completed, and the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method were fully verified. The deep web is a huge source of domain-specific information (sale of houses, medical information, e-commerce, science, etc) stored in database servers accessible through HTML forms called web query interfaces (WQIs). Information in the deep web is retrieved by querying one database server at a time, which results inefficient. A more attractive approach is to create an integrated WQI (IWQI) that acts as single entry point to query several database servers at a time for a given domain. Schema matching and string (labels in WQIs) comparison have been the most popular techniques to create IWQIs. In this work, we propose a new method for the integration of web forms based on linked data and the VDIS (View-based Data Integration System) architecture. We present WebQuIn-LD, an alternative and novel approach relying on linked data principles to combine individual WQIs into a single IWQI for a given domain is presented. WebQuIn-LD follows a data integration system architecture, starting from the wrapping of domain-specific WQIs until the creation of the IWQI. A domain-independent ontology is created to describe WQI elements as linked data resources and to exploit semantic integration between the WQI’s elements. WebQuIn-LD was evaluated on performance metrics (precision, recall, and F1) using the state-of-the-art WQIs datasets for different domains (airfares, books, autos, jobs, music, movies, hotels, jobs). The obtained results demonstrate the effectiveness of the linked data approach presented in this work for the WQI integration problem.

In this paper, the problem of automatic integration is investigated. Quadratures that compute the integral of an r times differentiable function with the assumption that the rth derivative is positive within precision ε > 0 are constructed. A rigorous analysis of these quadratures is presented. It turns out that the mesh selection procedure proposed in this paper is optimal i.e., it uses the minimal number of function evaluations. It is also shown how to adapt the quadratures to the case where the assumption that the rth derivative has a constant sign is not fulfilled. Due to the heterogeneity, high cost, and harsh environment, ocean observatories demand a flexible, robust, and capable scheme to integrate science instruments. To deal with the challenges of automatic instrument integration and machine-to-machine interaction in ocean observatories, a systematic scheme is proposed based on Zero Configuration Networking (Zeroconf), Programmable Underwater Connector with Knowledge (PUCK), Constrained Application Protocol (CoAP), and Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) protocols, as well as a smart interface module to achieve instrument plug-and-play and standard communication among heterogeneous ocean instruments. The scheme specifically considers the resource-constrained ocean observatories and machine-to-machine interoperability, which is of great significance to interoperable ocean observatories. The laboratory tests have verified the feasibility of the proposed scheme.

With the constant increase in the volume of information available on the Web, it is more dificult to find the specific information related to a given domain. Users are facing the problem of information overload, in which a query about a specialized subject (local information, e-commerce: hotels, airlines, car rental; science: biology, mathematics, medicine, etc.) on a web search engine, it returns a lot of web pages or results that in most of the cases are outside the domain of interest. This is one reason why the vertical search tools have become a necessity for users that seek specific-domain information from diferent databases available in the Web through input sources called Web Query Interfaces (ICWs). This paper describes an approach for automatic integration of ICWs, a crucial task to construct vertical search tools. The proposed methodology is validated by realizing a vertical search prototype called VSearch that allows users to transparently query multiple web databases in a specific-domain through a unified ICW. The proposed approach for automatic ICWs integration is based on: i) a hierarchical model called AEV for modeling the visual content of ICW; ii) semantic clustering for the identification of relationships between fields in ICWs; and iii) a field homogenization and unification process of AEV schemes for the construction of a unified ICW. The VSearch prototype was implemented and evaluated using a study case. • Develops a parametric life cycle carbon assessment (PLCCA) model for infrastructure design projects. • Automatic integration between BIM-LCA, dynamic calculations, and real-time visualization of CO2 in a BIM environment. • In a tunnel, production, construction, operation, and demolition are responsible for 30%, 1%, 65%, and 4% of CO2 emissions. • Multi-objective optimization (MOO) is executed to reduce carbon emissions by up to 77.89%. • Compared to conventional LCA, the accuracy of the PLCCA model is 98.6%. BIM-LCA integration facilitates sustainability indicators in infrastructure projects; however, BIM-LCA integration poses interoperability and information exchange issues. This study develops a parametric-life-cycle-carbon-assessment (PLCCA) model for automating data-integration, dynamic-computations, and online-visualization of carbon emissions. Emission factors (EFs) are systematically integrated as additional design parameters in the BIM-model. Carbon emissions are dynamically calculated using parameterized inputs. Rhino-Grasshopper plugins generate real-time bar charts and color codes inside BIM-environments. Multi-objective optimization (MOO) incorporates carbon emissions, materials, energy, and cost to optimize design parameters and facilitate early decisions. The performance and applicability of PLCCA are evaluated using a tunnel in Yunnan, China. Production and operational stages account for 30% and 65% of carbon emissions. Tunnel is then remodeled with optimized parameters; carbon emissions are recalculated to reduce environmental effects. Carbon emissions in the production and operational phases are reduced by 32.94% and 28.40%. This research educates project stakeholders on low-carbon techniques to attain carbon neutrality. Abstract: A new automatic quadrature scheme is proposed for evaluating Cauchy principal value integrals of oscillatory functions: . The desired approximation is obtained by expanding the function f in the series of Chebyshev polynomials of the first kind, and then by constructing the indefinite integral for a properly modified integrand, to overcome the singularity. Let the real functions K(x) and L(x) be such that M(x)=K(x)+i L(x)=e g(x), where g(x) is infinitely differentiable for all large x and is non-oscillatory at infinity. We develop an efficient automatic quadrature procedure for numerically computing the integrals ∫ K(ω t) f( t) and ∫ L(ω t) f( t)d t, where the function f(t) is smooth and nonoscillatory at infinity. One such example for which we also provide numerical results is that for which K(x)=J( x) and L(x)=Y( x), where J( x) and Y( x) are the Bessel functions of order ν. • Daptomycin displays a non-negligible pharmacokinetic variability among patients. • Therapeutic drug monitoring may reduce interpatient variability. • A robust HPLC-UV method was developed and validated in comparison with a reference LC–MS/MS method. • The availability of such a method may improve daptomycin efficacy and tolerability. Daptomycin, a cyclic lipopeptide antibiotic with a broad spectrum of activity against Gram-positive bacteria, is also active against multi-resistant bacterial strains, as well as methicillin-resistant S. aureus , vancomycin-resistant enterococci or penicillin-resistant S. pneumoniae. For these reasons it is a viable alternative for the treatment of persisting infections. However, the therapeutic drug monitoring of daptomycin is recommended because the known variability in drug disposition and the severe clinical conditions of patients. Therefore, we developed a simple and fast UV-HPLC method according to FDA guidelines to monitor plasma concentrations of the drug. Briefly, after a liquid-liquid extraction, plasma calibration samples, quality controls and patients' samples were injected in a HPLC instrument and peaks of daptomycin and gentamicin (internal standard) were resolved by a C 18 250 × 4.6 mm, 5 μm stationary phase and peaks were monitored at UV = 262 nm. Mobile phase (isocratic flow of 1 mL/min) consisted of acetonitrile-buffer (KH 2 PO 4 20 mM pH = 3.2) 46:54, vol/vol. Under these conditions, IS and daptomycin peaked at 4.1 and 5.8 min after injection. Values of limits of detection and quantitation accounted for 1.65 and 5.00 (μg/ml), respectively. Values of method linearity (r2) in range 5−100 mg/L were 0.9975 and 0.9956 plasma samples and solvent standard, respectively. Inter- and intra-day variability coefficients were lower than 15 %. The comparison with a reference, commercially-available LC–MS/MS method on 122 patient plasma samples returned excellent correlation (r2 = 0.9474).
