Asphalt concrete of various brands is mainly used as a road surface. The quality and durability of the coating depends on its density. To achieve the required density of the asphalt concrete pavement, road rollers are used. The working body of the roller is a metal drum or a set of pneumatic tires. The article discusses the process of the asphalt concrete mixture compaction with a smooth metal drum. A rheological model of the force interaction of a smooth drum with a material is adopted, which includes elastic, viscous and plastic elements. The adopted model was corrected taking into account the investigated process of elastic aftereffect that occurs in the asphalt concrete mixture during compaction. The law of behavior of asphalt-concrete mixture with elastic aftereffect is established. A simulation model has been developed to study the behavior of a material in the process of elastic aftereffect. In the course of dynamic modeling, the relationship between the physical and mechanical characteristics of the compacted material with the design and technological parameters of the road roller was established. A statistical analysis of the design parameters of existing models of road rollers has been carried out. The results of the analysis, as well as the obtained dependencies, can be used to designate the technological modes of operation of a set of road rollers when compacting the asphalt concrete pavement of a motor road. Taking into account the elastic aftereffect when assigning the operating modes of the compaction equipment will improve the compaction efficiency, as well as the quality of the resulting coating.

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Экспериментальное исследование прочности асфальтобетонных смесей в зависимости от гранулометрического состава». Целью исследования является оценка степени влияния гранулометрического состава минеральной части асфальтобетонной смеси на прочностные характеристики асфальтобетона. В ходе выполнения данной выпускной квалификационной работой были поставлены и решены следующие задачи: 1. Проведен анализ научных работ в области исследуемого вопроса. 2. Проведен анализ влияния прочностных характеристик асфальтобетонных смесей на эксплуатационные показатели автомобильных дорог и мостовых покрытий. 3. Определена зависимость прочности на сжатие асфальтобетона от гранулометрического состава асфальтобетонной смеси. 4. Проведена экономическая оценка использования полученных асфальтобетонных смесей. 5. Определены проблемы для дальнейшего исследования. В процессе выполнения выпускной квалификационной работы было запроектировано восемь смесей различного гранулометрического состава, с использованием одного вяжущего вещества ПБВ 60/90 и одного не активированного минерального порошка. Функция отклика строилась по трем параллельным опытам для двух параметров оптимизации. Варьируемыми факторами были выбраны проходы через нормированные сита в процентах от массы. Каменная составляющая из щебня, габбро, отсева габбро была запроектирована согласно выбранным факторам и их допустимым уровням. Была выполнена статическая обработка результатов, исключены ошибочные результаты, не соответствующие действительности. Отмечена общая тенденция к повышению прочности асфальтобетона при нахождении гранулометрической кривой ближе к минимально допустимой по нормативным значениям., Theme of final qualification work: "An experimental study of the strength of asphalt mixtures, depending on the particle size distribution." The aim of the study is to assess the degree of influence of the particle size distribution of the mineral part of the asphalt concrete mixture on the strength characteristics of asphalt concrete. In the course of this final qualification work, the following tasks were set and solved: 1. The analysis of scientific work in the field of the issue; 2. The analysis of the influence of the strength characteristics of asphalt mixtures on the performance indicators of roads and bridge pavements; 4. The data obtained as a result of the experiment were systematized and analyzed; 5. An economic assessment of the use of the resulting asphalt mixtures. 6. Problems were noted for further research. In the process of performing the final qualification work, eight mixtures of different particle size distribution were designed using one binder PBV 60/90 and one non-activated mineral powder. The response function was built on three parallel experiments for two optimization parameters. Variable factors were selected passages through normalized sieves as a percentage of the mass. The stone component of crushed stone, gabbro, gabbro screenings was designed according to the selected factors and their acceptable levels. Static processing of the results was performed, erroneous results that were not true were excluded. There is a general tendency to increase the strength of asphalt concrete when finding the particle size curve closer to the minimum acceptable by standard values.
