Для параболо-гиперболического уравнения исследуются трехмерный аналог задачи Трикоми с нехарактеристическими параллельными плоскостями изменения типов уравнения. Единственность решения задачи доказана методом априорных оценок, а существование решения задачи сведено к существованию решения системы интегральных уравнений Вольтерра второго рода., Three-dimensional analogue of the problem of Tricomi with non-characteristic parallel planes of change of types of the equation is investigated for a parabolic-hyperbolic equation. При математическом моделировании сплошных сред с памятью возникают уравнения, описывающие новый тип волнового движения, занимающего промежуточное положение между обычной диффузией и классическими волнами. Имеются в виду дифференциальные уравнения дробного порядка, которые являются основой большинства математических моделей, описывающих широкий класс физических и химических процессов в средах с фрактальной геометрией. В работе представлено качественно новое уравнение влагопереноса, которое является обобщением уравнения Аллера – Лыкова. Рассмотрена первая краевая задача для уравнения Аллера – Лыкова с дробной производной Римана-Лиувилля. Для доказательства единственности решения методом энергетических неравенств получена априорная оценка в терминах дробной производной Римана – Лиувилля. Существование решения задачи доказано методом Фурье, In mathematical modeling of continuous media with memory, we deal with equations that describe a new type of wave motion, something between ordinary wave diffusion and classical wave propagation. There are fractional differential equations, which are the basis for the most mathematical models describing a wide class of physical and chemical processes in the fractal geometry of the Nature. The paper presents a new moisture transfer equation with a fractional Riemann – Liouville derivative that generalize the Aller – Lykov equation. The first boundary value problem for the generalized moisture transfer equation is considered. To prove the uniqueness of a solution we employ the energy inequalities method; an a priori estimate is obtained in terms of the fractional Riemann – Liouville derivative. In this dissertation we study positive solutions to a singular p-Laplacian elliptic boundary value problem on a bounded domain with smooth boundary when a positive parameter varies. Our main focus is the analysis of a challenging class of singular p-Laplacian problems. We establish the existence of a positive solution for all positive values of the parameter and the existence of at least two positive solutions for a certain explicit range of the parameter. In the Laplacian case, we also prove the uniqueness of the positive solution for large values of the parameter. We extend our existence and multiplicity results to classes of singular systems and to the case when a domain is an exterior domain. We prove our existence and multiplicity results by the method of sub and supersolutions and our uniqueness result by establishing apriori and boundary estimates. Such results are well known in the literature for the nonsingular case. In this study, we extend these results to the more difficult singular case.
