As the application area of artificial intelligence and data analysis methods has expanded as a requirement of the technological age, the effects of these tools in the counter terrorism have also begun to manifest themselves. In this article, the variables that can be associated with terrorist incidents in Turkey on a province basis are analysed. In this framework, the study provides important findings on how data-driven approaches can be applied at the local level. It is emphasized that technology should be brought to the forefront in counter terrorism. The use of technologies such as data analysis, machine learning and artificial intelligence provides great advantages in detecting and preventing terrorist acts in advance. In this context, the article shows that Turkey can achieve more effective results in the counter terrorism by investing in datadriven technologies and developing data-driven strategies. The study provides a framework for understanding the effects of different methods and strategies offered by the data world in the counter terrorism. Graphology is a branch of science that tries to determine individual characteristics and details of a person based on their handwriting. It was started in 1871 with the devoted work of French cleric-archaeologist Jean-Hippolyte Michon. Today, this branch of science is used to evaluate people’s emotional development, give career advice, and conduct psychological analysis. Today, some company managers use the science of graphology to evaluate the personal characteristics of job applicants. The science of criminology, which contributes to the science of graphology, is the examination of the social and personal causes of any event. It focuses on crime, criminals, and ways to fight crime. Criminology studies are carried out to ensure justice and are carried out using various laws. However, there are also criticisms that graphology doesn’t always yield clear results in criminological studies. To put it more clearly, in the science of evidence (criminology), a broad consensus hasn’t been reached regarding the validity of graphology studies. Starting from this point, the benefits and shortcomings of graphology were analyzed in the study, and evaluations were made about the place and importance of graphology in archival science. In addition, the effect of graphology on archiving science was evaluated by focusing on the connection between the science of criminology. The study, which discusses the contribution of graphology to the sciences of archiving and information and records management, has been completed by making various suggestions that will support future academic studies. ÖZ: Bu çalışmada keman eğitiminde önemli yere sahip olan Hans Sitt 100 Etüt Op. 32 Keman Metodu' nun üçüncü fasikülünde yer alan etütlerin sağ ve sol el teknikleri incelenmiştir. Araştırma kapsamındaki etütlerin pozisyon geçişleri, yay ve parmak teknikleri belirlenmiş ve elde edilen bulgular tablolaştırılarak yorumlanmıştır. I-V pozisyonları arasında geçişlerin olduğu etütlerin yer aldığı fasikülde, sağ elin (yay) ağırlıklı olarak legato ve detaşe yay tekniklerini kullandığı, sol el (parmak) pozisyon geçişlerinin ise 3 diyez/bemol alan tonalitelerde ve çeşitli parmak düşümleri ile gerçekleştiği görülmektedir. Araştırmada, analiz edilen etütlerden örnekler verilerek seslendirme-yorumlama aşamasında dikkat edilmesi gereken unsurlar belirlenmiş, keman eğitimcilerine ve öğrencilerine yol gösterecek çeşitli önerilerde bulunulmuştur. Betimsel nitelikte olan bu çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden içerik analizi modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırma için gerekli olan verilerin elde edilmesinde belgesel tarama tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Hans Sitt 100 Etüt Op. 32 Metodu, örneklemini ise metodun üçüncü fasikülü oluşturmaktadır.

An impressive scientific productivity has been observed in Turkish theology in the field of Islamic sciences, especially in recent years. Several authors in the department of basic Islamic sciences, especially ḥadīth, offer academic publications, almost competing with each other. The quantitative increase in publications brings to mind questions such as in which channels the scientific course of these publications follows and in what direction the intellectual interest is progressing. In this study, a bibliometric analysis of academic studies at the article level in the field of ḥadīth, which is one of the building blocks of the departments that form the backbone of the faculties of theology/Islamic sciences, was made. Due to the exponential increase in the number of article-level publications in recent years, this study was limited to the analysis of articles published only in 2023. The study was based on the data of the DergiPark database. The analysis included parameters such as publication year, number, topic, authors' academic profiles, obtained through keyword searches. The data was coded and presented in graphs and tables. As a result, it was observed that 85% of the academic articles on ḥadīth written in 2023 focused mostly on content description and reviews on books and authors. The 16th century, when the Ottoman Empire reached its widest territorial extent, was a period of political strength and cultural and artistic peak. Valuing art and artists, the sultans became pioneers of development in architecture, book arts, and ornamentation. Turkish Arts, with each branch influencing the other, experienced significant developments during the reign of Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent, resulting in numerous works that have survived to the present day. Significant advancements in calligraphy and illumination art reflect the artistic understanding and taste of the period. Among the works produced during this period, illuminated Qur'ans, Tughra (imperial monograms), decrees, imperial edicts, and endowment deeds stand out. While the imperial monograms, known as Tughra, were initially used in a simple script in their early examples, they transformed into art pieces adorned with 16th-century illumination art. The Tughra of Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent was chosen as the subject of research the research because it has an important value in terms of illumination art with its ornamental features of the period, design, motifs, colors and the way it is applied. The Tughra's examination involved obtaining visuals from the library, determining its illumination features, creating exact drawings, and conducting analyses. The motifs used in the ornamentation were individually drawn and compiled into a table. The styles and techniques employed in ornamentation were explained, and information about the historical development of the Tughra was provided. Bu çalışma, hareket becerileri egzersiz programının zihinsel engellilerin motor ve dikkat performansına etkisini belirlemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Araştırmada, Eğitilebilir Zihinsel Engellilerin (EZE) deney grubuna 8 haftalık hareket eğitimi programı uygulanırken diğer kontrol grubuna klasik beden eğitimi programı uygulanmıştır. Katılımcıların vücut kompozisyonu, koordinasyon, çeviklik ve dikkat özelliklerine bu iki eğitim programının etkililiği araştırılmıştır. Araştırmada Mersin ilinde EZE çocuklara ve ailelerine ulaşılarak yaşları 10 ile 20 arasında değişen 40 EZE çocuk ailelerinin verdikleri onam formları ile gönüllü katılımları sağlanmıştır. Katılımcıların 20’si deney (9 erkek, 11 kadın), diğer 20’si de kontrol (14 erkek, 6 kadın) grubu oluşturulmuştur. Araştırmada ön test-son test kontrol gruplu modelde yansız atama ile biri deney, diğeri kontrol grubu olarak iki grup oluşturulmuştur. Bu çalışmanın sonuçları Erkek ve kadın adölesanlarda ön test sırasında deney ve kontrol grupları arasındaki sadece atma ve yakalama testi sonucu deney grubunun lehine daha büyük bulunmuştur. Son test sırasında ise, deney ve kontrol grupları arasında erkeklerde Burdon dikkat testi deney grubunun lehine ve slalom testi kontrol grubunun lehine daha büyüktür. Sonuç olarak, 8 haftalık hareket eğitimi programı, EZE erkeklerin beden kütle indeksi üzerinde düşük, slalom yeteneklerinde orta, atma-yakalama ve Burdon dikkat testine büyük düzeyde etkiye sahipken farklı egzersiz programı uygulanan erkeklerde sadece Burdon testi üzerinde düşük etkiye sahiptir.

In the research, based on the examples of Turkish folk tales, legends and folk songs, the deviations from the subject during the performance and the changes in the oral tradition products were evaluated in the axis of İlhan Başgöz's work, which is the subject of the article. The "digression", which took place when the narrator wanted to see himself as a part of the narrative, gave the opportunity to new verbal creations. In this sense, there have been changes in the products of oral tradition. In the research, the deviations from the subject during the performance and the changes in the oral tradition products were evaluated in the axis of the article, based on the examples of Turkish folk tales, legends, and ballads. My advisor Prof. Başgöz published a major digression research which is often referred to by the American scholars in the Journal of American Folklore.1 In this paper I will do first, and necessarily, a critical analysis of Başgöz's article and then I will report my own observation concerning digression based on the data I collected in Turkey in the Summer of 2009 when I worked on my incomplete. Also, apart from the compilations, the content on "digression" in my master's thesis, which I completed under the supervision of Başgöz, was briefly mentioned in the study. Studies carried out in Europe are of great importance in terms of the history of the Book of Dede Korkut studies. The present study is based on the analytical evaluation of studies conducted in Europe on the Book of Dede Korkut and in foreign languages spoken in Europe. For the list of academic studies in this article, previous bibliographic studies, European and USA-centered databases/online catalogs were utilized. The bibliographic list obtained was classified as "translations" and "selected other works". This study, which has a descriptive character in terms of presenting a bibliographic list on the Book of Dede Korkut, can also be accepted as an analytical review in terms of a holistic evaluation of the studies in question. The present study, which aims to bring the studies on the Book of Dede Korkut in foreign languages to the attention of scholars who read and write in Turkish, to determine the general tendencies of the Dede Korkut researches in Europe and to make a general evaluation based on these determinations, has the purpose of contributing to the corpus of the Book of Dede Korkut researches. Particularly the understanding of J.S.Bach’s violin work as a romantic period piece, and the vibrato technique, which is used excessively, tells the opposite musical expression in the work. Of course, the interpretation of a piece is relative and it is vital for everyone, especially famous musicians, to occur with their own musical expression and play it the way they want. However, before interpreting a Baroque work, it should be done by examining the period features of that work and taking into account the style, expression and archeology techniques of that period as much as we can. The analysis of Bach, who is a great composer with the most disagreement about the interpretation of his works, is very important in these respects. After big organizations in football or at the end of the season, researchers definitely examine the game systems of successful teams, the technical-tactical parameters of successful and unsuccessful teams, the differences and the performances of the athletes. In this direction, this study was conducted to analyze the England National Team, which was the champion in the 2022 Women's European Football Championship, in terms of different variables. Research data were obtained from the UEFA official website. The number of goals scored and conceded in competitions, the distribution of goals according to time periods, the region of the goal scored, the way the goals occur, the position of the goal scorer, the percentage of possession of the ball during the first half and throughout the match, the duration of the ball in the game, the number of passes, The number and percentage of successful passes, corner kick, offside technical-tactical parameters and the average total distance traveled by the team, the evaluation of substitution rights and the effect of the first goal on the result parameters were analyzed. The obtained data were recorded in SPSS 23 package program and interpreted by calculating frequency and percentage values. It was determined that the England national team scored a total of 22 goals with an average of 3.67 goals per match, and 2 goals were scored in their own goal with an average of 0.33 goals per game. Considering the time frame in the competitions, the England National Team scored 45.5% (10 goals) of the 22 goals in the first half, 45.5% (10 goals) in the second half, and the remaining 2 goals in the 1st and 2nd overtime periods; It has been revealed that he conceded 2 of his goals in the second half. 86% of the goals scored were from within the penalty area and most goals were scored from the 3rd area of the penalty area (13, 59.1%); 54.5% (12 goals) of these goals were scored as a result of organized attack; it was determined that the players who scored the most goals (8 goals, 36.4%) were the players in the wing position. The England national team, which has the ball at the rate of 57% per game, kept the ball in the game for 29 minutes and 33 seconds in 90 minutes; It has been determined that the percentage of successful pass is 84% and the average percentage of ball possession is 57%. It is also stated that the total distance traveled by the team per match is 116.6 km has been revealed. Based on these results, coaches; use the 3rd zone, which is the critical zone in the penalty area in terms of offense, more effectively; In terms of defense, it can be suggested that these regions be defended more effectively. In addition, considering that the most important factor determining the result in football is goals and that these goals are the result of organized attacks, it is important that the football players other than the strikers contribute to the score, and that the organizational studies are important, therefore it is necessary to plan the technical-tactical studies of the teams accordingly. is thought to be useful.

The repertoire of Rodion Shchedrin, one of the important composers of our time, is extremely diverse. From the beginning of his creative path, Shchedrin actively developed modern composer techniques by working in different genres and aimed to radically renew traditional forms. This study aims to examine and analyze the musical characteristics of Shchedrin's Piano Sonatas No. 1 and No. 2. In this context, the musical language, original form understanding, and polyphonic approach of the sonatas are examined. A qualitative research method was used in this study by analyzing and evaluating printed and electronic materials through document analysis. As a result of the research, it can be heard that Shchedrin's sonatas contain chromatic 12-tone system belonging to 20th century composers, skipping melodic lines, asymmetrical structure of rhythm and musical form, polystylistic tendencies, and the use of dodecaphonic series, hemitonic series, expression parameters, spatiality as an independent parameter, reversible music forms with sonority, aleatoric and "superior" polyphony techniques, which combine heterogeneous styles in a single work and exhibit new approaches in composition, bringing his works to an original, even extraordinary level. Futbolda büyük organizasyonlardan sonra ülkelerin teknik-taktik ve fiziksel performanslarının incelenmesi günümüz futbol dünyasında önemli hale gelmiştir. Bu doğrultuda araştırmanın amacı, 2022 FIFA Dünya Kupası’nda yer alan ülkelerin teknik, taktik ve fiziksel performanslarının farklılıklarını ve turnuva başarısı ile ilişkilerini ortaya koymaktır. Veriler FIFA resmi internet sitesi üzerinden toplanmış; 8 teknik-taktik ve 2 fiziksel performans, toplamda 10 parametre değerlendirilmiştir. Gruplar arasındaki farklılıklar bağımsız gruplar t testi; kazanan ülkelerin performansları ile toplam gol sayısı ve puan arasındaki ilişkiler, Pearson Korelasyon Testi ile belirlenmiştir. Analizler sonucunda son 16’ya kalan ülkelerin isabetli pas sayısı, yüzdesi ve gol sayısı; yarı finale çıkan ülkelerin, gol ve başarılı top kapma sayısı verileri ile bir üst tura çıkamayan ülkelerin verileri arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılıklar tespit edilmiştir. Müsabakaları kazanan ülkelerin topa sahip olma yüzdesi, toplam ve isabetli pas sayısı ve yüzdesi, gol beklentisi ve toplam koşu mesafesi ile toplam gol sayısı arasında orta ve yüksek düzeyde; başarılı top kapma sayısı ile toplam puan arasında da orta düzeyde pozitif yönlü ilişki olduğu ortaya konmuştur. Sonuç olarak, günümüz futbolunda sonuca gitme ve üstünlük kurma noktasında ülkelerin taktiksel ve fiziksel performans bakımdan hemen hemen eşit olduğu, ancak topa daha çok sahip olup eline geçen fırsatları olumlu şekilde değerlendiren ülkelerin ise, fark yaratacağı söylenebilir.

The aim of this study is to determine the trends in the articles and thesis studies on Turkish textbooks between the years 2004-2022. Document analysis, one of the qualitative research methods, was used in the study. The researches examined within the scope of the study were accessed from the YÖK National thesis center, Google Scholar and Researchgate databases. While examining the studies, the classification form was used and descriptive analysis was made. At the end of the research, it was determined that 77% of the studies on Turkish textbooks were articles, 19% were thesis, 2% were book chapters and papers; 30 of them were prepared at primary school, 130 at secondary school, 4 at primary and secondary school level; Qualitative research method was used in 91%, mixed research method was used in 1%, and the research method used was not specified in 8%; It was determined that content analysis was used in 35%, descriptive analysis in 27%, frequency/percentage calculations in 4%, and categorical analysis in 0.40% of data analysis methods. 32 of the 248 studies on the Turkish textbook were included in the sample; Other results reached within the scope of the study, in which 67% of the studies examined the texts in the textbook, 18% activities, 13% overall, 2% visuals and 0.75% theme evaluation questions. There are, of course, some studies on the works composed by selecting from Divan Literature. In this study, sources such as Hâfız Mehmet Zekâî Dede Efendi Complete Works were reviewed, taking into account the composed works, the lyrics of which contain rhythm(usûl) names. In the literature review, it was found out that the names of the "çember" rhythm and the "sakîl" rhythm were used together in the lyrics of the work of Hâfız Mehmet Zekâî Dede, which starts with the verse of "Peymân-i dilberâne inanmam kefîl ile". From this point of view, it was aimed to determine the relationship between the rhythm names in the lyrics and the rhythm of the composed work. In the study, works in which the name of any "rhythm" is used in the source were determined, and, in this context, a total of five works were included in the sampling. Different copies of the works were examined and compared with the lyrics anthologies. The centroid patterns of the lyrics in which the name of any rhythm is mentioned have been determined and these determinations have been tabulated under the title of "wording features". In addition, lyrics explanations of the works were included, and they were tabulated by specifying the unknown words. As a result, it was determined that the rhythm of one of the five works within the scope of the study was "zencîr", of two was çember, of one was sakîl and of one was darb-ı fetih. It was determined that, in the lyrics in which the names of rhythm were mentioned, the rhythm was used with the lexical meaning in some of the works while it was used as the name of the rhythm in some of the works. Objective: It was aimed to contributing to contributing to the literature by making a bibliometric analysis of original scientific research on meningiomas. Methods: We reviewed the literature using Thomson-Reuters Web of Science-Science Citation Index Expanded database. The 50 most cited articles containing the keyword meningioma were identified. The number of citations, the country and institute of submission, the name of the publishing journal, the year of publication, and the content of the articles were noted. The top-publishing journals were searched using the multidisciplinary database Scopus, through the free-access portal SCImago Country & Journal Rank (SJR). The documents they published, the citations they received, and the citation/document ratios for the last two years were collected. Results: When the 50 most cited articles were examined, it was seen that they recorded a total of 17,432 and an average of 348.6 citations. While the most cited article received 1237 citations, the least cited one was cited 196 times. The most common field of study in these articles (22%) was a cytogenetic study. Other article types and topics were radiosurgery, classification score system, progression, epidemiology-etiology, review, surgical outcomes, and radiology. More than half (54%) of the articles consisted of the studies conducted in the US. Germany followed this country with 14%. These studies were conducted at 36 different institutes. The institute that conducted the highest number of studies is the Mayo Clinic. These articles have been published in 25 different journals. Eight journals published at least 2 articles. The Journal of Neurosurgery, which published 20% of the articles, outnumbered other journals. It is followed by the International Journal of Radiation Oncology Biology Physics and the Journal of Neurosurgery with five articles each. We identified 8 journals which published 2 or more of the 50 most cited articles on meningioma. Examining these journals using the data obtained from SJR, with Scopus data, we have seen that the average number of citations per document (cites/doc.) was 4.14, the average total documents were 949.7 in 2020, and the average total number of citations for those documents was 18307.1. Conclusion: The findings of this study show that an article about meningioma is more likely to be cited highly if it was published in a subject-specific journal of an English-speaking institution in the US.
