Este artigo objetiva discutir a construção dos discursos de policiais militares em sentenças emitidas contra adolescentes autores de atos infracionais. A partir de um conjunto de decisões emitidas pelo Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (TJRJ), enfatizamos os argumentos oficiais para avaliar os testemunhos como perpetuadores de certos determinismos sobre espaços urbanos e sujeitos sociais. Advogamos que há um padrão discursivo entre os oficiais, que descreve a hostilidade como justificativa para a ostensividade, além de uma prevalência dos testemunhos policiais ante o processamento das decisões. The Police as a Witness: The Construction of Discourses against Adolescents in Sentences of the Court of Justice of the State of Rio De Janeiro aims to discuss the construction of military police discourses in sentences issued against adolescent perpetrators of infractions. From a set of decisions issued by the Court of Justice of the State of Rio de Janeiro (TJRJ), we emphasize the official arguments to evaluate the testimonies as perpetuators of certain determinisms about urban spaces and social subjects. We advocate that there is a discursive pattern among officers, which describes hostility as a justification for ostensiveness, in addition to a prevalence of police testimonies in the processing of decisions.
