In this work, we present a study on seat suspension technology that integrates pneumatic muscles, marking a significant advancement in active vibration control. This innovative approach addresses the limitations of traditional suspension systems, providing enhanced comfort and adaptability. A key achievement is the development of a mathematical model for controlling horizontal seat vibration, which serves as a valuable design tool for evaluating seat suspension under various conditions and control strategies. The creation of a custom microcontroller, benchmarked against a standard from National Instruments, highlights the practical applications of this research. Positive results suggest a promising future for this technology in industrial settings, where vibration reduction is critical. The system's scalability and user-adjustable signal levels further enhance its potential for widespread industrial adoption. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
