Актуальность исследования обусловлена необходимо-стью системного подхода к организации профориентаци-онной деятельности и ее глубокого философского осмыс-ления в условиях современной динамично изменяю-щейся социокультурной реальности. Цель работы – ис-следование профориентации как части целостной обра-зовательной системы, характеризующейся упорядочен-ностью структуры функциональных отношений, способ-ностью к эволюции. В ходе исследования использован комплекс методов: научно-философский анализ предла-гаемого подхода, анализ психолого-педагогической лите-ратуры и собственного опыта автора статьи, тестирова-ние. Научно-философское обоснование проведено с точки зрения цикла познания на основе концепции тран-сдукции и функционирования целостных систем, способ-ных к самовоспроизведению по форме и саморазвитию по содержанию. В статье предлагается авторский подход к организации профессиональной ориентации посред-ством реализации образовательно-адаптационного курса по химии с акцентом на когнитивные способности учащихся и когнитивный стиль педагога. Являясь методи-ческой основой профориентационной деятельности, курс обеспечивает ее цикличность, что позволяет осуществ-лять ежегодный анализ эффективности проводимой ра-боты и вносить необходимые изменения. Профориента-ционные мероприятия (групповые и индивидуальные бе-седы, проводимые студентами мастер-классы, тематиче-ские вечера и дискуссии) включаются в образовательный процесс, не нарушая его системной целостности. Устой-чивая и упорядоченная внутренняя структура функцио-нальных отношений формируется благодаря использова-нию когнитивных технологий, воздействующих на вос-приятие школьниками профориентационной информа-ции. Ее глубокому и полному восприятию способствуют демократический стиль общения и установление добро-желательных отношений. Профориентационное тестиро-вание позволяет учащимся оценить свои когнитивные способности и стимулирует процесс самопознания. Прак-тическая значимость исследования заключается в том, что предлагаемый подход позволяет школьникам сде-лать правильный выбор сферы будущей профессиональ-ной деятельности. Это подтверждается успешной учебой в вузе и непропадающим желанием посвятить себя вы-бранной профессии всех учеников, прошедших курс. Предлагаемый подход универсален в контексте когни-тивных способностей педагога и успешно используется в общеобразовательных школах., The following article provides the description of a sys-temic approach to the organization of career guidance work and its deep philosophical understanding in the conditions of modern dynamically changing socio-cul-tural reality. The purpose of the work is to study career guidance as a part of an integral educational system char-acterized by the orderly structure of functional relation-ships and the ability to evolve. In the course of the study, a set of methods was used: scientific and philosophical analysis of the proposed approach, analysis of psycholog-ical and pedagogical literature and the author's own ex-perience, testing procedure. The scientific and philosoph-ical foundation of this study is the cycle of cognition based on the concept of transduction and functioning of integral systems capable of self-reproduction in form and self-development in content. The article suggests the au-thor's approach to the organization of professional orien-tation through the implementation of an educational and adaptation course in chemistry with an emphasis on the cognitive abilities of students and the cognitive style of the teacher. Being the methodological basis of career guidance work, the course ensures its cyclical nature, which allows for an annual analysis of the effectiveness of this work and making the necessary changes. Career guidance events (group and individual conversations; master classes conducted by students, thematic evenings and discussions) are included in the educational process. A stable and orderly internal structure of functional rela-tionships is formed through the use of cognitive technol-ogies that affect the perception of vocational guidance information by schoolchildren. Its deep and complete perception is facilitated by a democratic style of commu-nication and the establishment of friendly relations. Ca-reer guidance testing allows students to evaluate their cognitive abilities and stimulates the process of self-dis-covery. The practical significance of the study lies in the fact that the proposed approach allows schoolchildren to make the right choice of the sphere of their future pro-fessional activity. The effectiveness of the approach was confirmed by the successful study at the university and the continuing desire to devote themselves to the chosen profession after the career guidance course. The pro-posed approach is universal in the context of the cogni-tive abilities of the teacher. It is recommended for use in comprehensive schools.
