Tuna resources are an important part of China's pelagic fishery production. However, for China's tuna fishery, tuna species caught at sea are still manually classified, which is a time-consuming and inefficient process; so China's tuna fishery needs to develop toward automation. This study uses gray-level co-occurrence matrix (GLCM) and VGG16 to visualize phenotypic texture through local images of three Thunnus species. At the same time, texture feature index data (TFD), deep feature data (DFD), and their combined feature data (CFD) are obtained from texture images. Support vector machine (SVM) with different kernel functions is used to classify phenotypic texture of tuna automatically. The study shows that visualized texture images of different tuna using GLCM and VGG16 have biological characteristics. In the classification results without cross-validation, the average classification accuracy of TFD in polynomial was 83%, the average classification accuracy of DFD in RBF (Radial basis function) was 93%, and the average classification accuracy of CFD in RBF was 95%. It is concluded that tuna phenotype texture can be efficiently classified by using SVM with different kernel functions. A high-purity octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4 ) with low metallic impurity was prepared by adding ethanol and a small amount of crown ether by solidification, filtration and distillation. After alkali catalyzed ring opening polymerization and end capping reaction, the low volatile vinyl and methyl terminated methyl vinyl silicone rubber were prepared with tetramethyldivinyldisiloxane and silicone oil as the end capping agents, respectively. The formula of silicone rubber (Shore A hardness 40 and 70) with high tear resistant and elastic resilience were discussed. The results show that the proper formula for silicone rubber with Shore A hardness 40 was that 85 phr of 110 polysiloxane with vinyl mole fraction of 0. 03%, 15 phr of 110 polysiloxane with vinyl mole of 0. 08%, 31 phr of fumed silica with 380 m2 / g, and 5 phr of hydroxyl silicone oil, 0. 1 phr of zinc stearate, and 3 phr of 112 polysiloxane with vinyl mole of 3%. The prepared silicone rubber showed Shore A hardness of 42, tensile strength of 11. 0 MPa, elongation at break of 980%, tear strength of 38 kN/ m, elastic resilience of 74. 8%, volatile of 0. 8%, and the mass fraction of n-hexane extracts of 1. 5%, which was ideal for the production of Foley catheter negative pressure ball. The proper formula for silicone rubber with Shore A hardness 70 was as follows: 55 phr of 110 polysiloxane with vinyl mole of 0. 08%, 42 phr of 110 polysiloxane with vinyl mole of 0. 23%, 3 phr of 112 with vinyl mole of 3%, 42 phr of fumed silica with specific surface area of 380 m2 / g, 8 phr of hydroxyl silicone oil, 5 phr of methoxy silicone oil, 0. 1 phr of zinc stearate, 0. 5 phr of hydrogen containing silicone oil with active hydrogen mass of 0. 5%, and 5 phr of polyvinyl silicone oil. Thus the silicone rubber has Shore A hardness of 70, tensile strength of 8. 1 MPa, telongation at break of 540%, tear strength of 46 kN/ m, elastic resilience of 71. 5%, volatile of 1. 2%, and n-hexane extracts of 1. 6%, which can be used on Foley catheter, throat or drainage tube. Diplomatic speech acts, to some extent, constitute and shape the national image, maintain international relations, and promote world harmony. Under the framework of Speech Act Theory, based on a corpus, this study analyzes the types and linguistic powerfulness of directive speech acts in statements made by Chinese Foreign Ministry spokespersons in the past five years with a view to exploring the motivations behind their diplomatic directive speech acts and the relationship between discourse and power behind the speech. The findings indicate that Chinese diplomatic spokespersons tend to choose speech acts that blur the power and authority of both sides of the discourse and indicate weak directives. With the understanding that the wording of Chinese diplomatic speeches is indicative of the ideology and value orientation in the context of Chinese society, the findings of this study enrich the analysis of diplomatic discourse and the diplomatic framework and throw light on the motivations behind the wording of countries' diplomatic speeches. Tuna are economically important fish species. The automated identification of tuna species is of importance in fishery production and resource assessment in that it would facilitate the informed monitoring of tuna fishing vessels and the establishment of electronic observer systems. As morphological characteristics are important for tuna identification, this study aims to verify the performance of the automated identification of three Thunnus species through morphological characteristics based on different machine learning algorithms. Firstly, morphological outlines were visually analyzed using EFT (elliptic Fourier transform) and CNN (convolutional neural network). Then, the EFT feature data and deep feature data of the tuna outline images were extracted, and principal component analysis of the two different morphological characteristics was performed. Finally, different machine learning algorithms were used to analyze the identification performance of tuna of the same genus and different species. The experimental results showed that EFT features had the highest identification accuracy in KNN (K-nearest neighbor), with 90% for T. obesus, 90% for T. albacores, and 85% for T. alalunga. Deep features had the best identification performance in SVM (support vector machine), with 80% for T. obesus, 90% for T. albacores, and 100% for T. alalunga. Deep features were better than EFT features in identification performance. The biodiversity and intergeneric differences among tuna species can be well analyzed using these two different morphological characteristics. Speech act exists in every aspect of people's daily life and performs an extinguished position in people's communication. Speech Act Theory was first proposed by the British philosopher J.L. Austin and later expounded and revised by the American philosopher J. Searle, which linked the meaning of language with speech act for the first time, opening up a new perspective for the study of meaning in the philosophy of language and logic. Through a brief review of the literature related to speech acts in the past 40 years, this paper introduces the background of Speech Act Theory, summarizes the content framework of it, reviews the relevant research and evaluation of the theory by domestic and foreign scholars, and analyzes the current application and research of the theory in related fields. Finally, this paper calls on research on the application of the theory in analyzing speech acts in such hotdiscussed fields as artificial intelligence in an attempt to contribute to the modernity process of Speech Act Theory. Background: Contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) has been proposed as a valuable tool for detecting disease activity in patients with Crohn's disease (CD). However, previous studies have utilized different parameters, leading to variation in clinical assessment of this technique., Purpose: To assess the effectiveness of peak enhancement (PE) in CEUS for evaluating endoscopic disease activity in patients with CD., Material and Methods: Articles were obtained by searching PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Wanfang, and CNKI databases. Only studies that investigated the effectiveness of PE in CEUS to discriminate endoscopic disease activity in patients with CD were considered. Pooled sensitivity and specificity were then calculated using a random effects model., Results: Overall, seven studies were included. The endoscopic disease activity of CD was determined based on the simple endoscopic score for Crohn's disease and Crohn's Disease Endoscopic Index of Severity scores. Pooled results showed that a high PE was associated with increased detection efficacy for endoscopic disease activity in CD. Pooled sensitivity, specificity, and positive and negative likelihood ratios were 0.88 (95% confidence interval [CI] = 0.71-0.96), 0.88 (95% CI = 0.81-0.93), 7.60 (95% CI = 4.61-12.53), and 0.14 (95% CI = 0.05-0.35), respectively.
