To investigate the periodontal health status of type 2 diabetes patients in the Endocrinology Department of Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital, to explore relevant influencing factors of chronic periodontitis, so as to provide epidemiological basis for targeted prevention and treatment of periodontal diseases in patients with type 2 diabetes.Periodontal examination and questionnaire survey of patients with type 2 diabetes who visited the Endocrinology Department of Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital from November 2018 to December 2018 were conducted. Criteria in "Basic Methods for Oral Health Survey" recommended by WHO was referred to check and score the relevant periodontal indicators, including probing depth, bleeding on probing, attachment loss, calculus index, plaque index, etc. Sociodemographic information, diabetes history, periodontal health-related behaviors, and other information were collected through questionnaires. SPSS 22.0 software package was used for statistical analysis.Of the 916 patients with type 2 diabetes who participated in the survey, 670 patients with periodontitis were detected. The overall prevalence of periodontitis was 73.14%, and the number of missing teeth per capita was 4.85. The age of diabetic patients, the duration of diabetes, and the presence or absence of complications were risk factors for periodontitis. As the patients grew, the duration of the disease increased, and diabetes-related complications appeared, the prevalence of periodontitis in patients with diabetes increased significantly (P＜0.05).Periodontal health of patients with type 2 diabetes in the surveyed region is not optimistic. Early prevention and treatment of periodontitis is extremely important. It is necessary to pay attention to the periodontal health status of elderly patients with long-term disease and diabetes, and to carry out targeted oral prevention and health care work for this population.

The state council of China approved national sustainable development strategy for land and natural resources research in the overall plan, presenting "building digital China, monitoring the national geographical conditions, developing geographical information industry, constructing surveying and mapping power Country," 24 character strategy. National geographical conditions monitoring is the new requirements of economic and social development, and also is important role and strategic tasks for surveying and mapping services to the scientific development of the sector initiative. In this paper, the content, main tasks and facing situation of national geographical conditions monitoring in China are elaborated analyzed. At last, several initiatives to promote national geographical situation monitoring realization, standardization and normalization are introduced. There are four parts in the paper as below.

Remote sensing technique, replacing conventional sonar bathymetry technique, has become an effective complementary method of mapping submarine terrain where special conditions make the sonar technique difficult to be carried out. At the same time, as one kind of data set, multispectral remote sensing data has the disadvantage of being influenced by the variable bottom types in shallow seawater, when it is applied in bathymetry. This paper puts forward a new method to extract water depth information from multispectral data, considering the bottom classification and the true water depth accuracy. That is the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) technique based on the bottom classification. By the least square regression with significance, the experiment near Qingdao City has obtained more satisfactory bathymetry accuracy than that of the traditional single-band method, with the mean absolute error about 2.57m.

To overcome the disadvantages of single non-metric camera with small format and short baseline, a wide-angle camera system is developed with the combination of four digital cameras (UAV-LAC) to meet low altitude photogrmmetric for acquiring both facades and rooftops high resolution texture of 3D city model. A relative self-calibration method based on tie points in the overlapping areas of each two sub images is used to make compensation for the deformed errors due to the light and simple constructed mechanical frame. AAT is used to rapidly retrieve pose parameters of mosaic image and original inclined images. After that, space forward intersection algorithm is used to gradually improve the building model as well as matching each space edge of building. Next, geometrical rectification is considered for textures and the best textures for wall and roof are selected by taking into account occlusion, image resolution, surface normal orientation, and coherence with neighboring triangles. Finally, by incorporating friendly necessary human interaction into texture reconstruction algorithm, an semiautomatic system is designed to reconstruct texture from UAV-LAC.

Adopting the decision tree technology, utilizing its process pattern that imitates human judgment and thinking and fault-tolerance features, the authors developed a decision tree classification method. Initially utilizing SPOT and TM, the work effectively enhanced LULC information and established the synthetic database; then, combining geoscience synthetic analysis with ground spectral feature information, utilizing the CART system; the authors built the decision tree model that is based on the decision rules. At last, we discussed the wild use of LULC decision tree classified and stratified extractive technology. Taking three counties in Hebei province as examples, we divided the research area to classify each unit (county area) by ecological division, utilized multiple data resources and geoscience rules to build the decision tree model and test and verify the method. The results demonstrated that the method improves the speed and precision of classification.

The purpose of the project is to find information of LUCC (land use and land cover change) from 1985 to 2000 interval two periods in study area. Such as Changjiang delta, Shiyanghe drainage, Huanghuaihai district, these results will be provided to build LUCC database in our country next project. The remote sensing main data include ETM+, TM and parts of SPOT, because study area is very extensive, time is short too, it is very important to explore and develop extraction methods of LUCC information. Through making some experiments, the author finds some methods effectively base on study area as follows: (1) Methods of change detection efficiently are change identification methods in spectral feature, such as Image Subtraction and Threshold, PCA, Multi-temporal false color composite, bands ratio and so on. (2) Using ancillary data. Remote sensing allows large area to be monitored quickly, but GIS information provide source of very valuable information, which has great advantages over direct field surveying. Such as DEM, land use special subject information, vegetation cover. The use of these information, and remote sensing can together greatly attain changed information.
