1. Role of commercial insurance in solving consequences of nuclear risks

Abstract

This thesis aims on solving consequences of nuclear accidents in nucler power plants through commercial insurance. First part of this work introduces internationl liability framework for nuclear accidents, which contains international nuclear threaties and work of International Atomic Energy Agency, altogether with work of czech Agency for nuclear security. Next chapters describe nuclear insurance pools, with special focus on american pool American Nuclear Insurers and Czech nuclear insurance pool. Final part of this thesis goes through two big nuclear accidents in Three Mile Island power plant and in Fukushima power plant. Both accidents are described in wide perspective, including solving and financing of consequences from nuclear insurance and from other financial sources available at the time of disaster.

Abstract

This bachelor project is divided into three main chapters. First aims on development of secondary education in Czech Republic. Second part should provide information about secondary educational system, types of schools, types of founders and the way the schools are financed. Last chapter contains comparative analysis of funding two grammar schools in Prague. Namely public grammar school Špitálská and private Austrian grammar school.

3. Návrh semiaktivního odpružení sedačky pro zemědělské stroje

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem semiaktivního systému odpružení sedadla zemědělského stroje a vytvořením dynamického modelu systému, který zahrnuje reálné parametry magnetoreologického (MR) tlumiče. Dynamický model je model s jedním stupněm volnosti, je vytvořen v programu Matlab a zahrnuje tři řídící algoritmy (dvoustavový Skyhook, Kontinuální Skyhook a algoritmus Acceleration Driven Damper) a dobu odezvy tlumiče. Na základě výsledků simulací jsou definovány tlumící charakteristiky, je upraven MR tlumič pro dosažení rychlé doby odezvy a je navrženo testovací sedadlo pro testování přenosu vibrací na řidiče. Výsledky simulací přinášejí porovnání účinnosti v závislosti na době odezvy a řídícím algoritmu a také porovnání vůči pasivnímu systému tlumení. Na navrženém testovacím sedadle s MR tlumičem s rychlou dobou odezvy je přenos vibrací snížen až o 25 % oproti nejlepšímu pasivnímu nastavení., The thesis deals with design of a semiactive seat suspension system for an agriculture machines and design of dynamic model of the system, which includes real parameters of a magnetorheological (MR) damper. The dynamic model is a single degree of freedom model and it is made in program Matlab. In the model, response time of the MR damper and three control algorithms are implemented (two-state Skyhook, Skyhook linear approximation damper control and Acceleration Driven Damper control). Based on the results of the simulations, the damping characteristics are defined, and the MR damper is modified to achieve fast response time. A test seat is designed to test transmission of vibrations to the driver. The simulation results provide a comparison of efficiency of the seat suspension depending on the response time and control algorithm, as well as a comparison with a passive suspension system. On the designed test seat with MR damper with a fast response time, the vibration transmission is reduced up to 25 % compared with the best passive seat suspension setup.

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je návrh zařízení pro injektáž dvousložkových stavebních hmot, které je možné používat při výškových pracích. Zařízení je navrženo jako přenosné s pohonem akumulátorovou vrtačkou. Úvodní část je věnována shrnutí současných produktů na trhu, následně jsou stanoveny parametry navrhovaného zařízení a jeho konstrukční návrh., The aim of this bachelor‘s thesis is design of a device for grouting of two-component building materials, which can be used for height work. The device is design as portable and powered by cordless drill. The first part contains a summary of current devices which are available. The second part is focused on description of parameters and final design of the device.
