Electrical-controllable antiferromagnet tunnel junction is a key goal in spintronics, holding immense promise for ultra-dense and ultra-stable antiferromagnetic memory with high processing speed for modern information technology. Here, we have advanced towards this goal by achieving an electrical-controllable antiferromagnet-based tunnel junction of Pt/Co/Pt/Co/IrMn/MgO/Pt. The exchange coupling between antiferromagnetic IrMn and Co/Pt perpendicular magnetic multilayers results in the formation of interfacial exchange bias and exchange spring in IrMn. Encoding information states 0 and 1 is realized through the exchange spring in IrMn, which can be electrically written by spin-orbit torque switching with high cyclability and electrically read by antiferromagnetic tunneling anisotropic magnetoresistance. Combining spin-orbit torque switching of both exchange spring andexchange bias, 16 Boolean logic operation is successfully demonstrated. With both memory and logic functionalities integrated into our electrical-controllable antiferromagnetic-based tunnel junction, we chart the course toward high-performance antiferromagnetic logic-in-memory., Comment: 20 pages, 4 figures

Anomalous Nernst effect (ANE), a widely investigated transverse thermoelectric effect that converts waste heat into electrical energy with remarkable flexibility and integration capability, has been extended to antiferromagnets with non-collinear spin texture recently. ANE in compensated magnet with collinear N\'eel vector will bring more opportunities to construct magnetic-field-immune and ultrafast transverse thermoelectric converters, but remains unachieved for long. It is due to the degenerated band structure of traditional collinear compensated magnet excludes non-zero Berry curvature. Here, we realize non-volatile ANE in altermagnet Mn5Si3 thin film with collinear Neel vector, whose unique alternating spin-splitting band structure plays vital role in creating non-zero Berry curvature and hotpots of anomalous Nernst conductivity near band intersections. Interestingly, ANE is relatively weak in stoichiometric Mn5Si3, but undergoes a sixfold enhancement through strategically raising the Fermi level by additional Mn doping, indicating sensitive intrinsic influence from specific location of the Fermi level on ANE in altermagnet. Moreover, our investigation reveals a unique Neel-vector-dependent temperature-scaling relationship of anomalous Nernst conductivity in Mn5Si3. Our work not only fills a longstanding gap by confirming the presence of non-volatile ANE in collinear compensated magnet, but also enlightens thermoelectric physics related to exotic spin-splitting band structure in altermagnet., Comment: 25 pages, 4 figures

The emerging Internet of Things (IoTs) invokes increasing security demands that require robust encryption or anti-counterfeiting technologies. Albeit being acknowledged as efficacious solutions in processing elaborate graphical information via multiple degrees of freedom, optical data encryption and anti-counterfeiting techniques are typically inept in delivering satisfactory performance without compromising the desired ease-of-processibility or compatibility, thus leading to the exploration of novel materials and devices that are competent. Here, a robust optical data encryption technique is demonstrated utilizing polymer-stabilized-liquid-crystals (PSLCs) combined with projection photoalignment and photopatterning methods. The PSLCs possess implicit optical patterns encoded via photoalignment, as well as explicit geometries produced via photopatterning. Furthermore, the PSLCs demonstrate improved robustness against harsh chemical environments and thermal stability, and can be directly deployed onto various rigid and flexible substrates. Based on this, it is demonstrated that single PSLC is apt to carry intricate information, or serve as exclusive watermark with both implicit features and explicit geometries. Moreover, a novel, generalized design strategy is developed, for the first time, to encode intricate and exclusive information with enhanced security by spatially programming the photoalignment patterns of a pair of cascade PSLCs, which further illustrates the promising capabilies of PSLCs in optical data encryption and anti-counterfeiting.

Musical instruments recognition is a widely used application for music information retrieval. As most of previous musical instruments recognition dataset focus on western musical instruments, it is difficult for researcher to study and evaluate the area of traditional Chinese musical instrument recognition. This paper propose a traditional Chinese music dataset for training model and performance evaluation, named ChMusic. This dataset is free and publicly available, 11 traditional Chinese musical instruments and 55 traditional Chinese music excerpts are recorded in this dataset. Then an evaluation standard is proposed based on ChMusic dataset. With this standard, researchers can compare their results following the same rule, and results from different researchers will become comparable.

Background: During software maintenance and development, the comprehension of program code is key to success. High-quality comments can help us better understand programs, but they're often missing or outmoded in today's programs. Automatic code summarization is proposed to solve these problems. During the last decade, huge progress has been made in this field, but there is a lack of an up-to-date survey. Aims: We studied publications concerning code summarization in the field of program comprehension to investigate state-of-the-art approaches. By reading and analyzing relevant articles, we aim at obtaining a comprehensive understanding of the current status of automatic code summarization. Method: In this paper, we performed a systematic literature review over the automatic source code summarization field. Furthermore, we synthesized the obtained data and investigated different approaches. Results: We successfully collected and analyzed 41 selected studies from the different research communities. We exhaustively investigated and described the data extraction techniques, description generation methods, evaluation methods and relevant artifacts of those works. Conclusions: Our systematic review provides an overview of the state of the art, and we also discuss further research directions. By fully elaborating current approaches in the field, our work sheds light on future research directions of program comprehension and comment generation.

More and more users and developers are using Issue Tracking Systems (ITSs) to report issues, including bugs, feature requests, enhancement suggestions, etc. Different information, however, is gathered from users when issues are reported on different ITSs, which presents considerable challenges for issue classification tools to work effectively across the ITSs. Besides, bugs often take higher priority when it comes to classifying the issues, while existing approaches to issue classification seldom focus on distinguishing bugs and the other non-bug issues, leading to suboptimal accuracy in bug identification. In this paper, we propose a deep learning-based approach to automatically identify bug-reporting issues across various ITSs. The approach implements the k-NN algorithm to detect and correct misclassifications in data extracted from the ITSs, and trains an attention-based bi-directional long short-term memory (ABLSTM) network using a dataset of over 1.2 million labelled issues to identify bug reports. Experimental evaluation shows that our approach achieved an F-measure of 85.6\% in distinguishing bugs and other issues, significantly outperforming the other benchmark and state-of-the-art approaches examined in the experiment.
