Due to the limitation of inherent ultra-high electron concentration, the electrical properties of In2O3 resemble those of conductors rather than semiconductors prior to special treatment. In this study, the effect of various annealing treatments on the microstructure, optical properties, and oxygen vacancies of the films and transistors is systematically investigated. Our finding reveals a progressive crystallization trend in the films with increasing annealing temperature. In addition, a higher annealing temperature is also associated with the reduction in the concentration of oxygen vacancies, as well as an elevation in both optical transmittance and optical bandgap. Furthermore, with the implementation of annealing process, the devices gradually transform from no pronounced gate control to exhibit with excellent gate control and electrical performances. The atomic layer deposited Hf-doped In2O3 thin film transistor annealed at 250 °C exhibits optimal electrical properties, with a field-effect mobility of 18.65 cm2 V−1 s−1, a subthreshold swing of 0.18 V/dec, and an Ion/Ioff ratio of 2.76 × 106. The results indicate that the impact of varying annealing temperatures can be attributed to the modulation of oxygen vacancies within the films. This work serves as a complementary study for the existing post-treatment of oxide films and provides a reliable reference for utilization of the annealing process in practical applications. The relocation of peripheral transistors from the front-end-of-line (FEOL) to the back-end-of-line (BEOL) in fabrication processes is of significant interest, as it allows for the introduction of novel functionality in the BEOL while providing additional die area in the FEOL. Oxide semiconductor-based transistors serve as attractive candidates for BEOL. Within these categories, In2O3 material is particularly notable; nonetheless, the excessive intrinsic carrier concentration poses a limitation on its broader applicability. Herein, the deposition of Hf-doped In2O3 (IHO) films via atomic layer deposition for the first time demonstrates an effective method for tuning the intrinsic carrier concentration, where the doping concentration plays a critical role in determine the properties of IHO films and all-oxide structure transistors with Au-free process. The all-oxide transistors with In2O3: HfO2 ratio of 10:1 exhibited optimal electrical properties, including high on-current with 249 µA, field-effect mobility of 13.4 cm2 V−1 s−1, and on/off ratio exceeding 106, and also achieved excellent stability under long time positive bias stress and negative bias stress. These findings suggest that this study not only introduces a straightforward and efficient approach to improve the properties of In2O3 material and transistors, but as well paves the way for development of all-oxide transistors and their integration into BEOL technology. Background: Immunotherapy has shown considerable promise in cancer treatment, yet only a minority of osteosarcoma patients derive benefits from this approach. Hypoxia and lactate metabolism are two predominant characteristics of the tumor microenvironment. These features are crucial for molding the immune landscape and thus have the potential to act as predictive indicators for immunotherapy response. Methods: Prognostic modeled genes were identified through univariate and multivariate Cox regression as well as LASSO regression analyses. The tumor microenvironment was evaluated using ESTIMATE, CIBERSORT, and ImmuCellAI analyses. Tide prediction and expression of immune checkpoints, MHC molecules, chemokines, interleukins, interferons, receptors, and other cytokines were utilized to estimate immunotherapy efficacy. Single-cell analysis was performed to demonstrate the expression of modeled genes among various immune cell types. Experimental validation was carried out to verify the expression and functions of SFXN4 and SQOR. Results: A potent signature was constructed with 8 genes related to hypoxia and lactate metabolism, including MAFF , COL5A2 , FAM162A , SQOR , UQCRB , SFXN4 , PFKFB2 and COX6A2. A nomogram incorporating risk scores and other clinical features demonstrated excellent predictive capacity. Osteosarcoma patients with high-risk scores exhibited poor prognosis and more "cold" tumor characteristics. According to the ESTIMATE algorithm, these patients displayed lower immune, stromal, and ESTIMATE scores, partially attributed to inadequate infiltration of key immunocytes. The Ciborsort analysis similarly indicated that high-risk individuals had diminished infiltration of critical anti-tumor immune cells such as Cytotoxic T cells, CD4+ T cells, and NK cells. The low expression levels of certain immune checkpoints, MHC molecules, chemokines, interleukins, interferons, receptors, and other cytokines in high-risk cases suggested their unsatisfactory responses to immune treatment. Tide prediction further demonstrated that fewer individuals classified as high risk may exhibit sensitivity to immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy. Notably, SFXN4 was found to be highly expressed in osteosarcoma tissues and cells; it promoted the growth, migration, and invasion of osteosarcoma cells, while SQOR had the opposite effect. Conclusion: Our research has developed a robust hypoxia- and lactate metabolism-related gene signature, providing a solid theoretical foundation for prognosis prediction, classification of "cold" and "hot" tumors, accessing immunotherapy response, and directing personalized treatment for osteosarcoma. In‐memory computing and sensing can break through the limit of the traditional Von Neumann architecture where information storing and computing units are separated. Recently the topographic creation of a ferroelectric domain wall in separation of two antiparallel domains in LiNbO3 single‐crystal films integrated with the Si substrate has been the focus of such research. Here, the additional freedom of the light stimulus is reported to modulate the domain wall current significantly, enabling applications in nonvolatile domain wall memory, photodetector, and image recognition processor. These measurements shows the fantastic photosensitivity of 2D domain walls where the photocurrent varies nonlinearly against the accumulative pulse number. With this observation, an associated learning model is constructed to stimulate neuromorphic computing (with a recognition accuracy of 90%) using an artificial neuromorphic network of domain walls. This research presents the development of a surface treatment for AZ91D magnesium alloy that exhibits both superhydrophobic and anticorrosive properties. Initially, a zinc-based phosphate film was deposited on the magnesium alloy surface. Subsequently, a composite coating with superhydrophobic properties was produced by surface modification using a fluorosilane-ethanol solution. The composite coating's microstructure, chemical composition, wettability, self-cleaning, and anti-corrosion properties were evaluated using scanning electron microscopy, a contact angle measurement instrument, and an electrochemical workstation. The results demonstrated that the main components of the composite coating were P, O, Zn, F, and C. The static contact angle reached 158°, providing superior self-cleaning and acid and alkali corrosion resistance. Additionally, the charge transfer resistance and coating resistance of the composite coating were significantly higher than those of the magnesium alloy substrate, effectively preventing corrosion and preserving the surface from fouling. The high corrosion susceptibility of magnesium alloy has become a practical problem which restricts its wide application in many fields. To improve its surface properties, a composite coating has been successfully prepared on the surface of AZ91D magnesium alloy using a one‐step hydrothermal method. The coating surface possesses a dense structure in the form of scales and has an adhesion strength of 3B. The effect of different preparation conditions on the coating thickness and corrosion resistance is discussed. The coating heated at 180°C for 2 h showed the best corrosion resistance in a 3.5 wt% sodium chloride solution, with a reduction in corrosion current density of 5 orders of magnitude compared to the bare sample. This solution significantly improved the corrosion resistance of the magnesium alloy and helped to further realize the application of magnesium alloys in corrosive environments. Superhydrophobic surfaces wit ordered hierarchical microstructures were prepared on copper substrates by combining thermal transfer and etching. The surface morphology, wettability, chemical composition and corrosion resistance were, respectively, characterized via scanning electron microscopy, a three-dimensional confocal microscope, contact angle measurement, X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, electrokinetic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy techniques. The contact angle of the obtained superhydrophobic surface is up to 153.3° with a reduction in the corrosion current density from 3.9105 × 10−5 A/cm2 to 3.5421 × 10−6 A/cm2 via the electrokinetic polarization curve test, and the maximum capacitive arc radius of the superhydrophobic surface is about 2.5 × 104 Ω cm2 via the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy test, which is two orders of magnitude higher than that of bare copper substrate, and the maximum modulus value |Z| is also two orders of magnitude higher than that of bare copper substrate, indicating that the superhydrophobic surface has better corrosion resistance. Magnesium alloy has good application prospects in high-precision industries such as electronics and aerospace due to its low density, high stiffness, and excellent properties. However, the poor corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy limits its wide application. In this study, a corrosion-resistant protective coating of magnesium hydroxide doped with nano-silica was grown in situ on a magnesium alloy substrate by the hydrothermal method. The morphology, composition, structure, and corrosion resistance of the coating were investigated by scanning electron microscopy, FTIR, XRD, and electrochemical processes, respectively. The results showed that the prepared coating had good corrosion resistance, as the corrosion current of the magnesium alloy was reduced by about four orders of magnitude for the bare magnesium alloy substrate.
