With the rapid development of the Internet of Things (IoT), the sophistication and intelligence of sensors are continually evolving, playing increasingly important roles in smart homes, industrial automation, and remote healthcare. However, these intelligent sensors face many security threats, particularly from malware attacks. Identifying and classifying malware is crucial for preventing such attacks. As the number of sensors and their applications grow, malware targeting sensors proliferates. Processing massive malware samples is challenging due to limited bandwidth and resources in IoT environments. Therefore, compressing malware samples before transmission and classification can improve efficiency. Additionally, sharing malware samples between classification participants poses security risks, necessitating methods that prevent sample exploitation. Moreover, the complex network environments also necessitate robust classification methods. To address these challenges, this paper proposes CSMC (Compressed Sensing Malware Classification), an efficient malware classification method based on compressed sensing. This method compresses malware samples before sharing and classification, thus facilitating more effective sharing and processing. By introducing deep learning, the method can extract malware family features during compression, which classical methods cannot achieve. Furthermore, the irreversibility of the method enhances security by preventing classification participants from exploiting malware samples. Experimental results demonstrate that for malware targeting Windows and Android operating systems, CSMC outperforms many existing methods based on compressed sensing and machine or deep learning. Versatile Video Coding (VVC) achieves impressive coding gain improvement (about 40%+) over the preceding High-Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC) technology at the cost of extremely high computational complexity. Such an extremely high complexity increase is a great challenge for power-constrained applications, such as Internet of video things. In the case of intra coding, VVC utilizes the brute-force recursive search for both the partition structure of the coding unit (CU), which is based on the quadtree with nested multi-type tree (QTMT), and 67 intra prediction modes, compared to 35 in HEVC. As a result, we offer optimization strategies for CU partition decision and intra coding modes to lessen the computational overhead. Regarding the high complexity of the CU partition process, first, CUs are categorized as simple, fuzzy, and complex based on their texture characteristics. Then, we train two random forest classifiers to speed up the RDO-based brute-force recursive search process. One of the classifiers directly predicts the optimal partition modes for simple and complex CUs, while another classifier determines the early termination of the partition process for fuzzy CUs. Meanwhile, to reduce the complexity of intra mode prediction, a fast hierarchical intra mode search method is designed based on the texture features of CUs, including texture complexity, texture direction, and texture context information. Extensive experimental findings demonstrate that the proposed approach reduces complexity by up to 77% compared to the latest VVC reference software (VTM-23.1). Additionally, an average coding time saving of 70% is achieved with only a 1.65% increase in BDBR. Furthermore, when compared to state-of-the-art methods, the proposed method also achieves the largest time saving with comparable BDBR loss. These findings indicate that our method is superior to other up-to-date methods in terms of lowering VVC intra coding complexity, which provides an elective solution for power-constrained applications. Accurate and efficient flower identification holds significant importance not only for the general public—who may use this information for educational, recreational, or conservation purposes—but also for professionals in fields such as botany, agriculture, and environmental science, where precise flower recognition can assist in biodiversity assessments, crop management, and ecological monitoring. In this study, we propose a novel flower recognition method utilizing a masked autoencoder, which leverages the power of self-supervised learning to enhance the model's feature extraction capabilities, resulting in improved classification performance with an accuracy of 99.6% on the Oxford 102 Flowers dataset. Consequently, we have developed a large-scale masked autoencoder pre-training model specifically tailored for flower identification. This approach allows the model to learn robust and discriminative features from a vast amount of unlabeled flower images, thereby enhancing its generalization ability for flower classification tasks. Our method has been applied successfully to flower target detection, achieving a Mean Average Precision (mAP) of 71.3%. This result underscores the versatility and effectiveness of our approach across various flower-related tasks, including both detection and recognition. Simultaneously, we have developed a straightforward, user-friendly flower recognition and classification software application, which offers convenient and reliable references for flower education, teaching, dataset annotation, and other uses. A novel type of electron donor–acceptor system was built from a nitrogen-rich covalent organic framework (PC) and a polyoxometalate (BW12), fabricating a composite material (BW12@PC-250), which shows significantly improved photocatalytic H2O2 yield (56.4 μM h−1) under full spectrum illumination in pure water, being about 30 times higher than that of PC. This paper proposes a data-driven human-like driver model (HDM) based on the analysis and understanding of human drivers' behavior in path-tracking tasks. The proposed model contains a visual perception module and a decision-making module. The visual perception module was established to extract the visual inputs, including road information and vehicle motion states, which can be perceived by human drivers. The extracted inputs utilized for lateral steering decisions can reflect specific driving skills exhibited by human drivers like compensation control, preview behavior, and anticipation ability. On this basis, an adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) was adopted to design the decision-making module. The inputs of the ANFIS include the vehicle speed, lateral deviation in the near zone, and heading angle error in the far zone. The output is the steering wheel angle. ANFIS can mimic the fuzzy reasoning characteristics of human driving behavior. Next, a large amount of human driving data was collected through driving simulator experiments. Based on the data, the HDM was established. Finally, the results of the joint simulation under PreScan/MATLAB verified the superior performances of the proposed HDM. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
