The fully automatic packaging and bundling machine is an efficient industrial equipment that can quickly bundle and secure items, thereby improving work efficiency and product quality. Currently, the same bundling machine offers only a single bundling method. In this design, the two primary bundling methods will be integrated into the same equipment to enhance its functionality, allowing one machine to serve multiple purposes and reducing production input costs for enterprises. By consulting a large number of relevant documents and summarizing the structural design of existing baling machines, a fully automatic packaging binding machine has been developed. Compared to other bundling machines, this design consists of two binding methods: hot melt binding and regular binding. A positioning system can be added to enable multi-way bundling, enhancing its functionality. For material selection, this design opts for cost-effective hot melt plate materials and buckle guide materials. Additionally, the supply system in this design has been optimized, and the transmission system carries the binding belt more automatically, resulting in smoother binding materials and a lower failure rate. SolidWorks software was used for 3D modeling and assembly of the machine. The analysis of the structure of the automatic packaging bundling machine, its working principle, and design have allowed the realization of the versatile use of various bundling materials for packaging. This design addresses the limitations of existing bundling machines, improves flexibility, meets the production requirements of small and medium-sized factories, reduces production costs, and enhances the competitiveness of enterprises.
