ObjectivesDistributed photovoltaic power prediction is of great significance for the operation and scheduling of photovoltaic power plants. Point prediction methods are difficult to comprehensively describe the uncertainty of distributed photovoltaic power. This article proposed a distributed photovoltaic power interval prediction model based on complete ensemble empirical mode decomposition with adaptive noise (CEEMDAN) and sparrow search algorithm optimized least squares support vector machine (SSA-LSSVM).MethodsFirstly, the photovoltaic sequence was broken down into multimodal components through CEEMDAN, and then the high-frequency non-stationary components obtained from the first decomposition were decomposed twice. Secondly, sample entropy (SE) was used to reconstruct all components into trend and oscillation components. Then, the point prediction values of the two components were obtained through SSA-LSSVM. Finally, the probability density estimation was performed on the point prediction error of the oscillation component, and the stacked point prediction value was used to obtain the overall prediction interval result.ResultsThe interval prediction model proposed in this paper has higher interval coverage and narrower average interval width.ConclusionsAdding secondary modal decomposition to distributed photovoltaic power data processing and combining sample entropy to reconstruct its sub-sequences can effectively reduce the complexity of the original prediction components and improve the accuracy of model prediction.

ObjectivesThe randomness and volatility of distributed power generation poses significant challenges for the voltage control in active distribution network (AND). In this context, there is an urgent need for an efficient voltage control strategy to ensure the safe operation of ADN.MethodsBased on the deep reinforcement learning method, a voltage control strategy for double-layer regional distribution networks was proposed. First, based on the adjustment characteristics of voltage regulating equipment and the complexity of controllable elements, a regional coordinated control area and a local autonomous control area were designed for the radiating grid structure of the ADN, and the voltage control model of each area was constructed. Then, the model was solved by deep Q-Network (DQN) algorithm and deep deterministic policy gradient (DDPG) algorithm to achieve the purpose of tracking voltage changes in real time, and effectively solve the voltage control problem during the operation of the ADN. Finally, the method was verified by IEEE 33-bus simulation examples.ResultsThe DQN algorithm and the DDPG algorithm were used to solve the control variables in the coordinated control region and the local autonomous region respectively, realizing real-time decision-making of voltage regulation in the ADN system, and solving the problems of bidirectional flow of ADN power flow and complex and changeable voltage.ConclusionsThe proposed control strategy has obvious effect on controlling voltage deviation, and has strong accuracy and practicality.

Jingou River is a typical snowmelt recharge basin. Due to the influence of natural environments, climate changes, and human activities, the extreme runoff sequence in flood season shows non-stationary and complex characteristics, which brings new challenges to the accurate prediction of extreme runoff of the basin in flood season. In order to eliminate the influence of the non-stationarity of extreme runoff in the flood season on the prediction results in the basin, the variational mode decomposition (VMD) algorithm was introduced, and a combined prediction model (VMD-NGO-LSTM) based on northern goshawk optimization (NGO) and long short-term memory neural network (LSTM) was proposed. It was applied to the extreme runoff prediction of the Bajiahu hydrological station in the Jingou River Basin from 1964 to 2016. The root mean square error (RMSE), mean absolute error (MAE), mean absolute percentage error (MAPE), and Nash coefficient (NSE) were used to evaluate the prediction ability of the model. The results show that: ① According to the change in hydrological characteristics including period and trend of the extreme runoff sequence of the snowmelt flood in the Jingou River Basin in the flood season, the maximum runoff sequence and minimum runoff sequence are non-stationary. ② The NSE values of the VMD-NGO-LSTM prediction models are all greater than 0.97, and the RMSE, MAPE, and MAE values are all small. Compared with the VMD-LSTM model and VMD-NGO-BP model, the VMD-NGO-LSTM model can well predict the change process of extreme runoff of Bajiahu hydrological station in flood season. This study provides a new idea for predicting extreme runoff in flood season and has a certain reference value for flood control and disaster reduction in Xinjiang.

Distributed photovoltaic access to the distribution network has gradually become a trend, but the large-scale distributed photovoltaic grid connection will cause serious power flow reversal, resulting in out-of-limit voltage and network loss increase. Aiming at the out-of-limit voltage problem generated by distributed photovoltaic access to distribution network, a distributed photovoltaic reactive power droop control strategy considering the probability distribution was proposed. Firstly, the influence of probability distribution of photovoltaic output on the current active power of different photovoltaic units of photovoltaic power plants was considered, and the available reactive capacity of each photovoltaic inverter was evaluated and calculated. Then, the reactive power droop coefficient was adjusted according to the current available reactive capacity of each photovoltaic unit, and the reactive power support capacity of the photovoltaic power station was maximized without sacrificing active power. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy was verified by PSCAD/EMTDC simulation software.

Objective·To investigate the level of stoma adaptation in patients with permanent enterostomy and its influencing factors.Methods·In this cross-sectional study, 260 patients with permanent enterostomy from North Campus in Hongkou and South Campus in Songjiang of Shanghai General Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine were recruited by convenience sampling approach from January to December, 2022. The level and the influencing factors of stoma adaptation were investigated by general information questionnaire, Chinese version of Ostomy Adjustment Inventory-20 (OAI-20), Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale, Stoma Self-Efficacy Scale, Body Image Scale, and The Revised Dyadic Adjustment Scale. Statistical description used mean and standard deviation, frequency and percentage. T test, ANOVA, Spearman correlation and multiple linear regression analyses were preformed to explore the influencing factors of the level of stoma adaptation.Results·The mean score of OAI-20 was (42.28±11.47). One-way ANOVA results showed the effects of registered residence (P=0.001), monthly income (P=0.000) and the ostomy-related complications (P=0.000) on the OAI-20 score were statistically significant. Spearman correlation analysis results showed that the OAI-20 score was positively correlated with stoma self-efficacy and marital adjustment score (r=0.713, P=0.000; r=0.645, P=0.000), but negatively correlated with anxiety and depression and body image score (r=-0.391, P=0.000; r=-0.523, P=0.000). Four of the eleven variables, ostomy-related complications, anxiety, self-efficacy of ostomy caring and marital satisfaction, were selected by the multiple linear stepwise regression analysis, and could explain 59.8% of total variance (P=0.000).Conclusion·Most patients with permanent enterostomy have a low level of adaptation. Ostomy-related complications, anxiety, self-efficacy of ostomy caring and marital satisfaction are the main influencing factors of the level of stoma adaptation.

Idiopathic scoliosis in children and adolescents refers to the development of unexplained scoliosis during childhood and adolescence. Chinese medicine rehabilitation is one of the effective methods to prevent its occurrence and improve clinical symptoms. In order to standardize the diagnosis and treatment of scoliosis in children and adolescents in China, to raise the attention to scoliosis in children and adolescents in society, and to ensure the standardization of Chinese medicine rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment, the expert group wrote this guideline based on the concept and method of evidence-based medicine, combined with evidence from expert discussion and clinical evaluation, and in accordance with the reporting rules of clinical treatment guidelines. This guideline covered and standardized the technical scope, normative references, terms and definitions (Cobb angle, idiopathic scoliosis, functional scoliosis, forward bending test, trunk rotation angle, weak link, core muscle strengthening, and Du-moxibustion), clinical diagnosis (clinical symptoms, clinical assessment, and imaging), TCM pattern differentiation, rehabilitation treatment [TCM rehabilitation treatment (oral administration of Chinese medicine, massage therapy, moxibustion, acupuncture therapy, acupotomy therapy, sling exercise training and traditional Chinese exercrises), modern rehabilitation therapy (physical agent modalities, exercise therapy, brace therapy and psychotherapy), prevention and management], and efficacy evaluation. This guideline can provide standardized diagnosis and treatment procedures for Chinese medicine practitioners and rehabilitation therapists in implementing Chinese medicine rehabilitation treatment of idiopathic scoliosis in children and adolescents in various rehabilitation institutions at all levels in China, the departments of rehabilitation or pediatrics in other Chinese medicine hospitals or general hospitals and provide a reliable evidence reference for clinical decision-making practice, with good clinical applicability, safety and effectiveness.

Owing to the development issues of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in the new domestic and international situation, the content, challenges, and paths of innovation and development of the Greater Bay Area are explored from multiple dimensions, including economic, social, cultural, and institutional. The innovation and development of the Greater Bay Area should strengthen technological and industrial innovation capabilities, improve regional resilience to cope with external shocks, increase the mobility of intraregional factors, improve the well-being of the people's livelihood, enhance the capacity of spatial governance, promote integrated urban-rural development, and optimize the regional pattern of ecological security. The conclusion is that considering the innovation and development of the Greater Bay Area from a systemic and interconnected perspective is crucial for seeking innovations in various development fields and promoting coupling and coordination among them. Therefore, the region may acquire the agency that can continuously break through bottlenecks, resolve external shocks, and unlock new paths of development. We call for the strengthening of cross-field and cross-disciplinary collaborative research to contribute the power of geography to the realization of the development goals of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

The music of five-element music is a form of traditional Chinese music with different tones (Jue, Zhi, Gong, Shang, Yu ) corresponding to the ancient five elements (Wood, Fire, Earth, Gold and Water). Since the advent of "Huangdi Neijing (Inner Canon of Huangdi)", the five-element music has been an important method for treating diseases, especially emotional disorders. Based on the five-element music in traditional Chinese medicine, the rehabilitation therapy of "WU YIN TIAO SHEN" combines the Kai Tianmen technique [acupoint massage on Zanzhu (BL 2)] and scalp acupuncture treatment, which is helpful to relieve the mind and body, and relieve anxiety and depression. The establishment of the rehabilitation technical standard of "WU YIN TIAO SHEN" aims to standardize the management and guide the practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine, rehabilitation therapists, psychotherapists, and music therapists to correctly use the rehabilitation technology of "WU YIN TIAO SHEN" for rehabilitation treatment. This standard includes the technical scope, normative reference documents, terms and definitions [targeted population, practitioner, flat pricking method, oblique pricking method, five-element music, scalp acupuncture, Kai Tianmen technique, WU YIN TIAO SHEN method, emotional music therapy, mutual generation among the five elements, mutual controlling of the five elements, fainting during acupuncture, the disorder of seven emotions], indications and contraindications, efficacy evaluation (mental health evaluation, quality of life assessment), five-element music tone selection, implementation steps and requirements [preparation (environmental requirements, instruments preparation, position and posture preparation, practitioner preparation), implementation process (the five elements music playing, Kai Tianmen technique, TIAO SHEN needling method), treatment time and frequency, precautions], and other aspects. This operational standard could be applied to guide the professionals (such as practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine, rehabilitation therapist, psychotherapists and music therapists, etc.) to carry out "WU YIN TIAO SHEN" therapy, with clinical applicability, safety and effectiveness.

Biodiversity plays an important role in providing ecosystem services and maintaining ecosystem stability, which are closely related to human welfare. The identification of biodiversity hotspots and analysis of their threats provide effective ways for biodiversity conservation and restoration. Current studies generally combine species diversity and its threat situation to determine hotspots for priority protection. However, in-depth analysis of threats to biodiversity hotspots is still lacking. Guangdong Province is one of the key biodiversity areas in the world, but it faces great challenges in biodiversity preservation. To understand biodiversity hotspots and their threats in Guangdong Province more completely, this study developed a heat index for terrestrial biodiversity by considering plant species diversity, animal species diversity, and landscape diversity based on multi-source data of plant and animal species, ecosystem stand types, and land use. Then, the heat index was used to identify biodiversity hotspots, and their threat levels and controlling factors were analyzed according to the major threats to biodiversity. The results showed that areas with high values of terrestrial biodiversity heat index were mainly distributed in mountainous regions with relatively few human disturbances, whereas most areas with low values were concentrated in estuarine plains and intermontane basins with heavy human activities. Based on the zonation of the heat index, four biodiversity hotspots were identified, Yunwu Mountain, Nanling Mountain, Luofu Mountain, and Lianhua Mountain, with area percentages of 15.54%, 44.90%, 17.66%, and 21.90%, respectively. The area of biodiversity hotspots was 59,931.82 km2, accounting for 33.58% of the total land area of Guangdong Province. The 122 nature reserves within hotspots had an area of 6,594.39 km2, covering 61.33% of the whole area of the total 204 terrestrial nature reserves in Guangdong Province. This proportion gradually decreased with reduction of nature reserve grade, indicating that the nature reserves in hotspots were principally at a higher grade (nation and province levels) rather than at a lower grade (city and county levels). However, the area of these nature reserves in hotspots was only 11.00% of the whole area of hotspots, and most of the nature reserves that were not distributed in hotspots were located in the northeastern cities of Heyuan and Meizhou. Therefore, a large number of potential demands for biodiversity conservation still exist. For the four hotspots, the biodiversity in Yunwu Mountain was primarily under moderate to severe stress, with the intensity of economic development as the controlling factor. The biodiversity of the other three hotspots mainly underwent slight to moderate stress. The most important threat was the extensive economic development of the central part of Nanling Mountain and the southern parts of Luofu Mountain and Lianhua Mountain, whereas the periphery of Nanling Mountain and the northern parts of Luofu Mountain and Lianhua Mountain were more threatened by habitat quality or geological hazards. In addition, extreme stress on biodiversity occurred in all four hotspots, although within very small areas. Thus, more targeted management strategies for biodiversity should be proposed according to the stress levels and controlling threats. The results of this study provide a scientific reference for the comprehensive conservation and precise restoration of biodiversity hotspots in Guangdong Province.

In the context of “generation-network-load-storage” coordination， energy system development presents the characteristics of frequent multi-party data interaction and multi-source data fusion. With the increasing access of terminals outside the security protection zone， the diversified development of external interfaces of the system brings challenges to the traditional border-centered network protection architecture. To guarantee the safety of the coordinated source-network-load-storage control system and identify cyberattacks effectively， a data-driven correlation analysis method of cyberattack anomaly is proposed. Firstly， the system log files are analyzed to establish the anomaly sequence. Secondly， the FP-Growth algorithm is used to generate the correlation rules between anomalies and cyberattack scenarios of the system. Finally， the gray correlation analysis （GRA） is used to realize the online matching of anomalies and cyberattack scenarios and establish a correlation analysis framework for the cyberattack of the system. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified.

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of five elements music concrete hypnosis technique on depressive mood state, somatic motor function and activities of daily living of patients with subthreshold depression after stroke.MethodsA total of 78 patients with subthreshold depression after stroke in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 39 cases in each group. During the treatment,a total of 3, 1 case fell off/stopped in the control group and the observation group respectively. Finally, a total of 36,38 cases were included in the control group and the observation group respectively. The control group received individualized emotional support from medical staff with no professional psychological training an conventional treatment. The observation group received five elements music concrete hypnosis technique intervention on the basis of conventional treatment. The hypnotic relaxation and movement guidance language in the background of Jue tune of five element music were recorded by professional psychological technicians, and the patients received motor imagination training in the music background under the guidance of therapists. Both groups were treated for 30 minutes a time, once a day, six times a week, lasting for four weeks. Before treatment and four weeks after treatment, the Hamilton depression scale 17 (HAMD-17) and the center for epidemiologic studies depression scale (CES-D) were used to evaluate the depressive mood state of patients; the Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA) was used to evaluate somatic motor function; the modified Barthel index (MBI) scale was used to evaluate the ability of activities of daily living. ObjectiveTo explore the effect of catalpol on the behavior of post-stroke depression rats, and to explore its mechanism from the aspects of behavior, the expression of 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT), norepinephrine (NE) and brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) in peripheral serum and brain tissue.MethodsA total of twenty-four SD rats were randomly divided into model group, catalpol intervention group and sham operation group, with 8 rats in each group. The rats model of post-stroke depression were established by middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) combined with the chronic unpredictable mild stress (CUMS) to induce depression-like behavior. The modeling time was 7 days. After the end of modeling, the open field test was used on the 1st, 4th, and 7th day. The behavior of the rats was evaluated by elevated plus maze measurement. TTC staining was used to detect cerebral infarction volume. The serum and hippocampus levels of 5-HT, NE, and BDNF were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.ResultsCompared with the model group, the number of crossing grid, the number of standing and the total distance moved were significantly increased on the 4th and 7th day after intervention in the open field test, and the differences were significant (PPPPP>0.05); compared with the model group, the hippocampal 5-HT and BDNF in the catalpol intervention group increased significantly (PP>0.05), indicating that catalpol could increase 5-HT and BDNF levels in rats with post-stroke depression, but did not significantly improve NE.ConclusionCatalpol can improve post-stroke depression, promote the recovery of neurological function, regulate the function of central serotonin system and promote the secretion of BDNF.

The power terminals in the smart parks have different communication requirements under different operating conditions. The traditional one-to-one correspondence communication method can no longer meet the dynamic changes of terminal communication requirements. In response to the above problems， the paper first considers the topology structure of the power terminal communication nodes in the smart parks. Secondly， the analytic hierarchy process （AHP） decision structure is established to study the TFN-AHP （analytic hierarchy process based on triangular fuzzy numbers） and solve the attribute weights and network state values of the heterogeneous networks. Then， a network switching mechanism that meets the dynamic changes of terminal communication requirements is designed and the communication mode according to the network status value is selected. Finally， the communication network status in different scenarios in the calculation example are compared and the effectiveness of the switching mechanism is verified. The results show that the TFN-AHP method can more effectively proportionate the network resources of the smart parks and maintain the network balance.

Abstract Background The most frequent and common form of Krabbe disease (KD) is early‐onset KD in infants, and late‐onset KD has been reported to be a rare disease. In the present study, we reported an adult‐onset KD patient in a consanguineous Chinese family. Methods Clinical and radiological data were collected for a family pedigree. The patient was diagnosed with late‐onset KD through next‐generation sequencing. The result was confirmed by Sanger sequencing. GALC enzyme activity was also examined by the colorimetry method. Both the grey matter volume (GMV) and white matter volume values were examined and compared with the average values from ten age‐matched normal controls. Moreover, we reviewed all the available KD studies on PubMed to understand the correlation between the phenotype and genotype of the identified mutation. Results The main manifestations of the proband were sudden onset seizures and cognitive decline. Mutation analysis of the GALC revealed a homozygous c.1901T>C mutation in exon 16, which resulted in an amino acid change in p.L634S. Sanger sequencing results showed that the homozygous mutation was inherited from the patient's parents, both of whom were revealed to be heterozygous carriers. Moreover, a decrease in GALC enzyme activity was also detected. However, no abnormal signals were found in the brain MRI. Further structural MRI analysis revealed a significantly decreased GMV in the proband compared to the normal controls. Moreover, it is of interest that all patients with the c.1901T>C mutation had late‐onset KD and were selected from Asian countries, especially Japan and China. Conclusions This patient with a homozygous GALC mutation expands the clinical presentation and characteristics of adult‐onset KD, as indicated by grey matter atrophy without abnormal white matter signals.

KWN model was used to establish the precipitation evolution model of friction stir welding of Al-Mg-Si alloy. The yield strength was divided into three parts:the contribution from grain size, the contribution from solid solution and the contribution from the precipitations. Based on this model, the yield strength and hardness of friction stir weld was predicted. The effect of post weld artificial ageing on mechanical properties of friction stir weld was further investigated. The results indicate that longer holding time can be beneficial to the recovery of mechanical properties in the stirring zone. Higher temperature can lead to quick recovery of mechanical properties in the stirring zone, but when the holding temperature is higher than 200℃, longer holding time can lead the base metal softened, which is harmful to the service of friction stir welds. The mechanical property in the heat affected zone cannot be improved by post weld artificial ageing.

The Xinliaodong copper-polymetallic deposit of Eastern Guangdong Province is one of newly discovered deposits. The ore district belongs to tin, tungsten, and copper ore cluster in the southeast coast, which have a very good ore-forming geological conditions. Chalcopyrite has δ65Cu value ranging from-0.34‰ to +1.37‰, which is consistent with δ65Cu value of porphyry deposits, indicating that ore-forming material Cu was derived from deep magma and ore-forming fluids were medium-high-temperature (250-420℃) magmatic-hydrothermal fluids. There is a close relationship between the fractionation of Cu isotope and magmatic hydrothermal activity. The formation of ore body is related to the dissolution of ore-forming fluids. With the increase of depth, there is atrend of increasing δ65Cu value, indicating a potential of a largee orebody. Copper isotope can directly indicate the location of the heat source. The δ65Cu values are below 0 for copper ore bodies close to the hydrothermal quartz veins.But the copper isotope values are higher in the hydrothermal contact zone, special ore-bearing surrounding rock and tectonic zone where indicates the edge or the front of the main ore body, most obvious ore prospecting mark.
