Under the pressure of economy development and climate change, rice production and distribution in the Yangtze River basin have undergone great changes, which may pose a great threat to the ecological environment and food security. Based on land use remote sensing-monitoring data from1990 to 2015, the GIS spatial analysis method was used to explore the spatial pattern variation characteristics of paddy fields in the Yangtze River economic belt. Meanwhile, Ecosystem services value (ESV) was calculated by using the equivalent factor method corrected by region and time factor to measure the comprehensive impact of paddy field change. The results showed that, to begin with, paddy fields number of the Yangtze River economic belt continued to decrease, with a total decrease of 17 390km2, and the decrease rate presented a trend of growth with significant regional differences. The difference between the reduction rate of paddy fields in the middle upper and the lower reaches of the Yangtze River was about 9.56%. Among them, in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River, the proportion of paddy fields decreased, while in the middle and upper reaches which was just the opposite. Then, paddy fields mainly flowed to construction land and water, resulting from economic construction and aquaculture development. Paddy fields chiefly came from water, dry land and wetland, etc. Furthermore, paddy fields in the Yangtze River Delta, the middle reaches of the Yangtze River and the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomerations changed the most dramatically. The expansion of construction land to paddy fields was widespread, and paddy fields flooded by water primarily distributed in the two lake plains. In addition, the conversion of paddy fields and other ecosystems had a positive impact on ESV, in which the paddy-water diversion type contributed the most. Its scale determined the net increase of ESV in different periods. Value loss lead by conversion from water to paddy fields was the largest, and construction land invading paddy fields was the second. The conversions in different cities were different, so the difference in ESV increases and decreases. In addition, the tradeoffs within ecosystem services were mainly between hydrological regulation, water supply and food production, gas regulation, which were directly related to the increase of water resources and the loss of paddy fields. The research results are helpful to reveal the spatio-temporal changes process of paddy fields in the Yangtze River basin and its impact on ecological functions, and provide theoretical support for regional land use planning, agricultural policy and ecological sustainable development.

In this study, 3 haplotypes were found in populations of Phellodendron amurense based on two combined cpDNA regions (psbA-trnH and trnT-trnL). Nucleotide diversity and haplotype diversity were 0.43×10-3 and 0.41, respectively at the level of species. The AMOVA revealed that only 8.53% of the variation was explained by differences among geographical groups, whereas inter-population and intrapopulation differences explained 18.32% and 71.35% of the variation, respectively. Phylogeographical relationships showed that all haplotypes were clustered into two lineages. Haplotype H1 and H2 cluster together, and Haplotype H3 composed a group. TCS network of haplotypes showed that haplotype H1 located in the center of the lineage, and it appears to be an ancestral haplotype. So we hypothesized that Northeast China populations and North China populations had a common origin. The mismatch distribution of this species suggested that all populations and populations in North China had not undergone recent expansion, but populations in Northeast China had undergone recent expansion. The results were consistent with the results of Tajima’s D and Fu’s and Li’s D test.

Parkinson's disease is the second most common neurodegenerative disease in the elderly population. Recent research provides evidence for the hypothesis of the intestinal origin of Parkinson's disease. Intestinal flora can affect the central nervous system through two-way communication between the gut and brain. Abnormal microflora plays an important role in Parkinson's disease by causing abnormal aggregation of α-synuclein. Parkinson's disease drugs can interact with intestinal microflora， and specific microflora is related to clinical characteristics of Parkinson's disease. Improving the composition of intestinal microflora can reduce the risk of Parkinson's disease and delay the disease progression. In this article， the pathophysiology， clinical features and treatment of abnormal microflora in Parkinson's disease were reviewed.

This study aims to comprehensively examine the influence of three distinct additives, namely carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), and cellulose nanofibers (CNF), on the performance enhancement of corrugated base paper. For this purpose, steam‐exploded rice straw was treated with varying concentrations (2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 wt%) of CMC, HPMC and CNF. Analysis of the rice straw pre and post expansion, as well as the modified corrugated base paper, was conducted using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TG), tensile performance testing, and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Results indicated that adding CMC, CNF, and HPMC to corrugated base paper significantly improved bonding between paper layers, particularly at 2 %, 6 %, and 8 % concentrations, respectively. This enhancement notably increased tensile strength and elastic modulus of the corrugated base paper. Tensile performance saw increases of 57.76 %, 59.01 %, and 60.25 %, while elastic modulus showed increments of 52.7 %, 9.4 %, and 136.69 %, respectively. These findings provide valuable insights for the preparation of corrugated base paper and highlight the potential of CMC, HPMC, and CNF in enhancing paper mechanical properties. The human society is entering the era of big data and data is becoming one of the key production elements. It is thus critical to develop the China's data-driving digital agriculture system, which would greatly promote the construction of digital China, stimulate the agriculture high-quality development and improve the agricultural competitiveness at the global market. To achieve this goal, strong integration of information is needed from multi-sources, multi-sensors, and multi-scales. This research, from the perspective of agricultural information science, describes the new framework of satellite, aerial, and ground integrated (SAGI) digital agriculture system for comprehensive agricultural monitoring, modeling, and management. The SAGI system differs from traditional digital agriculture systems and includes 5 important functionalities which are resource survey, production controlling, disaster monitoring, market early-warning and decision supporting. To make the system running in operation, it is necessary to first build an observation system, which integrates the satellite, aerial, and ground in-situ observation systems to capture more sophisticated, accurate and reliable data at different scales. The system is extremely needed for China, a large country with a great geographic difference, diverse agricultural cultivation and multiple agricultural traditions. This observing system helps to form the agricultural big data for subsequent data analysis and data mining. Secondly, using the big data collected, 4 key digitalization and monitoring tasks targeting at resource property right, production process, natural disaster and market status should be implemented so as to transform the data to knowledge. In this process, some diagnosis algorithms and models are developed to understand the growth and health of crops and animals, as well as their interaction with the agro-environment. With the above support, a management system covering the full range of agricultural production, processing, selling, management and services should be established to provide the rapid and reliable information support to decision-making as well to the local farming management, thereby guaranteeing agricultural sustainability and national food security. Thirdly, some key fields for future science and technology innovation to support the applications of the SAGI system should to be enhanced such as the standardization designing, innovation in technologies and instruments, system integration and platform development. Finally, considering the complicated and integrative characteristics of this SAG system, this research also proposed some recommendations such as holistic planning, science-technology innovation, resource sharing, multi-stakeholders participation, and expansion of application fields, so as to drive this idea to the reality.

The corn stalks were expanded by means of single-screw steam explosion to obtain different types of puffed corn straws, which were compounded with polypropylene resin(PP) to prepare a straw composite board. The changes of fiber before and after the explosion were investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), reflected infrared(ART-FTIR), thermogravimetric analysis(TGA), differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), and Bauer fiber screening tests. The SEM results showed that corn stalks could effectively carry out the "three elements separation" through steam explosion, so that the surface structure of the stalks changed from smooth and regular to fibrous and powdery fragments. Meanwhile, the TGA, DSC and ATR-FTIR results showed that there was no obvious change in the fiber structure during the puffing process, while the hemicellulose and lignin were partially thermally decomposed. The mechanical properties of the straw composite board prepared by expanded corn stalks and PP were tested. Comparing with the board prepared by unexpaned corn stalks as the raw material, the impact resistance and tensile strength of steam expanded corn stalks increased by 15.69% and 17.24%, respectively. Similarly, the impact strength of boards prepared by expanded corn stalks modified by acrylates compolymer and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer increased by 156.74% and 100.98%, respectively, and the tensile strength increased by 83.42% and 12.03%, respectively.
