Digital holography enables quantitative phase imaging based on interference. A digital hologram often encodes the phase information along with aberrations or deformations. This article reviews phase analysis and its diverse application solutions and challenges in digital holography including aberrations removal in a single hologram, defect and deformation detection using dual-holograms, and defect location in multi-holograms. The state-of-the-art of the techniques are presented and discussed in detail for phase analysis, separation, and quantification. Phase analysis in digital holography can provide high precision, high resolution, rapid quantitative and intelligent imaging abilities.

Objective To investigate the effect of Information-Motivation-Behavioral skill model-based(IMB-based) nursing intervention on improvement of readiness for hospital discharge of patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)for coronary heart disease. Methods Totally 60 patients undergoing PCI for coronary heart disease were randomly divided into the control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine cardiovascular care and postoperative rehabilitation, and an IMB-based nursing path was used in the observation group. Patients were investigated by using Readiness for Hospital Discharge Scale (RHDS) and Coronary Artery Disease Self-Management Scale(CSMS), and incidence of major adverse cardiac events was compared between two groups. Results Sub-scale Scores of personal status, coping ability and expected support among patients in the observation group were higher than those of patients in the control group after intervention (P＜0. 01). Sub-scale scores of daily life management, disease medical management and emotion regulation among patients in the observation group were higher than those of patients in the control group after intervention (P＜0. 01). The total incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events in the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P＜0. 05). Conclusion The IMB-based nursing path is effective to improve the self-management skills and readiness for hospital discharge in coronary heart disease patients, and reduce the risk of adverse cardiac events after PCI. (目的 探讨基于IMB模型的护理干预提高冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后患者出院准备度的效果。方法 选取2021年1月—6月医院收治的行PCI术的60例冠心病患者为研究对象, 随机分为对照组和观察组, 各30例。对照组接受心内科常规护理方案, 观察组在对照组上实施基于IMB模型的护理干预路径。采用医院出院准备度量表(RHDS)评价患者出院准备度, 采用冠心病自我管理量表(CSMS)评估患者自我管理水平, 统计两组PCI术后6个月心脏不良事件发生情况。结果 干预后, 观察组RHDS量表中个人状态、适应能力、预期性支持维度评分高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。观察组CSMS量表中日常生活管理、疾病医学管理、情绪认知维度评分高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。观察组心脏不良事件总发生率低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 基于IMB模型的护理干预能有效提高冠心病PCI术后患者自我管理能力和出院准备度, 降低心脏不良事件发生风险。)

This paper summarized the nursing measures for a critically ill patient undergoing transcatheter aortic valve replacement combined with coronary stent implantation. Giving the increasing surgical risk caused by issues such as advanced age and concomitant diseases, the one-stop minimally invasive surgery was carried out, in combination of transcatheter aortic valve replacement combined with coronary stent implantation. The endotracheal intubation and temporary pacemaker implantation were performed intraoperatively. The intra- aortic ballon pump (IABP) insertion and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) were performed as rescue mechanical support for maintenance of blood pressure. Given the upper gastro-intestinal bleeding and other complications after surgery, comprehensive nursing interventions were carried out including preoperative evaluation and psychological care, vital signs monitoring, medical equipment maintenance, wound care and prevention of complications. During the operation of the urban subway, there will be stray current leaking into the ground, which may invade the neutral point of the transformer along the subway line, causing the working magnetization curve of the transformer core to shift, thereby causing the direct-current (DC) bias effect of the transformer. Since there are unknown parameters in the equivalent circuit model of the stray current of the subway, in order to simplify the process of the influence of the subway operation on the neutral current, based on the analysis of the formation mechanism of stray current, a real subway line has been selected and a monitoring platform in the nearby high-voltage (HV) substation has been built to record the neutral current. Meanwhile, through the on-site recording of the entry and exit time of subway trains at four consecutive stations, the running trajectories of the subway trains can be reversed. According to the trajectory of the subway train, the recorded neutral current was re-divided into time periods, and the synergistic analysis of the neutral current and the train trajectory in the corresponding time period was carried out. The neutral current measurement results for 4 consecutive days indicate that the influence of the subway train on the neutral current of the substation is mainly the influence of the unbalanced load, and the degree of the unbalance mainly comes from the distance and the acceleration and braking of the subway train. The trajectory of the subway train is related to the amplitude of the neutral current. The closer the subway train is to the substation, the greater the impact on the neutral current.

A light field image captured by a plenoptic camera can be considered a sampling of light distribution within a given space. However, with the limited pixel count of the sensor, the acquisition of a high-resolution sample often comes at the expense of losing parallax information. In this work, we present a learning-based generative framework to overcome such tradeoff by directly simulating the light field distribution. An important module of our model is the high-dimensional residual block, which fully exploits the spatio-angular information. By directly learning the distribution, our approach can generate both high-quality sub-aperture images and densely-sampled light fields. Experimental results on both real-world and synthetic datasets demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms other state-of-the-art approaches and achieves visually more realistic results.

COVID-19 is spreading exponentially. In order to optimize medical resources allocation and reduce mortality, biomarkers are needed to differentiate between COVID-19 patients with or without severe diseases early as possible. We searched Ovid MEDLINE(R), Ovid EMBASE, CNKI, Wanfang, VIP databases, the Cochrane Library, and medRxiv for primary articles in English or Chinese up to March 30, 2020 to systematically evaluate the risk factors for severe patients in China. Mean difference or standardize mean difference and odds ratio with 95% confidence intervals were performed by random-effect or fixed models in cases of significant heterogeneity between studies. We used I 2 to evaluate the magnitude of heterogeneity. A total of 54 articles involving about 7000 patients were eligible for this meta-analysis. In total, 52 of 67 parameters between severe and non-severe cases were significantly different. Elderly male patients with comorbidities including hypertension, diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular disease, chronic kidney disease, or cancer were more common in severe COVID-19 patients. Regarding the clinical manifestations on admission, fever, cough, expectoration, dyspnea, chest distress, fatigue, headache, chills, anorexia, or abdominal pain were more prevalent in severe COVID-19 patients. The results of the clinical examination showed that high C-reactive protein (CRP), high lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), high D-dimer, and decreased T lymphocytes cells subsets, decreased lymphocyte may help clinicians predict the progression of severe illness in patients with COVID-19. Our findings will be conducive for clinician to stratify the COVID-19 patients to reduce mortality under the relative shortage of medical resources.

Surface textures have been demonstrated to have a positive effect on the friction reduction. However, sharp edges of the normally textured patterns usually cause stress concentration and severe wear during sliding, especially for non-conformal contacting pairs. In this study, protrusion-type textures were fabricated at different area ratios on stainless steel discs and edge profiling was performed for the protrusions, and friction tests were conducted in water to investigate the tribological properties. The results show that the friction was reduced markedly by edge profiling due to the formation of wedge contact and improvement of lubricant supply to the contact interfaces under low load. Under high load, severe wear destroyed the wedge contact resulting in high friction as those of the normally textured pairs. High area ratio exhibited better friction reduction effect. The stress analysis via ANSYS indicated that much high stress concentrated at the edges of the protrusions and could be reduced significantly by edge profiling.

But this author has proved that advancing the expansion is unfavorable for both feeding from the feeder and the self-feeding by expansion. On contrary,advancing the contraction is favorable for both kinds of feeding and favorable for avoiding shrinkage. The feeding efficiency offeeders cannotbe increased by advancing the expansion ofthe casting, butcan only be increased by accelerating cooling and contraction of the casting, and (or) by delaying the freezing ofthe feeders.In order to fully utilize the expansion to offset the contraction,itis a must to ensure that allinlets and outlets of a casting being poured are blocked rapidly at the moment when pouring is finished. It is pointed out that blocking at the earlier frozen feeder neck is unfavorable for both feeding from the feeder and the self-feeding by expansion; w hereas blocking at earlierfrozen ingates is favorable forboth kinds offeeding.

This article adopts Geertz's view of cultural analysis and embodiment theory, creating a theoretical lens to explore how participatory drama can support students in their understanding of the culture connoted in Tang poetry -- a significant cultural heritage of China. A case study was conducted on fourth-grade (10-11 years old) primary school students in Shanghai. The findings show that participatory drama can help students perceive poetic images with their physical senses, awaken the cultural experience connoted by the body to locate meaning, and reflect on the poet's spiritual world through their bodily experience.

Single-pass thermal compression simulation experiments were performed on a dual-phase Al0.9FeCoNiCr high-entropy alloy at strain rates of 1–0.001 s−1, temperatures of 850–1050°C (true strain of 0.916). According to a model of the dynamic DMM processing map proposed by Prasad et al, the hot-deformation behaviour of the alloy was analysed. The flow-instability regions were obtained as follows: temperature 850–1040°C with a strain rate 1–0.1 s−1 and 850–900°C with a strain rate of 1–0.001 s−1. The microstructure was obtained by EBSD characterisation. It was found that under certain strain-rate conditions, the FCC phase in the dual-phase Al0.9FeCoNiCr high-entropy alloy did not change significantly at low temperatures but increased significantly when the temperature was over 1000°C. The hot-working properties of the alloy are affected when the FCC phase exceeds 80%. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: The long‐term effectiveness of total hip arthroplasty (THA) largely depends on the accuracy of acetabular prosthesis placement. To improve the accuracy of acetabular prosthesis placement, we utilized a new surgical navigation system: visual treatment solution (VTS). The purpose of this study was to verify the efficacy and safety of this system in assisting THA. Methods: This was a prospective, multicenter, randomized controlled trial. One hundred and twenty‐four patients undergoing primary THAs were included. The experimental group underwent VTS‐assisted THA, and the control group underwent traditional surgical techniques. The main efficacy evaluation indicators were the proportion of anteversion and inclination angles in the Lewinnek safe zone, and secondary evaluation indicators included operation time, Western Ontario and McMaster University Osteoarthritis index (WOMAC) score, Harris score, short‐form‐36 (SF‐36) score, and hip dislocation rate. Statistical analysis was performed mainly by t‐test and chi‐square test. Results: The proportion of both anteversion and inclination angles in the safe zone was 93.1% in the experimental group and 50.9% in the control group; the difference was significant (p < 0.01). The average operation time was 112.5 min in the experimental group and 92.6 min in the control group; the difference was significant (p < 0.01). There were no significant differences in WOMAC score, Harris score, or SF‐36 score between the experimental and control groups at 3 months after the operation (p > 0.05). The dislocation rate was 0% in the experimental group and 1.6% in the control group; the difference was not significant (p > 0.05). Conclusion: VTS‐assisted THA can significantly improve the accuracy of acetabular prosthesis placement. However, there were no differences in short‐term clinical outcomes or dislocation rates between the two groups. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
