Polyetheretherketone (PEEK), with good biocompatibility and similar mechanical properties to natural bone, is extensively employed in the manufacture of prostheses. However, the precision and mechanical properties of current implants are major challenges for clinical applications. In this study, the effect of pore size, raster angle and printing temperature were investigated on length, width, thickness, material consumption, compressive strength and Young's modulus. Taguchi design of experiment method was used to reduce the number of experiments and optimize the printing process parameters. Finally, predictive analysis was exploited to give the optimal set of process parameters. Experimental results indicated that the approach applied in this work provided more accurate predictions and control of the response variables. The maximum compressive strength and compressive modulus of PEEK scaffolds reached 43.4 MPa and 253.3 MPa, respectively. Near-field direct-writing electrospinning technology can be used to produce ordered micro/nanofiber membrane dressings. The application of this technology can simply realize the control of dressing porosity, compound different functional substances, and adjust their distribution, thus improving the defects of common dressings such as insufficient breathability, poor moisture retention performance, and single function. Herein, a novel multifunctional wound dressing was prepared to utilize near-field direct-writing electrospinning technology, in which calf skin collagen type I (CSC-I) and polycaprolactone (PCL) were used as the composite matrix, Hexafluoroisopropanol (HFIP) as the solvent, and erythromycin (ERY) as an anti-infective drug component. The results show that the micro/nanofiber membranes prepared by near-field direct-writing electrospinning technology can all present a complete mesh structure, excellent thermal stability, and good moisturizing properties. Moreover, the composite fiber membrane loaded with ERY not only had obvious antibacterial properties against E. coli and S. thermophilus but also a better slow-release function of drugs (it is rare to have both in traditional wound dressings). Therefore, this experimental design can provide relevant theories and an experimental foundation for preparing a new type of medical dressing with drug loading and has good guiding significance for the application and promotion of near-field direct-writing electrospinning in medical dressings. With the widespread utilization of many radiation instruments, people are inadvertently suffering from radiation damage. But nowadays, there is still a lack of a lightweight, comfortable, and efficient wearable radiation‐proof multifunctional composite fibrous membranes in people's lives. To solve this problem, a green and efficient radiation‐resistant nanofibrous membrane consisting of cellulose fluorescent particles (CFP), ZnO‐Bi2O3 nanoparticles, and polyacrylonitrile (PAN) solution is prepared by an electrospinning technology. The microscopic characterization shows that the nanoparticles are uniformly dispersed on the surface of the nanofibrous membrane, forming a dense fibrous structure. The PAN/CFP/ZnO‐Bi2O3 nanofibrous membrane exhibits not only an excellent ultraviolet(UV) interception with an ultraviolet protection factor value of 337.99 ± 83.67, but also a strong shielding effect on low‐energy X‐rays. Simultaneously, it can not only photocatalytically degrade 88.17% of methylene blue solution within 150 min, but also remove 94.16 ± 0.96% of Escherichia coli and 99.07 ± 0.59% of Staphylococcus aureus within 3 h under dark incubation and kill all bacteria within 3 h under light. The adhesion, growth, and proliferation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells on the PAN/CFP/ZnO‐Bi2O3 nanofibrous membranes confirm its low cytotoxicity and good biosafety. Because of the limitations of convolution kernel, the traditional image segmentation network is not sufficient to obtain the context information, but the image segmentation task is very dependent on the context information. Transformer's linear input can just get enough context information. In this paper, we propose a transformer segmentation network hyperfusion transformer based on a pyramid structure. First, the model divides the single-scale coding form into several-different-scale coding forms, and then fuses the decoding results. Second, in order to ensure the specificity of the output characteristics of each branch, we orthogonalize the results of a variety of different scales. By orthogonalizing in pairs, we can ensure that the results obtained by different branches are not completely similar to a certain extent, and reduce the redundancy of branch information. On the two datasets, the method in this paper surpasses a variety of classical models under multiple evaluation indexes, confirming that it is an effective segmentation method. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
