A special thermal modeling tool, CrysVUn, which was developed by Crystal Growth Laboratory (CGL) of Fraunhofer Institute of Integrated Systems and Devices Technology in Erlangen of Germany, was used for numerical analysis of growth interface situation. The heat transportation, argon flow and melt convection have been considered. Cauchy's first and second laws of motion have been the governing partial equations for stress calculation. The measurement results and simulation results were compared and the interface shape and thermal stress distribution during 300 mm Czochralski (CZ) silicon crystal growth with different growth rates were predicted.

Numerical analysis and simulation have been an effective means to develop the advanced growth technology and to control the defects type, size and density for silicon crystals of 300 mm and beyond. In the present paper, numerical analysis of the melt flow in the Czochralski (CZ) crystal growth configuration, the three dimensional (3D) modeling, the simulation of melt flow under the magnetic field, the inverse modeling and the time-dependent simulation are reviewed. Finally, comparison of numerical analysis with experimental measurements is discussed.

The morphology and microstructure of flow pattern defects (FPDs) in lightly boron-doped Czochralski-grown silicon (Cz-Si) crystals were investigated using optical microscopy and atomic force microscopy. The experimental results showed that the morphology of FPDs was parabola-like with several steps. Single-type and dual-type voids were found on the tip of FPDs and two heaves exist on the left and right sides of the void. All the results have proved that FPDs were void-type defects. These results are very useful to investigate FPDs in Cz-Si wafers further and explain the annihilation of FPDs during high-temperature annealing.

An evaluation model divided landslide hazard degrees in Wanzhou District of Three Gorges Reservoir Area. The model was established by GIS techniques and took land use/cover, stratum characters, slope aspect, slope gradient, elevation difference and slope shape as evaluation factors. The data of land use/cover were obtained by remote sensing, and the weights of the factors mentioned above were established by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The results indicate, low danger areas in the studied area account for 66.51%, and high danger areas and very high danger areas occupy 1/3 of the total area. The regions of high and very high danger are mainly located around the urban area of Wanzhou District and on the banks of the Yangtze River with a relatively large area, where collapse and landslide directly threats densely populated areas and Three Gorges Reservoir. Slope destabilization, if occurs, will bring huge loss to social economy. All research results are consistent with the actual conditions; therefore, they can be regarded as a useful basis for planning and constructing of the reservoir area.

Land is rare natural resource. Production and construction of all sectors in a region must be based on land. Thus, overall research and analysis on current situation of land use can reveal scope, depth and reasonableness of land use, is helpful for analyzing internal mechanism land use change, and can reflect production scale, level and characteristics, and also can provide basis for optimization and adjustment of land use structure. Based on RS and GIS technologies, with the aid of TM image data of the Three-Gorges Reservoir Region in 2010, the data of current situation of land use in Three-Gorges Reservoir Region was obtained, and current land use situation was analyzed using geographimetrics and landscape ecology methods. Results show that since natural, social and economic conditions are different, land type diversity, combination type and location index of counties in the Three-Gorges Reservoir Region are varied. In the land use diversity index, Xingshan County has the most single land use type (mainly forest land); in land use degree, Yuzhong District has the highest land use degree; in the integrated index of land use, Changshou District has the lowest integrated index of land use. This study is expected to provide reference and basis for formulating policies of protecting ecological environment of the Three-Gorges Reservoir Region.

With constant deepening of development outlook of urban and rural integration, education circle starts to attach great importance to reform of personnel training program. Since scarcity of land resource and key role of land management in urban and rural integration, it is urgent to optimize the personnel training program for land resource management major. From aspects of optimum objectives, principles, program and implementation effect, this paper discusses training program for land resource management major under the background of urban and rural integration. It is expected to provide reference for cultivating land resource management personnel suitable for development of urban and rural integration.

The paper had analyzed LUCC of Chongqing urban in the past 30 years using the RS and GIS technology. The changes of the temperature, precipitation, sunshine, humidity, wind speed and air pressure of Chongqing urban district in the past 30 years were obtained through analyzing the data of the weather station in Chongqing urban. The process of climatic change that responded to the LUCC was concluded. The result indicated: in the past 30 years, the area of cultivated land had decreased rapidly; on the contrary, the construction land had experienced a fast-urbanized process. During the period from 1978 to 2007, the annual average temperature, the hottest month temperature and the coldest month temperature in Chongqing urban district had experienced the process of rising unceasingly. At the same time, the annual precipitation had experienced a process of reducing unceasingly. The climate of Chongqing urban district had an obvious response to area expand and population increase of the city, they could cause and intensify the effect of “Hot Island”, “Dry Island” and “ Fog Island” from a long-term.

Taking grid system as the basic of land management, this paper focused on the establishment of county land and resources management information system based on grid system. Presentation layer, application layer and data layer were proposed to construct the frame of county land and resources management information system. After the principles of grid dividing been clear, methods and thoughts based on three-level land grid were explained in detail. And the mechanisms and processes of county land data were discussed in detail. Finally, combined with the actual design in Shapingba of Chongqing, the prototype of county land grid management information system was realized. The results provide guidance and reference for other county in land management information system.

This study focused on the technology of LUCC (land use and land cover change, LUCC) information extracting based on Virtual Reality and 3S in Wanzhou district. Taken remote sensing images and topographic maps as date resource, a Virtual reality system was built. LUCC in formations from 2000 to 2003 in Wanzhou district were extracted in the system. The results indicate that objects in three dimension viewer distinguish with other are more easy than those in two dimension. Combining Virtual Reality system with 3S technology, LUCC can extracted more easily with higher precision. The data of LUCC extraction based on Virtual Reality and 3S technology is more reasonable. It can provide good reference to government to manage the land resource reasonable, and to other researcher to obtain LUCC data quickly and accurately in other area.
