For light luxury goods from cross-border bonded import, a theoretical model for the influence of cross-border bonded warehouse strategy on consumers' purchase intention of light luxury goods was established through literature review and theoretical analysis. The empirical analysis based on questionnaire survey shows that five factors, including price strategy, logistics strategy, return strategy, platform strategy and policy support, significantly affect consumers' purchase intention of light luxury goods. Consumer trust plays a partial intermediary effect between price strategy, platform strategy, policy support and purchase intention. Perceived value is completely mediated between product strategy and purchase intention, and partly mediated among price strategy, logistics strategy, return strategy, platform strategy, policy support and purchase intention. In order to study the influence of shopping festival marketing means on consumers' clothing purchasing behavior and return behavior, the theoretical model of shopping festival marketing means, consumer impulsiveness and online shopping behavior was constructed. Data were obtained by questionnaire survey, and SPSS 26. 0 software was verified by factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results show that the marketing methods of shopping festival significantly influence the purchasing behavior; consumer impulsiveness have the influence of marketing methods on consumers. The graphic display in the marketing means of the shopping festival have a significant impact on consumers' return behavior. This study make suggestions for the marketing management of e-commerce during the shopping festival to promote the purchase behavior of consumers' clothing in the shopping festival environment. Two conspiracy theories that respectively attribute the origin of COVID-19 to a Chinese research institute and the US, were widely disseminated over China's social media sphere in early 2020. By integrating the social-mediated crisis communication model with the theory of planned behavior, this study investigates predictors of public reactions to these conspiracy claims. The results of a cross-sectional survey discovered that message strategies and forms as well as user types and emotions can variously predict their believing in and diffusing conspiracy theories. Rational appeal and internet efficacy both predict diffusing the theory that attributes its origin to the US but have no effect on diffusing its counterpart. Moreover, family discussion has no effect on diffusing both two theories. These findings suggest that public reactions to coronavirus-related conspiracy theories should be examined in the contexts of not only social media applications but also China's internet regulations, cultural values, and international relations. Although the MeToo campaign has been suspended in China, this study examines the conditions under which hashtag feminism against sexual harassment may reemerge. Both the resource mobilization and integrative social identity approaches to social movements are adopted in analyzing the data collected in a cross-sectional survey. The results revealed that female netizens' experience of sexism led to their tendency to expose sexual harassment online by participating in online discussions about MeToo. Moreover, female netizens' perceived injustice and Internet efficacy both directly predicted their online engagement tendency and mediated the relationship between group identity and their tendency to engage online. Because both paradigms have strong explanatory power, the prospect of the hashtag feminist movement against sexual harassment in China is contingent upon two conditions. First, a massive number of female netizens could be mobilized to share their personal encounters online without crossing the "high-voltage line" of online censorship. Second, three psychosocial dynamics—group identity, perceived injustice, and Internet efficacy—could provide the momentum required for feminist engagement. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Liver metastasis is the leading cause of mortality in patients with colorectal cancer. Given the significance of both epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) of tumor cells and the immune microenvironment in colorectal cancer liver metastasis (CRLM), the interplay between them could hold the key for developing improved treatment options. We employed multiomics analysis of 130 samples from 18 patients with synchronous CRLM integrated with external datasets to comprehensively evaluate the interaction between immune cells and EMT of tumor cells in liver metastasis. Single-cell RNA sequencing analysis revealed distinct distributions of nonmalignant cells between primary tumors from patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) and non-metastatic colorectal cancer, showing that Th17 cells were predominantly enriched in the primary lesion of mCRC. TWEAK, a cytokine secreted by Th17 cells, promoted EMT by binding to receptor Fn14 on tumor cells, and the TWEAK-Fn14 interaction enhanced tumor migration and invasion. In mouse models, targeting Fn14 using CRISPR-induced knockout or lipid nanoparticle-encapsulated siRNA alleviated metastasis and prolonged survival. Mice lacking Il17a or Tnfsf12 (encoding TWEAK) exhibited fewer metastases compared with wild-type mice, while cotransfer of Th17 with tumor cells promoted liver metastasis. Higher TWEAK expression was associated with a worse prognosis in patients with colorectal cancer. In addition, CD163L1+ macrophages interacted with Th17 cells, recruiting Th17 via the CCL4-CCR5 axis. Collectively, this study unveils the role of immune cells in the EMT process and identifies TWEAK secreted by Th17 as a driver of CRLM., Significance: TWEAK secreted by Th17 cells promotes EMT by binding to Fn14 on colorectal cancer cells, suggesting that blocking the TWEAK-Fn14 interaction may be a promising therapeutic approach to inhibit liver metastasis., (©2024 American Association for Cancer Research.)
