A multifunctional surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) platform integrating sensitive detection and drug resistance analysis was developed for Gram-positive bacteria. The substrate was based on self-assembled Ti3C2Tx@Au NPs films and capture molecule phytic acid (IP6) to achieve specific capture of Gram-positive bacteria and different bacteria were analyzed by fingerprint signal. It had advantages of good stability and homogeneity (RSD = 8.88%). The detection limit (LOD) was 102 CFU/mL for Staphylococcus aureus and 103 CFU/mL for MRSA, respectively. A sandwich structure was formed on the capture substrate by signal labels prepared by antibiotics (penicillin G and vancomycin) and non-interference SERS probe molecules (4-mercaptobenzonitrile (2223 cm−1) and 2-amino-4-cyanopyridine (2240 cm−1)) to improve sensitivity. The LOD of Au NPs@4-MBN@PG to S. aureus and Au NPs@AMCP@Van to MRSA and S. aureus were all improved to 10 CFU/mL, with a wide dynamic linear range from 108 to 10 CFU/mL (R2 ≥ 0.992). The SERS platform can analyze the drug resistance of drug-resistant bacteria. Au NPs@4-MBN@PG was added to the substrate and captured MRSA to compare the SERS spectra of 4-MBN. The intensity inhomogeneity of 4-MBN at the same concentrations of MRSA and the nonlinearity at the different concentrations of MRSA revealed that MRSA was resistant to PG. Finally, the SERS platform achieved the determination of MRSA in blood. Therefore, this SERS platform has great significance for the determination and analysis of Gram-positive bacteria. Geo-localization has been widely applied as an important technique to get the longitude and latitude for unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) navigation in outdoor flight. Due to the possible interference and blocking of GPS signals, the method based on image retrieval, which is less likely to be interfered with, has received extensive attention in recent years. The geo-localization of UAVs and satellites can be achieved by querying pre-obtained satellite images with GPS-tagged and drone images from different perspectives. In this paper, an image transformation technique is used to extract cross-view geo-localization information from UAVs and satellites. A single-stage training method in UAV and satellite geo-localization is first proposed, which simultaneously realizes cross-view feature extraction and image retrieval, and achieves higher accuracy than existing multi-stage training techniques. A novel piecewise soft-margin triplet loss function is designed to avoid model parameters being trapped in suboptimal sets caused by the lack of constraint on positive and negative samples. The results illustrate that the proposed loss function enhances image retrieval accuracy and realizes a better convergence. Moreover, a data augmentation method for satellite images is proposed to overcome the disproportionate numbers of image samples. On the benchmark University-1652, the proposed method achieves the state-of-the-art result with a 6.67% improvement in recall rate (R@1) and 6.13% in average precision (AP). Structure from motion (SfM) is used to recover camera poses and the sparse structure of real scenes from multiview images. SfM methods construct a view‐graph from the matching relationships of images. Redundancy and incorrect edges are usually observed in it. Redundancy inhibits the efficiency and incorrect edges result in the misalignment of structures. In addition, the uneven distribution of vertices usually affects the global accuracy. To address these problems, we propose a coarse‐to‐fine approach in which the poses of an extracted key‐subset of images are first computed and then all remaining images are oriented. The core of this approach is view‐graph key‐subset extraction, which not only prunes redundant data and incorrect edges but also obtains properly distributed key‐subset vertices. The extraction approach is based on a replaceability score and an iteration‐update strategy. In this way, only vertices with high SfM importance are preserved in the key‐subset. Different public datasets are used to evaluate our approach. Due to the absence of ground‐truth camera poses in large‐scale datasets, we present new datasets with accurate camera poses and point clouds. The results demonstrate that our approach greatly increases the efficiency of SfM. Furthermore, the robustness and accuracy can be improved. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
