The W-Mo-Cu alloy was rapidly prepared by a large current electric field sintering method at 875-1000℃. Effect of sintering temperature on microstructure, hardness and electrical conductivity was investigated. Based on the dimensional change during alloy sintering, the sintering characteristic index was obtained by fitting calculation, and the main migration mechanism of W-Mo-Cu alloy during sintering was inferred. The results show that the pores of the W-Mo-Cu alloy decrease, the relative density, microhardness and electrical conductivity increase at the same time with the increase of sintering temperature at 875-975℃. When the sintering temperature is between 875℃ and 925℃, the densification of the alloy is mainly caused by plastic deformation instead of sintering; when the sintering temperature is higher than 925℃, the order of the main migration mechanism experienced during the densification of W-Mo-Cu alloy is plastic flow, volume diffusion, grain boundary diffusion and surface diffusion.

Foamed glass-ceramics doped with cerium oxide (CeO2) were successfully prepared from high-titanium blast furnace slag by one-step sintering. The influence of CeO2 addition (1.5wt%-3.5wt%) on the crystalline phases, microstructure, and properties of foamed glass-ceramics was studied. Results show that CeO2 improves the stability of the glass phase and changes the two-dimensional crystallization mechanism into three-dimensional one. XRD analysis indicates the presence of Ca(Mg, Fe)Si2O6 and Ca(Ti, Mg, Al)(Si, Al)2O6 in all sintered samples. Added with CeO2, TiCeO4 precipitates, and crystallinity increases, leading to increased thickness of pore walls and uniform pores. The comprehensive properties of foamed glass-ceramics are better than that of samples without CeO2. In particular, the sample added with a suitable amount of CeO2 (2.5wt%) exhibits bulk density that is similar to and compressive strength (14.9 MPa) that is more than twice of foamed glass-ceramics without CeO2. Objectives: Previous research has extensively explored the factors associated with psychotic-like experiences (PLEs). However, the characteristics and associated factors of remitted PLEs, which refer to the absence of current PLEs following previous PLEs, remain unclear. Therefore, this study aims to describe the characteristics of adolescents who reported remitted PLEs., Design: Cross-sectional study., Setting: The survey was conducted from October to December 2020 in three colleges located in Guangzhou, China., Participants: A total of 4208 college freshmen aged from 15 to 24 participated in our survey., Primary and Secondary Outcome Measures: The 15-item positive subscale of the Community Assessment of the Psychic Experience was used to assess both lifetime and current PLEs. Multivariate logistic regression models were used to examine the associations between remitted PLEs and a range of demographic factors, lifestyle, psychosocial factors, lifetime affective symptoms and sleep problems., Results: Three groups of PLEs were observed: non-PLEs (47.27% of the sample), remitted PLEs (40.42%) and current PLEs (12.31%). Several factors have been identified as shared correlates of remission and absence of PLEs, including fewer recent adverse life events, greater resilience, fewer symptoms of depression and anxiety, and early waking. Furthermore, higher levels of social support (OR 1.48, 95% CI 1.01 to 2.17; OR 1.53, 95% CI 1.18 to 1.97) was a specific factor associated with the remission of PLEs. Compared with individuals without PLEs, those with remitted PLEs were more likely to be female (OR 1.50, 95% CI 1.28 to 1.75), less likely to be younger (OR 0.88, 95% CI 0.81 to 0.95) and prone to have more chronic physical illness (OR 1.67, 95% CI 1.29 to 2.16), habitual alcohol intake (OR 1.85, 95% CI 1.19 to 2.88), more childhood trauma (OR for low vs high=0.72, 95% CI 0.57 to 0.91) and the sleep problems of waking up easily (OR 1.36, 95% CI 1.12 to 1.65)., Conclusion: These findings suggest that remitted PLEs play a vital, unique role among three groups and provide preliminary targets for the intervention for adolescents at risk of mental health problems. Glass catfish ( Kryptopterus vitreolus ) are notable in the aquarium trade for their highly transparent body pattern. This transparency is due to the loss of most reflective iridophores and light-absorbing melanophores in the main body, although certain black and silver pigments remain in the face and head. To date, however, the molecular mechanisms underlying this transparent phenotype remain largely unknown. To explore the genetic basis of this transparency, we constructed a chromosome-level haplotypic genome assembly for the glass catfish, encompassing 32 chromosomes and 23 344 protein-coding genes, using PacBio and Hi-C sequencing technologies and standard assembly and annotation pipelines. Analysis revealed a premature stop codon in the putative albinism-related tyrp1b gene, encoding tyrosinase-related protein 1, rendering it a nonfunctional pseudogene. Notably, a synteny comparison with over 30 other fish species identified the loss of the endothelin-3 ( edn3b ) gene in the glass catfish genome. To investigate the role of edn3b , we generated edn3b -/- mutant zebrafish, which exhibited a remarkable reduction in black pigments in body surface stripes compared to wild-type zebrafish. These findings indicate that edn3b loss contributes to the transparent phenotype of the glass catfish. Our high-quality chromosome-scale genome assembly and identification of key genes provide important molecular insights into the transparent phenotype of glass catfish. These findings not only enhance our understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying transparency in glass catfish, but also offer a valuable genetic resource for further research on pigmentation in various animal species.

A column filled with sandy soil was constructed to investigate biogeochemical process of leachate polluted zones. Experimental results demonstrated that four sequent redox zones appeared in pollution plume. The zones can be named sulfate reduction zone, iron reduction zone, nitrate reduction zone and oxygen reduction zone, ranges of them were 0-27 cm, 27-62 cm, 47-74 cm, 74-91 cm. In the redox zones bacterial community structure changed, and the preponderant bacteria were sulfate reduction bacteria (SRB), iron reduction bacteria (IRB), nitrate reduction bacteria (NRB) correspondingly, however there were other bacteria in the redox zones. Distribution of redox zones and functional bacteria means that there is not a significant boundary between redox zones, moreover one redox zone overlaps others. Evolvement of functional bacterial community brings the redox zones substitute.

Objective: To observe the curative effect of AMIE methods on movement disorder in the child of convulsive cerebral palsy (CP)., Methods: One hundred and twenty cases of CP children were randomly divided into an integration treatment group and a rehabilitation group, 60 cases in each group. The integration treatment group were treated with acupuncture (A), massage (M), injection (I) and five animal exercise (E) therapies for 60 times, and the rehabilitation group were treated with Bobath training therapy for 60 times. Scores for movement function before and after treatment were used for assessment of therapeutic effect. Twelve months later, understand whether or not the children can walk on ones own., Results: The total effective rate was 76.70% in the integration treatment group and 58.4% in the rehabilitation group, with no significant difference between the two groups (P > 0.05); there were significant differences in the two groups in differences of movement function scores before and after treatment (P < 0.05). After one year's follow-up survey, 36 children could walk by themselves in the integration treatment group, which were significantly more than 24 children in the rehabilitation group (P < 0.05)., Conclusion: AMIE methods is effective for treatment of movement disorder in the child of convulsive cerebral palsy, and the short-term therapeutic effect is same as that of Bobath training method and the long-term therapeutic effect is better than that of Bobath training method.
