Abstract China’s rural reform is reliant on farmers' cooperatives as a key organization vehicle. It plays an important role in promoting rural revitalization. Such as, realizing the organic connection between small farmers and agricultural modernization. This study used the nearest neighbor index and kernel density estimation to analyze the spatial distribution and structural characteristics of farmer cooperatives in Hunan Province. It revealed the spatial differentiation law of cooperatives. Also using geographical detectors to figure out the main factors that affect the spatial distribution. The results show that: ① Hunan Farmers Cooperatives show significant spatial agglomeration. The overall spatial distribution shows the spatial characteristics of "one core, one circle, and multiple points". And the spatial distribution pattern of "large agglomeration, finger-shaped radiation distribution". Among them, the distribution of provincial demonstration cooperatives is relatively balanced. ② Cooperatives in six types of industries, such as planting, forestry, and feeding, showed agglomeration distribution. Different industrial cooperatives spread out in different ways, such as in an anti-"L" shape, a dual-core shape, or a one-center area. ③ The 24 influence factors selected from the five dimensions of the natural environment, social economic basis, production basis, output capacity, and facility basis have high, general, and weak influence on cooperatives' spatial distribution. The development and distribution of cooperatives mainly depend on resource endowment, social and economic development level, and market dependence. The spatial distribution heterogeneity of different professional cooperatives is mainly affected by slope, per capita disposable income of rural residents, road density, and other factors. ④ The progression of farmer cooperatives in Hunan Province should prioritize high-quality development, emphasizing the need for innovative approaches and transformative strategies within rural industrial organizations. It is imperative to optimize the spatial distribution of cooperatives, strategically contributing to the establishment of a novel framework for modern agricultural development in Hunan Province. Additionally, there is a critical emphasis on spearheading collaborative initiatives among cooperatives of varied industrial types, aimed at fostering the integrated development of rural primary, secondary, and tertiary industries.

At present, the economy of China is in a new stage, shifting from high-speed growth to high-quality development. Accordingly, high-tech industrial development zones (hereinafter referred to as "high-tech zones") have developed as clusters of innovative resources, high-tech enterprises, and industries. These high-tech zones serve as demonstration zones for national and regional innovation development. Building a resilient innovation ecosystem in high-tech zones and enhancing their ability to cope and adapt to an uncertain environment are important for promoting the high-quality development of these zones as well as the regional economy. There are few academic studies on the resilience of innovation ecosystems in high-tech zones. Incorporating the concept of resilience and enhancing the ability of innovation ecosystems in high-tech zones to cope with risk is a topic worthy of attention in academic research. Here we introduce the concept of resilience, explore the connotation and characteristics of the resilience of the innovation ecosystem in the high-tech zone, analyze its evolution process by applying adaptive cycle theory, and construct a measurement index system in four dimensions: resistance, absorption, recovery, and transformation power. From this perspective, resilience is considered the ability of the zone to maintain and restore its original characteristics and functions and also to continue to grow after the system has been disturbed. The zone characteristics considered are complexity, dynamic evolution, scale correlation, and regulation, as evident through four evolutionary stages: exploitation, storage, release, and renewal. Using the TOPSIS method, 46 high-tech zones in Hunan Province were selected as research objects, and their innovation ecosystem resilience levels and spatiotemporal pattern characteristics were analyzed. It was found that the innovation ecosystem resilience level of the Hunan high-tech zone increased from 0.316 in 2012 to 0.604 in 2020, showing an overall upward trend in resilience. In terms of the increase in the level of resilience in each dimension, the most significant increase was that of transformation power, followed by absorption and resistance powers. The smallest increase was that of recovery power. The spatial pattern showed obvious divergence, with the more resilient high-tech zones clustered in the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration and the less resilient zones distributed in the western Hunan region. Over time, the degree of spatial differentiation gradually shrank, forming the characteristics of a highly resilient agglomeration, with the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration as the core, and Yueyang, Chenzhou, Changde, and other multi-centers coexisting. In this study the innovation ecosystem of high-tech zones was examined from the perspective of dynamic development; the results are expected to broaden the concept of urban development resilience in theory and promote the high-quality development of high-tech zones in practice.

AZ91 alloy reinforced by carbon nanotubes coated with MgO（AZ91-MgO@CNTs） was prepared by powder metallurgy, hot extrusion and T4 treatment. The influences of MgO@CNTs content and load on the friction and wear property, surface wear morphology and debris topography of AZ91-MgO@CNTs composites were investigated under the dry sliding friction. The results show that MgO@CNTs can improve the wear properties of AZ91-MgO@CNTs. With increasing the content of MgO@CNTs, the strengthening effect of the wear properties of the composite increases and then decreases. Compared with AZ91-CNTs, AZ91-MgO@CNTs has smaller friction coefficient and lower abrasion loss, indicating that the MgO@CNTs is better than CNTs to improve the wear properties of AZ91 alloy. The main wear mechanism of AZ91-MgO@CNTs is abrasive wear under the load of 10 N. When the load is 50 N, there are three wear mechanisms appeared: abrasive wear, oxidation wear and adhesive wear.

Promoting the coordinated development of urban agglomerations is a fundamental goal in new urbanization construction in China. It is an inherent requirement for condensing the joint efforts of various cities, and a primary path to maximizing the overall benefits and enhancing the competitiveness of urban agglomerations. Based on the composite system synergy degree model, this study analyzes urban agglomeration as a composite system integrated with the economy, society, and ecology subsystems. Using evidence from the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration, we research the evolutionary characteristics of its coordinated development level since the resource-saving and environment-friendly development experimental area was established. We also explore the improvement path of optimizing the coordinated development of urban agglomerations. The results show that from 2007 to 2019: 1) at the urban agglomeration scale, the order degree of economy, society, and ecology subsystems in the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration displays an overall improvement trend, and the synergy degree of the composite system changed from mild imbalance to moderate synergy; 2) at the urban scale, Changsha and Zhuzhou have achieved moderate synergy, while Xiangtan remains at mild synergy; the synergy degree of the composite system in Changsha continues to strengthen, and those in Zhuzhou and Xiangtan are relatively weakened; 3) the two main problems in the coordinated development are that the coordinated level is low, and the socio-ecological subsystem changes slowly with the main infrastructure and environmental governance constraints. In addition, there are obvious gaps in the level of coordination between cities, with constraints in the economic scale, development quality, industrial structure, and pollution emissions; and 4) to further improve the level of coordinated development of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration, it is necessary to reasonably formulate the orderly development and coordinate the goals of various subsystems at the scale of the urban agglomeration. It is also necessary to improve the overall management mechanism of finance and public affairs. At the urban scale, cities should make up for their shortcomings, improve their development level, and continuously improve the interaction and cooperation mechanism between cities. The primary contributions of this paper are to add to the discussion on the interactive relationship between the economic, social, and ecological dimensions of urban agglomerations, as well as propose targeted improvement paths to provide certain experiences for the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration and other urban agglomerations in China to improve their collaborative development ability.

As an indicator of clinical prognosis, lymph node metastasis of breast cancer has drawn great attention. Many reports have revealed the characteristics of metastatic breast cancer cells, however, the effect of breast cancer cells on the microenvironment components of lymph nodes and spatial transcriptome atlas remains unclear. In this study, by integrating single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) and spatial transcriptomics, we investigate the transcriptional profiling of six surgically excised lymph node samples and the spatial organization of one positive lymph node. We identify the existence of osteoclast-like giant cells (OGC) which have high expressions of CD68 and CD163, the biomarkers of tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs). Through a spatially resolved transcriptomic method, we find that OGCs are scattered among metastatic breast cancer cells. In the lymph node microenvironment with breast cancer cell infiltration, TAMs are enriched in protumoral pathways including NF-κB signaling pathways and NOD-like receptor signaling pathways. Further subclustering demonstrates the potential differentiation trajectory in which macrophages develop from a state of active chemokine production to a state of active lymphocyte activation. This study is the first to integrate scRNA-seq and spatial transcriptomics in the tumor microenvironment of axillary lymph nodes, offering a systematic approach to delve into breast cancer lymph node metastasis.

The paper reviews the current focus and future direction of China's research in the field of territorial space use zoning and aims to provide a scientific basis for China's spatial planning and territorial and spatial land management with the wider goal of improving the system of ecological civilization to promote the modernization of national governance systems and governance capacities. We use CiteSpace, a visualization software and method of bibliometric analysis, to create a knowledge map and systematically categorize the research trends and development context of territorial space use zoning research, based on 662 relevant papers published from 1979 to 2020 and cited on HowNet. Research on territorial space use zoning in China continues to emerge, and the number of published papers is increasing. The research was divided into three stages: the land use zoning stage (1992-2006), the natural ecological space use zoning stage (2007-2017), and the territorial space use zoning stage (2018-present). The main research keywords in the three periods show that scholars have consistently maintained an enthusiasm for the study of "land use". The keyword "land use" had a high centrality of 0.28. Close cooperation among authors formed a large-scale scientific research cluster. Colleges and universities published the most, followed by scientific research institutions and public institutions; the main outputs of public institutions such as China Land Surveying and Planning Institute are policy documents, the influence of which should not be underestimated. 2) The research on territorial space use zoning was national policy-oriented under the profound influence of the changing background of the times. Zoning theory developed from the theory of geographical differentiation and advantageous location into the concept of main functional zone regulation, and then to the present concept of sustainable development. Zoning systems were constantly optimized, and research focuses were diverse. Some provinces and cities conducted practical explorations based on local conditions because of "Three zones and three lines". "Three zones and three lines" refers to the areas corresponding to the three types of urban space, agricultural space, and ecological space, and the three control lines corresponding to the urban development boundary, the permanent basic farmland protection red line, and the ecological protection red line. In the face of the complexity and dynamics of territorial space, research methods have changed from qualitative or quantitative methods to focus on the application of modern science and technology. Most of the research on zoning control focuses on three aspects: discovery of existing problems, enlightenment from foreign experience, and research on zoning practice. Considering the existing problems, such as conventional research contents, shallow scientific validation studies, insufficient theoretical improvements, few applications of multidisciplinary integration and big data, future researches should focus on four directions as follows: carrying out the theoretical research related to territorial space use zoning; deepening use zoning research on ecological space, marine space and rural construction space; broadening the research perspective of territorial space use zoning based on the construction needs of territorial space use control system; implementing innovative methods and technologies for application based on multidisciplinary integration.
