A prediction method based on the information data of finite scattering acoustic pressure is proposed for the prediction of underwater spherical target multistatic acoustic scattering sound field, which represents the scattering sound field as the product of the acoustic scattering transfer function and the source density function, obtains the acoustic scattering transfer function by numerical integration with the model surface grid information as input, and acquires the source density function by combining acoustic reciprocity, least squares, and matrix transformation with small amount of known scattered sound pressure data as input. The multistatic scattering sound field prediction method is validated by using the Rayleigh normal mode solution and the finite element method (FEM) for double-layered spherical shells and spherical shell with the.pngfener. The target strength experiment is conducted for the spherical shell with the.pngfener, and the experiment results are compared with the finite element calculations. Several test data and FEM calculation results data are used as input to predict the multistatic scattering sound field of the spherical shell with.pngfener and compared with the FEM results, respectively. It is found that the simulation and test results are in good agreement, which verifies the feasibility of the prediction method.

Background: Previous research has identified a significant role of Thioredoxin-interacting protein (TXNIP) in bone loss. The purpose of this investigation was to assess the role and the underlying molecular mechanisms of TXNIP in the osteogenic differentiation of human bone marrow stromal cells (hBMSCs) and pre-osteoblast MC3T3-E1 cells. Methods: Human bone marrow stem cells (hBMSCs) and MC3T3-E1 cells were used to induce osteogenic differentiation. The expression of genes and proteins was assessed using RT-qPCR and western blot, respectively. ChIP assay was used to validate the interaction between genes. The osteogenic differentiation ability of cells was reflected using ALP staining and detection of ALP activity. The mineralization ability of cells was assessed using ARS staining. DCFCA staining was employed to evaluate the intracellular ROS level. Results: Initially, downregulation of TXNIP and upregulation of EZH2 were observed during osteogenesis in hBMSCs and MC3T3-E1 cells. Additionally, it was discovered that EZH2 negatively regulates TXNIP expression in these cells. Furthermore, experiments indicated that the knockdown of TXNIP stimulated the activation of the PI3K/AKT/Nrf2 signaling pathway in hBMSCs and MC3T3- E1 cells, thus inhibiting the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS). Further functional experiments revealed that overexpression of TXNIP inhibited the osteogenic differentiation in hBMSCs and MC3T3-E1 cells by enhancing ROS produc-tion. On the other hand, knockdown of TXNIP promoted the osteogenic differentiation capacity of hBMSCs and MC3T3-E1 cells through the activation of the PI3K/AKT/Nrf2 pathway. Conclusion: In conclusion, this study demonstrated that TXNIP expression, under the regulation of EZH2, plays a crucial role in the osteogenic differentiation of hBMSCs and MC3T3-E1 cells by regulating ROS production and the PI3K/AKT/Nrf2 pathway. Control–structure interaction (CSI) plays a significant role in active control systems. Popular methods incorporate actuator dynamics into an integrated control system to account for CSI, leading to a situation where existing structural control algorithms that ignore CSI cannot be applied directly. To address this issue, this study proposes a deep reinforcement learning (DRL) based active mass driver (AMD) decoupled control framework, in which a structural control algorithm is employed to generate the control force command without consideration of CSI, while a DRL agent is utilized to attenuate the CSI effects of AMD systems and achieve a desired control force. The DRL‐based AMD control framework is verified through a series of numerical experiments. Furthermore, the applicability of the control framework is confirmed in a wind‐excited 76‐story benchmark building. Comprehensive analysis indicates that the proposed control framework can effectively eliminate the CSI effects and apply accurate control force to the structure in various scenarios, which allows for an ideal structural response control.
