Learning from online comments is essential for enhancing understanding and improving online housing reputation (OHR). However, two significant issues require attention. First, analyzing online comments for reputation information extraction is a labor-intensive and time-consuming task. Second, most existing online housing information platforms lack effective visual aids, merely presenting the average comment ratings or listing comment texts without secondary interpretation. To address these challenges, this study proposes an OHR assessment framework based on text mining and visualization technologies. This study first evaluates the performance of eight sentiment analysis models for analyzing housing comments, and the attention-based BiLSTM model achieved the highest accuracy (83.57%). Additionally, a housing attribute ontology is constructed to reveal eight critical attributes influencing OHR. Finally, a reputation visualization scheme is designed to comprehensively present OHR. A case study for analyzing online comments from three construction enterprises reveals the advantages and feasibility of the proposed framework for assessing OHR. This study contributes to the body of knowledge by establishing the connection between housing comments and OHR, greatly advancing the research in the construction domain's reputation management. Furthermore, OHR analysis can facilitate decision making optimization for both consumers and managers, which has theoretical and practical significance for the healthy and sustainable development of the online housing market. Practical Applications: Developing a sound housing reputation assessment method is crucial for the development of the online housing market. Emerging information technologies like natural language processing and deep learning appear promising in the comment-based reputation analysis. This study proposes an online housing reputation assessment framework that combines text mining and visualization technologies to automatically analyze housing comments and generate online housing reputations. The findings of this study establish the connection between housing comments and reputation and reveal eight key attributes influencing online housing reputation, contributing to research on reputation management in the construction field. The potential practical applications of this study are elucidated from the perspectives of consumers, construction enterprises, governments, and the construction industry. For consumers, reputation assessment can optimize the decision making process and promote public supervision to force construction enterprises to improve the quality of their housing products. Construction enterprises can timely improve their product strategies based on reputation information to increase revenue. Governments can strengthen the supervision of low-reputation enterprises and low quality housing products, thereby enhancing government credibility. In this study, we added LDN-193189 2HCL to inhibit the BMP signaling pathway in Scylla paramamosain and then explored the function of this pathway in molting through the changes in the growth performance and molt-related gene expression. The study findings indicated that the expression of ACVR1, BMPRIB, and Smad1 in Scylla paramamosain was suppressed when the LDN-193189 2HCL concentration in the culture water was 2 µm/L. Subsequently, following a 30-day experiment, there was a significant reduction in the molting frequency, growth rate, and body size of the S. paramamosain larvae. An analysis of the BMP pathway gene expression during the molting phase revealed that the BMP2, BMPR2, and Smad1 genes displayed cyclic expression patterns, while ACVR1, BMP7, and BMPRIB maintained consistent expression levels throughout the molting cycle. Additionally, the expression levels of BMP2, BMPR2, and Smad1 in the inhibition group were significantly lower compared to those in the control group. Furthermore, the inhibition of the BMP pathway led to an increase in the expression of MIH during the intermolt period and a decrease in the expression of EcR during the premolt period. These findings demonstrate that the BMP signaling pathway affects the molting of Scylla paramamosain juvenile crabs by influencing the expression of the critical genes MIH and ECR during molting, offering valuable data for functional research on the BMP signaling pathway in crustaceans. Blockchain, essentially a distributed and immutable database, has emerged as a potential solution to governance problems of accountability, transparency, and trust in the construction industry. In terms of construction quality management (CQM) applications, previous works mainly took a technical perspective, and little is known about the potential of blockchain-based governance for quality opportunism. Moreover, we have seen very few successful blockchain implementations in construction practices. Stakeholders meet the trade-off between potential benefits and risks in blockchain adoption decisions. Previous works mainly focused on barrier analysis, neglecting the dynamic interactions of stakeholders' strategic behaviors on adopting blockchains. Against this backdrop, this research aims to systematically analyze blockchain impacts on CQM from a governance perspective and then investigate the owner and the main contractors' strategic behaviors (e.g., adopting blockchains in CQM or not). The agency theory was used as the theoretical lens to examine how blockchain curbs contractors' quality opportunistic behaviors as a governance mechanism. An evolutionary game theory model was developed to simulate adoption decision interactions between the owner and the main contractor. Finally, policy suggestions were highlighted for policymakers. This research could be one of the first studies examining blockchain potential to CQM from an opportunism governance perspective. Such discussions could inspire more discussions on blockchain-based governance and broaden researchers' and practitioners' understandings of blockchain impacts.
