Compiler diagnostic warnings help developers identify potential programming mistakes during program compilation. However, these warnings could be erroneous due to the defects of compiler warning diagnostics. Although many techniques have been proposed to automatically generate test programs for compiler warning defect detection, the effectiveness of these techniques on defect-nding is still limited, due to their ability at generating warning-sensitive test program structures. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a DIversity-guided PROgram Mutation approach, called DIPROM, to construct diverse warning-sensitive programs for effective compiler warning defect detection. Given a seed test program, DIPROM rst removes its dead code to reduce false positive warning defects. Then, the abstract syntax tree (AST) of the test program is constructed; DIPROM iteratively mutates the structures of the AST to generate warning-sensitive program variants. To improve the diversity of program variants, DIPROM applies a novel diversity function to guide the selection of the best program variants in each iteration. With the selected program variants, differential testing is conducted to effectively detect warning defects in different compilers. In the experiments, we evaluate DIPROM with two popular C compilers (i.e., GCC and Clang). Experimental results show that DIPROM can detect 75.36% and 218.42% more warning defects than two state-of-the-art approaches (i.e., Epiphron and Csmith), respectively. Meanwhile, DIPROM is efcient, which only spends 61.14% of the time of comparative approaches on average in nding the same number of warning defects. We at last applied DIPROM on the latest development versions of GCC and Clang. After two months running, DIPROM reported 12 new warning defects; nine of them have been conrmed/xed by developers.

According to studies, Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is a significant biomarker of physiological processes. Unnormal H2O2 levels in human body may result in diseases. Hence, there is an increasing demand for monitoring the H2O2 concentrations in biological specimen. Here, we construct a non-enzymatic H2O2 electrochemical biosensor based on persimmon tannin-reduced graphene oxide-platinum-palladium nanocomposite (PrG-Pt@Pd NPs) modified with screen-printed carbon electrode (SPE). Combined with suitable electrocatalytic mode for Pt@Pd NPs, high specific large specific volume and good electrical conductivity of RGO, well as the superior sorption capacity of PT for metal-based nano-ion, the PrGPt@Pd striped pleasing heterogeneous catalytic activity toward H2O2 reduction via the synergistic effect. In experimental conditions of optimal, this non-enzymatic electrochemical sensor exhibited excellent electrocatalytic performance for H2O2 with less negative potential (−0.5 V), fast response time (μM, in addition to this LOD of this sensor was 0.059 μM as well as the excellent sensitivity of the sensor (13.696 μA·μM−1·cm−2). Due to excellent specificity, lower detection limit, and good recovery (98.70–99.96%) in the spiked measurements of human serum samples, this non-enzymatic electrochemical biosensor paves the way for H2O2 detection at ultra-low concentrations in physiology and diagnosis.

The rapid development of artificial intelligence inevitably poses an impact on the old legal system, while in the field of intellectual property, the copyright differences caused by artificial intelligence creations are more violent and urgent. In practice, there is a great disagreement on whether artificial intelligence creations belong to the object of copyright, and the debate on the subject of copyright is more intense. Starting from the purpose and object of copyright protection, the traditional concept of a work has been greatly revised, and “ideological” is no longer an important criterion for the originality of a work. Starting from the dichotomy of “thought” and “expression,” artificial intelligence already possesses “ingenuity” in creations, and the development of artificial intelligence also requires copyright protection of its creations. Compared with other entities, investors and transferees as capital contributors need more copyright protection in the early stage of industrial development, and they should also bear the relevant responsibilities in the process of creation of works.

A persimmon tannin-Aloe vera composite powder (PT-A) was investigated for its capacity to protect against ionizing radiation. Human hepatic cells (L02 cells) and human hepatoma cells (HepG2 cells) were pretreated with different concentrations of PT-A or the single compounds (PT or Aloe vera) and radiated with X-rays. After radiation and post-incubation for 12 h or 24 h, the cell viability, apoptosis, and reactive oxygen species (ROS) production were analyzed by Cell Counting Kit 8 (CCK-8), 2′,7′-dichlorfluorescein diacetate (DCFH-DA) staining, and Hoechst 33258 staining/flow cytometry, respectively. CCK-8 results illustrated that the optimal radiation dose L02 cells was 8 Gy for L02 cells, and the cell activity was 71.72% (IC50 = 412.1 μg/mL) after post-radiation incubation of 12 h. For HepG2 cells, the optimal radiation dose was 8 Gy, and the cell activity was 62.37% (IC50 = 213.0 μg/mL). The cell apoptotic rate was the lowest at a PT-A concentration of 200 μg/mL in L02 cells (4.32%, P < 0.05), and at 100 μg/mL in HepG2 cells (9.80%, P < 0.05). ROS production induced by radiation could be effectively inhibited by 200 μg/mL of PT-A in L02 cells, and by 100 μg/mL of PT-A in HepG2 cells. The PT-A composite has good radioprotective effects on cell vitality and apoptosis of X-rays radiation exposure towards L02 cells and HepG2 cells compared to the persimmon tannin or Aloe vera. Therefore, PT-A composite might be useful as a natural, harmless anti-ionizing radiation agent, and has various clinical application prospects in future.

Reducing the number of visits to failure-free nodes can effectively reduce the reconstruction time of logical columns and improve the reconstruction efficiency. In this paper, we describe a new method to speed up the reconfiguration for the VLSI arrays. An efficient algorithm was proposed based on shortest path first principle for accelerating reconfiguration of VLSI processor subarrays with high power efficiency to meet the requirement of the power consumption of embedded system. The proposed algorithm greatly reduces the number of visits to the fault-free PEs for constructing a local optimal logical column and effectively reduces the construction time. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is capable of reducing the consumption time by 32.15% and reducing the numbers of visited PEs by 49.61% for a 128 × 128 host array with 20% falut rate.

In this study, a new electrochemical aptasensor with specific identification and quantitative analysis of glypican-3 (GPC3) was constructed using reduced graphene oxide-chitosan-ferrocene deposition of Pt–Pd bimetallic nanoparticles (RGO-CS-Fc/Pt–Pd BNPs) as biosensing platform and GPC3 aptamer (GPC3apt) as recognition molecule. The GPC3apt could react specifically with GPC3 present in the experimental samples, resulting in the formation of GPC3-aptamer complexes on the biosensing platform, which would increase the electron transfer impedance and reduce the redox current of ferrocene. The electrochemical aptasensor was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), cyclic voltammetry (CV), electrochemical impedance spectrometry (EIS), and Raman spectroscopy. Under the optimal experimental conditions, the response redox current was linearly related to the concentration of GPC3 in the range from 0.001 to 10 µg mL−1 with good linear correlation coefficient (R2 of 0.9929), and had a low detection limit of 3.67 ng mL−1 (S/N = 3), high sensitivity of 0.149 µA µM−1 cm−2. In addition, the aptasensor showed long stability, good specificity, acceptable reproducibility and satisfactory recoveries (101.1–105.6%) in the detection of clinical serum samples, which developed a new research method for early clinical diagnosis.

A Golgi protein 73 (GP73) colorimetric biosensor based on the reduced graphene oxide-carboxymethyl chitosan-hemin/platinum@palladium nanoparticles (RGO-CMCS-Hemin/Pt@Pd NPs) with peroxidase-like activity was constructed. Rare earth elements (REEs) are used for the development of new energy materials owing to their intrinsic physicochemical property. However, excess REEs in water threaten the safety of animals, plants and humans. An efficient way to separate REEs from the water is therefore needed. In this study, a biosorbent consisting of iron oxide (Fe3O4), persimmon tannin (PT), and graphene oxide (GO) as Fe3O4/PT/GO was prepared, and the adsorption of trivalent erbium (Er3+) ions from aqueous solution was investigated. The adsorption process for Er3+ ions conforms to pseudo-second order kinetic and the Langmuir isotherm model behavior. Thermodynamic studies indicate that the adsorption process is spontaneous and endothermic. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), Fourier-transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) analysis, and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) were used to assess the adsorption mechanism of Er3+ ions onto the Fe3O4/PT/GO biosorbent. A combination of electrostatic interactions, redox reactivity and chelation are responsible for adsorption of Er3+ ions on the Fe3O4/PT/GO biosorbent. The magnetic Fe3O4/PT/GO biosorbent can be easily separated under the magnetic field for effective recycle of Er3+ ions from aqueous solution. Therefore, this new biomass composite holds great promise for wastewater treatment.

Reconfiguring a high-performance subarray of a VLSI array with faults is to construct a maximum target array with the minimum number of long interconnects, which can reduce communication costs, capacitance and dynamic energy dissipation. An existing work proved that the high performance VLSI subarray can be constructed in polynomial time using network flow algorithm. However, because of the disadvantage of the previous network model and the low-performing of standard network flow algorithms for reconfiguration, the efficiency of these algorithms is poor for constructing the high performance VLSI subarray. In this paper, we present an efficient multiple shortest augmenting paths algorithm for rapidly constructing high performance VLSI array. Firstly, we proposed an efficient data structure to construct the network model of the VLSI array with faults, which can dramatically reduce the size of the model compared with previous algorithm. Secondly, a multiple shortest augmenting path algorithm based on the new data structure is proposed, which can significant reduce the running time. Finally, we conduct solid experiments to highlight the efficiency of the proposed method in terms of the running time compared to the standard network flow algorithms. The experimental results show that on a 64 × 64 host array with 0.1% faults, the size of the network model can be reduced by about 50% and the average improvements in running time is up to 85.10% compared with four standard network flow algorithms.

1,5-Anhydroglucitol (1,5-AG) is a sensitive biomarker for real-time detection of diabetes mellitus. In this study, an electrochemical biosensor to specifically detect 1,5-AG levels based on persimmon-tannin-reduced graphene oxide-PtPd nanocomposites (PT-rGO-PtPd NCs), which were modified onto the surface of a screen-printed carbon electrode (SPCE), was designed. The PT-rGO-PtPd NCs were prepared by using PT as the film-forming material and ascorbic acid as the reducing agent. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), ultraviolet–visible spectroscopy (UV–vis), and X-ray diffraction (XRD) spectroscopy analysis were used to characterise the newly synthesised materials. PT-rGO-PtPd NCs present a synergistic effect not only to increase the active surface area to bio-capture more targets, but also to exhibit electrocatalytic efficiency to catalyze the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). A sensitive layer is formed by pyranose oxidase (PROD) attached to the surface of PT-rGO-PtPd NC/SPCE. In the presence of 1,5-AG, PROD catalyzes the oxidization of 1,5-AG to generate 1,5-anhydrofuctose (1,5-AF) and H2O2 which can be decomposed into H2O under the synergistic catalysis of PT-rGO-PtPd NCs. The redox reaction between PT and its oxidative product (quinones, PTox) can be enhanced simultaneously by PT-rGO-PtPd NCs, and the current signal was recorded by the differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) method. Under optimal conditions, our biosensor shows a wide range (0.1–2.0 mg/mL) for 1,5-AG detection with a detection limit of 30 μg/mL (S/N = 3). Moreover, our electrochemical biosensor exhibits acceptable applicability with recoveries from 99.80 to 106.80%. In summary, our study provides an electrochemical method for the determination of 1,5-AG with simple procedures, lower costs, good reproducibility, and acceptable stability.

An electrochemical aptasensor for quantitatively detecting glypican-3 (GPC3) was constructed by combining hemin-reduced graphene oxide-platinum (H-rGO-Pt) nanoparticles (NPs) with reduced graphene oxide-gold (rGO-Au) nanoparticles (NPs). Herein, the rGO-Au NPs deposited onto screen-printed electrodes resulted in signal amplification due to their large surface areas. Meanwhile, highly conductive H-rGO-Pt NPs acted as a sensing medium that improved electrical conductivity and as an indicator for monitoring peak current for determination. A GPC3 aptamer (GPC3apt) with a low equilibrium dissociation constant was used as a bio-recognition molecule. GPC3apt specifically captured GPC3 proteins and formed aptamer-GPC3 complexes, which impeded electron transfer and thus hampered the redox signal of hemin in H-rGO-Pt NPs. This developed electrochemical aptasensor showed a linear response to GPC3 (from 0.001 μg/mL to 10 μg/mL) and had a detection limit of 0.001 μg/mL. This work provides a low-cost and highly sensitive detection with and good recovery for GPC3 and holds great promise for the clinical diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma.

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the cancers with a high incidence and mortality rate.. Its existence poses a great threat to people’s life and health. Recently, Glypican-3 (GPC3) has became one of the valuable markers for the diagnosis of HCC. In this study, a GPC3 aptasensor was constructed based on AuNPs@Fc-rGO and the specific recognition of GPC3 aptamer. AuNPs@Fc-rGO had electrochemical activity, signal amplification and biocompatibility. Under the optimized conditions, the value of peak current correlate linearly with the concentration of GPC3 from 0.01 to 10.0 μg/mL, the linear equation was Y = 6.8223-0.3225X with R2 = 0.9925, and the LOD was 3.16 ng/mL. In addition, the experimental results show that the sensor has excellent stability and specificity. It provides a simple detection method for patients with early HCC.

Context Persimmon tannin (extract of Diospyros kaki L.f [Ebenaceae]) and Aloe gel (extract of Aloe vera (L.) Burm.f. [Asphodelaceae]) are known as anti-radiation agents. However, radiation resistance of the persimmon tannin-Aloe gel composite remains inconclusive. Objective To investigate the capacity of the persimmon tannin-Aloe gel composite to protect against ionising radiation at the cellular level. Materials and methods HaCaT (human epidermal keratinocytes) cells were pre-treated with PT-A-1 (the mass ratio of persimmon tannin and Aloe gel was 2:1) or the single component (persimmon tannin or Aloe gel) at various concentrations (0, 50, 100, 200, 400, 800 μg/mL. In this paper, we investigated the technique for improving the reliability of 3-D processor with faults by reconfiguring a 3-D fault-free subarray utilizing as many nonfaulty process elements (PEs) as possible. A novel flexible rerouting scheme is proposed, which makes the PEs can be rerouted or bypassed in three dimensions, hence increasing the number of neighbors of each element to construct a logical array. Under this scheme, an efficient heuristic algorithm is presented to construct a logical array. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm under flexible rerouting scheme can produce logical arrays with higher harvest from the host arrays with faults for the random fault scenarios, the improvement is by up to 46.47% compared to the state-of-the-arts.

Herein, a label-free electrochemical aptasensor for alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) analysis was established. The AFP aptamer (AFP-Apt), as the recognition molecule, was immobilized on the surface of a screen-printed carbon electrode, which was modified by gold-platinum metallic nanoparticles and reduced graphene oxide-chitosan-ferrocene nanohybrids (Au-Pt NPs/RGO-CS-Fc), to build the AFP electrochemical aptasensor. The construction process of the aptasensor was characterized by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. With the addition of AFP, the formation of the AFP-aptamer conjugation blocked the electron transfer reaction, reducing the differential pulse voltammetric responses of the current of Fc in the RGO-CS-Fc nanohybrids. By optimizing the experimental parameters, AFP could be detected with the dynamic concentration range of 0.001 to 10.0 μg mL-1 and with a detection limit of 0.3013 ng mL-1. In addition, the approach was manifested to have good selectivity, reproducibility, and stability. The fabricated aptasensor had a good recovery rate of 102.36% to 118.09% in real human serum samples. This work demonstrates that the electrochemical aptasensor is a useful tool for analyzing AFP inexpensively, rapidly, and accurately.
