To observe the effect of Fu's subcutaneous needling therapy on pain degree, quality of life, serum 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) and neuropeptide Y (NPY) in patients with intercostal pain after surgery for osteoporotic thoracic vertebral compression fracture (OVCF) and explore the application value of Fu's subcutaneous needling in treatment of post-operative intercostal pain.A total of 60 patients with intercostal pain after OVCF surgery were divided into a medication group and a Fu's subcutaneous needling therapy group, with 30 cases in each group. In the medication group, zoledronic acid injection, salmon calcitonin injection, calcitonin D tablets and mecobalamin tablets were prescribed. The duration of treatment was 8 weeks. In the Fu's subcutaneous needling therapy group, on the base of treatment as the medicine group, Fu's subcutaneous needling therapy was provided for 2 weeks，once every other day. The needle is inserted 6 cm away from the most painful point. Separately, in 2, 4 and 8 weeks of treatment, as well as in 16 weeks after treatment, the visual analogue scale (VAS) and the generic quality of life inventory-74 (GQOLI-74) were adopted to evaluate intercostal pain and quality of life in the patients of both groups and analyze the incidence of adverse reaction. Radioimmunoassay was used to measure the levels of serum 5-HT and NPY.Compared with the results before treatment, in 2, 4 and 8 weeks of treatment as well as in 16 weeks after treatment, VAS scores of both groups were all reduced (Fu's subcutaneous needling therapy can relieve intercostal pain and improves the quality of life in the patients after surgery for OVCF.

Considering the requirement of Shenzhen power grid development, this paper investigates the parameters selection for 220/20kV gas insulation transformer, including capacity, short circuit impedance, cooling mode, insulation level, over-load capability, temperature rise tolerance, loss , noise level and bushing selection. For different capacity value, the investment and loss concerning substation, 220kV grid and 20kV grid are analyzed and compared, by which the final capacity value is determined. The short circuit current level, transformer loss, manufacturing capability and investment is investigated to determine the short circuit impedance for the gas insulation transformer. The characteristic and application condition of gas cooling as well as liquid cooling mode is studied and the cooling mode for the gas insulation transformer is determined. The insulation level, overload capability and temperature rise tolerance are determined by considering related standards and the requirement of Shenzhen. The loss and noise level for the gas insulation transformer is determined by considering related standard and parameters of the domestic gas insulation transformers in operation. The gas-gas bushing is used to connect cable box and the transformer.

Rough set has been applied into the conceptual design of products in order to choose the structure correct project rapidly according to the users’ demand. First of all, using rough set, the relation between features has been found out to set up the simple decision-making table and get the regulations of the project decision-making. According to the decision table, the redundant project is deleted to choose the correct project rapidly in the stage of conceptual design. The example of the rapid design of an astronomical doom shows this method is more objective and concise than those conventional methods and the processing speed is much faster.

Modeling of the wind and PV hybrid microgrid is carried out by PSCAD/EMTDC. The model includes direct-drive wind power generator, Single-stage photovoltaic power generation system and storage battery. Simulate and analyze the operating characteristics of the microgrid running in grid-connected and islanding mode, which take into account the actual wind speed and light intensity. The simulation results show that the battery is able to regulate the voltage of the point of common coupling and smooth the power fluctuation of wind generator and PV generation system in the grid-connected mode. The microgrid can isolate itself from the grid in a rapid and seamless fashion when the battery adopting P/V and Q/f control strategy based on the droop characteristics.

The transient characteristics of induction generator (IG) were investigated in the paper, and the analytic formula of its stator current under three-phase short circuit in distribution network was derived. According to the change law of IG rotor speed under the grid fault, an evaluation method to determine the current peak of three-phase short circuit for induction generator in distribution grid is proposed. The correctness of the proposed method was verified by the fifth electromagnetic transient model of IG in PSCAD/EMTDC simulation software.

This paper presents a control strategy of solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) generation system integrated into microgrid. To enhance the dynamic response of SOFC, storage battery is paralleled via a DC bus, and the hysteretic control of bi-directional DC-DC converter is adopted. The common DC-AC inverter adopts an improved droop control. The active synchronization control is applied to ensure the smooth mode transition of microgrid. The simulation results show the dynamic performance of SOFC generation system in different operation modes.

The function hierarchy matrix and function incidence matrix was defined to describe the function and to achieve the function decomposing of mature products. At the same time, the function unit table was built, and then the function units of a kind of products were achieved based-on the table. The relationship between function units achieved above was expressed by using the function hierarchy matrix and function incidence matrix. The function incidence matrix was operated to get the function tree and function decomposing based on bottom-up method by using λ-intercept, a conception in fuzzy design.

With the wide application of MC (mass customization) in manufacturing which can deal with the customer diversification and their individual requirements, the traditional green design method could not meet the demand of product development any more. This paper summarized native and external achievements related to green design and MC, and proposed two correlation methods of product green design: product green design based on product configuration and variant design of product configuration, according to the research of green design method and theory for MC. The two methods provide strong support to enterprises both in theory and method to make green design efficiently. Whats more, it can help develop quick respond ability of enterprises, shorten the development cycle and product cycle, and realize rapid development and lot-size product.

As the important technology of CAD design, parametric design technology is one of the most important research content in computer aided design field. To realize rapid design the excavator working device, this paper puts forward an idea that combine the CBR (Case-Based Reasoning) technology with parametric technology in the process of modeling excavator working equipment. In the process of parameterization, it adopts four key technologies (Modularization Technology, Standardization Technology, Knowledge Reasoning Technology and Database Technology) to divide the module and analysis the dimensions of the excavator working equipment, and then establish the database. Finally the overall implementation process scheme of the excavator working device is given out.

Multiphase PMSMs are widely used in fault-tolerant control applications. And one of the important fault-tolerant control problems is fault diagnosis. In most existing references, the fault diagnosis always focuses on three-phase PMSM. In this paper, a novel model and a fault diagnosis method of inter-turn short circuit (ITSC) fault for five-phase PMSM based on particle swarm optimization (PSO) are presented. There are two contributions in this paper: 1) By analyzing the physical parameters of the PMSM, such as resistance, inductance and flux, the mathematic model of ITSC fault for five-phase PMSM is established. 2) A parameter estimation method based on PSO algorithm, which introduces a fitness function related to the ITSC ratio and reformulates the fault parameters identification problem as the extreme seeking problem, is proposed to track the actual ITSC ratio and detect the fault level for five-phase PMSM. Simulation results provide preliminary verification of the proposed model and fault diagnosis method.

According to the overseas and domestic researches on green design and mass customization, this paper does research on green product configuration design method based on the three configuration algorithms, and proposes a new product configuration method aiming at realizing the goal of green design under mass customization (MC). By studying on green design method based on product configuration, strong support is provided for enterprises with green manufacturing both in theory and method.

Taking advantage of the high reliability, multiphase permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSMs), such as five-phase PMSM and six-phase PMSM, are widely used in fault-tolerant control applications. And one of the important fault-tolerant control problems is fault diagnosis. In most existing literatures, the fault diagnosis problem focuses on the three-phase PMSM. In this paper, compared to the most existing fault diagnosis approaches, a fault diagnosis method for Interturn short circuit (ITSC) fault of five-phase PMSM based on the trust region algorithm is presented. This paper has two contributions. (1) Analyzing the physical parameters of the motor, such as resistances and inductances, a novel mathematic model for ITSC fault of five-phase PMSM is established. (2) Introducing an object function related to the Interturn short circuit ratio, the fault parameters identification problem is reformulated as the extreme seeking problem. A trust region algorithm based parameter estimation method is proposed for tracking the actual Interturn short circuit ratio. The simulation and experimental results have validated the effectiveness of the proposed parameter estimation method.

For a class of uncertain DEDS that its dynamic performance can be described with serial production streamlines, under the "process perturbation", the uncertain caused by perturbation of the system is transferred to the corresponding parameters, i.e. parameter-Dioid, for attaining the system state and tracing for controlled object, it can be implemented by a class of linear state feedback controller in the meaning of parameter-Dioid. Whether or not the "process perturbation" exists, it can "cancel" either by the substantial buffer capacity unsuitable matching to controlled object or by the jobs-flow blocking activity of the system without buffer, such that under the same parameter space, the referential system and the substantial controlled system have the same linear state space model with structure and robustness.

Pravastatin is a potent cholesterol-lowering agent; ~34% of an oral dose of pravastatin is eliminated unchanged through biliary and urinary excretion. Rifampicin is an inducer of drug metabolism enzymes, and it affects the activities of transporters involved in pravastatin disposition. Drug-drug interaction between rifampicin and pravastatin is possible because of the effects of rifampicin on the activities of drug transporters.This study was designed to investigate the effects of a single oral dose of rifampicin on the pharmacokinetics of pravastatin.Healthy Chinese male volunteers were recruited for this 2-phase, single-blind, placebo-controlled, crossover study. The subjects were randomly divided into 2 groups to receive either rifam-picin or placebo concomitantly with pravastatin. All subjects received a 20-mg oral dose of pravastatin on days 1 and 9, separated by an 8-day washout period. Subjects in the rifampicin group received a single 600-mg oral dose of rifampicin on day 1 and placebo on day 9; those in the placebo group received placebo on day 1 and a single 600-mg oral dose of rifampicin on day 9. High-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was used to determine plasma concentrations of pravastatin for up to 12 hours after administration.Twelve volunteers participated in the study (6 per group). The mean (SD) age of the subjects was 20 (2) years (range, 18-25 years). The mean height of the subjects was 174 (4) cm (range, 168-180 cm), and the mean weight was 69.2 (3.7) kg (range, 65-77 kg). The mean pharmacokinetic parameters for pravastatin that changed significantly were as follows (rifampicin and placebo groups, respectively): C(max) (315.7 [227.2] and 115.8 [77.5] ng . mL(-1) [P = 0.009]); AUC(0-12) (604.8 [73.3] and 259.0 [133.4] ng . h . mL(-1) [P0.001]); AUC(0-infinity)) (623.3 [248.8] and 275.1 [58.5] ng . h . mL(-1) [P0.001]); and apparent oral clearance (CL/F) (0.52 [0.18] and 1.30 [0.58] L . h(-1) . kg(-1) [P0.001]). No significant changes in the T(max) or t((1/2)) of pravastatin were observed. All subjects tolerated pravastatin well during both phases of the study, with or without coadministration of rifampicin. None of the subjects withdrew from the study.Coadministration of a single oral dose of rifampicin significantly increased the plasma concentration of pravastatin in this group of healthy Chinese male subjects.
