Electronic skins (E‐skins) are poised to revolutionize human interaction not only with one another but also with machines, electronics, and surrounding environment. However, the wearable E‐skin that simultaneously offers multiple sensing capabilities, high sensitivity, and broad sensing ranges remains a great challenge. Here, drawing inspiration from human haptic perception, a multimodal, ultrasensitive, and biomimetic E‐skin (MES) founded on micro‐frustum ionogel is developed based on iontronic capacitive and triboelectric effects for imaginary keyboard and multifunctional haptic cognition. Leveraging simultaneously the ionogel as capacitive layer and triboelectric layer, the MES enables human‐dermis perception performances of high sensitivity (357.56 kPa−1), low limit of detection (0.47 Pa), and broad linear detection range (0–500 kPa). Moreover, human finger joint movements can be precisely monitored by the attached MES and be transferred into accurate typed letter information on an imaginary keyboard. More importantly, by harnessing signal acquisition/processing circuits and machine learning, the real‐time haptic cognition of different materials, surface roughness, and contact pressure can be achieved by the MES, which endows the advancement of interaction between next‐generation intelligent robot and physical environment. We here reported a highly stereoselective method for the synthesis of polysubstituted conjugated dienes from α‐aryl α‐diazo alkynyl ketones and pyrazole‐substituted unsymmetric aminals under mild conditions, which was promoted by photo‐irridation and involved with 1,6‐dipolar intermediate and quadruple sigmatropic rearrangements, was successfully developed. In this transformation, the cleavage of four bonds and the recombination of five bonds were implemented in one operational step. This protocol provided a modular tool for constructing dienes from amines, pyrazoles and α‐alkynyl‐α‐diazoketones in one‐pot manner. The results of mechanistic investigation indicated that the plausible reaction path underwent the 1,6‐sigmatropic rearrangement instead of the 1,5‐sigmatropic rearrangement. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

A self-powered bimodal tactile imaging device (TID) is developed for ultrasensitive pressure sensing, real-time visualization recognition, and precise touch positioning. In the domain of smart robotics, the refinement of tactile imaging constitutes a seminal element for enhancement of human–machine interaction (HMI) and enrichment of artificial intelligence (AI). This field is confronted with dual challenges of achieving high-sensitive pressure detection and precise localization of tactile stimuli. In response, the current research introduces a groundbreaking self-powered bimodal tactile imaging device (TID), featuring a configuration of high-dielectric thin film superimposed on laser-induced graphene (LIG) electrodes. This pioneering design is conceived to facilitate not only the detection of subtle pressure but also to support real-time visual recognition and intelligent control functionalities. The bimodal nature of the TID allows for the transformation of slight tactile inputs into both luminous triboelectrification-induced electroluminescence (TIEL) and measurable electrical signals, thereby seamlessly merging the realms of tactile perception and optical display. Leveraging the luminosity of TIEL, the TID adeptly achieves tactile imaging and immediate visual recognition, with its capabilities further enhanced through the integration of machine learning algorithms. Additionally, the TID exhibits a remarkable proficiency in precise tactile localization, through the analysis of voltage outputs initiated by delicate touching and sliding motions. Moreover, an advanced intelligent control system, predicated on the optical-electrical dual-modal sensing provided by the TID, has been developed. This system illustrates the synergistic fusion of visual recognition with accurate tactile localization, underscoring the substantial utility of the bimodal TID across diverse applications in HMI, AI, and intelligent robotic platforms and heralding new avenues for interactive and responsive robotic systems. Memristor with digital and analog bipolar bimodal resistive switching offers a promising opportunity for the information-processing component. However, it still remains a huge challenge that the memristor enables bimodal digital and analog types and fabrication of artificial sensory neural network system. Here, a proposed CsPbBr 3 -based memristor demonstrates a high ON/OFF ratio (>10 3 ), long retention (>10 4 s), stable endurance (100 cycles), and multilevel resistance memory, which acts as an artificial synapse to realize fundamental biological synaptic functions and neuromorphic computing based on controllable resistance modulation. Moreover, a 5 × 5 spinosum-structured piezoresistive sensor array (sensitivity of 22.4 kPa -1 , durability of 1.5 × 10 4 cycles, and fast response time of 2.43 ms) is constructed as a tactile sensory receptor to transform mechanical stimuli into electrical signals, which can be further processed by the CsPbBr 3 -based memristor with synaptic plasticity. More importantly, this artificial sensory neural network system combined the artificial synapse with 5 × 5 tactile sensing array based on piezoresistive sensors can recognize the handwritten patterns of different letters with high accuracy of 94.44% under assistance of supervised learning.
