In recent decades, Electrical Resistance Tomography (ERT) has become a research focus. The application of ERT in practical engineering is still in the research stage, due to the resistivity is very high and not steady, limiting its development. The influencing factors of Graphite Electrically Conductive Concrete (GECC), such as the dosage of graphite, curing age, moisture content and so on, have been analyzed. A set of ERT system of GECC has been proposed and designed based on PXI platform. This paper mainly shows experiments on ERT of GECC structure. The targets given with defects have been used for imaging. By examining, the law of the GECC imaging in different conductivity matrix has been got. Meanwhile, this paper determines the resistivity threshold in the ERT system, and validates the detection accuracy of the model with defects.

Dynamic response of civil engineering structures was monitored in the paper, on basis of the excellent properties of piezoelectric smart sensor. There were two experiments: One was to study the relationship between the loading frequency and the piezoelectric sensor output by concrete block cyclic loading test; the other was to study the relationship between the sensor output and the stress amplitude by steel cantilever beam dynamic test. The results show that piezoelectric sensors have a good linear output performance.

Based on the piezoelectric impedance technology, damages in concrete specimens could be monitored. The structural damages were simulated by pasting piezoelectric ceramic chips and boring several holes on the surface of concrete specimens. And then, with the precision impedance analyzer HP4192A, we measured the conductance spectrum curve of the specimens.The specimens were in two different damage situations：one was damaged in one place to varying degrees and the other was damaged in different locations to the same degree. The experiment results show that the damages in the specimens can lead to the drift of the conductance spectrum curve and the greater the damages are, the greater the change will be.

This thesis introduces control approach for the elevator control system. From the intelligent control perspective of the elevator operation, better elevator service quality should be required. The advanced scheduling rules and the best dispatching mode should be adopted in control procedures to obtain control management. Group control algorithm does not solely rely on the passengers’ shortest waiting time as the goal, also using the fuzzy theory, neural network, genetic algorithm and expert system. All these factors including the passengers’ psychological impact and assessment of impending decision-making should be absorbed into the group control system, so it is a multi-objective control combined expert system with the current elevator operating status.

It is important to assembling-possibility of products for the DFA (Design For Assembling). Asembling factors is analyzed, and a matter-element model is deduced, the evaluation model of products design for assembling is established according to the extensive theory and superiority evaluating method, and the process of this method is discussed in detail. The example confirmed that the evaluating method is advanced and practicality. The present analysis is qualitative combining.

With the development of urban industrialization and the lack of water resource, urban industrial water-saving has aroused more attention. So it is necessary to evaluate urban industrial water-saving level among the cities. In this paper, extension matter element model is introduced into urban industrial water-saving evaluation. A relative integrated evaluating indices which combines with the condition and characteristics of industrial water-saving and their values are considered in this model. Each evaluation indices is divided into four grades by evaluation indices value. In extension matter element model dependent function is used to evaluate dependent degree of the evaluated city to the certain evaluation characteristics. Considering city industrial configuration and other exterior influence factors as weight, the evaluated city urban industrial water-saving evaluation value can be calculated and the corresponding water-saving grade can be proposed. We take the evaluated city A, B, C as the example to analyze the comprehensive evaluation of urban industrial water-saving. Then the improved measures are put forward according to the of evaluation grade. It can not only evaluate the comprehensive level of urban industrial water-saving exactly but also find out the shortage of urban industrial water-saving in each city. So extension matter element model provides a way to evaluate urban industrial water-saving grade for each city.

Recently, on the background of energy-saving and emission reduction, coalbed methane (CBM) as an important new type of clean energy is paid more and more attention to. However, the current research mainly focuses on the technology level of CBM mining, and the research on mining cost and other economic evaluation has been absent, which is a disadvantage for industrialization of the CBM resources. In this paper, the cost of CBM mining with pressure-releasing in Yangquan minefield was investigated and analyzed through spot investigation firstly, and the advanced activity-based cost management (ABM) was implanted. The results show that the mining cost of CBM structure is closely related with the activity-based cost driver, and the correct division of the activity-based cost driver is the key to accurate cost measurement. Through comparing the mining cost of No. 3 Mine with that of No.5 Mine, it is found that there is a significant effect of mining method, mining technology, and the exploitation time on the mining cost of CBM. The research not only has laid a foundation for the analysis about mining cost level, composition and influencing factors, but also provided the basis for the government to make the relevant economic policy of CBM mining project.
