In this paper, a formal view of mental health based on deep learning was constructed by collecting social network data and psychological labeling data of students in colleges and universities, and the social network data model was extracted by using the MANE algorithm and combined with the average degree and other indexes to make a preliminary assessment. Oriented to this data model, a student mental health identification algorithm based on the MAM algorithm was proposed, and the method was combined with psychology education to study its application in the Civics classroom. From the perspective of educators, the influence degrees of teachers’ knowledge, ability, quality, and teaching input in Civics education from the psychological perspective are 0.214, 0.114, 0.043, and 0.048, respectively. Healthy psychology education based on deep learning can effectively analyze the psychology of Civics education and provide a guiding path to the use of psychology in the Civics classroom.

In this study, the response surface method (RSM) was used to optimize the deproteinization process of polysaccharides from Vitis vinifera L. SuoSuo (VTP). The antioxidant capacities of polysaccharides before and after deproteinization were evaluated. The structure of deproteinized VTP (DVTP), which has relatively strong antioxidant activity, was characterized, and the protective effect of DVTP on H2O2-induced HT22 cell damage was evaluated. The results of the RSM experiment revealed that the ideal parameters for deproteinization included a chloroform/n-butanol ratio (v/v) of 4.6:1, a polysaccharide/Sevage reagent (v/v) ratio of 2:1, a shaking time of 25 min, and five rounds of deproteinization. Preliminary characterization revealed that the DVTP was an acidic heteropolysaccharide composed of seven monosaccharides, among which the molar ratio of galacturonic acid was 40.65. FT-IR and the determination of uronic acid content revealed that DVTP contained abundant uronic acid and that the content was greater than that of VTP. In vitro, the antioxidant activity assay revealed that the hydroxyl radical scavenging capacity and total antioxidant capacity of DVTP were greater than those of VTP. In the range of 0.6~0.8 mg/mL, the DPPH scavenging capacities of VTP and DVTP were greater than that of vitamin C. In addition, cell viability was measured via a CCK-8 assay, which revealed that DVTP had a strong defense effect on H2O2-induced damage to HT22 cells. In this study, the embedded depths of the rocks of the single-layer placement group and the multilayer riprap group were compared through a self-made test device. Besides, a finite element model of a single layer of regular rocks was developed to probe into the factors that impact the embedded deformation of the rubble-mound foundation of a gravity-type quay wall, including the cohesion and angle of internal friction of foundation soil, as well as the particle size of and the interval between rocks. Research results indicated that it was feasible to replace multilayer randomly dumped rocks with single-layer regularly placed rocks. The embedded depth decreased as the cohesion and angle of internal friction of soil increased. The influence of load on the embedded depth was small when the cohesion was less than 10 kPa or the angle of internal friction was smaller than 40°. When the load was lower than 80 kPa, the impact of the particle size of rocks on the embedded depth would be negligible, and such impact grew along with the load. When the load was below 100 kPa, the interval between rocks exerted relatively minor influence on the embedded depth: under a constant porosity, the embedded depth would decrease as the interval increased, and this correlation became more significant when the load exceeded 800 kPa; under varied porosities, a larger interval would lead to an increased embedded depth but the increase would be limited within a range of 10% of the original depth.

Background: Chronic inflammation contributes to the progression of isoproterenol (ISO)‐induced heart failure (HF). Caspase‐associated recruitment domain (CARD) families are crucial proteins for initiation of inflammation in innate immunity. Nonetheless, the relevance of CARDs in ISO‐driven cardiac remodelling is little explored. Methods: This study utilized Card9−/− mice and reconstituted C57BL/6 mice with either Card9−/− or Otud1−/− marrow‐derived cells. Mechanistic studies were conducted in primary macrophages, cardiomyocytes, fibroblasts and HEK‐293T cells. Results: Here, we demonstrated that CARD9 was substantially upregulated in murine hearts infused with ISO. Either whole‐body CARD9 knockout or myeloid‐specific CARD9 deletion inhibited ISO‐driven murine cardiac inflammation, remodelling and dysfunction. CARD9 deficiency in macrophages prevented ISO‐induced inflammation and alleviated remodelling changes in cardiomyocytes and fibroblasts. Mechanistically, we found that ISO enhances the activity of CARD9 by upregulating ovarian tumour deubiquitinase 1 (OTUD1) in macrophages. We further demonstrated that OTUD1 directly binds to the CARD9 and then removes the K33‐linked ubiquitin from CARD9 to promote the assembly of the CARD9‐BCL10‐MALT1 (CBM) complex, without affecting CARD9 stability. The ISO‐activated CBM complex results in NF‐κB activation and macrophage‐based inflammatory gene overproduction, which then enhances cardiomyocyte hypertrophy and fibroblast fibrosis, respectively. Myeloid‐specific OTUD1 deletion also attenuated ISO‐induced murine cardiac inflammation and remodelling. Conclusions: These results suggested that the OTUD1‐CARD9 axis is a new pro‐inflammatory signal in ISO‐challenged macrophages and targeting this axis has a protective effect against ISO‐induced HF. This paper investigates the preparation and properties of high-strength artificial blocks made from dredged silt with a clay content of 52.0%. A comparative analysis of the mechanical properties of dredged silt blocks produced using semi-dry pressing and vibration molding methods was conducted. The study examined the effects of using fly ash (FA) and ground granulated blast-furnace slag (GGBS) as substitutes for cement on the compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, and dry shrinkage of the blocks. Additionally, the microstructure of the dredged silt blocks was analyzed using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), mercury intrusion porosimetry (MIP), and thermogravimetric analysis. The results show that specimens prepared using the pressing method exhibit better mechanical performance with compressive and splitting tensile strength reaching 64.8 MPa and 5.6 MPa at 28 d, respectively, which increased by 111.07% and 143.48% compared to specimens prepared through vibration molding. The addition of FA and GGBS reduces the early strength of the block to a certain extent but without a significant adverse effect on later strength. GGBS demonstrates faster hydration and a better filling effect. The addition of GGBS or FA refines the pore structure and reduces the diameter of pores in the paste, which is beneficial for improving the dry shrinkage performance of the block. At 120 d, the dry shrinkage of blocks containing 50% FA and GGBS shows a reduction of 29.7% and 27.1%, respectively, compared to blocks made with cement. The properties of the silt blocks can be notably enhanced through mechanical force, particle gradation, and hydration action. The preparation of artificial blocks such as road bricks and ballast blocks using dredged soil as the main raw material has been applied in projects such as the Yangtze River waterway regulation in China and Skikda Port in Algeria. We show that the knockout of a sugar transporter gene OsSWEET15 led to a significant drop in rice fertility with around half of the knockout mutant's spikelets bearing blighted or empty grains. The rest of the spikelets bore fertile grains with a slightly reduced weight. Notably, the ovaries in the blighted grains of the ossweet15 mutants expanded after flowering but terminated their development before the endosperm cellularization stage and subsequently aborted. β- glucuronidase (GUS) and Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP) reporter lines representing the OsSWEET15 expression showed that the gene was expressed in the endosperm tissues surrounding the embryo, which supposedly supplies nutrients to sustain embryo development. These results together with the protein's demonstrated sucrose transport capacity and plasma membrane localization suggest that OsSWEET15 plays a prominent role during the caryopsis formation stage, probably by releasing sucrose from the endosperm to support embryo development. By contrast, the empty grains were probably caused by the reduced pollen viability of the ossweet15 mutants. Investigation of ossweet11 mutant grains revealed similar phenotypes to those observed in the ossweet15 mutants. These results indicate that both OsSWEET15 and OsSWEET11 play important and similar roles in rice pollen development, caryopsis formation and seed-setting, in addition to their function in seed-filling that was demonstrated previously. The dynamic properties of rocks are of great significance to the stability and safety of rock slopes and geological engineering under dynamic loads (e.g. seismic load). In this paper, triaxial cyclic tests were carried out on jointed mudstone samples with the prefabricated half-through joint, and their corresponding dynamic properties and deformation features are explored and analyzed in accordance with the hysteresis characteristics and the residual deformation forms. Moreover, based on the obtained fatigue properties under test conditions of diverse dip angles, confining pressures and dynamic stress, a dynamic stress ratio R s is proposed, which gives a logarithmic correlation with the fatigue life of mudstone samples. Finally, on the basis of the breakage mechanics and homogenization theory, a dynamic binary-medium constitutive model is proposed, and the validations accompanied with the comparisons to test results are also given. It shows that this model can not only preferably duplicate the typical features of hysteresis loops and the gradually accumulation of the residual strain, but also gives a good consistence with the deformation features and fatigue life obtained from cyclic tests.
